A really nice experience, it's a solid game, easy to finish but enjoyable, nice music, feedbacks for the player, sounds etc. Nice job, really !

Speedrunned it  Nice game, with wanderfull art style
What I like: - Wonderful art style and ambience - Awesome music & sfx - Great implementation of the theme
What I think could be improved: - Art: the enemies could get more love. They look terrible comparing to the rest - Sound the sudden piano "slam" at the end startled me. Maybe because I'm using headphone. - Game performance could use a lot of optimization. There's a lot of FPS spike when I run fast so I ended up having to go slowly. - Story/writing could improve a bit to catch up with the wonderful atmosphere. Right now the writing feel like that in game companion that keep on babbling about meaningless stuff.
Lastly I'm not quite sure if it's a flaw, but I don't like how the character move forward when he attack. It's quite frustrating, like you see an enemy immediately above your head so you jump attack, but the attack move you forward in mid air so you end up getting hit instead.
Really loved the mood here and it's cool to see you guys doing a game with 3d graphics! It looked wonderful and had cool depth blur and animation of the platforms changing in the background. I also liked the idea of parrying the bullets from the bats.
I agree with most of what @avavt wrote in terms of improvements. I also think the enemy design could use some work since right now it seems to encourage passive play a bit too much (i.e. just standing still and parrying bullets or hitting the spider once and then immediately backing away). I think being able to parry the spider's attacks would be helpful and maybe making a split second flash to white on the enemies right before they attack to help with timing when you're near them would help.
Was really blown away by your cover photo and it tempted us to play this so great job on that! Played until the end (for me anyway ;). Loved the poetic theme and general atmosphere. The colour scheme was very pleasing to the eye. Calm and comfortable to play, just general nice vibes. The end cutscene was very well done also.
This is one of the best-looking games I've seen in a jam. Kudos to the artist and whoever designed the character!
Very much appreciate the character art and the 3D level polish. The attack doesn't feel the greatest, but it's still works really well. Great job!
beautiful game!
Man, that was a beautiful experience! This needs to be played more so PLEASE go rate other games so this gets more visibility!
The graphics are lovely and I like the attention to details like the moon and being able to run both directions around the loop. Well done :)
Absolutally astounding. Graphics and audio are an amazing combo. I loved how you could see it going round in a loop and see the spot where the forest was being changed.
One thing that would have been cool is adding a bigger fight towards the end. I was getting a little low on health in the middle but then suddenly there were tons of hearts and nothing to use them on.
Even so this is one of the best games I've seen in the jam. Very nice Job.
This game is just gorgeous. I adore the character design, and the music is just fantastic. Gameplay is very nice as well! It did lag a bit in a few places, but other than that no complaints. Fantastic work.
The aesthetics is amazing. I like the idea of the dotted line feedback to indicate the player's progression, and seeing how the level is built in the back is a really nice addition. The jumping felt a bit floaty and the game stuttered several times, making it sometimes difficult to adjust your timing/hitting. And the music is super nice too, love how it's rising in intensity throughout the game. Congrats!
This was a really cool game! I loved the art style and attention to detail with the dotted lines and the moving level behind the player. Arguably, that could have been your only UI if it was a little easier to count or keep track of, rather than having the loop counter. Either way, it was a really nice addition to a well-executed game! Good work.
Wow this is so well made for a game jam! I love the pieces of the level swapping out in the background and the character design, also the movement is great! My only wish would be if there was a small cooldown for attacking as I found spamming attack made me unstoppable haha. Great stuff!
A stunning jam game! Like Ollie said the small detail of pieces of the level swapping in the background really show how much effort was put into it!
This was a very good entry! I loved the visuals with the sound! The gameplay was a bit easy I think. As long as you spammed Z you'd get through it. Other than that there wasn't really much to do to dodge stuff. Well done within 3 days!
Very good interpretation of the theme. I really liked the graphics and the loop mechanics related to level design, I would love to play a full version of this game one day. Congratulations on your achievement, and great work.
Really cool art style! The music added to the mood as well and the ending was a nice touch to add to the story.
In terms of gameplay, I wish there was more to up the difficulty - as is I could just mash attack and get through it all. Maybe a tighter timing with shooting back the enemies projectiles? (I did like that you could do that at all though)
The art is charming.
The game itself could be runner, so the player only jumps and fights.
Great job!
This game has the best graphics I've seen so far. I liked the general idea of the game, and the way progress is show as markers in the middle (it's also cool that you don't have to do every loop the same direction).
Nice game.
