Nice game! I really like the combos and graphics. Some of the platforms are a bit hard to reach though.

Nice game! I really like the combos and graphics. Some of the platforms are a bit hard to reach though.
Very nice game, but how much of it was really done during the jam?
@soonthespoon It's not a compo entry so any code base is allowed, and source isn't required
Such a well made game! Love the balance between fighting and exploring. I just wish I didn't spawn at the beginning every time I misjudged my jump and fell off a cliff lol
Loving the character design, but the controls feel a bit unresposnive.
Very solid game! I really liked the graphics and music as it got me in the mood very quickly.
The collect-a-thon aspect is really nice and there is a lot to explore!
Just a little thing to point out personally, and it might be personnal taste, but the dodge move feels a bit too sluggish, and doesn't make you want to use it that much. Another thing being the starting text being really small and easy to miss the first time, while you get yourself used to the controls.
Either way, I'm just impressed by how polished it looks. Congrats on the team for making such a fleshed out game in such little time! :D
Loved the game, was quite fun - i managed to beat it in the end!
Loved the art design, it was overall very cute and aesthetically pleasing, the dynamic combat music was nice too. It was sometimes a bit hard because the timings of dash, its recovery and the cooldowns of the shooting enemies are mixed in a way that got me quite punished for using dash incorrectly, but i had fun anyway.
Its especially impressive considering how polished this looks, the time and the team size, great game!
This is WAY too polished to be a jam game. Very impressive!
Love the art and animations! I see elf ears, I upvote- the camera is a little unwieldy on mouse with it's quick 180 ability, but the lock on camera is great! would be nice to cycle through enemies- those floaty guys are hard to deal with in groups! overall fantastic.
I loved this platformer, it somehow give me the same vibes as games like Nights into Dreams from Sega Saturn. Good job and thanks for the fun game.
Excellent work! Everything is very smooth and cute in the game!
Impressive work getting this put together for the jam! The art, aesthetic, music and sfx are all FLAWLESS! I see major Kingdom Hearts inspiration here which definitely makes it the type of indie game I would buy and play. Getting ticky-tacky, but the end lag on the dash as well as the length of time on the hitstun is painfully long. A little more tweak here and there and a few more levels and I could see myself sinking some serious time in this game. All in all great work. 5 stars!
I really loved this game with its design. Loved when you approach enemy the music smoothly changes in and out. The combat also felt good. I had some frustrating moments where I would kill flying enemy and the crystall would be stuck in the air with me unable to physically pick it up, so I needed to restart the whole level. However, the game itself seems very polished and great, good job on this one!
Really like this game! Its style, music, sound and main especially character. Unfortuntelly I've founf only 22 hearts. But the experience was awesome! Cheers to creators!
Love the art direction; incredible what you got done!
Needless to say that the visuals are stunning. Gameplay feels tight and the SFX and music really set an amazing mood.
Perhaps my only gripe is that the jump can feel a bit clunky at times, but it's truly a minor issue in an otherwise excellent entry!
Why this game is still free?
Great visuals! The character movement is a bit more laggy than I'd personally preferred. Specifically the end of dashing and the momentum inheritance from the platforms or the jump direction inheritance slops. But very well rounded over all! Good job!
Wow, I am impressed that something that good can be done in such a short time! The graphics are very nice, animations in particular are impressive. The music is also very good. My only concern would be that one needs to restart from the beginning when dying.
Also, I don't know if there are exactly 50 elements to get, but at some point I killed a flying enemy but was not able to collect his drop (it was too high I think).
The game looks great, and was really polished! The biggest drawback for me was the camera 180 feature - it was way too sensitive, and I fell several times because it would abruptly kick in and throw off my jump. Other than that, the animations and graphics were spectacular!
Nice aesthetic, great character models and animations. Responsive music during combat is a nice touch as well. The attack felt a bit too heavy for my taste, but perhaps that's subjective.
Wonderful. it is very successful. The graphics made only by one person who has also made the programming? Hard to believe but if so then hats off. The graphics are great and animations also very well done. The music and sound effects picked me up. Sometimes a could jump higher, but i didnt figured it out how it works to jump higher. and ........... (its not a bug, its a feauture ;D ) thanks for the game. very good work.
Great graphics. Nice mood. Super nice graphics and cool animations. It feels like the beginning of a bigger thing. Only downside... The only only thing... it's a bit hard to control.
But really nice work overall.
I love the polish, character control, and the graphics of this game. It felt very nice to be able to do a mid-air combo. The only nit pick I would have is respawning back at the spawn point. It discouraged me to try some of the more challenging platforms. Overall, great work!
Nice graphics, and a great scythe
This is the first time this jam I have given a game a five star score, this is shockingly robust in all ways for a jam game. I played on a mouse and keyboard and I was kind of surprised at how functional it was, I wasn't having any issue with the platforming. The music is great, everything stood on its own well and all the transitions were excellently handled. The game was beautiful--honestly, I can very very little fault with it. Wonderful work!
looks great! I love the art style!
Really enjoyed your artwork! In gameplay part, like the sercret collection and visual guide.
This is a well-polished game. Expand on it.
Hard to finish your game, but it is good! There are two bugs I found. The first is when I play web version and not fullscreen, the camera will auto rotate. The second is your shadow will put on every cover under the gem. QQ图片20230111160200.png
Insanely polished game with amazing graphics and animations! Great job!
A great and fun game! I liked the atmosphere and the graphic style of the whole. Congratulations for the work. More narrative context would have been cool. GG.
Wow, that's beyond impressive, it's doesn't feel like a Jam game at all, it's more like beta to full game. Great work! Animations are great, gameplay is fluid and polished. Jump may be a bit clunky.
If you even make a full version or post-jam update, may I suggest to try different footstep sound for different surfaces
Really well done! There is a lot to like here. The character models and designs are adorable and pique player interest. I definitely want to know where they came from and what they're up to! Music is beautiful, and the adaptive battle music is a nice touch as well.
Controls are really tight running around, but can feel a little floaty when jumping, and a little too rigid when battling. I felt I was getting hit a lot (particularly by airborn enemies) during the attack combo because I felt I didn't have full control of my character.
The gameplay is pretty boilerplate collect-a-thon, which isn't a negative thing. That genre is popular for a reason :) But if I were to strip the beautiful visuals out, I wouldn't see much compelling about the gameplay itself (beyond just the normal dopamine hits of collecting things and watching numbers go up).
All-in-all a super impressive entry. Nice work!!
This game is impressive. The graphics are also very cool!

The artistic side is obviously 10/10, and I'd love to see a full game with this main character, but not necessarily this game. The gameplay itself isn't something to write home about; it's just a PS2-era adventure game with combat elements from modern ARPGs. Also, this isn't 2003 anymore; please bind attack to RT or RB instead of X.
You can "fly" by mashing A+X, and I thought it was pretty funny. So I quickly forgot there was a dash button. ezgif-4-5609606cac.gif
I could play a whole game like this. nice
Really loved the movement and art. The character design is lovely! Only thing I thought was a bit disappointing was that the dash dodge stops your momentum completely. Great Game!
Amazing game! I love the artsyle, and the combat is very good. It is pretty easy but enjoyable. I do like how the level is built. Very good game.
Really cool game ! TPS game with a smooth camera rotation, movements are nice, character doesn't take too much of the screen, musics has a fairy feeling which correspond to the game environment, graphics are cute. Game is top and from a user experience point of view, it has everything I like  .
I see that you are polishing this visuals through ludum to ludum (+some stuff I saw on your twitter as well) haha. I may wanna try your previous ones too .
Anyway, really good job ! :tada:
nice art graphic and attack feeling,,,,,nice effect ,
Victory! Really solid character controller, it was fun running around collecting stuff xD
Here's some improvements I could think of -less delay at end of dash, character felt really responsive otherwise -more groups of collectibles (like groups of 5 maybe) + more collectibles required to win to balance it out. The collecting sound effects are really satisfying and I think it would feel better to collect more at once -Sometimes the crystals were hard to get after killing flying enemies, could have it so those ones specifically move towards you and auto collect -reduce attack speed of ranged guys a bit. There were a couple times they hit me and I immediately jumped to try and kill it again only for it to shoot me down a second or third time xD
I was very surprised to see this kind of game in the 3-day game jam. The game operation and style feel very comfortable, and it is a good prototype of Hakoniwa game. Hope to continue to develop.
very cool, especially the movement / polishing :)
So cute game, i'm liked it!
Game has huge potential, visuals are cute and nice-looking, music is okay, but only problem I have is the after dash stun
Wow, this is really well made!
Great classic action adventure game, very well polished and good looking.
It's really beautiful. Environment is ok, but the characters and effects are really amazing. It's nice that you don't have to pick up everything. Music and sfx really adds a lot to the light mood. The dash is maybe a bit stiff, it should probably be shorter and faster, but keep momentum at the end or something ?
Really impressive amount of work done! The level design is wonderful, I had a great time seeking out all the gems hidden in far corners. There's a high amount of polish and enemies are, while generally very easy, still very fun to beat down. The only real nitpick I had was that I wish the lock-on was mapped to the left bumper instead of clicking the right stick, since that input's usually the most frustrating to hit. Fantastic work, very fun!
it is a really cool and polished. I am glad for the team to make it that good
Nice and fun Genshin-like small adventure with the objective like in Mario Odyssey. Played with Xbox Controller. Here's some thoughts:
- Fun gameplay, clear objective - Nice animations and graphics - Controls are well polished (I like the Air floating on attacking, attacking sequences and camera follow), although there are 2 easy crucial problems with controls (easy fixable though) – too big cooldown on movement/actions after dash and too big cooldown on movement/actions after 3rd attack. It may seem that it's for more complicated combat, but in fact it's just a frustrating slow combat feature, that needs to be fixed. Got hit by floating enemies too many times when I wouldn't with more quick combat system. - GUI looks nice, although health bar with full HP looks like you lost some HP already. So it was strange that I didn't heal anything with the Heart Flower at firsts 3-4 tries (then I understood that I was on Full HP, it was just bad GUI visuals for bar). - Shorts instead of pantsu could be a disappointment for some audience... :)
It looks like a lot of stuff were made before the jam (like controls and maybe some animations), but if it was made from the scratch – that's really impressive.
Anyway good job and good small game!
Really pretty cell-shading! Very polished and professional!
Wow! The character design is absolutely gorgeous! My inner cosplayer wants myself to try and cosplay her
Cute and polished! Congrats!
Wow! Graphics gameplay sound and UI all on point, what a great job. Inspiring me to do better!
Very cute game! All the graphics and audio design are amazing, and combat is fun and fluid.
Platforming however felt a bit frustrating. Aiming your jumps felt very frustrating, especially when you are trying to land on a moving platform.
Nonetheless, I really love the game! Good job!
so when are we getting the full game?
I absolutely love the character art in this, I struggled a bit with the controls though, at least on my pad the sensitivity was too high to really play and I prefer an inverted Y axis, which is sad because the game seems amazing
Very nice polished game with stunning vcisuals
Maybe making procedural generation would make it even better :)
Very good art and animations! The music's change when fighting adds a nice touch to the game: reminds me of Kingdom Hearts. Good work!
Wow, this is impressive for a game jam. Lovely art, and some interesting areas to explore. I didn't realize I could lock on until seeing the pictures after I had already fully played. Thanks for the game.
Man this was really fun. Such a polished game for something made in 3 days. The art, the audio, the controls, everything is really well made. The only minor complaint I have is not being able to dodge-cancel a stagger makes it a bit frustrating at times (especially against the flying enemies that often fly higher than you can jump). Other than that it's a really solid entry. Great work guys!
Wow, looks great! That's a lot of style for just three days of work. Enjoyed looking for stuff a little out of the way. A scythe weapon definitely came to my mind when I saw the theme, but I just don't got these kinda chops. Well done!
Cool game. Lots of great art and models, all look really polished. I think the collectathon is an interesting way take the theme. Some of the enemies (the flying ones) were kind of annoying to fight, especially when there were other enemies. It felt kind of weird to me that you'd have to redo everything when you die, I think it'd be less tedious if you just had to refight enemies or something like that. Great work on this.
This is absolutely phenominal! I am blown away by how much was accomplished by only 1 person on the art & programming side. You should definitely be proud!
For my personal taste there was a little too much delay at the end of the character's actions. I wanted to be a little more agile than I actually could be, but despite that I still had a very good time and completed the game. I found the ground enemies to not be a real threat, but did struggle with the timing on the flying ones. It took me 3 runs because on my first two runs I kept getting in a stun loop from the flying enemy and didn't have enough heart flowers to recover from that mistake lol
The music is fun and has enough variety to be entertaining through the whole game and the switch during combat is a really nice touch you don't expect for a jam game.
Great job!
This game is so well made that I can't believe it was made in three days. Combat systems reminiscent of Devil May Cry, music transitions, level designs reminiscent of Super Mario 64, and superb graphics, all make the game unique. The only regret is that the after-dash delay is too long. This slows down the tension and cuts the tempo of the game in flat-forming. But if you think about the three-day build, this game is almost perfect. Thank you for your hard work!
impressive entry! visually pleasing and full of features. i just wish the controller values were 50% snappier, right now everything from the attack, dash, jump has a very sluggish feel to it that makes your life harder when fighting and reaching those tricky platforms. on the end, the flying monsters do feel a bit overwhelming with how fast and accurate their projectile is. I think it would be fine a tighter movement kit as mentioned but in the current state they would definitely benefit from a slower pacing in their design.
overall still a fun experience that made me want to play more, great job!
SPLENDID!
Oh wow, the amount of art including fully animated 3D characters is pretty astounding, as even though it's not my genre, the fact that falling off only teleported you to the beginning was nicely forgiving! This is a great entry!
Fantastic little game! So much content for a jam entry I'm impressed! Loved the aesthetic and audio (great layered music btw). My only real gripe - and this is nit picking - is the pause at the end of the dodge is far too punishing. I died a number of times by dodging a melee attack, only to be shot by a ranged enemy while I was frozen in place at the end of the dodge, which made me feel like I was fighting the game, not the enemies
This is amazing, from the art, sfx, animation, all of it is wonderful! My only gripe, and its minor - is that a checkpoint system would have been awesome (so when I fall off the edge of the world due to jumping and clipping into a wall gaining massive horizontal momentum, I dont have to run all the way back from the start XD).
Amazing work, great entry :).
The seamless transition between the main melody and the battle melody is beautiful. I suck at words but I'll just say, you have my deepest respect. Kinda gives me chibi Yasunori Nishiki - leitmotif vibes.... My heart ghhhhh!?!? Everything is wonderful, but the music is what I love the most ^~^
Nice, very polished, and the control feels very smooth!
The art is really nice, the game is fun and adorable. Well done!
Graphics and sounds were good but the keyboard contrals are not that good. Good game for overall
Impressive to see a 3D action platformer during a gamejam! Great work!
the main character design is super cute! Really good job :D
amazing!
I really liked the atmosphere of the game! I love anime genres. The main character is incredibly cute and charming! The enemies are awesome, especially the running animation! BUT, unbearable flying enemies that break all the logic of what is happening. If you fight knights, you are constantly getting blows from above, and there is no way to dodge them! And in a place where two magicians appear on the platforms at once and you have to dodge, hit and two blows arrive at once, which stop you and do not allow you to do anything at all - this is impossible ((( And special thanks for the music and sound effects! What else confused: 1. some objects have a collision larger than the object itself and the player cannot approach them, for example, a tree on the final site; 2. It is not clear what needs to be done to complete the game. And some crystals that appeared from the killed magicians hang in the air higher than the heroine can jump. In general, I fell in love with the cute heroine and the style of the game! I hope you can realize the whole game! Thanks for the experience and good luck!
Really polished action adventure! The character designs were great and the bright colorful palette worked really well. The music and audio were really fitting and gave great feedback. The controls were pretty smooth for running around and the game ran really well for me in browser, but the stun locks after combos and dashes made it harder to flow. I kept encountering purple flying guys that were just too high for me to reach or kept stun locking me :(. The damage stun felt too harsh. Also wish there were check points that you could touch to respawn at different parts of the world instead of always respawning at the very beginning. But over all, really well done!
Nice entry, really polished :o
Incredibly charming and I love the little character and enemies. Very impressed with the quality of this little 3d platformer given the time constraints.
Would love to see work on this continued.
Amazing graphics, and an open world collect-a-thon was a nice spin on the harvest theme. The controls were a bit irresponsive at times, but generally the game loop felt satisfying and would definitely work great with some more fine tuning.
Amazing job on graphics and polish! Very well-rounded entry. I felt like the collection objective was a little bland compared to all the other cool stuff going on, but it did make me see lots of stuff and explore, so I still definitely enjoyed my time with the game.
Finally, Mario meets Dark Souls! Very well made game, with great graphics, music and game feel. Not much else to say except the fact that I think this entry will have a very good everall rating. Good work!
This was freaking incredible! I came across it while playing a different Ludum Dare game on itch and couldn't help but click through. I'm dreadful with a keyboard and mouse, but the game is so freaking cute and I'm hoping I can try it with a game controller sometime!
I'm hyped to see what you make in the future!
If it works, why change it? :))
@soonthespoon Like everyone else i was surprised how its possible to make such an amazing game like this in just 3 days. But im fairly certain it was, seeing your previous entries. They have all been similar and they all worked and were good, just like this one! So at this point you have a solid 3D game engine of sorts i would say! nice :))
Great game! The gameplay is pretty simple, but it works well enough to let the graphics and sound design give it all the charm it needs. The style was very cute and appealing, and the character designs were distinct and clear to get some instant awareness of what they'll do. The sound effects were also great, and I think the footsteps sounds fit for both function and style, so even just walking was very enjoyable. I think my main issue was that for the dash, I wish there wasn't so much end lag. I would start using it to get around and navigate faster, but it didn't seem fit to do that. Thanks for uploading!
Extremely polished and honestly impressive game for such a short amount of development time! Animations, character designs and overall visual presentation were a highlight for me. Music was also thoroughly enjoyable, didn't wear me out on repeat listens and the fadeins/fadeouts for the combat version felt really good. The platforming was solid, combat was pretty ok (lock-on feature helped tremendously and fleshed it out considerably), UI was incredibly cool as well (heck there were even different portraits based on your health level!). Didn't feel too much thematically relevant, but as a game I was still wowed pretty hard considering the overall amount and quality of content you managed to make for it.
Perhaps the only real feedback I have is to place some sort of checkpoint system for when you fall down, as I did a bit too often on accident. Having to track back from the start every time felt a bit tiring after the first few falls.
Great job! I really enjoy the aesthetic.
Love the collectables and feel of combat.
I wish the platforming was a drop more fluid. For instance the float at the end of the dash feel like it slows the whole game down. Also the recoil from being hit seems fairly long. If the projectile from the purple enemy hits me I barely have enough time to get back to him before he is firing again. Not a huge deal if you dodge the strike but i think the timing could be better.
Love the collectables aspect and the level design. (Though there was an empty island? Feel like it was just there to catch you if you fell from above)
The game is AWESOME! Very cute as well.
Balance could use some improvements though. First, the delay after dodge feels like it shouldn't be there, sometimes it even makes you more vulnerable instead of dodging. Second is that there's too little HP - the heart plants are rare and they restore only 5 points.
Other than that, I enjoyed it a lot!
I did not expect the camera to be my biggest enemy. It kept slowly spinning so it was rather difficult to enjoy the game. Turns out if you have a gamepad plugged in, it spins. And after plugging in my dualsense (while having my old xbox360 one already connected) the game turned into a carousel. The on screen prompts kept displaying gamepad buttons, even when I had none connected. For my game I've made a small script that checks which device has pressed a button last.
The game was a little bit unresponsive. Most actions make you freeze for a second. It's not fun to watch your character stand in place while he gets killed.
And as for the combat: every knight freezes in place when you attack them. Even the dark big one can be easily defeated by pressing a button
Aside from these things, the game's rather fun. Good job
It's so polished it feels more like a demo of an actual game than a jam game. It controls so well and the graphics & sfx are top notch quality. I loved trying to find all the gems, lots of em are tucked behind nooks and crannies and you really have to try to find them all!
Very polished and fun to play!! Love it!
Visually its a polished especially for being a small team. I would suggest the controls needs adjusting. I have tendency to over shoot my jumps unless its due to the use of a keyboard. I have not tested it on game controller which I noticed the UI displayed on the left. Good game
