Everything about this game is so extremely well done, the visuals, the audio, the voice acting. It's all great but I got stuck after gathering 5 clues and I don't know if I'm missing something or it's the game breaking bug that's been mentioned. If it's the latter I will patiently wait till it gets fixed and try the game again. Nonetheless the game is super polished and probably one of the best entries.
@alexrose I really tried everything now from pressing on every sentence to asking different combinations of clues. I restarted the game many times and she doesn't ask me any questions. I even made a simple mod which shows me which dialogues are pressable and and only tried pressing those. I'm probably missing something trivial and it's super annoying since I really want to play the game.
The game doesn't seem to work for me. Screen flashes black and the game closes, the same happens when I try to launch the game by the jar file. Also I get this error when trying to launch from the command line

Since it's just me who the shader doesn't compile for, I'd assume it's a problem with my system. Perhaps it's a problem with me having an amd gpu (my game's shaders look different on nvidia and amd cards). My graphics card is rx 6500 xt with adrenalin 23.10.2
The fix actually fixed the game and I could finally enjoy it. The level design is really good, levels are challenging but fun. It took me 30 mintues to finish the game and it was time well spent. Level 1-1 is the one I spent the most time on, I was overthinking it a lot when the solution was hidden in plain sight. Overall the game is one of the top entries for me.
The game is really fun but I find the resource gathering a bit tedious. Also some orders are quite funny like this one
Bez tytułu.png
Now I wanna listen to the slightly silly demons
Bez tytułu.png The game is fun. I just wish there were more buildings and enemies. Also I like the way the pawns scream
@archaeognathus I'm glad you enjoyed the game. As for the opponent's cards interacting with yours, we had many ideas for the cards and it was one of them but the time didn't allow us to add all of our ideas. One of the things we had to scrap would be the items which you could buy just like the cards which would alter the cards' effects. Fps go down because the game is really unoptimized, for example when a card disappears it doesn't actually disappear but just turns invisible. I didn't put much effort into fixing the issue since it's not really that important especially for a jam game. Thank you for playing our game!
@martenj I'm very sorry for that and if you're still interested in playing our game I'll do my best to help you. If you download [this](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KF-XArTttiwOL6VLOvCy0wAOMjc_C-tT/view?usp=sharing) and replace it in the game files, the game will start saving logs in Logs folder. If you could send me the log I might be able to help you.
@kristinamay Yeah, a simple tutorial would've probably been a good idea. We're sorry
@hsg-gringo These are third party libraries' files
globeba
cool gaem

I don't really understand the last spell, it doesn't seem to do anything also the game would really benefit from having more spells since I found myself just spamming w + q. Still, this game has great potential and I had fun
Very cool game. My only complaint is that the jump is slightly delayed which threw me off quite a few times.
Bez tytułu.png Cool concept, but I feel like there are round where there are no good matches since all the characters are randomized I'd assume. Fun nonetheless
I was kinda lost but the game is fun
Is level 2 possible? Am I missing something?
Spamming skeletons ftw
I'm not sure I get the mechanics of the game, I just dug straight down to the emerald. I think it has great potential though.
I really like the art style and the mechanics, that and the puzzles remind me of baba is you. Overall a great game.
Very cool interpretation of the theme, it's nothing like what I've seen before and the mind reading mechanic adds to it. Nicely executed, I could see this game with a more complex story line. Overall a fun experience.
Very well executed and the gameplay loop is actually addicting. Of course it could do with more items and stuff but it's a jam game so I can't complain.
Very fun game with great art. I just wish there were more upgrades.
The player character looks cute :3
Very fun gameplay loop but it could do with some upgrades or items to buy. On level 4 difficulty sky rocketed but it's a fun game overall.
I like the map concept a lot but the rooms seem kind of empty. Good game nonetheless.
@wolfier @notexplosive I really appreciate both of your feedback. The tutorial was kind of rushed and I didn't think the invisible walls through. I didn't have time to really balance the game, that's why pearls are so cheap. I'm glad you guys liked it, your games are great too.
@jamesgames1000 @rhill I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. Are you sure your gpu supports vulkan 1.3? That's the only reason I can think of why it would be crashing.
@keely-brown @lllarso @fancyreckless @stratcat66 @drfoxxx @magicstunts123 @dominic-graziano @platonenko @vegasword @thisyc @alex-servirog Thank you all for playing my game and all the feedback. I appreciate it a lot.
The atmosphere and environment really sell the deep depths vibe but the game could do with a tutorial.
Very well executed addictive formula with great visuals and lots of content, I had a blast playing it. Very impressive job. And the tree guy can go fuck himself
I died of hunger
That's gotta be the weirdest game I played, but it felt oddly relaxing with the music and visuals. Also the dialogues and sound effects were funny.
Cute squirrels fighting evil ducks what more do you need. I really enjoyed playing the game, the towers attacking was pretty satisfying, I wish I could speed up time tho.
It really does remind me of motherload which I loved to play back in the day. It was fun to grind with all the upgrades but the gameplay could be a little bit more fast paced.
Well made game with a very cool mechanic, fun in short sessions. Also the 5x speed is a godsend.
The aim arc mechanic allows for some cool trick shots which I like a lot. The boss fight was very difficult compared to the rest of the game but overall it's a very well crafted game with great audio and visuals. Excellent job.
That's nothing what I would expect from a jam game. Very unique experience and a well made one at that. It made me rethink some stuff.
Insane visuals and atmosphere, the controls felt kind of sluggish but other than that it was a great experience.
The visuals are great and the music is nice too but the gameplay is lacking and it's very hard to find any fish.
I really like the music and the art style, very well done.
I love playing with big balls. But seriously it was a relaxing experience with nice art.
The enemies are kind of terrifying, I like the art style.
Very nice art and the gameplay loop has great potential, I also like the light concept. The movement felt a little bit too floaty, and the camera was placed too high for my liking. It would also be great if I could carry more than 1 gold piece at once. Other than that it's a well made game.
Very fun gameplay with a lot of content. Impressive work for a compo game, I could play a full version of this.
Congrats on your first game. It was a fun little experience.
That's a very cool concept and a great foundation for something bigger. I could see it as a fully fledged game. It gives off a kind of dark vibe, which could do for a horror game. Nonetheless I like a lot it for what it is. Good job.
It really feels like an early 2000s flash game. I like it a lot.
Cute little robot.
Played through the whole game and it was great, got stuck on the glitched item quest a bit tho. Also I kept the cat :3
The music goes crazy with the choirs like you're in some epic boss fight. The core gameplay loop is solid and addictive, it was fun to keep the combo going and there's incentive to get a high score due to the leaderboards being a thing. Very well made and fun!
I really liked the art style and the bouncing heads. The stacking mechanic is great and I could see this becoming a fully fledged game!
@good-enough @shasaur I'm very sorry to hear that and sorry for the inconvenience. May I know what gpus you guys have and if there's a log in the logs folder?
@ulziton @kkritikov @melomaner @evil23 @matthew-rose @artalasky @caominh-le @asad @nno1 @jonction @acartlidge @tenshi42 @sirplop @concaerus Thank you all for playing our game! We appreciate all the feedback. :heart:
@tenshi42 Hope you had a great time!
Actually there's a lot of strategy in the game and I really like it, something to spend your money on like upgrades would be great. Still the game is lots of fun!
Great snappy controls with nice music, although levels could be more varied.
You can really feel the sense of speed when you floor it. That is until you crash into a wall. Car engine sound would be nice to have but you can't have everything in a jam game. Also I got money for all the upgrades just after the first ride which kind of defeats the purpose I think. But the art is great and I had lots of fun!
Definitely a unique take on the theme and great execution, though it would be nice to have some sound effects or music. Still liked the story!
I really liked the game, very cozy and the bonus feature is great!

The first thing I stole was the child, I'm sorry :sob:. A very funny concept, I could play the whole game of this.
Wow, the lore and the art really got me hooked on, also the music fit the mood very well. The flags waving was a cherry on top. I had a really good time consulting the manuals and deciphering the flag codes. There was a lot of reading but I liked that, made me more immersed. Overall a very chill experience and I'd play a full game of that. Keep up the great work!
The game didn't run too well on my system but I still like what I saw. The voice acting is great as well as the characters. Also, is the title a metallica reference?
It's crazy how well made your game is. The feedback on everything is amazing, even the small things like cranking the handle, not even mentioning getting a new tape. The audio and visuals are gorgeous, kinda reminds me of the witness which I love. With the wide array of great music it all makes for a very chill experience. Keep up the great work!
Probably the hardest LD59 game, very punishing but rewarding. The signal mechanic makes otherwise simple jumps a lot harder which forces you to play fast to not deplete the signal. The controls are sharp and responsive and the level design makes great use of the hallucinations effect. Overall a really good hardcore platformer.
I destroyed all the bases but there was a lot of waiting between signals in the end game. Also some kind of end screen would be nice. Nonetheless the mood and the art were top notch, the core idea is great and I could see it expanded. Great entry!
The level of detail is absolutely insane, I loved every second of the game. It felt like a fully fledged game more than a game jam entry.
The ending was unexpected and darker than the rest of the game, especially the last line of text. I like the art and the overall vibe. The controls were responsive and some sections were a bit of a challenge. Nice entry!
I find the game quite hard but I really like the concept, made me feel like an audio engineer. It's also quite immersive which I appreciate.
I was frustrated at first because I didn't know how to rotate the pieces. I looked everywhere and didn't see an explanation. But after I realized that I just need to click on them the game turned into a really creative fun puzzle. Just wish there was more levels.
The core mechanics are well designed and make for a fun game, more puzzles would be nice but can't expect more from a jam game. One thing that was the most annoying by far is that whenever I alt tabbed the game to for example write down a sequence for step 3 when I still haven't done step 1 because it was corrupted the game would freeze. Nonetheless I had a blast (pun intended).
4x (1) (1).png
Very well put together, the graphics fit the mood. Sometimes the controls were confusing but that's fine. rat/10
I really like the art and the vibe. I never thought I would see a game made in blender in 2026, that's awesome.
