Slightly annoying but very much interesting! It'd be nice to have some kind of goal in mind or did I miss something?

Hi @vilmantas, thank you for the review! I'm glad that it was only **slightly** annoying :) Regarding end goal, I've tried multiple variants but it made the game worse, so I've decided to cut it out for the jam and make it just endless. I need to think about it without the time pressure :)
screen.PNG I get this error :/
The game sadly doesn't load for me :( Any chance you can upload a different build or upload to itch.io?
Unfortunately it doesn't load for me, either...
However, it looks like it would be a really fun game if it worked - nice graphics, good placement of the instructions to play, and sounds like Papa's Pizzeria (a game that I also enjoy)!
Unfortunately the HTML5 version doesn't load :slight_frown:
I like the 3d graphics.
Amazing game! The game mechanics are very simple but it was very fun to play with. I like how you turn the theme of every 10 seconds into your game idea. Super cool!
@rezioz @lemare @appleplectic @joey-van-lierop I've uploaded windows build both to Ludum Dare and also Github (links are in game's description), sorry for being so late to fix it - had to work :) Please try again!
I've downloaded the windows build, it worked for me.
Small but funny game. After some minutes I even managed to get a positive balance, although I had to struggle with the 3D-Physics a bit: Sometimes my character was throwing cheese and milk around the room...
Overall good work!
@stratcat66 Struggling with physics was the goal :D Thank you for the feedback!
I was debugging the input issue (I very rarely notice it on my PC, but it still happens), but so far no solution :(
I was always to slow  I had really big problems to scan the eggplant, it was always rolling off the barcode
funny game and well made mechanics
It felt really great, but it was a bit too easy to throw around objects, and i often felt like the scan was unnecessarily slow.
@erikengineengineer Thank you for the review! I'm glad you found it funny) Eggplant is kinda the boss of the game :D
I like the idea!
I think the game would benefit from having an ultimate goal, like finishing your shift after a certain amount of products and getting a paycheck, but for a 72 hours game jam that's not actually a big problem. You implemented the base mechanics really well, weighting and scanning products works flawlessly!
Overall it's a fun little game!
@fnessa Thank you for your feedback! Regarding the scan - it was tuned according to the idea of "barely" processing one item in 10 seconds (the most difficult item, easy items are of course faster).
Unfortunetely, I didn't have time to implement 2 other mechanics apart from weighing and scanning, so I had to make a balance choice.
@otaviobia Thank you! Totally agree with you. The end-goal and some mechanics were cut due to time constraints, so I decided to make it an endless struggle :D
Rotating the items is a bit hard, and when i drop the item it sometimes flies, other than these, the idea is really cool, good job!
Cool idea and execution but the game was a bit too difficult for me. But I discovered an alternative mode in this game - put as much stuff on the scale as you can

Nice work on this game, I quickly understood what to do. I just had trouble rotating the food to scan it with a AZERTY keyboard. It would be nice to be able to scan them without having to put them down. Also, the right conveyor could be more visible/close to the scanner for easier exit.
@holyperson Thank you for the feedback! I will think about alternative rotation method.
@owca Thank you for your review! You've discovered a nice game mode) "Tower of Goods" :D
@martinboue Thank you for the feedback! I haven't thought about alternative keyboard layouts, maybe should've implemented key remapping.
lol, this was strangely rewarding to play. Nice concept and a good fit for the theme. Nailed the sound effects. Good job.
@attala Thank you for your feedback! :)
First time ludum dare for me too and loving it. Working in retail before, I could definitely relate to this. It did take me a while to realise that I had to put the stickered items down to scan and it was rather challenging to play (it was either challenging or i was just bad :D) Overall, I had fun thank you for submitting.
@house-trap-charlie I'm glad that you had fun! The game might be challenging just because of its physics nature, which was the goal. Thank you too for checking my game out :)
The challenge of finding where the damn sticker is and the rotating the items with the sticker facing down was so fun. Having to place the large jar upside down and seeing a large sticker on a small apple made me giggle. As others have said, having an end goal would be nice, and maybe having different iterations of items and random sticker placements would add more to the game but given the time frame I think you did an excellent job. The game works well, looks good, and is fun to play.
Cool game, a bit frustrating, but it works ^^, well done!
@vary Thank you for your feedback! Yes some items have more than one place where sticker can be placed. With the apple sticker looks weird because I didn't have time to "bend" sticker around geometry of the item :)
@akkara Thank you!
Pretty fun! I like the concept and the physics made it pretty funny too! The only thing it needs is a bit of game balance. The objects that are harder to weigh and scan (like apples), don't give you much money, which doesn't make it feel worth it. Eventually I gave up and just tried to put as many things on the scanner as I could (I think my record is 4). Good job! :)

@jandourek Thank you for your feedback!
Solid jam entry! Enjoyed the frustration-provoking mechanic, shame you had to cut features, but that's how it often is with a jam game!
Missed having some music (or it wasn't running), but the SFX does its job by giving the required feedback. I don't think I have much fun playing physics games, but this was one where I can figure out how to do things fairly easily.
The apples were hard to scan, since they would just roll around, and I was wondering if it would work to stack all the incoming fruits of the same kind on the weight machine and then scan them all?
Also, a lot of things to read on the board, but the game starts straightaway! Would be nice to give the player a moment to absorb the rules somehow.
Thanks for making this!
@tuile Thank you for your feedback!
Cool and interesting game!
@georgy16 Thank you!
