This was great! Really clever mechanic; while I've played laser-reflection games like this before, the rhythm matching was an interesting spin on it. I only wish there were more levels... I think there's a lot of opportunity for interesting mechanics here.

jo-bettaque 2026-04-21 10:24

I took a little while for me to understand what the objective was (Reading helps, lol) but one i did, i got an "aha" moment and had a lot of fun!

splix 2026-04-21 10:33

AMAZING, the music is cool, but the best part is the gameplay mechanics, which are well-designed and very well implemented. I would have loved to see more levels. It’s cool that you added sound effects; the game is really interesting, and if you added more types of sounds and different blocks with unique functions, it would make the game even better. But for a Game Jam, it’s excellent. The only thing is that the game doesn’t really tie into the theme, even though I can see a connection. But well done!

divarium 2026-04-21 12:56

Moooooooaaarrrrr ! I would buy this game if finished ! Very nice take on the simon genre.

nullval 2026-04-21 12:59

interesting idea, I'd love a visual element to accompany the audio clues, some kind of pulse/colour maybe. Also I'd REALLY like a music volume control, so I could better hear the audio clue and not the thumping music (which was otherwise good btw :) ) It is really polished and well made for 72 hours, good job :)

reimi 2026-04-21 13:18

The game music is great! It really helps players get immersed in the game quickly, but I haven’t quite figured it out yet—I can’t seem to find the blue diamond shown in the screenshot. Also, the music stops after it finishes playing; maybe it could be set to loop?屏幕截图 2026-04-21 060815.png

2026-04-21 13:34

@reimi the blue crystal can be found after completing the level AND making the exact sound the note block will produce. The music will loop on other levels

croxx 2026-04-21 14:04

Neat puzzle idea! Recreating sound patterns based on beam bounces is really creative, and the second portal adds a cool twist. Short but solid, would love to see more levels. Nice work!

ilya-kr 2026-04-21 14:14

The graphics are good, and the music is great, but without the tutorial, it took quite a while to figure out how to do things. Overall, if the first levels were simplified and a tutorial was included, the game would be good.

gotlib 2026-04-21 14:27

@ilya-kr, Thanks for playing, but you may have missed the initial hint and goal panel

shlolo 2026-04-21 15:44

I really like this idea. It's a very creative concept that I haven't really seen anywhere else before. I genuinely had fun playing it and I kind of wish there where more levels. Visuals and audio are really nice as well. The only small complaint I have is that there could have been a better tutorial for how the gameplay works, since I needed to do some trial and error before figuring out what I needed to do. But I know it's often hard to fit that into the tight timeline of a game jam. Great entry!

bobanko 2026-04-21 15:51

Interesting concept. But how to win?

gotlib 2026-04-21 16:01

@bobanko, Hello! To win, you need to guide the laser from the red portal to the blue one using mirrors. However, simply connecting the beam isn't enough — the sequence of sounds produced by the mirrors must match the target melody. You can preview this melody by pressing the blue button. If the tune isn't right, the portal won't accept the connection. Good luck!

P.s. You can find full control in the description

the-stage-hand 2026-04-21 17:00

Quite good, very unique concept and good art i feel all it needed is to be a bit more transparent on the goal with the blocks making a tune

meemog 2026-04-21 17:07

Very cool concept. I loved having to visualise the rhythm and trying to build that in the constraints. I'd love to play more levels, and I can imagine this game having more mechanics to make more interesting puzzles. ^^

limered 2026-04-21 17:07

Cool concept. I needed a little time to understand but in the end i wanted more levels! Give me this game on mobile, so i can annoy people on the bus ;) Graphics are nice and fit. There should be another way to placing the mirrors, brcause the clicking was annoying after a while and i always clicked one to many times. Overall a really good game.

forsakenaginor 2026-04-21 17:26

Cool. But not enough. I want more.

2026-04-21 21:54

It took me literally a couple of minutes to understand the gameplay. After that, it was pure pleasure.

2026-04-22 02:20

@myokka yeah, we just couldn't do a tutorial, so just had text of how to play 😥 Anyway I'm glad you enjoyed!

2026-04-22 02:21

@forsakenaginor Oh there WILL be more. Soon we'll start working for an update after jam

2026-04-22 02:24

@shlolo yeah... well at least we made a text at the beggining 😅 That's all we could do...

eugenik 2026-04-22 05:56

The combination of physical beam mechanics and the rhythm puzzle is really clever. It is satisfying to solve the mirror placement puzzle in time with the target melody. This blend of two different challenges makes for a very unique and engaging experience.

universeflow 2026-04-22 06:31

I love how you also incorporated music in the gameplay, I also tried to do something similar with the music in our game :) just something I noticed, the music seems to stop after playing for a while

500 2026-04-22 09:37

I like these colors! It's very bright and makes me feel good

2026-04-22 10:31

@universeflow yeah, we kinda missed that... but this bug appears to be on level 1 only... it seems...

2026-04-22 10:32

@500 insane, right? Neon is always cool 😎

2026-04-22 10:34

Big THANK YOU to everyone, who supported and rated the game, hope you all had lots and lots of fun! ❤️❤️❤️

zwi-zausch 2026-04-22 10:54

Yooo thanks for checking out out game too! I like this a lot, very clean an minimalistic, great stuff!

2026-04-22 11:12

@zwi-zausch thanks)

bigdippers 2026-04-22 11:19

Really fun, only feedback is I wish there were a few more levels. Great work for only 3 days.

oramun 2026-04-22 11:23

This was an interesting game. It took me a bit of time on the first level to work out the repeating the audio mechanic but once i got the hang of it I really enjoyed it. I can see a lot of scope for more levels of this game and it could be really addictive puzzler if you decided to carry on with it

scrapmetal 2026-04-22 12:07

WOW!! This is super cool!! Had a lot of fun with this one! Is such a neat idea to not just play with the mirrors, but to try and match the rhythm as well. Felt fun to mess with and not punishing if you messed up.

I felt like it worked better within the browser than full screen (as the buttons got small and far away). And I couldn't figure out what the blue circle button did. But super minor nitpick. :stuck_out_tongue:

Overall, LOVE it!!! Nicely done.

2026-04-22 12:39

@scrapmetal the blue circle actually does not do anything we just forgot to delete it, since... time 😅

scrapmetal 2026-04-22 12:42

@crimsontrouper Ha! I get that!

online-play 2026-04-22 14:07

Really fun game but in my opinion there should be more levels but aside that great job!

2026-04-22 14:09

@online-play yeah, the most common response is to make more levels :) And we will! At some point...

vladimperator 2026-04-22 17:10

I was frustrated at first because I didn't know how to rotate the pieces. I looked everywhere and didn't see an explanation. But after I realized that I just need to click on them the game turned into a really creative fun puzzle. Just wish there was more levels.

jasmin 2026-04-22 17:43

Awesome game — I want more levels! Recreating the melody adds a really nice twist to the familiar laser-reflection mechanic. Everything feels very cohesive overall. When’s the next update? 😄

2026-04-22 18:13

@vladimperator oh... valid point, we really DID forget this part... thank you for playing! More levels will soon be in development!

desi 2026-04-22 20:23

rly great concept!! had alot of fun and pixel art looks rly cool. I love the glowing effects alot

coolpurplerat 2026-04-22 20:38

I really like the game, and idea of lasers + beats. Now I want full game with this mechanic

mikan 2026-04-22 22:23

Cool concept of Rhythm + Puzzle.

My playthrough: https://youtu.be/nXkkGZmyoD0

2026-04-23 01:30

@jasmin we need to rest t'ill next week then we'll start working and update the game and in the future maybe we'll make a new levels pack and mobile port. Follow the game on itch to get updates!

2026-04-23 01:32

@coolpurplerat follow the game on itch cause we'll make an update soon!

2026-04-23 01:38

@mikan cool playthrough! On the second thought - we should've make the laser always go upwards... but anyway, hope you had fun!

fkjaha 2026-04-23 11:47

Very nice little puzzle game. Feels smooth and plays well, not too hard, not too easy - just right. It just feels great to play it, idk why xD I only wish there were more levels...

rogual 2026-04-23 13:06

Excellent, excellent, excellent!

Lovely to look at, killer audio, and a great, original puzzle concept which I've never seen before. Each level was a satisfying solve.

I was sad there were only a few levels. I was looking forward to some harder ones, then it ended. You could make a full game of this.

The only complaint I have is that it took a minute or two for me to understand what I was supposed to do, but once I got it, wow!

Great entry.

2026-04-23 13:24

@rogual follow on itch to get updates. We will work on it and we'll make a full demo and then a full game (and also we'll add a tutorial, yea)

egrassah 2026-04-23 16:28

Your game concept is simple but terribly effective and fun to play ! In my humble opinion, the audio lacks some mixing especially for the low (20-100hz), but it sound still nice ! I loved each level, and after finishing the game i would have loved to see more levels

andreas-roschal 2026-04-23 21:12

Pretty cool idea to extend classic laser reflection mechanics with rhythm limitations. I like this concept. Wish there were more levels.

drydiamond 2026-04-24 13:43

Really nice and simple concept. Adding a melody to reproduce was a great idea!

bumble 2026-04-24 20:24

Way too short! And I mean that in the best way possible  Mixing the mechanic of the sound with the spacial arrangement is really clever and makes for an engaging puzzle experience. Together with the fitting sound and art it feels absolutely polished and I need more!

gdman 2026-04-24 20:27

Neat little game. Very pleasant art style and engaging music. I spent some time at first, but then realized that I need to sync not to bg music, but for blue-button tune, and from that it went like a breeze. Looks like it has lot of potential, with additional blocks and more levels! Good luck.

alaah 2026-04-24 22:44

Love the game. The puzzle concept is fun and unique (Khet-lite? with a musical element), and the presentation is very polished. Ended unexpectedly soon.

2026-04-25 17:11

Noooooooo I need more! Put it on android :D Really realaxing, love the concept and gameplay. Fun puzzles. Reminds me a lot of this board game toy I had: Thinkfun Laser Maze Logic

2026-04-25 17:32

@grimslinger Follow the game on itch to get updates (we'll make them soon, I...I-I GUESS...At least the full demo...)

unfavorable-enhancer 2026-04-25 20:23

At first I thought it's yet another laser puzzle, but the twist this game executes is very fun and I love the idea of an melodic puzzle game. Only sad thing is that there are too few levels. I think this game has a lot of potential to develop and I hope some updated version with more puzzles and mechanics will release.

pkenney 2026-04-25 20:59

Very cool vibe - the lasers, the colors, the nice chunky art, and the music/sfx all work together really well and feel like a consistent purposeful style.

I had fun bouncing the lasers around, experimenting, and solving.

The game was short and left me wanting more -- much better than dragging things out until it gets boring, but I could easily have enjoyed another 2 or 3 levels.

Well done!

2026-04-26 08:47

As soon as you enter, you'll be greeted by a very psychedelic electronic style along with the music. It feels like you've stepped into a dance hall. The idea is quite interesting. I think it would be even better if there were more guidance. Hehe

robin-schmitz 2026-04-26 13:30

So cool!

I could have played this for much longer, if more levels would have been available. Nevertheless, great game for a game jam :) If you ever make more levels, I'd like to know about that :D

The background-music distracted me slightly from the actual melody I had to reproduce, but one I got the hang of that, creating the melodies was just fun :) I really like, that it's not punishing at all to try and fail. I could see many more tone-modifies being added in future versions :)

Great job! :)

2026-04-26 13:45

@robin-schmitz follow the game on itch to get updates. We WILL make a full version (and a full demo)

bestdtang 2026-04-26 14:53

The level design is absolutely brilliant! I think a tutorial would’ve helped me get into the flow a bit smoother at the start, but once it clicked, I was really impressed. The way you blended puzzles with the rhythm is so clever, and the sound design is top-notch. Great job!

indiepanda 2026-04-27 10:53

Once you master the rules, the game becomes very interesting! Great idea.

pipetto 2026-04-27 14:41

A very good concept. The only thing is that it would’ve been better to start with tutorial levels using just a single sound, instead of immediately throwing the player into complex puzzles without explaining the mechanics

yugimuto 2026-05-02 11:06

вначале ничего не понятно, а как понимаешь - игра сразу становится интересной

kalabhers 2026-05-04 14:22

Really cool concept - love how the signal theme is interpreted. Great mix of puzzle and rhythm game.

ao-85 2026-05-04 20:45

Pretty cool idea to extend classic laser reflection mechanics with rhythm limitations. I like this concept. Wish there were more levels.

alexandr-gerya 2026-05-04 22:35

found out the blue circle does nothing lmao game jam struggles are real but the core gameplay is still a banger

kirill-balak 2026-05-07 20:23

Interesting concept and beautiful visuals, but I only figured out how to play after reading the comments. For some reason, the tutorial screen at the beginning doesn’t show up for me. I played on itch.io
