The uzi really kept me playing but I wish that it didnt start me back at the start after I died.

The uzi really kept me playing but I wish that it didnt start me back at the start after I died.
Absolutely love it. I can't stop playing. The way the harpoons thump into the monsters is so satisfying and I love your monster designs. I'd really like to see this developed further.
I'm not sure I'm playing correctly, I don't seem to be seeing any other worlds. How do I connect to other worlds?
For others trying to play this game, spacebar fires a bullet to get through blue walls (you should mention that in the description). I liked it and wanted to play more but if I didn't finish a level fast enough the game would crash on me.
Hello everyone, here to address some points. Firstly, thanks so much for all the kind comments, it's great to see that my joke was actually funny to you guys!
A lot of you have mentioned about the 'Doom' esque controls. That's in there because I really wanted the player to be able to swipe across the screen to attack instead of flailing the whole camera around. However, Oana, you're exactly right, that's a much better control scheme and I should have gone with that.
@Ryusui, that's odd because you can't actually die in this game. Sounds like it crashed, which sucks :C.
@GameDevExtreme, yeah, that's the ending.

I had a barrel of fun! Really nice atmosphere and I loved the way the big shark loomed out of the water at you.
@bluishgreenpro What resolution are you using?
A lot of the art looks fantastic, the menu is great and you've made a cool wee movie, but it's a shame that there's not much to the game itself. It would be cool to see something like building up resources/technology.
I managed to make an elixir and the game prompts me to test the elixir, but I don't see a way to do that. It also says 'To be continue...' so is this as far as the game goes at the moment? It's really interesting so far and I'd love to play more!
Really liked this, it's a shame that it's a little prone to crashes. It crashed just as the water was gonna cover the top of my dome.
A fun little tower defense game. I liked the gameboy resolution style and the little pixel graphics were cute.
Short, but I really liked the visual style!
An innovative take on a side scroller, really enjoyed it.
Hmm, you could probably take an enviromental message from this. Good job on this entry!
The gameplay is pretty monotonous but I'd guess that's the point. There was a strong mood to most of the game but the music during the gameplay sections was strangely out of place? Maybe it was trying to play up the humor of being an 'egg hover'. Overall a good interactive fiction though.
Managed to finish it. What worked for me was just randomly clicking on plots until it said 'equilibrium in 1 harvest' at which point I scan to find the one magic plot that completes the puzzle. That in itself was pretty fun. What might communicate the puzzle better would maybe having a bar chart at the side showing the amounts of each crop, since initially the pluses and minuses made me think that there was more to the math (like a double plus means it'll be added twice or something, also a double minus looks like a equals (=)). But overall it's a very good idea for a puzzle game.
I found this really difficult. I got as far as the monolith level before skipping through the rest of the game, so thanks for the skip option. Interesting concept though.
@magicstunts123 thank you and yes, absolutely it could do with more sound, it's just not something I'm very good at (hence the glitch when the engine sound loops)
Very cool aesthetic. I'm not sure the upgrades work though? It's hard to tell. Really interesting idea.
Really nice artstyle with the cardboard people. Good job!
I liked the creepy sounds but felt the delay on the attack was really unsatisfying, infact the delay time felt random so I couldnt get used to it. Well done on the visuals, you might want to enable anti-aliasing though so the edges of the graphics don't 'flicker' so much.
Me and my friends played this and I initially dismissed it as being barebones and unfinished but once we got into it we actually had a lot of fun. Thanks for allowing other players to hear a shotgun cocking, it's great for comedic effect.
A nice consistent artstyle. A good base for a larger game. Good luck!
I felt like the game could do with some more visual communication to help keep players on track. The most helpful would be an icon over town tiles showing if there is an agent, a corrupted or corrupted agent in town. Additionally, if you could indicate which towns have had bodies discovered in them. I seemed to have a problem when cycling through agents, clicking the agent button at the top didn't always work and I'd have to keep clicking between agents and corrupted until it did.
Otherwise this was a cool game, keep up the good work!
Really cool art and particles, and a tricky mechanic. Could do with a little sound though.
You've made such a intriguing world, I now really want to know more such as what was meant by the warning 'this is your last chance to reconsider', what was the role of the priestess and the mansion. Wonderful game, amazing art and music.
Actually a pretty fun game, like a strange version of solitare. It's a shame that you can easily lose to RNG though, I had a ton of black boxes but a black lorry never came.
Good job making all these assets for the jam, really good work! The gameplay was fun and an interesting idea. If you were to expand on this I'd suggest each frontline is fighting a seperate battle, and depending on the amount of supplies they have, the better they do until they win. Better yet, the frontlines start off closer to the supply depo, and each time they win a battle, that frontline moves forward and farther from the supply depo. But overall, neat idea and good art!
A challenging game, I struggled to get much of a score. Cool concept, good job!
Nice lighthearted beat-em-up! The timings on a lot of the animations worked pretty well for comedic effect. I also liked the sequence where the camera zoomed out to show a huge building, only for the resident to reject the package.
Good game, I liked your models. Could do with a little sound/music and maybe some scenery at the side of the roads. Good job!
I'm a little confused. I think I've understood the main game mechanic: you don't deliver to and from locations directly, you have to encircle those locations with districts and create links between the districts instead. But I've gotten stuck here, I'm delivering raw green to this house district but the green house wont seem to accept it.

Otherwise this is a cool game!
You've got really good art and interesting music but I wish there was more to the gameplay.
Nice and simple game, easy to understand. Could possibly do with some more levels. Good presentation as well.
This is actually so good, well done! I really loved this, especially when you get to the end and you're hearing all the satisfying 'blips' all at once. As you say, the font is all messed up and that's a real shame cause this is otherwise a really fun game.
Very cool game, lots of fun.
@larazofia Yep! It was the main focus for me this jam to see if I could make a devent looking character game in time. All assets(models, textures, animations) were made from scratch for this. Only graphics we didn't make was the font.
@stowy Yeah, good idea.
I'm actually really into this, gonna go back and play some more. Cute graphics and the debt timer keeps me on my toes. Good job!
It's difficult to tell if the mushroom summons are effective, it seems they do some kind of gassy AoE attack? Otherwise, very cool models and animations!
Good presentation and interesting varation on the tower defense genre. Only problem I had was that I'd like to be able to sell misplaced towers, but otherwise very good!
Love these kinds of games where you're given a goal and all the time in the world to gradually work toward it. Was fully enraptured for the entire length of the game. Not to mention the artstyle is really good, the mix of 2D and 3D, and the pixelated textures work really well. Good job!
Cool concept, I really liked the framing of it as a TV show. I was wondering if the blue bar is a hard time limit or if there was a way to increase it, always felt there was still a ton more to collect when time ran out.
Setting the game on a small asteroid with gravitational pull is a really good spin on the 'hole digging' genre. Thoroughly enjoyed this. Although the tax-timer had me panicing a little, the doubling rates was a lot to keep up with, but maybe I'm just bad at the game. It's also a shame that it's easy to make unbreakable, tiny floating terrain, blocking your path, but I imagine it's not easy to make the voxel system work well. Good job!
Hey, sorry, I got stuck on this. I got as far as fueling the reactor but then the airlock wouldn't cycle and I don't know what to do from there, I tried putting another piece of fuel in the reactor but it wouldn't take any more. The art is nice so I'd like to finish this if possible!
This is really good, love a 'clean up' game. I also really appreciate the choice to make the arms actually reach out and grab the items, I was really excited to build some kind of horrifying spider-submarine. Which was why I was really bummed when the game broke on me and the barge wouldn't pick up the sub anymore :(. But other than that this was super enjoyable!
This is a cool mini-game, I liked your art and music, good work!
Really good art and very suspenseful. Only problem I really had was that 80% of the game was staring at the red valves, I would have preferred something like pressing the valves once to reset them, although that would have thrown off the balance so probably not a great solution. Otherwise really good work!
