LD22 — Alone

Leave Me Alone by strega 2011-12-19T06:21:00

Thanks! Yeah. I didn't get much time to really play test the areas very much and make it flow better for speed running, but I think it's pretty good for a quick game :D

Leave Me Alone by strega 2011-12-21T04:22:00

Thank you! Yeah some of the jumps might be a bit difficult >_<

Leave Me Alone by strega 2011-12-22T20:14:00

Thanks a lot! I didn't think I would have time to finish something complicated so I went with trying to get the most fun out of a simple mechanic.

Leave Me Alone by strega 2011-12-27T11:01:00

The difficulty scales based on your loneliness, but I guess I did design some areas that would make it so your loneliness would likely increase without much immediate threat. Sometimes you need to spend time with others. :p

Frostbite by saint11 2011-12-19T06:46:00

Nicely done, the art is great. You set up a very good story and keep it interesting throughout the game.

LD23 — Tiny World

A Perfect Purpose by Siewart 2012-04-25T09:29:00

I liked the art, but overall the game felt really repetitive.

Tiny World by piterlouis 2012-04-25T09:15:00

Not a bad game! The smashing effect is really cool. I think some mouse controls would add a lot to the game and give the players some precision movement.

Tiny Wor ds by BNeutral 2012-04-25T07:35:00

Interesting use of outside media. The word "blah" brought up a couple of interesting messages. The jumping got a really repetitive after a while. :x

Let's Go Moon by Transmit 2012-04-25T06:12:00

Fun game! Simple mechanic, but still satisfying just to destroy things. Really liked the music!

In Delusion by crippledgames 2012-04-25T16:37:00

Interesting game story. Don't see many morbid games these days :D I like it.

Invaders! by wibblymat 2012-04-25T07:21:00

Neat game. I got really dizzy after a while though @_@

Tiny Maze Speedrun by netmute 2012-04-25T15:38:00

Not a bad maze generator. The controls were a bit too sensitive. There were a lot of cases where I would overshoot an opening over and over.

Tinysasters by Volute 2012-04-26T00:15:00

Very polished! The art and music were fantastic. I wasn't really sure if there was something I should have been working towards or just surviving for as long as possible.

HipXel - In the TINY WORLD of Pixel by linkzns 2012-04-25T07:24:00

Cool game. A little on the tough side though. I didn't know there was a double jump until after I died a few times. Maybe add the controls to your description.

Skydef by FrederickK 2012-04-25T15:44:00

Not bad! You should probably include the controls on your game page. And you can modify the links at the top and include your post-jam version too! It was kinda lame losing food because the enemy was just below landing though :\

Tiny Island Adventure by AdventureIslands 2012-04-28T16:24:00

Nice art! The controls were a little bit too slidey for me. I kept dying. Starting over at the beginning of the dungeon was a bit too harsh. Maybe some kind of mario style health would help make it less punishing.

Tiny Timmy and Big Bill by OmarShehata 2012-04-28T16:11:00

Really cool IK arm movement! I thought it was a neat concept, very whimsical. Great job!

Bioclash by gammabeam 2012-04-24T18:16:00

Cool concept. I thought it was really unique and well done!

Survive, my little pixel! by Riccardo Stucchi 2012-04-26T01:37:00

Nice! I like the funky sounds. Does being zoomed out help at all? This would be really neat with like key areas you needed to get to or something kind of macro scale happening.

Redbeard the Borrower by jrasmussen24 2012-04-25T05:32:00

Great! I really got a sense of the scale of the character. It really reminded me of games like Katamari Damacy and Mister Mosquito.

Angstrom by Daniel 2012-04-24T18:22:00

Very nice! I liked the way you rigged up the characters. The bullet effects are awesome, too. Well done!

c!ph3r by frosty 2012-04-25T13:29:00

Nice simple puzzle game! The art is well done. I like the sounds, too. The mouse controls felt a little bit awkward. I would have preferred tighter controls with keyboard keys.

Michael is Myopic by Several 2012-04-25T03:34:00

Interesting puzzle mechanic. I like the style of it all. The sound could be better, but it gives it a unique feel.

The Tiny Gryphalope by bytegrove 2012-04-25T09:22:00

Loved the bullet graphic. The glow is really neat. The game is too tough though, the enemies fire way too fast.

Lost Oxide by SidetrackGames 2012-04-24T23:49:00

Pretty cool. I liked the art, especially the player's jump and run. I died while holding one of the bubbles and it disappeared from the world so I couldn't finish the game :\

Dude, where's my planet by Zamando 2012-04-28T16:35:00

Beautiful art in a very unique style, and the music was great too!

Nasty Bubbly - 72 Hour JAM Entry by ApiO 2012-04-25T16:43:00

Awesome! Well polished game. The visuals are really nice. Needs some tweaking for the bubble spawning. Sometimes there would be a cluster of bubbles at the only opening.

Discovery by TravisChen 2012-04-25T06:28:00

A neat experience.

Muffin Time! by mr_tag 2012-04-25T05:19:00

Really cool. I like the multiple levels of zooming. The animation is great, too!

a little place. by startling 2012-04-25T16:29:00

Neat little game. I didn't understand how to play at first. You should include some basic instructions/controls in your description.

microchip by DiscoFish 2012-04-26T14:34:00

Very nice! I loved the squishiness of everything. The glitch effects were really well done.

To What a Mountain? by cageinabird 2012-04-26T01:01:00

Very funny. stomping on the villagers was really fun. I liked the simple art style.

Stade 2 (Mr.Oizo) by 30dogs 2012-04-25T16:51:00

Really cool visuals! The music was pretty sweet, too. Is there a way to jump or something? I got to the blue stage and there were things on the ground that I couldn't seem to avoid.

Tiny World of Bees by tripleVisionGames 2012-04-25T17:15:00

Not bad. I ended with 110 bees. There's a nice exponential growth factor going on there. I started becoming hard to click fast enough to send out all the bees.

Matrix Creatrix by piman 2012-04-25T17:33:00

Interesting. I few control descriptions would be much appreciated for other players. I really wanted to be able to unselect specific blocks rather than have to reselect the entire thing.

Pico Planets by brianshaler 2012-04-25T17:43:00

Great jam! I wish there was more! The jumps were extra satisfying. After I beat the game I just jumped around planets for a little while. You should totally keep working on this and make it into a something really awesome.

Predicament by orangepascal 2012-04-25T07:00:00

Really good game! Nice puzzle mechanics and use of the theme. The art is great too!

Tiny Worlds by Lidfrid 2012-04-25T06:47:00

Neat gravity game! It felt a little too tedious for me. I couldn't get the hang of aiming the ball properly and would always miss my target >_<

Tiny Planet by fingerflinger 2012-04-25T17:48:00

Interesting orbital sling shot mechanic. It was a bit annoying having the lost screen come up constantly. The music was really good and gave a good spacey vibe.

microrail by kirkjerk 2012-04-25T08:42:00

Very cool puzzle game. You should consider putting it up on an app store or something. I think there is a processing -> android compiler out there somewhere.

Kumiho by Christina Antoinette Neofotistou 2012-04-27T15:30:00

Very cool bullet hell! Really loved the animations and ship designs.

Aquarium Adventure by eli 2012-04-25T13:59:00

Interesting perspective. I liked the effect of the bubble fog. I wasn't sure what to do. I just swam around for a little while.

ANtopia by pgil 2012-04-25T08:01:00

This is excellent! The style is pretty out there. I felt like I was playing an old school adventure game at first. I really liked the animations. The pacing feels a bit slow, but none the less its a good game.

Seeds Of Destruction by MrPhil 2012-04-25T17:52:00

Very nicely done. I wish there was something I could do after a seed has hit the ground. I feel totally helpless after a while, maybe that's part of the design.

Nook by PoV 2012-04-25T03:36:00

Amazing art! That transformation animation is the awesome! The sound is great too. It feels just like an old SNES game.

Big Space Tiny Man by invaderJim 2012-04-25T09:19:00

Haha, I love the way the little people climb onto your suit. I didnt even realize they were there until like 2 minutes into the game.

terminus by zillix 2012-04-26T04:48:00

That was really awesome. There were so many things to do and try. I loved the feedback from the npcs. Sometimes things would respawn instantly, but maybe that's intentional.

Ant, Bee, Cow, Pig and Spider BOSS by karnakgames 2012-04-25T06:52:00

Neat game! The sounds started to get really annoying though, especial the ant walking.

My First World by Dark Acre Jack 2012-04-25T07:30:00

Nice setup. I like the desk and globe metaphor going on. It was a pretty difficult. I got impatient waiting for the guys to gather food and things. :\

Biodome by 7Soul 2012-04-28T16:47:00

Cool game! The intro stage was a bit annoying though, rather than picking up 4 blocks to advance I would have preferred with just one block and then slowly advancing. The art was fantastic! The characters sort of reminded me of pokemon. :)

Memento XII by deepnight 2012-04-27T14:44:00

Excellent game! I love the transition effects. The story was very touching too.

Hamster Bowling by tfendall 2012-04-25T16:58:00

LOL! That was amazing! I'm glad I got to the end.

ANT SURF HERO: THE SURFENING by JigxorAndy 2012-04-27T02:45:00

Fast paced and action packed! I loved the story and gameplay, just wished I could hold down space to rapid-fire. Overall a very fun game, great work!

Scape by intmain 2012-04-25T03:08:00

Great! Nice art, very concise and clean. Everything fit well together. A little on the easy side. It was easy to solve a lot of the puzzles by just backtracking and moving one tile at a time.

Quest^3 by angryshroom 2012-04-25T05:38:00

Neat concept! I had a lot of difficult predicting what would change when I moved my character. There was no instruction on which button to press to actually use potions, maybe you should include that in your game description.

My Little Planetoid by matthias_zarzecki 2012-04-25T07:40:00

Cool game! I could see this being a very interesting spherical Settler's of Catan if you added multiplayer.

Dude Rescue by agnulf 2012-04-25T09:07:00

I rescued 13 dudes! Sometimes the guys would disappear when they were right next to each other. Was that intentional?

Faelanx by arkeus 2012-04-25T16:08:00

Nice work! I probably could have kept playing for hours. Auto-equip would have been nice. I think seeing the damage would add to the fun, especially since you can get crits apparently. I didn't run into many instances where I needed to use the other spells though, which is unfortunate since they were really cool.

Stellar Nurse by Bleck 2012-04-26T14:41:00

Cool concept. The stitching effect is really well done. I didn't really like the style of movement, but that's just a personal thing.

Moon Base by morganquirk 2012-04-25T14:29:00

Awesome work! I really loved the animation and effects. The puzzles got a little hard as you progressed, but overall great!

Where It Begins by FredericRP 2012-04-25T09:32:00

I couldn't play the game. The blue guy never appeared. I tried refreshing multiple times.

Boulder Drop by jclaine 2012-04-25T16:32:00

Not bad, the dropping effect is pretty satisfying. It felt like there was a weird delay from when I clicked and when a bounder would actually start falling.

The Day of the Godzsillas by Ataverti 2012-04-24T18:31:00

Neat! It is a little bit difficult to play though. I had a lot of trouble finding the enemies and running into builds. I liked the death animations for the dinosaur. The slow-mo effect when you respawn lets you queue up like 20 missiles which looks really awesome when they all fire.

Angle Isle by Rusty Moyher 2012-04-25T07:16:00

Awesome game! Love the art style. Simple and clean. Cleared in 3:30 with 100% fruit collection!

I started to worry that the game was infinitely long after a while.

Stomp-A-Thump by OnionBlaze 2012-04-27T15:01:00

Pretty cool! I wish there was more feedback for stomping the castles like screams or something.

Mini-Worlds and Monocles by Zed 2012-04-24T23:33:00

Kind of reminded me of a simpler Commander Keen.

Colossal Creature crushes Tiny Town by cjke.7777 2012-04-25T06:03:00

Awesome visual styling! Everything fit together really well. It would be awesome to hear the townspeople screaming though. I felt a little cheated when I was forced to take damage at the beginning of the level, a "ready, GO!" would be nice or maybe even just continuous play with more things coming in gradually.

Exposed by 01101101 2012-04-25T03:57:00

Pretty cool! I really wish some descriptive text would appear next to the things I moused over though.

The Tiny World of Fiorella by strega 2012-04-24T23:25:00

Thank you guys very much! The feedback is much appreciated. Hopefully we'll be able to put it to use and make a longer more in depth experience later on.

@Matt Rudder - Thanks! The spawn rates for everything is a bit high in the jam version. The post-jam version is a lot more balanced I think. We're still tuning things.

@Whitetigle - I was worried about that and concerned about that and considered adding a way to rebind the controls, but giving the deadline there were more pressing things to address.

@bastiandantilus - Ah, sorry to hear that that happened. That's what we get for using random placement of objects.I should probably make it account for those specific cases or maybe we'll add bomb berries that you can collect and use to get rid of rocks.

@Jhelle - Play the post-jam version! There's an awesome win screen and music just for beating the game!

@Evil Cult - Thank you for the feedback! The game does get easier as you get stronger since we currently only have one enemy type, but it's sort of rewarding that way. We'll be sure to spice things up more in later versions.

The post-jam version is a bit more balanced in terms of drop rate and enemy attacks. There is better knock back and feedback for the the pushpin in the post-jam version, too. Give it a try!

The Tiny World of Fiorella by strega 2012-04-25T05:12:00

We considered having a block. The original character was actually designed to have an acorn shield. Maybe we'll put it in later.

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/33320448/preview/playerDaggerSprites.png

The Tiny World of Fiorella by strega 2012-04-25T06:55:00

Thanks for all the positive feedback! I thought it would be more difficult to make the game at first, but once the map system was done, everything else sort of just flowed together!

We weren't sure if we were going to participate this time around and didn't actually start the jam until Saturday afternoon >_<

The Tiny World of Fiorella by strega 2012-04-25T08:10:00

@matthias_zarzecki - unfortunately we don't have anything currently setup to showcase all of our other work. However, you can see some of my person stuff here:

http://vuha.carbonmade.com/

It's really only a small sample, a bit out of date, and some mismatch of school work, too. >_< I really need to setup a proper webpage.

The Tiny World of Fiorella by strega 2012-04-25T17:39:00

I'm glad you guys are enjoying the game! All of your comments are really flattering. We'll be working hard to make it a more complete experience in the future.

@Pierrec - I'm glad it was a good balance of difficulty for you. The jam version's random room generation makes the difficult curve completely different for everyone. The think the post-jam version more or less scales with the player's progression.

The Tiny World of Fiorella by strega 2012-05-03T17:49:00

Thanks everyone for play! We're glad you are enjoying the game.

@matthias_zarzecki - I just asked the guys, they used FL Studio to make the music.

The Tiny World of Fiorella by strega 2012-05-03T17:51:00

@matthias_zarzecki - FL Studio with soundfonts to be specific

Smallworld Survival by Norgg 2012-04-25T21:37:00

Interesting game. I think I killed all my people :<

A Super Mario Summary by johanp 2012-04-25T07:05:00

Well done summaries. I art is nice, I really liked the dance he does at the end of each level.

Life in jar by Simple Ghost 2012-04-25T15:30:00

A nice quiet game. I liked that I could sort of sit back and watch them work. Is there anything special about the little black one?

Lilac.27 by oddgoo 2012-04-24T20:29:00

This game was great! Awesome use of graphics. I love the sounds, too!

Tiny World War by jimmypaulin 2012-04-25T17:11:00

Cool game. Art and everything worked nicely together. The whole thing is kind of funny as it feels like you're doing a suicide run. Sometimes it can be really easy though, like you can just run on the side and nothing hits you.

caveman defending his cave from aliens while monoliths drop down from the sky by bms 2012-04-25T06:33:00

Love the crazy long name! Neat game play, although it gets a little repetitive after a while. I like the different weapons they spice it up a bit.

Tinyverse by Permanent7 2012-04-25T08:57:00

I liked the puzzle mechanics. The 3D tech is pretty interesting and adds a neat style to the game. With a bit more polish this could be really nice puzzler.

The Green Planet by Munch 2012-04-25T08:52:00

Interesting mechanic. I felt like I was more just trying to survive than actively getting the asteroids to hit Jupiter.

Rocket Boat by RHY3756547 2012-05-01T05:23:00

Nice art! Really eye catching. The bounciness was pretty fun to play with. the clock-wise/anti-clockwise motion was kind of tough to get used to though, especially when you're on the underside.

Wirepair by CaptainIcy 2012-04-25T09:01:00

Cool perspective. I liked the setting a lot. I think making it so you specifically snap to the next wire would add a lot to the game and make it more arcade feeling and fun.

Epic Scale Warfare by devwil 2012-04-24T20:35:00

I'm not sure if I was doing it right... but it seemed like the world was slowly falling apart as I zoomed in in out after different periods of waiting on the zoomed out screen. The last scene I saw was of the house in bad condition with no one living in it.

Mineral Cities by Gareth Jenkins 2012-04-25T16:25:00

Neat combination of puzzle game and simulation. The visual style is nice and minimal, also. The inverted rotation was a little hard to get used to, but that's not really a big deal. It was a bit hard placing things exactly where I wanted. Would have preferred a mouse placement system and maybe some way of deleting pieces.

Naos by Sean Hogan (anodyne/even the ocean) 2012-04-25T05:48:00

That was kind of a strange game. I guess I'm not one for a lot of dialog. The effect kind of hurt my eyes after a while, but it was still pretty neat.

Swift by andrebeton 2012-04-25T09:38:00

Pretty interesting. My main complaint is that movement is far too slow.

Oomple by lurkingshadow 2012-04-25T09:10:00

Interesting idea. Instead of having a button to press maybe replace it with a keyboard button or just to click anywhere.

Dragons of Pluto by Lusmu 2012-04-28T16:05:00

Good effort! It was cool flying around as a dragon. I got to the boss but died pretty quickly. I agree that the controls could use some tweaking, and I wish there was a better health indicator beyond the shrinking/growing.

My Tiny Town by hungyg 2012-04-25T16:10:00

Nice calming game. It's cool that you added a tutorial! I wish there was a way to speed up time though.

Restless Island by Homletmoo 2012-04-27T16:21:00

Pretty interesting. I kept thinking that I could stand on those bridge looking structures in the game. I didn't know what my goal was for a while though. You should be controls and things in your game description :D

Stupid Ants by rvmook 2012-04-25T09:25:00

Interesting mechanic. I think you portrayed the in game ants really well. Their movements were just what I expected in ants. It was hard to tell which box was going to move when you clicked on a square tough.

Tiny's World by tacograveyard 2012-04-26T14:24:00

Interesting concept. The visuals were really nice. I had a really hard time finding everyone though and the controls were a bit jerky, but I think you fixed that in the improved version.

Adventures in NoLand by ncannasse 2012-04-25T07:51:00

Nicely done! I like the simple RPG mechanics. I wish the monsters respawned so I could grid on them a little and advance easier throughout the game.

Tiny Quest by lorancou 2012-04-27T16:28:00

Cute graphics. I had to cheat too lol.

Pogo Planet by ExciteMike 2012-04-26T14:46:00

Really unique idea! I liked the visual style a lot. There's a lot of nice feedback in the game. I think this could be a really addicting like rotation/orientation game on mobile devices.

LD32 — An Unconventional Weapon

Shark Lazer Hands by HeuGamer 2015-04-26T07:17:00

That was fun. Loved the rotating parts animations! The intro animatic was sort of long. I almost thought the game froze at first.

RELIC by CptDustmite 2015-05-10T20:45:00

Nice little story! I liked the art and the humor a lot :D

Ice Princess by pinkmonkeyhead 2015-04-22T07:37:00

This is so gorgeous! Thanks for sharing your technique in a post it was really interesting to see and brought me to your game. Which is totally wild and pikmin-esque! So much charm!

I accidentally clicked on one of the images on the page and it closed the game and lost all my progress T____T

Banana Killer by syawqy 2015-04-20T11:02:00

Lol pretty awesome, like a much sillier Infectionator style game!

Fruit Salad (in Space) by SkyWolf 2015-04-20T12:09:00

Pretty awesome! and nice tutorial. I wish when I clicked it would launch the closest fruit to my mouse regardless if I click near the fruit or not.

Littleboom by Dyn 2015-04-20T09:45:00

Cool intro. I had some difficulty playing in the embed version of the game. Had to scroll down to reach the inventory.
I added this css to the embed page to make the scrollbars go away

* {
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
}

Hugline Miami by Figglewatts 2015-04-22T06:47:00

Very nice art and style. I was totally hoping to go running around really quickly actually hugging everyone tho :p

A Bard's Song by aaronjbaptiste 2015-04-26T07:08:00

Pretty cool! I like the concept of the support character being the main character. It was sometimes confusing seeing the HP bar flip and look like it was filling for the enemies.

Space Boy by Hyoga-3D 2015-04-22T06:35:00

Well done, you captured the general feel of superstar dust pretty well! I died a few times were it didn't seem like i hit anything though.

Long Live The Great Leader! by iSamurai 2015-04-20T09:34:00

Got overwhelmed and died. I didn't make it to the boss. Neat lighting effect and use of parallax.

Scramble by BasmanovDaniil 2015-04-26T08:36:00

I wasn't quite sure if I was playing correctly. I felt like when I was pressing WASD I didn't really move.

Sky Sword by Yword 2015-05-10T10:51:00

Very nice visuals. I had a lot of trouble with the controls and wall jumping in general was difficult for me.

Iridescent by PixlWalkr 2015-04-20T08:24:00

Very nice visuals. The atmosphere was good. I had some issues telling apart the orange and red crystals some times. The blue crystal freezing the water was a nice effect. Well done!

CMDer by deadarius 2015-04-20T11:17:00

Pretty cool! It's a battle of typing speed and positioning.

BacterioRage by Squid Blink Games 2015-04-22T06:57:00

Well done! The art and animations are great. I ran into some bug? a lot of my UI/screen was initial off screen during the character selection.

Weaponized Giraffe Simulator by tomdeal 2015-04-20T10:10:00

This is pretty funny! One of the rounds I had a nice beat going on when I was popped balloons.

Here's a thought by Jadernak 2015-04-20T09:24:00

I'm not really sure what's going on in the game... or what the icons above the buildings mean. The graphics and animations are cool to watch though.

Girl from the north country by Muffin 2015-04-20T10:44:00

Really interesting way of literally uncovering the story and digging through the text.

Tinka The Turtle by ruerob 2015-04-22T07:54:00

Surprisingly addictive. I played for way longer than I originally intended.

The Yellow Jacket Man by Givit Game Studios 2015-05-10T11:03:00

Interesting game. I had no idea what to do at first or what the controls were. Eventually figured out that right click was shoot, which is not obvious for web games.

Stoned Scarecrow by gillenew 2015-04-20T11:08:00

Art is amazing! I wasn't able to get very far. Is player suppose to shoot in short bursts of 3 to 4 bullets? It felt sporadic.

Flail Rider by jushii 2015-04-22T07:15:00

Awesome art and sounds. Plays a lot better with a controller. I wish that the game would start as soon as I hit any of the control keys vs having to hit x. This made dying and starting over way more annoying than it should have been. I also wish death was a little more forgiving, like instead of hitting anything it was only if your front hit.

I really wish the car just tried to go in the direction I pressed rather than being controlled in a tank controls sort of way. Like would make crazy arcs and things, but at least I had a good sense of where it would hopefully end up. The destruction in this game is so juicy it sucks to not get to experience for only short bursts.

(or maybe i just suck at the game :P)

Vocal Power by JohnGalt 2015-04-22T07:04:00

I became king in 4 days! Cool concept loved the sounds and little scenarios.

FINAL BREAKFAST: Your World is Toast by GhostBomb 2015-04-26T07:22:00

Fun arcadie game! Nice polish and great animations!

Ricochette by trenchgames 2015-04-22T06:53:00

Awesome mechanic and good art! Xena simulator :D

Deadly rain by Sublustris 2015-05-10T10:58:00

Nice animations and graphics. The gameplay is really difficult for me. I liked the tone also.

Terminal by mike1101 2015-04-20T10:05:00

I'm not really sure if I reached the end... Interesting concept.

The Flying Thing by Chibougamau 2015-04-20T09:38:00

LOL, never thought I'd play as a flying dick in any game. Sounds where awesome. Was pretty fun.

Sivo: Trial of the Lava God by rattower 2015-04-22T06:41:00

Not bad! I loved the character and his feet! The controls could feel a bit better, jumping was especially hard at times.

LIGHT by MSiddeek 2015-04-26T06:56:00

Cool game, I got as far as I could, but the timing puzzles were killing me, sometimes the jump button didn't see like it was responding!

Field Doodie by strega 2015-04-20T10:22:00

Thanks for the feedback! I think it's still legal for me to change the esc key causing you to quit the match, but just clicking outside the chat should cancel it.

I definitely planned on having a lot more animals and poop types with different affects and stats at the beginning, but ran out of time.

It is pretty hard to hit people... maybe I can make it better in the post-jam version.

Field Doodie by strega 2015-04-21T04:59:00

Thanks for the comments and praise!

@Fanttum - yeah, most multiplayer games like this need some critical mass to be active. At least there are bots :D

Classroom madness by dizshok 2015-04-20T10:16:00

I like the graphics! I wasn't sure how to read all the numbers and figure out my final stats. I had issues when i pressed the + multiple times and multiple sets of numbers start overlaying on each other.

Ex-Sword-Stential Crisis by Team Ex-Sword-Stential 2015-04-26T08:26:00

Awesome job! Really polished even has a leaderboard and upgrades. I really liked the fact that you could cut up the animals, wasn't expecting it when it happened!

I was stuck on the upgrade screen at first. I didn't realize you had to press esc or enter to continue, was expecting a close button since the upgrades were also buttons.

Ani-melee by RHY3756547 2015-04-26T08:13:00

Awesome animal flail action! It was a bit hard to read what was going on with all the sparks and things. The bots were really good I think I got maybe one kill off them.

Teed Off by sanojian 2015-04-22T04:03:00

Really awesome! Liked the mechanics. I wish I could click anyway to start swinging though, and not have to wait for the alien to destroy a building.

Wordskill by Madball 2015-04-20T10:57:00

Interesting grammar game. I was able to get a silver metal praising my friend. I like the different scenarios. and animations.

Micro Dancer by Dreauw 2015-05-10T11:08:00

Sweet audio and graphics! Really liked the music mixing when you hit the keys. Kind of has a typing game + rhythm game vide to it.

LD38 — A Small World

StopWatch by SkullPixel 2017-05-02T05:21:10Z

Nice pixel art! The stop and go mechanics are neat. I just tried to kill as many as I could on my turn and hopefully was positioned far enough away to not get killed.

Little Asteroid by Wevel 2017-05-02T05:13:14Z

Neat resource management game! I liked how the flow of things creates an interesting melody.

PogoPogo by obvious-san 2017-05-02T05:30:35Z

Nice complete experience! I liked the charming pixel art and I felt like you did a good job achieving that small concert feel.

Little Sprout Garden by Valmay 2017-05-02T05:04:44Z

Very adorable aesthetic! The ambient sounds are nice for mood. On the start screen I thought the game was still loading with the spinning cursor. I didn't know that the two icons that appeared at the beginning were clickable at first.

LD39 — Running out of Power

Robot Guy by Neato 2017-08-19T09:24:11Z

I really liked this. It was interesting to keep all the robots going. Nice resource management game. My main suggestion is to have the player's energy and health more predominantly displayed. Sometimes the player's bars would be behind other bars, and I would end up accidentally using all my energy.

Energy Outage by rosypenguin 2017-08-04T04:39:09Z

This game is super cute! Played through every ending :) Also had the bug where you could click to move through walls and things.

The Music Box by DDRKirbyISQ 2017-08-19T10:59:40Z

Pretty sure I rated earlier in the week, but for some reason my rating and comment isn't here. Anywho,

Really liked the charming art and characters. The music was and sounds were fitting. It was fun to explore each area at different times of the day to figure out the right sequence :)

Last Sunset by piscythe 2017-08-20T07:57:19Z

Interesting shoot'em up. I didn't get very far, I think I was in the group of people where the input wasn't working well.

Cranked 1911 by zee 2017-08-20T08:49:49Z

Nice mob action game! The controls were really responsive. The AI is quite tough to beat though!

Artax by Flaterectomy 2017-08-19T11:22:07Z

Lovely art style. Interesting companion design mixed with 2D platformer concept. The controls were a little sticky for me. I wished spacebar was also jump.

Heal The Dark Lord! by Coauctor 2017-08-20T08:16:31Z

Awesome art. The gameplay is pretty straight forward (not that, that is bad). I wish I could just collect a lot of stuff and bring it all back and experiment with different combinations.

Devil's Curse by herniewise 2017-08-04T05:01:30Z

Nice use of the theme and good music and sounds! The platforming felt good. I could see how this could be expanded. It would be interesting if when you lost your powers you had to creatively use the enemies to kill each other or environment elements, etc.

Radrover Snap!! by radmars 2017-08-20T08:06:08Z

Awesome pokemon snap style game! Loved that you captured the aesthetic. Nice touch with the audio dying as your power runs out.

Running out of Sugar by Natrium729 2017-08-19T10:32:25Z

Nice hand drawn art! I was able to fill my bar to the top. Simple endless eating :)

Blocks of Power by mortus 2017-08-20T08:42:42Z

Awesome ship building + asteroids style game. Feels kind of like a 2D robo craft/gratuitous space battle. I wish the pieces snapped to my ship easier, or gave feedback that it was going to connect properly.

GLOW by abductedPlatypus 2017-08-19T20:59:39Z

Cool exploration game. I liked the glow effects and art. The audio fit very well. I did get stuck on geometry sometimes where I couldn't move and just had to struggle to run out of power :(

Fuse Cell by christina-antoinette-neofotistou 2017-08-13T01:55:02Z

Cool shoot'em up! Interesting charging mechanic. I think I ended using the energy drain to kill enemies more than bullets.

Running Out of Power Points by lady-beardo 2017-08-19T09:08:36Z

I see what you did there! ;)

Urban Campaign by pataya 2017-08-20T07:51:46Z

Very nice art! The music was good too! liked the use of political power instead of regular energy mechanics.

Cavernous by Takki 2017-08-20T08:53:11Z

Liked the character art and animations. The environments were interesting to explore. I did get stuck somewhere though, like there was a ledge I couldn't backtrack at.

Battery of Power by Belga54 2017-08-19T09:48:57Z

Cute sprites. I like the smash TV style waves. The screen shake really bothered me, maybe its the static itch.io page background matching the game background throwing me off >_<.

Plug Me by hav24 2017-08-19T10:51:52Z

Excellent platformer. Very nice use of the energy bar as part of the level design. The controls were tight and each level was thoughtfully designed! The art was well done and had a nice aesthetic! The music and sounds were good and not too repetitive! Full marks!

Ted Crashed! by Sebastian-M 2017-08-20T09:03:24Z

Neat game! I liked the hex grid. It was fun trying to figure out optimal wiring strategies to link everything together.

The Derby by JelloKeynote 2017-08-04T05:13:17Z

Neat betting game! I like the cards mechanic, I was a little worried that it would just be betting and waiting.

Cosmo Beat by Super Shark 2017-08-19T10:26:13Z

Neat blend of rhythm and shooting. I kept getting off beat though :( maybe if there was additional cues that help ramp up to the beat it would be easier to recover.

Low Power Spacecraft by XavierSeal 2017-08-19T09:33:43Z

Nice voxel art. The sound and music are awesome. The controls were a bit hard for me, maybe if I was playing with a controller I'd do better! I think the acceleration was what threw me off the most.

Automated Explorer by Aircraft Terrier 2017-08-19T10:19:39Z

Awesome game! Great level design and world exploration. Nice use of the theme and mechanics. The aesthetics works really well, very retro feeling!

Wayside : A world awaits you by TheCodeFactory 2017-08-19T11:06:18Z

Interesting fling mechanic. The puzzles were well designed. It was a little bit hard to gauge how far you'd go when you moved because of friction and small changes in angle. I liked the music, but it started getting repetitive after a while.

The power of blood by Arknostik 2017-08-19T11:11:08Z

Challenging game! I liked the villager death particles :P I tried playing with a touchpad, way harder than with a mouse.

Running Power by Hephyrius 2017-08-19T10:37:06Z

Interesting infinite collection game. Wasn't really sure what the different shapes did, if I should have collected the or avoided them.

Soul Gun by EX3 2017-08-19T09:44:26Z

Nice take on the VVVVVVV style platformer. I don't think I got very far. I wish there was an indicator of for when it was safe to fire the gun. Sometimes it felt like I was just dying for no reason.

Glitterwing VS Apocalipsaur by DDSFloko 2017-08-20T07:44:26Z

Loved the art! It took a bit for me to understand that the icons where buttons, but once I did it I was able to take down a few monsters :D

LD40 — The more you have, the worse it is

Phrygian Fantasy by harark 2017-12-08T07:46:23Z

Neat premise. I ran into the same bug where the coins spawned in the ground.

Samurai Shaver by DDRKirbyISQ 2017-12-17T10:02:00Z

Awesome music and art! The blood effect is a nice touch. The audio/visual hints before your turn work really well, but for some reason I always miss read when I was suppose to start by a second or two, maybe a visual cue right before your line appears and starts to move down the body could help.

Shoot off their lumps by pixeye 2017-12-17T09:47:51Z

Really nice graphics and mood. The audio and music helped add to the mood and polish. Feels like a professionally made game!

Famous Knight by Lucas Ferrantelli 2017-12-17T09:37:06Z

Awesome game! Really nice polish, the screen jiggle is a nice touch. The music and sounds were great. Well done!

Scavenger by LimeniusTeam 2017-12-08T07:54:45Z

I like the progression and mechanics. The ramp up and teach was good. I wish you could just click anywhere to accept your movement path though instead of only the highlighed squares.

The Peddler by AndrewBallinger 2017-12-08T08:18:19Z

Nice graphics, I'm not sure if I was playing right, but It never seemed like I had what the people where asking for...

Cat Clicker by Mr.MadCat 2017-12-17T09:11:20Z

Nice complete game! First play through my cat died during the tutorial, but I kept it alive the second time and got a bunch of cats!

Hell-A Work by kukiri 2017-12-05T08:00:59Z

Got to level 6 in 339 days! Nice graphics and and audio! I kept just clicking the green checks and making sure everyone was working. I think it got into a situation towards the end where all the people got stuck at the door trying to leave for vacation all at once.

Pride Before a Call by Carraka 2017-12-08T08:32:47Z

Nice graphics. Its pretty overwhelming. I ran into a bug where text at the bottom froze, but I could still click buttons on the phone.

Amitosis by Pixel Maniacs 2017-12-08T08:04:14Z

Very nice graphics. The sounds were good too! I tried it multiplayer, but we keep accidentally hitting browser shortcuts since the controls use the ctrl button.

ViKing of Norway by NamInUz 2017-12-08T08:10:35Z

Pretty big world! I'm not sure if it was my keyboard, but sometimes I would get stuck moving in a direction.

Cup-O-Matic by Masadow 2017-12-17T09:20:46Z

Adorable graphics! Really liked the sounds and music! I felt the difficulty could have ramped a little faster at the beginning, but the addition of key combos was nice.

MEGA by Yetman 2017-12-08T07:42:40Z

Good premise, took me a bit to figure it out but once I did I thought it was pretty clever. The controls need to be tightened up a bit and maybe remapping some of the keys can help with the platforming parts.

DeLight by OnePlusOne 2017-12-08T07:19:48Z

Nice mood, but a bit difficult.

Goodnight Sheep by littlecloudflower 2017-12-17T10:21:29Z

Very thoughtful game. The simple random movement mechanic effectively simulated the wondering thoughts that keep you up at night. The subtle text transitions and simple animations help set the mood. The story is relatable, and I liked that the gameplay itself revealed the story. I thought something sinister was going to happen, but I'm glad it didn't go down that route.

Catdventure by Andreas Ragen Ayal 2017-12-08T07:23:40Z

Cute graphics and audio. The kitten physics was funny to see.

Money Talks by Kyoute 2017-12-08T09:07:37Z

Very nice art! The animations and expressions really add to the feel of the game.

Cursest Dungeon by Dupix 2017-12-08T07:32:58Z

I like the art and the premise. The controls really need to be ironed out though.

Keyboard Cats by sungk 2017-12-08T08:25:16Z

Liked the graphics. The pixel cats in 3D worked pretty well. Is there an end or lose condiition? I kind of just kept getting cats and typing without worrying about the cats.

LD42 — Running out of space

Inventorious by MatiErnst 2018-09-03T23:58:30Z

Nice inventory management game. I like the break and combine mechanic. The puzzles were very trail and error in order to solve. I wish the blocked cells were colored or shaded in a more distinct way to make it more clear.

Bath Time by DDRKirbyISQ 2018-08-17T08:54:19Z

Very cute time reaction/management game. I liked the art and audio! The circular motions with a mouse were a bit tiresome, but I'm sure they'd feel at home with a touch screen. I feel a little bad for the kitties being swirled around :P

Volant Islands by wujood 2018-08-17T08:08:49Z

Very cute puzzle game! I liked the graphics and sounds. The puzzles were fun. The level map was a nice touch. Overall well done! Every now and then I'd accidently nudge into a tile I didn't attend to walk on and it would fall causing me to restart, but it was never a big deal :)

Running from ⭐⭐Space⭐⭐ by sobakaduka 2018-08-17T08:24:57Z

Has a nice doom vibe. I liked the grappling mechanic. I wish there was a way to boost yourself around in case you fall as a way to recover rather than completely starting over though.

Encumbered - Deckbuilding Inventory Action by impbox 2018-09-04T00:08:37Z

Interesting game! Liked the sprite work and animations! The combat was a bit frantic for me since it is real time and you need to read the cards are and remember the key mapping, maybe if it was turned based it would have been more strategical and manageable for me.

Shelf Space by joemag 2018-08-17T07:19:12Z

Liked the sounds and a the look and feel of the books falling out of the sky and landing with a satisfying thud and slight bounce. The gameplay was really straightforward, I got to 17 books on the shelf. It was a bit hard to tell which book I was targeting, I tended to spam the mouse button until any book popped into my hand.

EVOLUTION by Noa Calice 2018-09-04T00:22:50Z

Nice visuals! Gameplay was a bit shallow, but gets to the point of the message. Wish the menu button wasn't placed with the buildings, accidentally clicked it once and had to start over :(

Triple Tribble Trouble by freso 2018-08-17T08:17:49Z

Loved the robot's voice acting and the multiplying tribbles. The levels were straight forward, but could become really difficult and unmanageable due to the tribble count.

Just Talk to People by Lyxil 2018-08-17T06:44:54Z

I talked to everyone. I like how it depicted the realities of crappy highschool/college parties. It felt like it was building up to a big moment, but I think it ended really realistically. Well done!

MondrianCraft by kromeboy 2018-08-17T07:10:54Z

Cool puzzle concept. I like the artistic themeing. As noted by other people it seemed impossible to tell what would actually combine. It felt like trail and error was my only choice. The selection sound was a bit harsh >_<

The Subway: horror within by Bibilega 2018-08-17T07:41:03Z

Very nice art and sounds. The scream was really effective. The gameplay was a bit simple. I kind of just spammed the abilities whenever they were available and eventually won!

Overflow by Mors 2018-09-03T23:35:59Z

Awesome game and execution! The audio is great and very fitting. The graphics are well done and very cute. I like the added details like the turn animation rather than just sprite flipping. The bumper blocks were the most frustrating mechanic, but overall well done.

Valdi: Shadows by beepyeah 2018-09-04T00:33:01Z

Very well done puzzle game! Loved the shadow mechanic. Very fun and just the right level of difficulty :). I could see this being expanded with more mechanics such as teleporters, moving tiles, flipping tiles, multiple shadows, etc

Catching Sushi! by kokirisandfriends 2018-09-03T23:24:06Z

Cute and simple game! The art is lovely and cute. The sounds work very well.

LD43 — Sacrifices must be made

Sacrificial Sam by HitchH1k3r 2018-12-23T23:13:32Z

Awesome puzzle game! Liked the different abilities and their usage in the different puzzles.

Santaur's Elf Cola by tweedle 2018-12-23T22:39:39Z

Nice graphics and audio! Killing the elves was pretty fun, but I seemed like I could get away with just putting tons of saws right next to the exits :P

Room44 by arzi 2018-12-23T22:33:43Z

Very nice graphics! The plot was interesting. I guess we'll never know for sure who did it. I ran into some bugs with some components not being removed when I changed rooms.

Buki Nashi by saucygames 2018-12-23T22:55:05Z

Fun and challenging game! I really liked the mechanic of having to pick up your kunai. I was a bit confused about the skill sacrifice UI though, I wasn't sure what upgrading the skill meant? (like do I do more damage or have an extra throw etc)

Conga Line Survival by fashionbatman 2018-12-31T17:30:37Z

Nice take on the snake gameplay! The audio was good for keeping you in the calm.

Deadly Debt by superjai 2018-12-31T17:49:24Z

Nice top down shooter! The controls were good and there's a nice variety of weapons and enemy types.

Perfectly Normal Inc. by Apple Dash 2018-12-31T17:26:29Z

Neat game! I thought from the screen shots it would be a city builder game, but its more of an adventure game. I was able to win by just constantly taking souls without worrying too much about the factions though.

Demon Rabbit Solitaire by eva 2018-12-31T17:18:16Z

Very cute matching game! I liked the sounds and art. The background movement was a nice touch :)

Mystic Shepherd by kromeboy 2018-12-23T22:22:31Z

Cute herding game. I liked the way the sheep move around. Is there an end state or does the game go on forever as long as you still have sheep?

Bottomless God by Thewerebean 2018-12-31T17:10:12Z

I really like the art! It was a little bit hard figuring out what I could stand on.

Prim's Ark by blu3bird 2018-12-31T17:37:11Z

Nice graphics and simple gameplay! I raised quite a few prims. I like the simple quest system that rewarded you every now and then.

Battery Blitz by CeeJap 2018-12-31T17:03:09Z

Nice simple game! It got really hectic as I got more green batteries. I wish I moved just a tad faster than the batteries so I could catch them when I chased after them.

Little Red by LastLeaf 2018-12-31T16:54:27Z

Nice puzzle game! I thought the theme was used well and the puzzle designs were clever.

Baron by tomcat94 2018-12-23T22:16:51Z

Nice wave based survival game! I really liked the upgrade system. I had a problem on the web build though, it seemed like it wasn't letting me attack and move at the same time?

Date With A Devil by ILD Games LLC 2018-12-23T22:48:28Z

Nice character art! I liked the way the text transitioned and the characters were pretty unique. I do wish there was a way to instant reveal the text since I read faster than the next transitioned in.

LD44 — Your life is currency

Inflate Me to the Moon by DDRKirbyISQ 2019-05-21T06:36:42Z

Haha! Nice weird game. The art is lovely and the music is great as always. Good job with the voice over! Looks like you fixed most of the suggestions I was going to make in your post-jam version (mainly the hammer positioning issue).

Sword of Hearts by MSiddeek 2019-05-21T06:19:40Z

Nice job with this puzzle platformer. The art is and audio is really together. I liked the mechanic, but is it actually possible to do every level without using a heart box?

King's Alchemist by Vlad Dae 2019-05-04T06:00:12Z

Nice vector style art! Very clean. It was fun mixing potions and referring to the recipe book. I had a bit of confusion initially with collecting the plants vs pulling them from the menu into the pot. I initially thought that I needed to pull the plants from the garden and throw it into the large pot, and that the menu was non-interactive UI.

UnderBreak by MlleAB 2019-05-04T05:17:34Z

The art and audio work really well together! Interesting mixing 3D and 2D pixel art. The game felt a bit too easy though, it seemed like I could complete the level without attacking anyone and just run around and pick up all the keys. I found it was a bit hard understanding the negative effects of each of the pacts.

Escape from Hell by Becher 2019-05-04T05:46:22Z

Very nice graphics and aesthetics. The controls were really confusing initially because they weren't working for me at first. I had to restart the game several times before pressing space swung the sword properly.

NecroBlood by Little Valhalla 2019-05-04T05:05:40Z

Loved the pixel art, very well done. I felt the gameplay was a bit too simple. I wasn't sure if my choices mattered that much and spamming a lot of units seemed to work ok. I think it would be helpful if the pacing ramped a bit more slowly and I could learn what was different about the units more clearly.

Face to Death by pequenodev 2019-05-21T06:45:22Z

Neat runner game! The art worked really well and the gameplay was simple and easy to get.

LD45 — Start with nothing

World Collector by Joe Williamson 2019-10-25T06:52:20Z

Really nice job with this game! The tile placement mechanic was really clever. The puzzle design was really good. My only grip is having the zoom action on the space bar. I died so many times accidentally pressing it to jump >_<

Unlock Everything by DDRKirbyISQ 2019-10-09T05:34:47Z

Awesome job on this entry! Very faithful retro vibe and good use of the theme. Awesome that you got a boss fight in! My only gripe was with the jumping. It felt very stiff, but maybe that's what the old megaman games are like. How far are you planning to take it post jam? :D

Bob by Flaterectomy 2019-10-18T02:43:44Z

Really fun collecting game! Nice use of the theme. Love the pixel art and all the things to collect. I got worried there for a while after I had collected all the things and didn't see any mermaids.

SectClicker by themarioga 2019-10-25T05:08:33Z

Neat idle clicker game. I bought one of everything I could. I never really got into a situation where the debt became an issue though. It was fun reading the speech bubbles.

Ahoy! by tiptoe 2019-10-25T06:21:43Z

Really nice take on the theme. The building mechanics work really well and the graphics are nice, clean, and cute. Sounds worked really well too. I like the introduction of enemy boats. I wasn't sure if there was more content after encountering the boats, a played for a good while.

Nothing by JoelLikesPigs 2019-10-25T06:32:30Z

Great job on your first ludum dare! Very polished platformer. Nice graphics and animations, funny upgrades, good sounds, I like that you kept moving right until late in the game, made it feel more limited longer.

Better than nothing by Fictions 2019-10-25T05:39:23Z

Interesting survival game! I like how each upgrade introduces a new enemy and makes it harder. I waasn't sure what I was doing at first, just running around, but I understood better after getting the timer.

Seedlings by Raed 2019-10-18T02:50:59Z

Nice chill game! The art is nice and clean, love the little faces. The music is peaceful and relaxing.

Totally Tiny Towny by Finnhax 2019-10-18T02:14:09Z

Interesting clicker concept! Web version worked for me. I built at least one of each building that I could all the way to smithy, not sure if there was anything beyond that. I wish it got some some automation phase where I didn't have to manually collect the money anymore :P

Get Rid of Your Pants (or Die With It) by Saering 2019-10-18T02:22:42Z

Nice twin stick shooter style game! I killed all the things, but I guess there's only one level? I like the stacking buffs and character graphics.

HEARTSCAPE by ZakAmana 2019-10-25T05:30:50Z

Really cool game! Love the art and music. Really polished transitions and tutorialization. Felt like I had to cycle my hand a bit towards the end to get to the last lock. Would be interesting to see how this game evolves if you decided to develop it more. Great job!

ColorBound by Youkool 2019-10-18T01:53:22Z

Nice metroidvania! Awesome character and environment art. The music and sounds worked really well. I thought the camera swing when you turned directions was a bit too strong though. I got stuck after I found the shoot ability. I couldn't figure out what to do after that, I couldn't figure out how to get past the root walls or were to get coins for the door. Maybe I'll try again later.

バクラウBloodless by Danilo Freire 2019-10-25T05:49:02Z

Really nice complete experience! The art, music, and theming were all very fitting. Execution was well done. I felt the hit boxes were a little finicky, but the timings felt just right. Really love that you don't start the entire experience over when you die.

Memory Palace by MattWagar 2019-10-18T01:32:15Z

Interesting concept! I told a simple story about a lizard and spider playing videos games. When I tried to press the finish button it ended up clicking an icon instead, so I had to add another part to my story. It was a bit hard to pick out my icons afterwards, mainly because they moved around. Maybe during the recall phase the icons could be arrange in a grid and still.

Little one by Asue 2019-10-25T05:01:37Z

Nice collection/grow game! I liked having the upgrade system. The music was stellar! I was totally anticipating evolving into different things, but I know how hard it is to get more features in during the jam.

Star Twit: H. Nothing by ogre 2019-10-18T03:00:59Z

Nice physics puzzler! I like the clever usage of limited mobility. The levels were fun, but sometimes the physics could be frustrating.

Small Town by Emiliabea 2019-10-18T02:01:40Z

Cute interactive narrative! The art was charming and story were charming. Congrats on your first Ludum!

Day Zero by Emma B 2019-10-25T06:38:56Z

Awesome god game concept. Loved the animations and interaction scheme.

LD46 — Keep it alive

Flower Dreams by BradCode 2020-04-21T05:52:20Z

Interesting mechanic, I like the way the plant expanded and when you cut a part it collects all the flowers. The cut and collect animations and sounds were satisfying!

Score.PNG

Birdie Burglars by DDRKirbyISQ 2020-04-21T05:42:02Z

Really cute art and animations. The game play was really tight and responsive. The music was great as always and so many tracks! Only issue was when you drag too far down and exit the game window the slingshot doesn't release unless you re-click inside the window.

Woodpunk by elisee 2020-05-09T23:49:06Z

Nice top-down exploration game. The art is well done. The map is nice and large! I ran around all over the place making a bunch of plant friends and collecting NPCs. There was some cases where I could walk through the walls of the castle, but it didn't seem to break anything. I wasn't too sure what the goal was, but I eventually made it to the boat and won.

Tiny Fragments by Daniel Moreno 2020-05-09T23:12:56Z

Cute game well executed game. The puzzle designs had a good progression to them!

Quite Contrary by chelC 2020-05-10T00:34:57Z

Nice relaxing collection game! The art is charming. I like how the notebook has its own sketchy versions of all of the visitors.

On Air by Beebo Studios 2020-05-10T00:13:56Z

Neat mechanic! The art is really nice. I felt that there was a little too much downtime early on, felt weird waiting for fires and things.

Slimekeep by BenBonk 2020-05-10T00:21:13Z

Cute top-down shooter. Simple and straight forward :)

HYPERHOP: GALACTIC LANCER by Swanijam 2020-05-10T00:04:27Z

Really awesome aesthetic. Love the flying around feeling. The particle effects were really well done. The planet combat was pretty fun, but camera often flew inside of the character for me making it hard to aim/play.

Remember, Apollo by AdamCYounis 2020-05-09T23:23:25Z

Nice mechanic and pixel art, especially the backgrounds. The audio also helped tie everything together. The controls felt really good, but sometimes frustrating to move around when it's hard to see the black parts of the environment.

MELT by mmatt_ugh 2020-05-10T00:43:11Z

Great execution! Fit the theme really well. Puzzles felt good. The art was well done, the flame effect especially. I think the music and audio effects really make it stand out for me. Was really anticipating a boss at the end there! :P

Save the Fish by Duck Reaction 2020-05-09T23:29:29Z

Really silly game. I had some input issues as well and couldn't get very far, but he fish animations and reactions were fun to play with.

LD47 — Stuck in a loop

Time Break by Ivan Garcia Filho 2020-10-10T07:18:29Z

Neat game! Great to see more 3D games in the jam! Interesting concept. The art and music worked well together. The jump were a little hard for me. I kept falling to my death and having to start over :(

Hide and Seek by DDRKirbyISQ 2020-10-18T06:45:20Z

Finally got a chance to play! Nice take on PT style horror. The sounds were really well done (I played with headphones!), the player foot steps were a bit loud, but added a nice bit of drama and anticipation. I got to the end (I think), but I wonder if there are multiple endings if I did things differently during the game?

During the count down sequence at the beginning, I thought I needed to hold the shift button the whole time and then released once it reached 10. I sat there for a while thinking that the dialog would advance automatically before realizing I needed to press space. I was confused about the controls at first, and had to look back at the ludum page to see that I could use "space" to interaction. Perhaps with the first thing you go near that you can interact with or in order to leave the first room you could prompt a "space" to interact instruction.

Knights of the Holy Loop by RenD 2020-10-10T05:58:37Z

Amazing art and nice audio! I liked the mechanics, but it felt a bit too passive, perhaps being able to fast forward the gameplay would shift the focus a bit more to the FTL/MonsterTrain style choices. I could see this being really fun on mobile.

GIANT Sushi Party! by Barbiche 2020-10-10T07:03:10Z

Great job on this game! Love the sushi art and actually getting to build out the sushi. The sounds and voices were super fun. I like that the customers didn't just tell you exactly what they wanted and you had to figure it out. Thanks for adding the fast forward button as well. How many levels are there (I got to level 7, but was getting a little worried that it is endless/procedural)?

Loopomotive by JPiolho 2020-10-10T06:32:48Z

Super cute game! Artwork is really nice, the music and sounds work really well, and the level designs are well done. One small suggestion would be to have more feedback for speeding up and slowing down such as acceleration lines and breaking sparks to really up the juiciness on the controls.

GUNWYRM by Saturnyoshi 2020-10-10T06:16:52Z

Nice job on this game! It feels really complete. Loved the art and sounds. The difficulty feels a bit random. Sometimes the levels were really easy and other it would be really hard. It was hard to tell if the upgrades I got where only for a round of it they persisted.

Dinosaur Game Level 1 by JDcierski 2020-10-18T05:53:28Z

Cute game! I love how the stage/rules change. The jumping was a little wonky sometimes but it didn't really hurt the game. The web build's resolution was a little too big for my screen XD, but I still managed to beat the game.

[while'd] by Celuloide 2020-10-10T06:24:40Z

Nice concept and puzzle designs! The art is really clean and music and sounds feel good. I felt the deaths were a bit harsh, having to start all the rules over >_<.

INSIDE THE LOOP by aerloth 2020-10-18T06:06:57Z

The mood, audio design, and aesthetic are really great! I struggled a bit with the controls and timing for the puzzles. It was nice to be able to skip levels if I got really stuck or frustrated.

Looper by Shortbread 2020-10-10T06:46:40Z

Excellent game! Really well thought out puzzle designs, excellent aesthetic, and that music was so calming (reminded me of the Nintendo vibe). If I had to suggest anything it would be to shorten the restart time when you die, but other than that great job!

LD48 — Deeper and deeper

Far Side of the Mirror by DDRKirbyISQ 2021-05-18T09:03:15Z

Really well done entry! Loved all the different tracks you made for this, they really communicate the tone well and brought the characters to life. The art is really calming, cute, and creepy (at times). The aesthetic really reminded me of the Orisinal flash games from back in the day. The text effects really added flavor to the dialog. The story was a little confusing for me, but it was captivating and made me want to keep playing. The end felt a little abrupt, are you thinking of expanding the game in the future?

Nuclear blaze by deepnight 2021-05-03T05:05:48Z

Awesome entry! The visuals were fantastic. Really nice job with the water and fire interactions. I really wished it had sound, but the juicy visuals created some synesthesia for me that filled in the gaps. My only grips is with the controls, I felt like I kept jumping upward into fire when I wanted to aim upward and then start shooting water. I eventually learned to press space first and beat the game though.

Black Magic, White Cat by Lyxil 2021-05-17T08:00:36Z

Excellent visual novel. I liked the way the imposter syndrome themes were portrayed by the main character and how frustrating it can be. I think I got the "good" ended, but I'm not totally sure why/how my choices ultimately lead to that ending. Definitely curious about what would have happened if I could have followed the cat.

Tunnel of Love: I'm Digging It by chelC 2021-05-03T03:13:04Z

Really like the humor in this game! The art was really well-done/clever. The ending I got was hilarious. Love that there's multiple endings. I thought the puzzles were well designed and got progressively harder without being frustrating. Great job!

Autumn Hike by Brusi 2021-04-29T04:51:46Z

Really cute little adventure! I like the effect when travel between the different levels of the world. The music was really charming. Great job!

Blackout by Frasse 2021-05-03T04:33:43Z

Really well done point and click adventure game! Feels really complete - the humor's good, the art was fantastic, and the audio was very fitting. *SPOILERS* I spent forever trying to find the lighter in the kitchen, just couldn't recognize it for some reason. I Loved how you could go around at the end and check everything again to get different dialog.

Underneath by HumanIsRed 2021-05-03T03:55:24Z

Really nice, polished game! Clever usage of the gun mechanic and nice puzzle designs. The art was really well done and juicy! The audio was spot on. I mainly played the web version and really wished the window could be bigger, so many times I messed up because I clicked outside of the play area. Maybe I'll try the download version later~

Pâquerette Down the Bunburrow by Herbie Puppy 2021-04-29T04:36:18Z

Super cute game! Really great puzzle design. I thought the audio complimented the game really well, though for some reason the audio would get warped sounding every now and then when I played in browser.

LD49 — Unstable

Raiders of the lost gems by Domantas 2021-10-17T03:25:42Z

This was a really lovely puzzle game! I loved how you slowly introduced new concepts and the later puzzles were really well thought out and made great use of the mechanics. Is there actually a way to get the egg at the end?

Chickie Catchers by DDRKirbyISQ 2021-10-10T07:13:04Z

Super cute! Loved the adorable art and animations! I'm always impressed by how many songs you can get done on top of programming. Gameplay really went well with the theme. I liked the simple control schemes and feeling of weight you were able to pull off.

YuraYura! - Tidying up the tilting tower! by Cornflowerblue 2021-10-10T02:27:42Z

Super awesome! Really well done 3D art. The characters and environment are all really cute. I thought the sound design was really good too. The character controls felt a little bit slippery to me, but it feel intentional and part of the challenge. The different stages and their mechanics were interesting, though some of them were a lot harder than others.

Stronkey Kong by 100th_Coin 2021-10-10T02:00:08Z

Awesome job! The art and sound were spot on for that retro throwback feel. I was able to complete the game in a little over 13 minutes. It took me a while to get started, but once I figured out how to get money and the rules for placing everything it really started to click for me.

Don't Cry at Work!! by chelC 2021-10-06T06:37:49Z

Awesome job! Gameplay was really stressful, I really felt the pressure of trying to memorize the patterns while managing all the distractions! The art and audio are really well done! I liked how you unlocked more and more distractions and combinations as you advanced through the levels.

Only issue I had was It wasn't clear at first to me that I could move the yellow bar since it looks like it's part of the bar's visuals. Perhaps a slider graphic under the bar could provide more affordance there.

Shaky Shack by Brusi 2021-10-10T07:57:25Z

Really nice aesthetic! The symbols and mixing mechanic were really straight forward and worked well. I wasn't sure how long to play, the game is endless right?

KungFun BaLance by LuhUchiha 2021-10-17T02:50:05Z

Got to 91 points. Fairly zen game, I liked the character and environment were nice. I liked the little animation on the grass. The music was pretty fitting, but the sounds were a little harsh on my speakers.

Bennet Froggy by Weirdybeardyman 2021-10-10T08:08:27Z

Nice homage to getting over it! I thought the unicycle mechanic fit really well for the theme and you executed the balancing game feel nicely. The art and music were cleaning and clear. You even did similar style voice overs :P

Orbitris by BOOtak 2021-10-06T07:56:41Z

Really cool game idea and execution. It's super tricky and I definitely get the "unstable" feel from it. I feel like someone out there could master it. I wonder if being able to reverse the directionality could make it a little bit easier to handle.

Divine Intervention by YogurtTheHorse 2021-10-10T01:27:58Z

Really cool concept! The art and audio are really well done. It look me a few attempts to memorize the actions. I liked how each level had a different control scheme. I do wish there was a timer to show how much time was remaining.

Hammer Keep by BadPiggy 2021-10-10T02:13:45Z

Fun game! The controls are really tight, The enemy variety were good, and the boss battle was really tricky and fun. Definitely took a few tries to get pass.

The Lesser Evil by Jon Topielski 2021-10-17T03:35:41Z

Really fun game! The aesthetic worked really well. I loved how the curses affected the gameplay and visuals. The combat was really snappy and juicy. There was a good variety of enemies and behaviors. I thought the sound designed worked really well too. No complaints!

A Healthy Dose of Dungeon by alanxoc3 2021-10-17T03:06:26Z

Fun escape/combat game. Impressive for a Pico-8 game! I thought the graphics were nice, you got a lot of detail in the characters. The controls were pretty tight and the short attack range really upped the difficulty.

Crazy Cauldron by Quite Good 2021-10-10T07:28:31Z

Amazing art and animation! The music was really fitting too. I loved how "alive" the ingredients gathering area felt. I had a little difficulty distinguishing some of the colors/mixes, the color chart on the wall definitely helped me though. Maybe in a post-jam version there could be a secondary indicator (such as iconography) that could help with certain colors and their mixes (especially for color blindness).

Brek: out by Mika314 2021-10-10T01:07:40Z

LOL nicely done. I could see this being a start of something like the game "there is no game".

Noinun40 by Itzemii 2021-10-17T02:56:37Z

Neat puzzle mechanic! I really had to really focus to make sure I wasn't matching things. I felt like there was more feedback for matching than not matching, which made we want to make matches more, but I had to resist the urge to play correctly.

Wobbly Penguins by bqq 2021-10-17T02:44:15Z

What a cute little non-scary puzzle game you guys made! I thought it was a neat spin on slippery platforms gameplay. (loved the sudden tone shift and surprised gameplay)

Banana Martyr by Kassout 2021-10-06T07:18:53Z

This was really fun, I got over 8k points! Great job with the rope physics, especially during the boss fight. It took me a few tries to pass him. It's really fun to time you punches just right hit the monkeys right as they land on the rope. Really nice retro style art as well and the music and sfx were pretty fitting :D

Radish Kid Ascension by CozyGamePals 2021-10-17T03:45:33Z

Super adorable game! Awesome job with the physics and AI for the game. The character and environment were really cute. One of the best I've played this jam :D

LD50 — Delay the inevitable

Kitastrophe by Jezzamon 2022-04-17T05:56:14Z

Super cute! Always impressed to see a multiplayer game made for the Compo! The mechanics were nice and simple. I liked how you made the action key contextual and kept the controls really simple.

Kiwis Can't Fly by DDRKirbyISQ 2022-04-17T05:45:13Z

Nice and succinct! The music and sounds were wonderful. The art was cute and well animated. I liked the inversion of the dodging/infinite runner gameplay. I was a little worried that the Kiwi was going to just splat at the end there lol.

Flooded Caves by nusan 2022-04-18T03:20:54Z

Awesome job with this game! It's so satisfying just watching the water flow and fill up the spaces. Music was awesome! I thought the digging was actually playing on the beat, but I was just clicking in time lol. I felt like there was a missing audio cue when the rescue was ready, but other than that great job!

I Refuse to Hibernate! by Rose 2022-04-18T01:57:00Z

Super cute puzzle game! Very clean art. Nice simple controls. Fitting music. I got to 17 rounds. It would be cool have to have a special ability that charges up every X rounds to be able to wake up the whole board or something like that to extend the gameplay. Well done.

Sorting Algorithm by lectvs 2022-04-18T02:47:21Z

Awesome experience! The sorting game was just the right level of gameplay and difficulty to keep you engaged while the story unfolded. The music and art were just right in driving the mood. Amazing job.

Orbles by Rongo Matane 2022-04-17T09:11:31Z

Awesome take on a survival, RTS type game! The art and sounds are great. The UI was pretty intuitive, but I wish the paths auto connected. It was quite difficult to understand how everything worked at first, I probably started over 10 times to figure it out. Eventually I was able to generate fighters fast enough to push the hordes back and beat the game. Great entry!

Claustrowordia by Antti Haavikko 2022-04-17T06:57:00Z

This was super fun and really well polished! Loved the music and little voice. The art and UI are ultra clean. The feedback is nice and juicy. Amazing that you guys got all the language options and leaderboard in there. This would be a great mobile game!

Claustrowordia by Antti Haavikko 2022-04-17T08:02:53Z

Even more impressive to be a compo game! Maybe I should look into simple leaderboard setups for future jam games...

Ydunian Prune by MateusBoga 2022-04-17T22:18:42Z

Amazingly executed incremental game! The art, audio, and mood are really great. There's so much content and the automation felt good. Unfortunately I lost very suddenly when a war happened, but overall was lots of fun.

Life On Mars by anstabo 2022-04-17T20:36:17Z

Really beautiful visuals and mood! The scanning vfx was really effective. Pretty relaxing, but I really struggled with the camera sensitivity.

Somnokid by Saturnyoshi 2022-04-17T07:18:36Z

Amazingly polished and quite fun! The art and audio are out of this world. The game is overflowing with juiciness. There's so much content too! Overall, I felt the game was pretty challenging for me, something about the jumping/wall stickiness gave me some difficulty.

Mr. Final Boss by Oroshibu 2022-04-18T03:08:29Z

Super cool inversion of a boss battle! Love the art and effects. The camera work and post processing were nice touches. Great work on the environment and character art (really love the little death animation details). The music and sfx worked really well. The dialog really added to the humor. Controls worked great, though I wish there was a cooldown indicator for the abilities. Amazing entry overall! I could totally see this having meta upgrades and other systems that could really add a lot of gameplay.

lose95 by Sulo 2022-04-18T02:34:19Z

Awesome rogue-like with a twist! I got to drive I, is it fully procedural or is there actually an end? Art was really clean and polished. Music and sounds fit really well. The gameplay simple and responsive. The upgrades helped spice up the run and the feedback systems really make you keep wanting to play. Nice intro and tutorialization as well. Amazing entry!

Keep It Steaming by Jvdwijk 2022-04-17T06:12:21Z

Fun time management game! Graphics were well done, I liked the zoom in/out effect when choosing the menu options. Always impressed by seeing a lot of different game mechanics in one game. The voices were pretty funny sometimes, but I do wish there were some more SFX to help give feedback throughout the game. I definitely got stuck at first on the pipe games, but eventually figured out what to do after a few tries (I think a visual of the flow through the pipes would have helped me understand it better.

The Inevitable Sinking by Alpha Wolf Studios 2022-04-17T06:22:59Z

I got just over 160s! It really ramps up very suddenly. The music and SFX were great. There's lots of art variety going on, but I felt like playing in browser the details got a little lost especially when the camera zoomed out more. It was a bit hard to tell how damaged my ship was. But overall, the franticness was still fun.

Final countdown by Lamamour 2022-04-17T06:36:46Z

There's so much to do before dying! Fun and frantic. The vfx for the pills was neat. Definitely got stuck on geo a few times, but I think that's okay, it's part of the challenge.

Gladiatorus by Pepper Boi 2022-04-17T20:20:34Z

Nice arena survival game! The art and animations worked really well. It was easy to read the enemies attacks, but I wish there was a dodge roll or block that gave me a way to counter attacks better. Music and sfx were really good! Great job!

The March to heaven by damakuno 2022-04-17T08:09:27Z

Very touching narrative. Great character art. The music and sfx fit well. Are there different endings? Gameplay wise, I thought the simple 3 choices each day was pretty effective, but I wasn't sure if there was an actions count or other way to tell how many actions I had left for the day. Overall, well done!

LD51 — Every 10 seconds

Tenjutsu by deepnight 2022-10-07T07:04:27Z

Amazing entry! The animations and feedback were phenomenal. I thought the enemy tells were done really well and allowed me to anticipate attacks in a natural way. Being able to cancel/stun their enemy attacks made for a nice risk reward gameplay. My one wish is for the kill moment to not wipe the skulls that I had on me, this felt like it negated my effort in a way that didn't enhance the gameplay. I could see music and light story really enhancing this game.

Grandma's Groceries by chelC 2022-10-04T06:22:12Z

Super awesome! The story is funny, grandma knows how to live! The art is so detailed and so many different items. So glad I could look back at the list any time by clicking the paper, I thought I had to memorize everything at first. Great job!

Best LD Game Ever! by alks 2022-10-07T07:23:26Z

A great message for everyone that jams :)

Darkwater Dispatch by Gryph0n 2022-10-07T06:39:49Z

Super cool game! Loved the look and feel. The music was eerie and worked well with the underwater feeling. The scanning/sonar effect was really well done. I think I ran into an issue where one of the point next to me kept getting picked so I was able to stay there and rack up money. It would be cool to see this expanded with upgrades and larger threats.

LD52 — Harvest

Elonkorjuu - Live Harvest by Tutti Ankka 2023-01-16T06:24:36Z

Awesome 3D first person game! I liked the aesthetic you guys achieved, well done! The game kind of has a speed runnable quality to it. I could see people optimizing routes with dashes. I fell into holes pretty early, but maybe that was to help teach about them. I wish there was a way to tune the camera sensitivity, I definitely over shot my turns a lot.

Elonkorjuu - Live Harvest by Tutti Ankka 2023-01-16T09:16:47Z

@jormarysky ah, I should have read the instructions on the page more closely!

A Day in the Life of Death by DDRKirbyISQ 2023-01-16T02:52:24Z

Super cute game! I loved the art, music, and sound effects, they really all worked well together. I liked the message of the game. The dialog system was a great way to deliver the story. I didn't realize that Happy Lala was a rhythm game the first time around and was pretty confused, but I should have been able to guess. I liked that you added new mechanics into the general soul harvesting segments to keep it interesting. I could see you expanding on different mechanics. Great job!

Ozera by alexrose 2023-01-16T04:23:15Z

Nice and normal farming sim, definitely nothing weird going on at all. Great art, cute mix of procedural and hand animations that works well. I thought the audio was really fitting and helped create a spooky mood at night. It was fun getting new radio messages throughout the days and uncovering the story.

The Orchid's Edge by Cornflowerblue 2023-01-16T07:09:28Z

Really polished action adventure! The character designs were great and the bright colorful palette worked really well. The music and audio were really fitting and gave great feedback. The controls were pretty smooth for running around and the game ran really well for me in browser, but the stun locks after combos and dashes made it harder to flow. I kept encountering purple flying guys that were just too high for me to reach or kept stun locking me :(. The damage stun felt too harsh. Also wish there were check points that you could touch to respawn at different parts of the world instead of always respawning at the very beginning. But over all, really well done!

Crop Circle by Rulrite 2023-01-16T22:24:09Z

I got a score of 1050! Really polished and tight game! Loved the pixel art and arcade-y sounds and music that fit really well. It was really hard to avoid hitting the pesticides so I tried to use them when I'd collected most of the crop. The frantic nature of the game helped add to the fun! I wasn't sure if I was support to avoid the harvest truck though, I guess it just cleared parts of the screen? Great work though!

Harvest Mouse: Veggie Survivor by chelC 2023-01-16T02:14:49Z

Score.PNG

I don't think I got very far, those eggplants were just too strong for me! Super cute game! Really loved the faces the veggies made when you shot them and that they had slightly different behaviors/tunings. It's important to protect your mouse family after all.

Drake's Fortune by chompdev 2023-01-17T00:35:13Z

Haha! So glad to see someone do dragon harvesting gold! Really well structured. Love being a dragon and burning all the guards. The art is actually really charming imo. The audio worked well. I liked the upgrade system and general flow. The controls were responsive and clear, but I do wish the little cursor extended to where the mouse was. Great job!

Barvest: The Iconic Bug Harvest of 2005 by picross 2023-01-17T05:13:32Z

This was so charming and fun! I loved the way the spider moved and the web swinging worked really well! The procedural animations worked perfect! I thought the way you caught the bugs was really innovative. I'm so glad you put check points throughout the environment and the game was fairly forgiving. The level design was fun, the grappling/swinging segments were clever. The art was super charming and the audio and music fit really well. It was fun kind of having a final boss fight and none of the coins were so obscure to detract from the game. Amazing job!

Doki Doki Ninjin by ChevalBancal 2023-01-17T00:03:27Z

Great puzzle platformer! Loved the Mario throwback vibes and callbacks to games like Celeste. The art was great: consistent, clean, and cute! The controls were really nice and responsive - all arrow keys! I did run into an issue where the player character was stuck in the holding an item state after a bomb blew up while I was holding, luckily changing zones fixed it. Loved the different puzzles and activities within the game, well designed. Really polished feedback, the sfx were just right and the music set the tone, but did get a little repetitive.

Glad to hear that your team is working on a post-jam version. I wish that you didn't have to recollect all the golden carrots for it to count, in the post-jam maybe you could do the Mario style transparent/outlined carrot for ones you've already collected and not require players to recollect everything. I'd also suggest making down key enter door ways, it felt to me down was "interact". There were multiple times where I accidentally went through a door when I meant to jump.

Amazing work!

Click On Fish by Pomo 2023-01-16T09:57:52Z

A really interesting twist on spot the difference style games! The subtle fish difference was a really well done. The music is silly and fitting. The voice overs add a nice quirky touch to the game. Definitely had to make up strategies for how to distinguish everything apart. The leaderboard is so effective at getting you to try again and again! Nice job!

Billiard Hero by thyoi 2023-01-16T23:28:12Z

Amazing game! Super impressive for Compo. I loved the visuals, VFX, and feedback effects super polished feeling. The dialog worked really well with the cute character. I like that you threw in some easter egg interactions like clicking on the character lol. The game started off slow for me, I really sucked at the billiards gameplay, but it ramped up so quickly after a certain point. I got past the swamp, but Sans was too hard for me! I tried the WebGL build at first, but clicking and dragging outside of the play space kept messing up the controls, so I ended up downloading the windows version and that was so much better. Amazing job!

LD54 — Limited Space

Tiny Island by ghpxi 2023-10-18T07:45:35Z

Great little town builder! Very polished. All the sounds and interactions felt really good. I liked the straight forward goal and how all the cards interacted with each other. The island building was also really neat, I like how it was different segments that could be arrange creatively instead of whole tiles. It would be interesting to see this taken further with multiple levels with maybe prepositioned obstacles and environmental effectors, maybe a light progressive story as you go through the stages or even an endless mode, more building types and some kind of tech-tree system. Minor things that could be improved, maybe some kind of highlighting to help indicator the benefits of each building as you're dragging it around before you place it. Anyway, enough scope creeping, great job!

Compress(space) by Fahim Faysal 2023-10-17T08:02:20Z

Nice puzzle platformer! Great use of post processing to create a polished feeling. The controls felt tight and the platforming felt good. I would have liked a quick key to instant expand the folded space rather than clicking and dragging again. Great job!

Just why? by Donitz 2023-10-19T02:40:47Z

Wow I haven't played a mouse maze in a long time. This one was indeed brutal, but the checkpoints are a great to have. Really clean art, it's fun to look at and experience all the little details in the different areas. Great job!

Cosmic Carnage: Onslaught by Wargon 2023-10-13T06:49:02Z

Nice top down shooter! The shooting and movements felt great and the hoards of enemies were well done. Sounds and environment were good too. I wasn't sure if there was an end? I eventually got to a point where it didn't seem like I could advance anymore and zombies were just constantly flowing out of a room.

World Weaver by JUSTCAMH 2023-10-18T06:58:56Z

Really awesome puzzle game! Loved the pixel art, simple controls, transition effects, music, and story telling. It took a bit to understand how the world weaving worked, but once I grokked it, it all made sense and I was able to complete the game. Great entry!

Floodwater by John Gabriel 2023-10-12T08:16:21Z

Really lovely puzzle game! The mechanics were well introduced and the puzzle designs were great. I'd love to play more :D

Parking Ltd. by Hawkin 2023-10-17T07:51:24Z

Cool parking game! The controls were intuitive and was funny how the cars just smashed into each other. Loved the deformation that was happening to the cars, and the customers were fine with it lol. It got hectic really fast, I tried to fix the parking job at first, but ended up just scrambling to try to deliver the cars to the people quickly. Overall, great job!

Homeward by Wuppos 2023-10-12T07:57:39Z

This is great! Super well executed adventure game that fits the theme really well. I loved how you could use items on the buttons to make certain choices. I liked how clean the presentation was with it all being contained in a single screen. The location icons really helped make you feel like you were traveling. Everything about this hit some kind of nostalgia for me. Is there actually some randomness to each run or fixed branches?

Escape from the clutches by Anton4ik-dev 2023-10-12T07:28:38Z

Rare to see a fighting game in Ludum! Character and UI art look great! I wasn't sure if there was a more effective away to play than to spam attack and stun as much as possible. It didn't seem like I could effectively block since the enemy was more or less constantly attacking.

Citra's In Fact Actually 2048 by chitoyuu 2023-10-18T07:23:18Z

Very cute game! 2048 is actually a really good game for this theme, I'm surprised I haven't seen more variants of it. The art and presentation was super cute! I loved how the video player details actually functioned and acted as really good menu/audio controls setup. Great job!

wild maid by thyoi 2023-10-17T06:52:26Z

Amazing! Loved the polish, juice, animations, effects, and silliness. Really great and fun interactions. Even the background is responsive! You could totally take this further and make a full release :D

STOP BURYING ME ALIVE, BEAUTIFUL! by robobarbie 2023-10-12T07:08:27Z

Really cool game! The visuals were great, the sounds fit really well, and the story was interesting, but kind of confusing to me, I probably should have read the about first >_< I think I got a good ending though. I couldn't tell if there was a trick to the card game or if it was more or less random, but the interactions were cute none the less.

leaving the nest by WeeFairyFabi 2023-10-13T07:01:19Z

Very cute! Nice and clean presentation with lovely art. I didn't realize I could end at any time at first and thought the goal was just to fit everything in lol. Once I realized you can't actually fit everything, I kind of treated the space outside of the grid to be like the outside of the home. Very cool integration of sharing your creation.

Packed to the Gills by npckc 2023-10-13T06:38:41Z

Very cute game!! Love the cute graphics and characters. The music and sounds fit really well too. I was a little confused about the icons in that the fish had above its head at first, I feel like I would have liked a mini arrow keys UI that had the icons to better drive that connection of fish shape to button input. Overall, well done!

Before The Trip by Nilan 2023-10-19T03:43:21Z

Great packing game! Loved the art, music, sounds, and interaction feel. Really cool how you could combine and fold things. I totally tried to just fit everything I could. I think the only thing I would add would be a little display that showed you the item's name while you were holding it to help you understand what everything was, and maybe a little description to help tell a light story through the objects themselves. Great job!

Pazuru Packing Sushi by Gabreu 2023-10-13T07:50:58Z

Awesome puzzle game! Loved the sushi theming, and cute art. The sounds and music were really fitting. The puzzles were pretty tricky. I wasn't sure if I could use any of the maki or it had to match the order's coloration, but other than that I had fun. I wish there was a clear all button so I could start over easier.

FELL OUT by daveranan 2023-10-12T07:42:59Z

Very charming adventure/exploration game! The visuals are so clean and adorable, definitely feel a mix of Toem, Animal Crossing, and A Short Hike. It's a pretty great amount of content and very efficient use of all the assets and things to make the world feel big. I only wish the movement and interactions were a bit snappier/juicier, but great overall!

MY LIL WIZARD by doinksoft 2023-10-12T07:20:16Z

Nice fun, survival shooter! The graphics were super polished and created a great aesthetic. The audio was great too. Gameplay was straight forward and frantic, in a good way. The weapon get effect was really jarring initially, but I guess I got used to it. It's an endless mode game right? (want to make sure I didn't miss any content)

LD56 — Tiny Creatures

TINY PACK by xk_the_name 2024-10-08T19:51:11Z

Amazing entry! Loved the clean presentation and polished interactions. The mechanics were really well thought out. I'd love to see this extended and turned into a larger game with maybe rogue-like decision points between each stage.

Little Life by ratly 2024-10-11T22:32:58Z

Clever use of the game of life for this puzzle game. I don't know if I ever really grasped the patterns rules, and instead learned the sequences each level, but it was still effective and challenging. I was able to get through all the levels. Once I learned I could just click myself to not move, it was easier to progress.

Florian the Tiny Hunter by Strega 2024-10-09T00:05:00Z

@nadan ah yeah, the tuning is kind of off, we didnt get much time to playtest as everything was coming together >_<.

The health is kind of high cause I expected players to be damaging the core as they hit the other parts

Tiny Inc. Repair Shop by iovorobiev 2024-10-11T21:30:49Z

Fun puzzle game! Interesting level design and different capabilities of each of the tiny creatures to be used to solve the puzzles. I only wish that when restarting it didn't clear the board of all my guys and just let me adjust things instead of having to reposition everything.

Mini Outbreak by andyspace144 2024-10-08T22:30:25Z

Great job with the game! The controls were tight and responsive and I had a lot of fun after I figured out multiselection.

Gacharms by namnam 2024-10-08T20:25:29Z

Super adorable game!! All the charms are mega cute and I would totally play this gachamachine irl. It's clever using the charms you get to manipulate the probabilities. I liked the use of icons to help tell what charms do at a glance. I wish I could use scroll wheel to go through the list of charms more effectively.

Squizzard by JammedGame 2024-10-08T20:57:46Z

Nice defense game! It got a little frantic at times, I wish there was just a little bit more time before the round starts so I can setup my fire walls hehe. Very nice animated character and responsive controls!

Tiny Checkers by thyoi 2024-10-24T06:08:28Z

Really amazing job! I love all the juicy feedback and even the text giving you feedback when you hover and click each letter with different sounds and everything. Great use of the mechanic and exploring different ways the pieces can move and interact. The art was super charming and the music and sounds fit really well. I was able to beat all the levels by play really defensively and killing all the enemy pieces >:3

Candyween by Megurt 2024-10-09T02:01:46Z

Really great pixel art! The cats and characters are super cute. I did get a little frustrated with the candies getting reset, it made it quite challenging!

Bodega Bandit by BoxedVodka 2024-10-08T20:10:38Z

Very cute game! I liked the environment and character reactions. I was a little confused on what to do at first, but got the hang of it. I ran into some bugs that made me have to restart. I was able to walk out of the world from the bottom left of the play area and then never saw my character again. At some point I stopped being able to knock things down.

LD58 — Collector

Scalper Beat-Off! by chelC 2025-10-16T01:32:35Z

Very cute, with nice animations. I liked the inversion of being a creature and collecting human cards lol. The combat was a bit surprising. I was getting kind of stun-locked at first, but I figure out how to best attack and collect packs without losing my packs after a few days. Great job :D

Please don't touch my collection by zidan-banan 2025-10-16T02:04:36Z

Really nice use of photo assets, very clean and interactive. I didn't quite understand the goal at first, but kept with it and eventually was able to solve the puzzle :D

LD41 — Combine 2 Incompatible Genres

TBFTWorLD41 by joemid 2018-05-03T08:22:54Z

Neat concept. I'm not sure I fully get how to play, but the visuals are nice! What does TBFTW stand for?

Golf War by ted 2018-04-25T08:16:54Z

Cool mashup! The timing for attacking was pretty tight, almost rhythm game like. The golf mechanics worked well and nice inclusion of a putting mode :D

Rex McFury: Public Defender by minibobbo 2018-05-03T06:48:15Z

Funny mashup! Nice touch having voice over. The combat was pretty easy, but sometimes the hit boxes tripped me up >_<

Ballistic Skylines by invader 2018-05-03T06:55:51Z

Interesting endless building game. I art is really consistent and really fits the mood. The shots felt a bit slow at first though. Maybe a way to shoot the meteors to collect ore could be interesting.

Goal Defense by Mau 2018-05-03T06:23:01Z

Neat combination of genres. The art is nice. It is definitely hard. It's really difficult to predict which direction the ball will bounce off your character towards.

Dancing Club Bloodlust by SpaceMonkey 2018-05-03T07:05:29Z

Nice RPG/TRhythm combo. Polished with nice art. I wish the movement speed was a bit faster though. I think I encountered the battles a weird order at first, but I was able to do them :)

Retrograde by corc0 2018-05-03T06:38:59Z

Great job! The mood was good and the way the gameplay aiding the story telling and feeling of broken sentences was very well done.

The jump was a little stiff, but it kind of aided with the storytelling.

Eyes on the Prize by phearbot 2018-05-03T08:12:14Z

Nice smash tv style game! The crafting was a bit hard to do. I totally got overwhelmed by the monsters >_<

Pinball Gardener by KianaMosser 2018-05-03T09:33:14Z

Super cute game! The pinball section could a be a bit more juicy with more hit feedback and combo mechanics.

Type n' Jump by Richard N Silva 2018-05-03T09:42:05Z

Nicely done! Great combination and very well executed. I finished in 4:37 with 134 commands :)

Shooter Maze by pohead12345 2018-04-24T02:14:29Z

Awesome combo! It worked really well. Remembering which colors corresponded to which direction worked best for me. Like others said, a short first level would be great. Great job on your first game jam!

I think instead of dying when you get shot, the shot should move your character in a direction. That could add another level of gameplay (maybe you want to get hit sometimes).

LD59 — Signal

Blipp by vidarn 2026-04-22T01:44:01Z

Love the clean graphics, the interaction mechanics, and how it previews the actions as you drag the characters/items around. The transitions were really nice and how you can do multiple things at once worked really well. The music and sounds were very fitting and there was a nice mood to the whole thing. Great job!

Tiny Signal Lost by Strega 2026-04-21T16:02:36Z

@ionax thanks for pointing out that issue! Looks like it only happens when playing mobile browser. I’ll have it fixed later today! Glad you enjoyed the game, If you’re speedrunning please join our discord channel :)

Tiny Signal Lost by Strega 2026-04-21T16:06:28Z

@weirdbitgames thanks for playing our game! Sorry to hear about your health issues, hope you can get well soon. Thanks for pointing out the itch page issues. I’ve added the fullscreen button and linked back to the ludum page properly now.

Tiny Signal Lost by Strega 2026-04-21T17:00:27Z

@ionax mobile reset button should be fixed now :)

Pyre Lookout by outstar 2026-04-24T05:33:44Z

Really amazing vibes and aesthetic. The AI references were too real lol. The transitions were well done and the narrative was interesting and witty. Great job!

The Sound Store by Jejkobb 2026-04-22T06:26:14Z

Really well executed. I loved the concept. I kind of wish the controls were simpler up and down buttons, the nob dragging felt kind of tough for me to use and I kept clicking the wrong nobs >_<. Some of the patterns I just couldn't figure out though. But the way everything is visualized is really well done. Great job!

Wi-Fix It by DaniSerranu 2026-04-24T05:10:51Z

Amazing aesthetic! Love the snappiness, the character, the animations, and all the juice! Some of the areas were pretty tough to time, but I made it to the end, I think? (or maybe the game really did crash, not sure?) The music was good, but the sudden "yeah!"s sometimes caught me off guard lol. I did run into one issue where my character was invisible after respawning, but it would fix itself after I died while invisible. Would be great to be able to rebind my controls. Overall, incredible job!

Coverage by DecadeDecaf 2026-04-25T08:21:50Z

That song was awesome! I liked how the AI actually used the same interface you did, great way to show what it was doing. I wasn't sure if my action choices were based on something or just from a random pool, but I was able to win my match with the AI :D. Great job!

🐶ㅤ by thyoi 2026-04-22T09:39:34Z

Amazingly cute! That boss battle was pretty epic. I loved how the pillows seemed to stack forever and had different effects!

Sine Factory by oxnh 2026-04-22T07:00:25Z

Really cool concept with some tricky levels. I hit a bug where I went back to review, but I couldn't figure out a way to advance so had to redo up to that same point. I really wish I could pan with middle mouse click since I can zoom with it would make the game playable with just the mouse. I wish the edge of the box gave some feedback like lighting up when I successfully connected a wire. I recommend adding some controls to the description and maybe a simple explainer for the different functions. The music was nice and calming. Great entry!

Marshaller of Inalpla by Ranarh 2026-04-24T04:39:09Z

Lovely art and concept. The controls were interesting and surprisingly after a while I got the hang of it/the mental model clicked and I was starting to memorize the different signals. The seagull sounds started becoming a bit much for me, I'm not sure if it was just playing a bunch of times on top of each other or what. I would have liked it if space bar could be used to advance to the next mission so that I didn't have to take my hands off the keyboard to click the button, I think that would have help things keep flowing. Great job!

Reflectogram by Mikan 2026-04-22T04:49:39Z

Really clever innovation on the this kind of puzzle! I couldn't stop until I completed all the levels. I didn't understand the laser mechanic at first, but eventually got that lightbulb moment. The reflect back was really interesting to figure out. Well done!

The Dark Spots in Space by babyfoodstudios 2026-04-22T07:53:51Z

I wish I could play more of the game. The style, mood, and audio are really great, but I'm stuck on the "CRITICAL ALERT, [########] pod..." clip and I just can't tell what it is suppose to be >_<

Edit: OKAY, I figured out I could keyword search to find more clips to fill out more of the store and find key words! This is really well done. the audio work is really amazing. Incredible job!

The Dark Spots in Space by babyfoodstudios 2026-04-22T09:23:46Z

I played way longer than I expected. It said I had 96% and 30/30? I couldn't find any more clips and all the clips I had seemed complete. Either way, I had a lot of fun with it :D

The Dark Spots in Space by babyfoodstudios 2026-04-22T10:02:54Z

I filled it all out. So many potatoes xD

RedFlag:SOS by ReiMi 2026-04-23T06:33:13Z

Great visuals, oozing with style. The audio is good and fitting. I got caught one and then tried to play again, but the fries wouldn't click in anymore, I had to refresh the page :(. Overall, very cool!

Read My Signal by Shivvvy 2026-04-22T07:17:29Z

Very nice art and sounds! The character designs were very adorable. It was very tricky to learn the animal language and know what to give them. Sometimes I got a feedback I didn't understand, but maybe it just meant I didn't give the right item. Overall very cool!

Small Among Storms by ShanzPro 2026-04-23T06:18:09Z

Lovely pixel art and animations. Very fitting sounds and music. The platforming was a little tough. I wished there was a little bit of coyote time for the jump to be more forgiving :P, but I made it through. I totally thought the acorns were saving when I reached a check point but they weren't, losing all of them each death made me kind of ignore them after a while, maybe I'll try and maximize survival another time. Great job!

Schick by Ionax 2026-04-22T07:32:20Z

That was really fun! Love the interesting mechanics and how you mixed them up. Really loved the wire flow mechanic. I could definitely see you adding a "best time" to this to make it more replayable, definitely see some speedrun tactics. Great job!
