Zizicaca :) This game has a cool concept. I liked the idea of exploring the mechanics and rules of the portals. Overall a good submission.

Zizicaca :) This game has a cool concept. I liked the idea of exploring the mechanics and rules of the portals. Overall a good submission.
Nice work! I find the concept interesting and the visual style very pleasing. The levels are in my opinion a bit too easy, but there is definitely the potential for more complex scenarios :D
Nice Game, reminds me of old Kart games. In the first level, I was still a bit unsure what exactly my goal was (Timer/enemies/...) but then the UFO got me. Good job!
Thank you for all your positive and constructive feedback. Your ideas help me a lot. Clearly a faster way to 'hard' reset the level (without the menu) or a mechanic to clone yourself (instead of insta kill) is something that could improve the game. <3
A really neat little game! I had quite some fun with it and tried to achieve all gold ratings. One thing that would make it even better are a bit more precise controls. But still a very good project. Thank you!
Great and fresh gameplay! And the story was also amusing.
Nice Concept with interesting mechanics. I also liked the style of the game. One thing you could add though is the ability to reset the level. But nevertheless a really good entry!
I really liked the art and humor of the game. In the beginning it took me quite some time to figure out what I have to do, but after that I enjoyed the idea of the two paths you have to explore. The hitboxes seemed a bit off, and when entering the umbrella room, I instantly lost hp. But overall a good game.
The art style is really unique, together with the music very atmospheric.
Cool Game. I liked the idea of constantly discovering new objects in the room. Also the music / sound design was somehow catching. As you already mentioned you could improve the beginning. When I only saw a black screen, I was so confused I wasn't even sure if the game was properly running in the browser. Overall a good and funny entry.
Thank you for your entry. It's always nice to see 3d platformer. The mouse/camera control was a bit wonky, especially near walls. Also the special moves felt sometimes a bit like I am losing control, the dash basically gives you the ability to fly and the roll feels a bit like a ragdoll gliding on the floor. I liked the challenge though and to explore the level.
Good Game. I really like the atmosphere, and the music was catching.
Nice idea, the gameplay was actually really funny. In the beginning I had some difficulties collecting the potions, maybe because of the perspective. But overall a good game.
Fun little game, with catching music. Good job!
Cool idea! And I really liked the art style.
The game looks really nice!
Well, when the first level started, I was a bit worried because it looked not very promising, but at the end of it, I understood what it was about, and it is a nice little concept. One thing I was missing though was a way to speed things up a bit. I had a few periods where I just had to wait. Beside that, it is a funny little game. Good job.
Cool game, had quite some fun with it. Visual style was also fitting. One thing that was a bit annoying after some time was the background music, in my opinion it was looping a bit too fast. But overall a good job. Thank you.
A very interesting puzzle game. The ship really is a maze and I think that the idea could be expanded to a larger title. The story and the messages where humerous. At first I was also thinking that the 10 second part was missing, but after the arrest it was there. I think that if I would expand the game, I would probably scratch the "every 10 second teleport" and stay with the button teleport (since I think that it was a bit annoying and not tied to a deep puzzle mechanic).
And last but not least: I was enjoying the music. Thank you for your great work!
EDIT: I forgot to answer your questions...
1) I didn't really got stuck, I just had to look around a bit, since the ship has a maze like structure. The puzzles were also not too hard
2) I think my favorite part was when you first got the gun and learned the teleport mechanic. My least favourite part where the corridors, where you just had to go to the crew chambers, because otherwise you would not have enough time
3) To be honest, I don't think that the loop mechanic was the best part of the game. I think sticking to the teleport based puzzles is enough.
4) Conveyer belts, time based doors (which automatically open and close), carrying a heavy object
Very funny principle, the timer was giving me a lot of pressure :) . Good Job!
The game itself looks very polished and there seems to be a solid concept of how the game should work. The atmosphere is really good. In the end I didn't quite understand all concepts, for example the rotator or fire. Here the tutorial could be a bit more specific (and it has problems when scaling the window...)
After understanding a few of the concepts I managed to get a score of 24. Right now it seems to be a good strategy to look for spots on the Map, where I can build a power plant next to a factory?
I think this game is a good base and can be expanded to a more complex experience. But even now, it is fun to play. Good Job!
Thank you for your game. I think your idea of a ressource management game on a rubiks cube is really fresh. It took me quite some time until I started to figure out some kind of strategy to progress. In the end I managed to start the rocket. The graphics were also fitting. One thing that annoyed me was the random behavior of the movement. At some point I lost a few necessary factories, which did not came back for a long time... Overall a really good and innovative game.
The game has a really solid core game mechanics and lives from the power fantasy: Start weak and get ridiculuos strong in short time, to beat massive waves of aliens. I mean ... you start with a simple weapon and end up with a couple of extra bullets, piercing, shurikens and also energy chaining...
EDIT: Yeah, it was really fun and I kept playing for quite some time 2022-10-06 (11).jpg
A small puzzle game where you teleport every few seconds to a new room. The puzzle are (almost all) quite simple, but some hints are in different rooms. I think the style of the game was very interesting (There was s surprising camera effect in the first part). In the end I didn't finish it: I was stuck with 1 room left (the one with the 3 laser and the activation button). At this point it was really annoying to wait quite some time to wait to come back to the one missing room.
Cool little stealth game (in its purest form). The mechanics are easily understandable and the puzzles in the harder levels were good in showing the possibilities, the game design can offer. Personally I think that the wait period is a bit long (but it was the theme, so it's probably for this jam not possible to avoid...). Aside from that, I enjoyed playing your game. Good job!
Thank you for your game. At the first start, I overlooked the tutorial an went right into the game, where I died after just a few seconds. I was a bit surprised that the tutorial has voice acting. It also is very good and explains the game in great detail. After that I played a few rounds. In the end I managed to get a score of 4156... The style of the game is very consistent and it has clear game mechanics. As an improvement I think shortcuts to open/close the order menu were good (If there are, then I just overlooked them). And the game would also benefit from music. Still, these are just tips for improvements and the game in its current form makes quite some fun to play.
Very cool game. Has a simple mechanic, but combined with the good graphics and the background music it is really fun to play. I love the bunnies in suits idea !
Thank you for your game. I think the idea is very interesting and I like the atmosphere. The dark and light theme with the angel in the background supports that. The platforming mechanics are fairly simple, but work. One thing I suggest for future games: Not seeing what is below yoo is something you should avoid. Right before the end is a section, where you don't see the plattforms you are supposed to jump unto. The background, which is not moving, doesn't help with that. Aside from that, I think this is a good game and I had fun exploring it.
Very fun little game. The music really fits the funny theme.
Simple design, but quite hard. I think a really nice feature is that you have difficult patterns in the later phase of the game.
I've downloaded the windows build, it worked for me.
Small but funny game. After some minutes I even managed to get a positive balance, although I had to struggle with the 3D-Physics a bit: Sometimes my character was throwing cheese and milk around the room...
Overall good work!
I drew a masterpiece.png :) Nice little drawing programming, although I think the background could be more active and responsive...

Hello @zungryware, thank you for your feedback!
Yeah, the tutorial screens were sadly a last minute attempt to explain the mechanics. In the best case scenario it should be interactive.
I also noticed, that it is possible to get softlocked, although it should be rather hard to get into these situations. There is one thing that is not explained properly (because I forgot it :( ): Earth buildings can only be placed next to stones.
The art is impressing
Thank you for your game! I am also a big fan of the PICO-8 System, therefore I know how impressive your graphical effects are here. The controls are a bit tricky (I needed a moment to understand, what I am actually doing). I only managed to get to level 7, but I like the overall atmosphere. Especially the death jingle at the end.
A bit short, but as a first attempt in short time not that bad.
As a small side note: The web embedding did not work for me...
Thank you for your feedback!
@soul-grinder Regarding the secret room: It exists, it has graphics, it is in the game... But it is not possible to access it, since I did not implement it in the end (It was an idea I abolished rather late)
Interesting zone idea, that I haven't seen before (this is not the first minesweeper-like game I have played!)
Reaching the silver coins is very satisfying. And reaching the golden ones even more.
From a technical point of view I am quite impressed... There are thousands of staples and the game seems to memorize how much I have collected from each one.
That was a cool idea you had for the jam. The last monster took me some time to figure out, but beside that I had no real difficulties.
Quite simple, but I guess that can make the game addictive. I am still not 100% sure how it works exactly in the end.
I managed to get to the pink second level (just to die from an armada of jelly fishes).
The has a nice core loop, but what I really like are the thoughts that went into it: - The game has a nice difficulty curve (which is not easy to manage) - The game introduces you with easy enemies in the beginning to its concepts - Additional piranhas as visual life points and damage (at least I think so?) Thank you for your game!
I think that this is an interesting and rather unique idea! As I was playing it i was wondering by which rule the colored rings appear?
Very nice game! Addictive, nice upgrade mechanic in combination with cave exploration. I reached the end (although there was not enough oxygen to go back)
That was a quite interesiting experience. I first thought you would only be confronted with the questions (and some of them really made me think for a while), but also the chat at the end was well done.
Quite hard. First I was annoyed by the music, but after a few levels I started to like it somehow (my only friend in hell)
My ship blew up quite often now.. I did not manage to get to the end, and it took me quite some time to figure out, that you can actually control the computer (before that I was floating around and looking for things that I can fix). The atmosphere is well done, and I am also a fan of the zero-G movement.
High Score: 1025.
Very simple game. I like the feeling of power, that you get after a couple of upgrades (The light speed fast bullets).
At day 6 I felt like a god, diving with light speed through the water... After 10 seconds I collided with a fish in depth 7 and died instantly :)
Very funny and satisfies my power fantasy.
Wow, the tone of the game was a bit darker than I assumed. Very atmospheric. Also a nice interpretation of everyday's life objects. The gameplay is very straightforward, maybe a bit too simple.
A quite simple, but addictive game. The core mechanic (orbital physics) is in my opinion for that kind of game quite unique. An actual well build small game. Congratulations!

Thank you for your game! Looks like a good basis for future projects. The movement is really well done.
Regarding the slide jump: At first it was a bit ... unusual, but after a short while, I really liked it.
Very simple game, but the upgrade mechanics are (as always) addicting. A bit short, but ending with infinite money was a funny surprise.
Very cool game. And I think I missed somehow, that picotron exists...
Thank you for all the nice comments, tips and advises!
@electric-sun You are right, that's something I overlooked and that probably confuses the event system (which is something I wrote 1 hour before the end of the jam ;)
I am really happy that you all seem to enjoy the game. From my experience, when you work on it, you also see all the ideas that you could not implement out of time reasons (like more elements, events, graphics on the score screen...). Or a music volume slider :)
I liked how smooth things worked: Hovering over cards, moving them, the "card" feeling. What would have improved the game was a better explanation of what happened (that was not clear to me in the end). Also the auto-battle was a bit fast for me. Nevertheless I see potential in it.
Your game makes a very good impression. A lot of positive points (which I totally back) were already mentioned in the comments. Some tips for improvement: - The first person/mouse navigation didn't feel very smooth for, but this might be because of my setup or the browser version. - When going close to a wall, everything becomes dark (like I am too close to the texture for rendering). As mentioned below, these are just some small tips, overall your game looks very good!
That seems to be quite complex. I like the flexibility you have to build the ships. Also there a quite a few levels and I think the style is nice. Nevertheless I have the feeling that the battle depends quite a bit on luck? Which I am personally not quite a fan off.
Very nice what you accomplished as your first game. I really like some of your graphics, skeleton man looks very smooth. I think a lot of people have already commented with good advice. I wwould add that I find the choice of controls/keys a bit odd. But thats something that one can fix easily.
The characters look interesting and I like how the theme is approached. Also some systems (like the dialog system) are things that I appreciate. There are however things that can be approved a bit. - The controls are (even sober) quite imprecise. It took me a while to figure out how to approach the bartender. - The room is not very atmospheric (basically just white, without textures). A simple solution may be to make everything darker. - You can avoid the timer by just running away, before the text is fully displayed.
When I downloaded and started the game... I was not even prepared for the title screen :scream:
I think the game could be concepted into a larger puzzle game. I think the concept can be expanded and in comparison to other "herd control" games I know you seem to have an overview (because of the relatively low number of creatures) and because the game is deterministic. Some (in game) explanations would be nice, although it is already quite easy to guess, what the controls are doing.
I am still trying to figure out how things work (and have not passed the first levels yet)... From my point of view I connected the red dots (I assume these are the source/sink nodes) but the signal does not get better.
@bentglasstube That obviously fixes my problem, thanks
Thank you for your feedback! That was my first compo (I did the jam a couple of times before) and I find it interesting that I managed to get it done and wonder what I could have polished with the additional 24h. As some mentioned, there are a couple of (rather easy to implement) quality of life improvements: I especially think of a better overview when zooming out and highlighting yellow/red pops and cell towers. But on the other hand I guess with 72h total I probably would have planned differently and would have ended with a different (not necessarily more polished) game.
Nice concept. I was one of the guys who forgot the control to open the codebook right at the beginning of the training room 8)
There are quite a lot things I like about your game: The feel, the mood, even the sound. Being an unkillable space ship is also fun, but I was really never nowhere near dying and found it a bit too easy (also the pause between the different waves is a bit long for my taste.
Overall a nice entry and as you can see from my image, I played it for quite a while :)
im.png
The game look is simple, but I like the dialog of the heroes, the graphic, the atmosphere and especially the music!
Very cool game. I am also a big fan of the zachtronics games and found your (small) game very atmospheric. A cool little puzzle box on unique little hardware.
Just one thing that confuses me (maybe I am just stupid): Is the Caesar encryption example "F -> B" just off by one character?
This is honestly a very good and very polished game. I think it can end up as one of those games that I like to play regularly. Gameplaywise it is fun to find different paths by just slightly modifying the angle of the shot. You also included an ingame tutorial which I always appreciate.
A very good game overall!
I was wondering: Are the blocks placed completely randomly?
This makes a lot of fun. It reminds me of Warioware and other minigame collections. Sound, graphics and progressively increasing difficulty go here hand in hand. Very well done!
I managed to get the Staten Island ending! Very cool game. I know 60 seconds and although it has more content, I like the radio/information gathering mechanic.. It makes the game feel less "random" and like you can actually make meaningful decisions for your character. Thank you for this nice experience!
There are a lot of things that I really liked here: You managed to make the game feel so smooth and stylish with probably the most basic shapes. Everything feels so alive! Also "small" things like the ingame tutorial are especially for jams a feature for which I am grateful. Rhythm games are something that give fill me with great enjoyment, and here I especially like that by collecting the coins I become part of the music ambience.
The ending was quite... surprising I think the description really nice to read, but gameplay wise I was just clicking icon after icon and never really had to actively decide. I think that could be a point were the game could be improved
II got just below 400:
