Played a lot of these games as a kid, like te relive that memory good job.
I had a hard time getting the controls right. Learning curve whas al little to high for my unskilled mulitask abilitys . Did not get far but like the mechanics very original.
Smart use of broken control! ( visual clue would be nice ) but itās also challenging. Art is just awesome š

Ok ,Your game is awsome! The fact that you don't die instant of the rain super smart. Love the powerup doublejump animation. Smal detail i noticed particles on the ground were there isn't anny rain yet (helped me a lot) :)

A ufo with the waepon of death :) . Solid intoduction into the game. Smart concept of the colleteral and upgrade box. I think if you amp up the speed like @svenerik says this could be on steam with some polish! Really nice game.
Nice and relaxing game at first. then i found out the upgrade system and it went from relaxing game to hunting the big fish. Would be nice to have a map from the start though almoust quit this game to early. luckly i didn't. Music and ocean nice combo loved the ambiance . The watereffect of the boat is so gooood. Good game finished it with 5 tuna :map: still 5/5
I entered the game jam with compo. I loved to make a susrvivor game but the scope whas to big you did it ! Nice balance between te weapons like the harvestting bonus good idea. Art nicly done, love the rolling tomato. Sounds are matching and the music is amping the treath of being hunted by killer carrots :) 5/5 no doubt about it.
like the crops growth and turn bad. stisfying to harvest all just wen you entended. like the screen shake effect when you harvest.(keep in mind some people can't handle it) Conclusion a good, fun and polished game.
Now this is a game that deserves a top 10 nomination. Gamefeel is to good in combination wit the music.

@jk5000 there are 2 carrots , the signs on the left are there to see the left carrot has an attacker and the signs on the right are there for the right carrot :) Then the red dots give you an indication where the attacker(bug) is .
@xfinktion the allert also has a sound trigger so you know witch bug you can aspect. Hard to get that in 1 or 2 plays. Ty for the feedback and reaching!

Great game ! The particles are placed smartly. The licht effect feels clean and responsive. Little pop on the player is just right.

You made a good game . Here the feedback for your next jam or update on limited sssspace. I agree with some comments above. Like more upgrades and like in survivors combo attacks of some kind or a whole skill tree . This is all really time consuming an you only have a short time. So i think easy and quick thing you make this game better is juice. Watch some YouTube on game juice there are some easy wins. Oh and use a color pallet this is also a simple and great improvement.

@quasilyte the person how did a rts compo :) I see you taken the time to write a good feedback . Much appreciate that. The music is made mostly in Ableton live . This programme is super but payed . The melody I find easy in chiptone (all took about an hour) then I divided to split the audio and make it 3 layers witch activate on hoger combo level to add juice to the game . So in this case 3 tracks play at the same time. I fade them in and out.
Most time went in the polish. Explosions Side walls Tweaking slow The hit pause / flash and sound. 2 hours recording voices and redo them over and over.
The online highscore whas actually pretty simple ( I have a db) website I donāt use. Have to admit that I followed a guide to get the logic going. ( Iām not a wizkid).
@thewinrawr you got me on the 3 pink ones I changed this like 3 min for deadline because it was a little to challenging for new players . I played the game 10 hours so for me it was easy. I forgot to remove 1 line.

The leaderboard is just some php files I made in nodepad. Then on an empty db I put a table with the tools from provider. Then in game use Ajax at the right events.

@willoxs Thank you for the feedback. I decided to do the collision on the edge of the super cube. Because it felt weird when knocked the darkness back at the overlapping point. Did try to make states for that but got issues in the corners. Do agree that the ball out should trigger later.

@jose-bonilla The html5 is indeed a thing , you could do full screen. Fruit ninja is part of my inspiration. I put all multi-kill sounds in an array and play them in turn. So when you hit 4 cubes at ones the sound doesnāt clutter. Those highscores are insane they are really skilled. Thanks for the feedback.

Absolutely enamored with the gameplay experience! It's incredibly soothing and impeccably polished. The way the dice effects are executed adds a delightful touch of finesse to the entire experience.
This is a lot of content for 72 hours (even with the big team). The art is from a high skill level. The UI is super nice, especially the spells in the UI. Like the going outside the box, the animations of the key opening the door, the X fade out on death, so many good things. Zelda dungeons, I love it! The sound and music are also well polished.

A game jam is all about rolling with the punches and delivering the best possible spaghetti code patched up like a mad scientist's experiment. This game is fantastic! The cute dragon is a joy to control, and shooting it around the well designed levels feels great. It's like a perfect puzzle game with solid mechanics. The music is super cool, especially the main song, and the board dropping down on chains is a really clever touch. The amount of content is impressiveādark levels, fast-paced sections, collectibles, switches, tunnelsāyouāve packed so much in! The only thing I'd suggest is tweaking the collision on the floor/no floor it feels a bit unforgiving at times. Overall, a great entry, and I can't wait to see more from your studio!
I love puzzle, deckbuilder, roguelike, and strategy games, and this one nails all of them!(impressive). The octopus is my favorite (the way you say it made me giggle, so I picked him a lot). I really liked the dynamic books that change, making sure you don't get too overpowered. The lion caught me off guard! I did a few runs and enjoyed the randomness, especially the Elite with the subtle, low sound (that was a nice touch). Overall great Game!

Really enjoyed this game! The pixel art is charming, and the game design is solid. Itās fun and challenging, with mechanics that were all new to me, which I loved. The gameplay isnāt just about fast thinking; it often feels like a puzzle trying to get the right animals out while keeping the others in their circles. Once you add the greens, it gets even trickier! Iāve noticed that sometimes the critters wander out of their circles, which can be a bit challenging, but it adds to the fun(stress). Great job overall! And @lethargic just how :P

I survived the week! Loved the cool management aspect with the questions, sometimes I wanted to answer differently, but then I wouldn't make it (I tried without looking at the numbers, haha). A fun idea could be adding an overview at the end that shows how 'good' or 'bad' you are as a person based on your answers.so all stats are emotions or behaviors like in a horoscope.

I appreciate your suggestion about having players play all four cards before getting new ones; that could definitely add a strategic twist! I wanted abilities for the cards, like having the four-card give a +2 attack boost when landed on a sword. Thatās what the (walk blue marker) was intended for! Iād love to explore these ideas further, but in a jam, itās hard to know how far we can push it. Thanks again for your support!

I initially envisioned a system where players could enhance their cards with unique abilities, like on 1 card: Careful approach is you land on a shield ad X to your shield.I will definitely consider this for future updates! Super nice game! Really cool 'idle' concept, and I love the idea of buying new space. Ad some events and I can totally see this being something you'd find in a store, perfect as a side game to enjoy during breaks or even while streaming. Great job!
I really enjoyed the switch between management and fighting. The combat was tough at first, but by the second (or maybe fifth or sixth) try, I started to get the hang of it! The music is good and relaxing, but then the battles kicked in. I love how the bullets look like ants!
I didnāt quite understand the food mechanics at first, so I think easing players into the gameās mechanics could help, especially since thereās a lot to take in. Sometimes less is more (and Iām just a bit jealous of the amount of content you have!). Overall, great game!

Haha, cockroach MasterChef! The art is sublime, with the 2D sprites in a 3D world. Great lighting, and who could resist snail meat? š I think youāve created a little gem that could easily be expanded into a full game, a story about a cockroach aspiring to become a master chef! Cooking during the day and scurrying around the city for ingredients at night sounds like a fantastic concept i would play! Oh and the tutorial menu is super smart (This is some good game design).
This game has a lot of potential, and I mean it! I played until all the mountains ran out, and then kept going because I just wanted more. Youāve created so many cool creatures, and the simple art style is absolutely brilliant, donāt change that! Keeping it simple is what makes the game so charming. The minimal color palette is super clean and really adds to the overall aesthetic. This is a perfect example of 'less is more.' Amazing work, and I can't wait to see what you do next! Oh and i wanted to drink the beer (hope it's beer).

This game looks awesome! The slap sound is super satisfying, and the little character animations are really cool. I played your Ludem version and didnāt run into any game-breaking bugs during my run. I did notice the sound effects stopped after a while, I think it happened around the first arrival of the squid. Great team you have here, really impressive game for a jam! Oh, the world map combined with the 2D iceberg encounters is a really cool mechanic! Props to the one who came up with that idea (love creative touches like this).
Hi team, this game is really solid! I liked every bit of it. It took me one run to understand how it works, and then I ended up playing for almost an hour, planning every move to get the maximum profit. The buildings inside the pieces made it extra tricky to spot where the bonuses were happening, which I actually liked a lot. Really fun and well made game! ( experience shows )
I wanted to return the favor by also playing your game. If I knew it was a horror game, I probably wouldnāt have submitted my own! But anyway, I manned up and gave it a go. Really good atmosphere, even though Iām usually not a fan of this kind of mood, it actually felt really fitting here. Well done!
Really original take on the theme "depths." The core idea feels fresh and unexpected. The art style matches the gameplay well and creates a nice, consistent atmosphere. This will do well in fun i think !
Good game jam game! I love the wormās movement, really fun idea. The controls were a little tricky for me at first, but I eventually got the worm under control⦠although I was definitely not moving like in the gif. It also took me a while to figure out how to make the bird happy, no idea why that stumped me so long, but I got there in the end!
Lot of content for a jam game, props on that. The color pallet is nice the little "tweens/sine" make it look alive good job on that. the flip character i always like in a game i don't know why i just do. Overall a great game
This was a fun game! The basics are clear and I like that you can't go up too. You also added a lot of different items, and the tiles got pretty challenging later on. Good jam overall! The random sometimes got me in tricky spots, but thatās part of the fun.
Cool game. The controls feel tight i like the bouncing and attack mechanics. music is awesome chip tune / old school vibe. There is a lot of content in the game impressive for a jam ! Sometimes the level does not spawn the bomb or destroys the path to continue. This can happen i a game-jam just wanted to let you know. You build a great game team. you can be really proud of the end result.
The pixel art is super nice, and the audio fits the theme really well. I ended up digging like 50 floors deep and noticed I had already played for over 45 minutes ,had to force myself to move on to other games. The little workers are super fun to watch, especially with their matching sound effects. Also, your menu is really juicy and satisfying to use so have to say, great job on that too!
The art is really well made, and I love the main character design. The music fits the game perfectly, and the heart explosion is such a nice touch. I also like the background transitions, they help keep the game visually interesting. Some parts felt tough with those sneaky enemy placements, but it added to the challenge. Super sick intro ! The game is absolutely fantastic I like the random cards. I want more cards depths ( full release basically). Think with some love you can definitely make this happen. Pixel art is good music is nice .

I really like the idea of your game! The controls of the sub felt great too. I actually enjoyed the mix of art styles personally, I liked the rougher style the most. The UI is clean and easy to read. I absolutely loved the screen cracking feature, and the fact that you need to repair it to clear the cracks is such a smart touch. Overall, a really good game .All team members can definitely be proud of this!

There are a lot of abilities that could be better or have more synergy with others. in the jam rush i tried a few play sessions that's all the testing that i could do. When the jam is over and the game has a decent score i try to improve with better synergy's and a more balanced progression. ( thanks to you for making it clear how you made it )

I did not write you feedback, good thing I checked. Your game is hard but fair . I like the puzzle on start of the level to try and guess the right path you going to take. Often I got it wrong and like that itās not that obvious. The voice acting makes it more than just a āsimpleā game . You made a great game!
Great concept, reminded me a little of wall world. Think you got to dig a little deeper to make it full game but there is potential , great jam game.
The artwork looks great, you really got that part nailed down. The programming side works too, so props for pulling that off, especially for a first solo game jam. My first jam game didnāt turn out this well, so I hope to see you join again next time!
Score chaser game ! Great execution of a simple concept.
The sub felt a little clunky to control at first, but once I realized it pulsed the movement, I got the hang of it. The sound of the harpoon is awesome, it feels really powerful! You made a lot of content with interesting puzzles. The art is really good, and itās clear you put a lot of effort into the audio as well. The mine physics actually made me smile, togetther with the "hi its me - "! You have a great team, well done!
Love mining games! Is there a link to Blumgi ? Love to see this in full game with more minerals. And secrets to discover . The soundtrack is good and the pixel art is actually art! Nice auto tiling, good amount of items in the shop and fun fired card so overall Good game -> Super Great jam-game. Potential for full release with some love.

I came here ready to say what a pity the back button didnāt work ā but then I read the solution, and Iām so glad I did because I really wanted to finish your game. Such a beautifully made story. I loved the point-and-click style, especially the moment with lighting the matches, I was so careful and even thought I might have done it wrong, which added to the tension. Great job! The picture menu for the story parts is also really well done. After the ring scene, I got a black screen (tried 2x times), but hey, treat it like a demo and you are golden. The fire effects and lighting are super impressive!
Nice looking game (love the anglers growth). The parallax and stars look super beautiful. Music is good and supports the theme. Found a little fade out bug your layer is not wide enough here . If your fast you can fix it :)

Nice game. Good that you did the warning in start screen. Like the lightning effect you made. also cool to let the flower grow on the amount of water collected. You could do need x water to grow then play again so i would try to fill all x that is needed. not start from 0 . Then after get a new plant an next and next . to expend the playtime. just an idea :P
The concept of the game is awesome i can see this evolve "easily" into a full game. In the comments above you see it lacks explanation. Games need an explanation, you can write it down after on the page if there is no time in the jam. This helps your ratings :) Personally i like some game juice during battle mode and a little higher speed (2x button). So work to be done and money to be made here (ruff gem)!!!!!
The polish of the game is insane the love for UI stand out. the menu got love i like this a lot (usaly not done in jam games). Nice momentum on the duck that it needed to get going to full speed. It there were particle effects on the movement that would spice up the game even more or footprints that fade.I could only find 1 thing: the bucket on the craps head look transparent,thats it! great game Team.
I just had to try run into the grinder :P. Like the fact that you have an area where you need to keep within. liked the tension and mood a lot. Wish there were more places for turrets so i can make it a shooting fortress. Overall a good potential of full game here with some more work.

Game is hard later rounds what makes it really cool. I can see myself playing this on ipad also. Music super nice ads a lot to the mood. the ghost collected on the sides is a super fun touch. 20 stats a lot of guns you made a lot of stuff. For me it felt of a mix between binding of Isaac and Brotato. Nice room reward system a re-roll shop system. Like that all enemies have a death animation. You did the sounds on walking good (so its adding to the mood). So good memories. Cool game you made team!

Like the game and it's super satisfying to research everything. Wish you had done other icons for the flasks at least have difference colors so it matches the upgrade itself. also this could work in a way smaller world. But hƩ 20 hours and in c++ its sick !
This game took me a while to get it but then when i got it i liked it. Funny how the theme collector got me this little gem to play. nice one !
The movement of the game is super smooth. The dive feels awesome. Like the shiny only light up somtimes (would be cool when crow is above it in air). The upgrade dive could be an attack for fun. Good use of parallax background. Cool music and matching sound effects. Good jam !
I'll start of with a big tip make a web build next time. You rated my game so i took the effort of switching computers. you loose a lot of ratings otherwise. Is that bad? not necessarily in this case yes people should play your game. You made a simple to understand game so basics are awesome the you added the choices and this makes it really enjoyably. nice amount of content also .(Small scope great execution) so overall a great game. Little more love to UI (i know its not the fun part)could not hurt the game. This can't be your first jam if it is you got serious skills .....
Amazing art good storytelling. Love you did an intro and give some love to the menu. Music is nice and adding to the whole mood. Sound effects are nice and subtle.The only improvement i could find is Centering the text in the black background.
The Mood in this game is promising. Like the player character he could become memorable. Not a full game jet, but a start is made :) keep developing this love to see where you take this.
Cool puzzle game, original game design. There is a lot possible with this. AI opponents ( levels) Multiplayer. Different shapes portals. You can turn this concept into a full game !

I wanted to calculate the best shot but itās not always the best for th the situation. So I still have some game design puzzles I want to solve.
