Neat concept had a great time figuring out the game and learning. And I had an idea had while playing to make moving around the map faster would be the wraiths extending the life of your torch as well. Stops the needs to travel back to safe areas.

Nice concept, but I think you need some updates to make this more playable. Seems to be issues with Mushrooms coming at the player to the point where I could just walk to the ending. Also mushrooms floating in the air, and some weird gray geometry I could walk through without realizing at first. This is a very odd movement system for a player. I would love to see you invent a system where this makes more sense, I could really see it as a mine cart controller if you up the speed a bit.

Great game! Love the wario-ware-esk feel. My only real suggestion would be some of the games dont end when you are "done". For example the egg game lasted through the entire timer even though at the earlier levels i have gotten all the eggs. Fun game!

The ramp up to challenging is a little slow and I feel like I could laze about for a while.

Does it ramp up off purchased upgrades? or time? I couldnt exactly tell, but didnt try to test it out much.

Ended up lasting about 5 min.

It was a fun event when i happened to shoot a treasure chest and it got lobbed into the air. Nice touch here.

I wish the platforming was a drop more fluid. For instance the float at the end of the dash feel like it slows the whole game down. Also the recoil from being hit seems fairly long. If the projectile from the purple enemy hits me I barely have enough time to get back to him before he is firing again. Not a huge deal if you dodge the strike but i think the timing could be better.

Love the collectables aspect and the level design. (Though there was an empty island? Feel like it was just there to catch you if you fell from above)

Would love to see a few things in the future. Better flow - Its almost hard to find the enemies. I was not expecting to have to go "backwards" to find them Hitboxes - It felt like the sword didnt really hit the small spiders well. And essentially made me get hit more often than not. Village/Fires - Do these do anything? End Goal - Currently seem like the spiders just spawn forever. I maybe killed about 20 of them before I just let them overrun me. Mood- I think music and SFX would really help the mood here.

-- @100th-coin "If the enemies are to your left it’s incredibly annoying, and in some cases near impossible to ‘harvest’ them without taking damage." The "wind up" on your hit actually has a hit box. So you can hit behind you :)

And the hitbox is a little smaller than your heart on the player sprite. (The tip at the controls screen does mention it :P)
