I got the card dragging a little confused at first, but once I got used to it I really loved it! Great game!
Game crashed after a while, but I really enjoyed it anyway. Very cute! :)
Wow, this is definitely one of the best produced games I saw this far. The visuals are amazing and the controls fun (you can get overpowered very easily with some upgrades). It was a lot of fun, and it kinda makes you think what would happen if you'd be able to dive deeper :)
Loved the art style and the idea, but something seems broken with the controls. I couldn't aim properly and the Q to build didn't seem to work at times
Wow, that was an incredible play. Everything goes really well together, the visuals, the sound, the controls and the atmosphere. I love the old-schooly art style and the level design made me really want to explore the area. Thanks for making this, great job!
A fun experience :) I found out that you can run through walls if you run diagonally though, so I may have cheated my way to the end :P I loved the general style and atmosphere and the running animation was really neat! Great work!
@cosmonautical - We added another link to google drive in case the others do not work :)
@pete-thorne - Sadly WebGL does not work because of all the multithreading stuff and I am not sure if I can compile a mac version without owning one. I will look into it though!
@miche Thanks a lot! I agree, more passives (we had equipment with passive bonuses in mind) and more variety (believe me, there were tons of ideas!) is what the game is lacking right now. I have suggested to the husband that we should work some more on it and get everything done, but the code is so messy we would probably have to start from scratch. 😅 Because real time was so obvious I really wanted to go with turn-based for the theme, haha. Glad it worked out!
@wfmg & @austin Thank you guys! <3
I liked your game, great execution of the theme there! I felt like the character was a bit too much moving like in low gravity for me, but I still wanted to play on. Good job :)
I like the idea a lot and the execution was flawless, great job!
I like the visuals of this one and the idea of increasing difficulty with time :) I had some issues with not being able to determine if my attack hits the enemy, I can imagine this being a very fun game with a little polish though!
Loved it! But tame is a hard one to draw. 😂
Great entry! It was kinda fun trying to contain the spread of the fire, but it seemed ultimately hopeless :D Can you win the game?
This was really fun and quite addictive! Controls were responsive and I like the card system, it makes it a lot more interesting. Very well done!
This was very stressful. 😂
I enjoyed the puzzles and the feeling of your thoughts jumping around, but damn, finding words in 10 seconds is hard! The story was very cute!
Very well polished, responsive and neat sound effects. It's a bit sad that you need to start from the very beginning every time you die but nonetheless a lot of fun. Great job!
I love the upgrade system and how overpowered you can become after a while, great job!
Even though the real time decision making was quite pressing, I never felt too stressed out during a round. I only played a couple games, but everything seemed quite well balanced!
Cards were easy to understand, but I had some trouble understanding how to aim some of them at enemies for the first few turns and then it clicked.
Overall a really great job, guys!
Stunning visuals and mood and you really hit the theme well. It was trick to find everything, but not too tricky. Well done!
@VladImperator:
Haha, all valid points.
Milki here.
We had no time at all for balancing, the map was supposed to be smaller first, with resources less spread out in the beginning when you have less tiles and then you'd buy more map space in the shop. As it is rn, after selling a couple Mons and gaining more tiles you can usually clear the map easily and then skip gathering for a couple days in a row.
At first it was a fixed order of starting at the message screen then moving on to the gathering screen, then summoning, then shop and every phase was mandatory. I made the husband change that to the hub screen where you can do each thing as you please. I am glad I made that a hill to die on. :D
The band one was one of Yak Yak's quest descriptions.. it made me laugh too!
@tenebry
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We actually think quite similar about most of the points you made. In the end we had to make the cut somewhere to make the deadline, but we already have a version floating around here addressing some of the issues you mentioned:
The map is starting with less tiles now, but we also added a way to extend it by buying additional space in the shop. We may scale the amount of ingredients available on it accordingly to make it worthwhile or something, but we'll see.
We also still want to add a way to better (or at all) see the effects of ingredients of course and also the possibility to buy a second color slot to support mixed colors :)
There are also a few ideas regarding the timed aspect of orders and the benefit of keeping your monsters for a while in our heads, but its not completely fleshed out yet :D
Super cute, figured out how to make all of the single ingredients and how to get the dough rolled out but even with the guide you provided AND the screenshot of someone else's win, I just wasn't able to make a proper pizza. I think a little more explanation (in form of doodles you have to draw) about things like lines overlapping also having an effect etc. would have been helpful but it was also fun figuring things out on my own.
I'm looking forward to pizza night on Wednesday now though! XD
Loved it, even if I couldn't draw a pizza!
This has been my favourite LD55 game so far! Absolutely adorable pixel piggies! <3
It has been so much fun finding the best solution for each level!
I would have loved more visible information, like what does fat actually do? Maybe a preview before you start a level on how much damage enemies deal etc. but honestly, I'd totally pay for a full version of this game (with some sort of meta progression in a cute little pig village that you can upgrade, new pigs like wild boars, pot-bellied pigs, flying pigs, I don't know, just give me all the cute pixel pigs! XD)
Wonderful job, guys!
That was fun and challenging and felt quite polished. Loved the atmosphere as well - good job!
I got really hooked once I got the basic mechanics. Big props for the puzzle design, they were challenging but not frustatingly so.
If I could wish for something it would be a fullscreen mode, since its quite tiny on my 1080p resolution :D
Loved the oldschooly look and feel (and sound!) of everything, even though a bit of variation in the tile sprites would be nice.
Overall a great job and a well done entry (and kinda addictive)
I was hoping someone would make a gacha simulator. :)
The credit card swiping was a bit too easy to mess up and it took me a while to even realise I have to summon again without any summons left to even get to the screen. ^^; Cute as heck though, love the art!
This was a great experience, almost a little too close to real life :D
You did a tremendous job, all parts of the game fit together really well. Nice entry!
A beautiful game! I also struggled a bit with the solving of the English hints and had to peek at the solution a couple of times, but I still enjoyed it quite a lot. Great job!
Very beautiful game and the soundtrack sets the mood nicely. I really like playing a cat knight! One small bug: One of the logs got stuck and couldn't be move until touched by another log.
There is a glitch in the game: The brains are spent when the fish hits the pond, so if you click really fast you can summon as much as you want but just paying for 1 ;)

I like the game though, I think with a little polish it could be very fun :)
Stunning visuals and challenging puzzles, good job! I couldn't figure out the last level though :D
A little too stressful for me, but man, the art is absolutely beautiful!
One thing that was quite bothersome, but I don't know if there is an actual fix for it, other than a static immoveable screen: A lot of times when trying to pick up a card I'd misclick and drag the screen instead, which resulted in too much time wasted to feed the hole. I think if that hadn't constantly happened, I wouldn't have found the game so stressful. ^^;
We tried it three times but the third level was just too much for us! We had a good laugh though! :)
