Awesome! Makes you want to finish and learn every option of dungeon combination till the victory.

Awesome! Makes you want to finish and learn every option of dungeon combination till the victory.
Nice game, a bit hard but very fun. Amazing music.
Amazing graphics, amazing idea, top 10 for no doubt.
Nice but a bit slow... More enemies would be cool also.
Needs a tutorial at start. Nice concept.
Nice graphics, nice music but gameplay is a bit repetitive.
Nice one!
Best game I played at LD25 so far! Furious gameplay, very challenging and fun
Nice idea, but should be more user interaction somehow.
Brilliant! Nice control over Unity, fun gameplay.
Nice idea, nice execution. This game needs some adjusts and tweaks (mainly with control) but have potential for sure.
Simple and fun! Really nice tutorial at start, lot of LD entries are very hard to figure out and start playing.
A mouse control here would improve gameplay, nice work anyway, congrats.
Loved the weapon exchange feature, nice battle system, but the shield show be more usefull. Very well done for a 48H entry.
One of the best entries so far. Congrats.
This game is amazing but make me fell really bad! One of the best of LD25, congrats
Really nice! The only downside is cpu eating physics, maybe less objects.
woooa this music is amazing. Nice to see it as chiptune. Liked the gameplay but sometimes it freezes for no reason
Really nice one, simple and fun. But there's a little problem with gameplay that if you attack hunter from up/down they are defenseless as they can shoot only right/left. Also they should follow your track of blood.
I liked it!
Impressive amount of game made in so short. One of the best at LD25.
Liked it a lot. Top 10
This game have everything to go well in kongregate and other flash portals. Nice soundtrack, fun gameplay.
Not really connected on theme... Nice gameplay tough.
I found gameplay a bit confuse... Maybe some sort of tutorial would help. Nice graphics, nice physical effects with spider's head.
One of the best games at LD25 that I played.
Nice graphics, but I would call it more a demo than a game...
I would like to thank everyone that played and rated MoonRise. It was a pleasure to build it and be at LD25.
Control is by far the major fail in compo version... This will be fixed along with new features to improve gameplay and fun factor. Please see post-mortem for more details.
I liked it, nice upgrades, cool gameplay and AMAZING music.
Nice music
The gameplay needs to be more dynamic. But I liked the idea.
Deep strategy, impressive for 48hours... Show great programming skills.
Make me fells bad for the poor sheep but it was very funny! Nice game
Bit chaotic but nice, well done.
Really nice retro style. A tutorial at start would help but I liked a lot the gameplay (as any Atari veteran will)
Deep gameplay, the feel of completeness of this entry is awesome given the time was made. Top 10 for no doubt.
Very nice. Reminds me Kings Quest somehow.
Had no problems with reversed WASD. A nice polished game, well done.
For those who are getting troubles running, here only worked on admin rights.
About the game: Nice gameplay, many weapon choices. Need some balance as sometimes some weapons just exploded in my face hurting my ship. A little help on weapon effects would be great. Also, inertia is heavy for weak rocket.
Overall, amazing job.
LOVED it... really amazing how to it used theme in its essence. Amazing job.
Very very cool game (and cool here dont makes fun room work less =D), very well crafted and suited for theme. On top 10 games of LD26 for no doubt!
The ninja could have less inertial movement. Other than that nice job, liked it.
Totally awesome graphics! Unfortunately this gem is plagued with some collision bugs as more than once I got locked inside a rock or a tree unable to continue the game. Just managed to find 4 crystals, but I will try again latter for it is one of the best games of LD26.
Music is amazing also. I'm really impressed!
I liked this game and the transition from the menu to gameplay. Nice graphics and effects for given time. Sometimes the enemies appear from behind turning things impossible but nothing that hinders fun.
Nice job!
Inspiring music, like a nice day being ruined by an evil cube.
Insane hard but really liked it. Music is amazing also.
Nice bullet hell here. Liked it, nice job.
Nice fit on theme but more help would make it a lot better. Sometimes random values go crazy and I cant figure out why.
Overall, highly innovative.
Woa insane gameplay haha.. Very cool music change, I liked this game.
Loved it, really nice music and gameplay. Nice job.
Just LOVED this game. Amazing pixel art and nice gameplay zipped on minimalist (duh) setting. Top entry. Amazing job!
Nice game. Liked the smooth controls, a thing that is really on some other entries. Beautiful scenario.
I liked the sounds and is fun to play. Good work!
Nice art, nice concept. All these skills and combat strategy make your game deep. A little more help would be great and music/sound is really missing but I understand that so many features took insane time to build.
Nice simple and fun. Good job.
Woa never saw so little Unity player hahaha... nice one, congrats.
Amazing theme usage. 5/5 on fun. Considering theme, one of the best games on LD26 for no doubt.
This game is really hard even in easy mode. I guess there are some problems with collision detection too. But I liked pixel art and it fit well for the theme. Nice job.
Amazing game, loved the music, loved the graphics, mood and the powerful message it delivers. One of the gems of LD26 for no doubt.
Games like that shows how to stick with a so hard theme and yet be creative and fun. Really well done.
The levels are very well designed for 72 hours. Some pieces somehow reminds me a hospital =D Nice job, congratuilations
Very nice idea, lot of work done for 48 hours. A thing to improve for future versions would be smoother controls and some more help. Nice job!
Loved the graphics. I understand what is said about difficult and I do agree but it should start a bit easier in my opinion. Nice job!
Really nice one, love the concept. Nice to see a tutorial merged on gameplay that not only shows how to play but also give a reason to kill the goblins.
Controls/collision need a bit of work and some more spells would be cool. The game get somewhat repetitive at some point but for a 48 hours work this is totally amazing.
Really your first game? VERY well done, controls are ok, nice graphics and very nice sounds.
This game is awesome! Amazing usage of theme, how its made in so short its beyond me. Really good work!
Amazing game. Unique gameplay and theme fit. Really amazing.
Unique idea well applied on fun gameplay. Very nice, really liked it.
Nice game, amazing music. Really top entry. Nice job.
Amazing idea! A new view for theme, nice job.
So much with so few, a really clever usage of theme in a complex, deep game given time it was made. A really top 10 of LD26 in my counting. Amazing job!
Amazing music. Nice gameplay
I played it for like 40 min and this game managed to keep me entertained. Very well crafted and balanced, after you figure out the mechanics it is very very cool. Sadly the zoom was not working here what made my life much harder, I guess.
Amazing job!
Basic stuff here, but nice that is made on scratch.
I just loved your game. Totally amazing the mother ship / exploration scheme, I had many game ideas for future in this way too. With all these upgrades your game is deep.
But I would take another day to polish it and submit to Jam instead of 48 hours because some parts of it need more work, like combat, aim, AI; Anyway here is one of the TOP games of LD26. Amazing job!
WHY ME? haha I wonder how its the sensation of awareness that I could double jump! This game is amazing!! Really amazing work.
I loved this game. Amazing work on graphics, furious gameplay, one of the best of LD26 so far. Just one thing that could be better is the controls, no need to use mouse button if theres no mouse aim. All in keyboard would be more comfortable.
Amazing job!
Once you get the rules this game shows a nice challenge. Nice work.
Evil aliens built a base on the moon. Nice humans must destroy it.
You are this task force composed of constructions, vehicles and
astronauts. You control one unit/construction at a time, change
the selected one by clicking over it with right mouse button.
For units, use arrow or WASD keys to move, left mouse button to
attack.
For constructions, use arrow or WASD keys to operate it. Click
with left mouse button over an astronaut to garrison him inside.
They improve this construction efficiency while inside and get
cover from attacks.
Further instructions inside game.
Thank you.
Nice game. More help would be cool but I liked it. Amazing that was done in pure javascript. I liked the graphics too.
I liked it a lot!
308! =D
This game is amazing. Very cool to find routes to new source of food and growing your colony. There's a lot of room for great ideas and improvements, hope you develop it further.
Really LOVED this one! Resource m. is one of my favorite styles of game and this one did very well with given time. Amazing job!
This is the result of going to another dimensions while drunk. Theres little gameplay here but the visit to this alien world pay the play. Really top entry, nice job.
Very nice music, furious action. Congrats
High Innovation, Fun and Humor Score.
Nice job ;)
I cant find enough mood rating, this one would deserve 10/5.
Amazing.
Familiar
"Sure! Blame the foreign" hHAHAHAHA amazing game
Nice visual style. Fun gameplay. Congrats.
Cool game! Simple mechanics with fun gameplay. Like it a lot.
Wonderful
This game is amazing... One of my favorites in LD 27 so far. The music reminds somehow of Star Control 2 musics and the atmosphere created is incredible for simple graphics.
The strategic deepness of this game is very nice, somewhat rare in most of LD entries.
Really amazing job! Hope you continue its development.
Like to see deep games on LD. Liked the idea and amount of detail on gameplay. Nice work.
Now that was a crazy trip. Liked it, congrats.
Same here... Unable to play.
Amazing!
I liked it, clever theme usage. Congrats.
hahah crazy game. Very nice. She reminds somehow my GF =P
Clever theme usage... Like a lot directors cut =) Congrats.
Nice art, VERY nice music... This game really got its atmosphere. One of those receiving much less attention that it deserves.
Very nice idea. Funny as how this game would fit minimalism and 10 seconds theme =)
Liked it a lot. Congrats.
Amazing game... Very clever idea, nice graphics. In top 10 in my opinion!
Are too many cats hurt on the production? =D
Nice game, well done.
Clever idea, fun gameplay.
Level 2 should be level 3 with a easier level 2 to make difficult curve smoother.
Good job.
haha I liked it. To drive a lawnmower with physic accurate movement =D. Sad that you not finish it in time.
Woa liked it a lot!
I would like to thank everyone that played and rated Mission Luna.
Reception and results was better than I expected! I can reinforce my will in finish a more playable post compo version with all features discussed in post mortem as well suggestions from this page.
Some answers:
- The "10 seconds" theme usage was supposed to be the initial launch countdown... Ok, I admit, very poor hahaha... did my best.
@ghRibacki: Thank you! Glad to see that you liked it, fell free to contact me, so I can write you a line when post-compo version is ready.
@Jedi: Post compo version will have full screen support =) Nice UFO picture! Sadly, the photo capture and rating system is currently crippled with bugs as it was made VERY close to deadline.
@mortus: Thank you for the review! Sorry about the bugs =D This project was far too ambitious for 72 hours so bugs runs free. And no, I didnt get better results =)... One time or another I did achieve very temporary moon orbit and then kissed moon surface for good. To return to earth in safety you must touch it in less than 20 of velocity (overall this part of game was very rushed)
@rex: Sure! Moon landing will be implemented. Not only land but drive a hover across moon surface and get closer pictures of alien bases. Sadly, I was unable to code that much in 72 hours but please stay tuned for post compo version.
@rex: I understand what you said and would like to apologize for the delay. I understand that I made a commitment to finish Mission Luna to you and many players that wrote to me, and I will, in fact this is exactly what I'm working on right now.
I will post on Ludum Dare front page when its ready for a first beta test.
First post compo preview video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2HqpwgkNUkw#t=20
Nice game. Very well polished with nice tutorial and power ups. THE MUSICS ARE AMZING!! The only downside is the theme usage but wonderful work. Congrats.
This game is amazing!!!
One of my favorites.
Playing 30 minutes reached 61 population. No more stones to build houses. Some notes:
* Resources on map border sometimes cannot be harvested
* Its not clear on instructions but looks like a worker is used on harvest day at farms and granaries.
* Would be great to allow place order in daylight (to be executed next day, of course)
* Its hard to get help on what building does in 5 seconds menu
* Visual indication of disabled buildings
Nice work here. Smart theme usage, really liked this game.
Would be nice to have a way to look up/downwards to see near traps. Amazing work. Congrats.
Amazing idea, amazing game! A lot of detail for 48 hours of work.
Amazing game
Liked it!
Best theme usage so far. Awesome.
Amazing music/audio.
Nice graphics and mood but I felt more in a demo than a game.
I've been playing for the last 20 minutes and liked it a lot. Greate game.
Impressive polished game for such short time, nice sounds amazing mood.
I'v been playing it for the last 20 minutes and I have to say that was fun.
What amazing game here and nice soundtrack as bonus.
Nice game
Grafics are ok. Idea was amazing but aiming is almost impossible. Also I dont see advantage in using catapults.
Amazing game. Nice mood, nice graphics.
Impressive works on shades and animation. Would love to see a full featured game over this. Congrats.
Very nice and fun
Addictive cool game, I'm still playing it after more than 1 hour. I can remember few LD entries that keep me playing for so long and for that alone this one have a place in top 10 in my rank.
The graphics could be better, but this is workable in post compo. I loved it from start where memos shows how much the mining company hates me hahaha amazing.
Here is a nice game. I really like simple hotseat 2 players games and this takes it at the best, with nice care to simple details (water splash, sun rays).
I don't see any problems with controls, is just hard to score and I liked it the way it is.
This work is amazing, impressively polished for given time. Congrats.
This game is amazing!
I will get it as a personal lesson on how to proper perform on ludum dare. Simple graphics but lot of care on details (smokes, fx, water with sin waves) and deep strategical gameplay.
The amount of skill to assemble such amount of things together is impressive, its a shame that is a jam entry for I would love to see code behind this.
I've been playing it for like 20 minutes till reach something like 60 golds per minute. But then skeletons came and raped my cities haha amazing. I will try the post compo later on. Amazing work, congrats.
Nice game! Really liked it after learned how to control things. Would love to see it turned in a full product.
Congrats
Here we have one thinking out of the box. Fantastic;
Brilliant! Amazing idea, awesome execution.
Overall, it's an amazing game!
Good:
+ You are Apollo and have to fight your way trough solar system (how cool is that)
+ Awesome art style
+ Nice music, ok sounds
+ Ok theme usage
+ Fun to play
Bad:
- Get repetitive at some point
Cool game, remind me a lot of star fox! Beautiful graphics but I would like to see more theme usage here.
I found that is much easier to fly in vertical form at all time.
Amazing game! This one deserves a place in top 10 imo.
Awesome hahaha
133 salved souls =D
Amazing game.
Good:
+ Furious gameplay (and fun)
+ Upgrades that really change game experience
+ A leaderboard in a 48 hours game. How cool is that?
Bad:
- Loose theme connection
This is one of the best games of LD30. Just amazing.
I've been playing it for the last 15 minutes, a good game here. A sure way to win is to send love to all planets, get to level 3 and turn your enemy in an asteroid belt with x5 missiles. I would like to see a little more challenge here but it's a trivial matter of balance. Overall, a top entry, congrats on it.
The strong point of this game is the atmosphere it creates with nice terrain and skies. Music would push this level forward but is sadly missing.
Nice atmosphere created with beautiful visuals and music but controls needs more work.
I also liked the non violent exploratory approach of this game (Noctis IV came to my mind as a good example). I hope you guys intend to work further on this one.
I liked the art and music! This is where this one really shines. But about gameplay, I guess it could be much better. There's not much fun, although graphics alone motivated me to go forward (and see the next amazing level background/music).
Overall, I liked this game!
Good:
* Nice details on graphics, loved the background star effects.
* Ok music, ok sound.
* Nice game idea and it's fun to play.
Bad:
* It's a little short and after a while I'm unable to buy more "planet" defenders and game ends with overwhelming amount of enemies;
* It needs some more balance on prices/damage and this alike.
* Weak theme usage
Impressive the atmosphere that this game creates with so little. Bizarre worlds with bizarre things, you can't even figure out what you are! Immersion is helped (maybe inadvertently) with the time spent inside "ship" trying to make the computer work.
Amazing game.
Nice little strategy game here. Amazing to see a working AI built in 48 hours. Of course sound, music and better graphics are missing but even then, good job.
Sometimes it is difficult to understand the drawings and I would like to see stronger theme usage. However we have here a a nice game, simple to understand and play. A good work for 48 hours.
This game is AMAZING! I'm playing it 3 times in row (my best is 2 astronauts left), and surely will play it again. Music is also fantastic. Only downside is that I don't really see much theme usage...
Cool, simple game! Sound and music would improve it to another level, though. Smart theme usage.
Best theme usage so far (ok we are starting yet but still amazing). Nice graphics. Sound is starting too loud.
Amazing game! Top 10 of LD30 imo.
Absolutely amazing. Player actions blends seamless with background music as almost part of it. Beautiful graphics, nice sounds. I can only complain about not so good theme link.
A simple and fun game! Nice select of sounds and volume, smooth UI, cool graphics.
Nice game here
Good:
* Smooth mouse controls, I really felt flying in this alien thing.
* No history, not much background but it's fun to play and that is what matters.
* Amazing sounds, ok music
* Theme used in nice way
Bad:
* Little detail: Personally, I guess Unity's default skybox should be avoided in ludum dare entries. It's the same reason about using too much asset store components. In the end one can't see what is from author and what not. Again, in the case of Star Duel, is a minor detail.
* I would like to see at least some help on how to proceed to win.
Overall, amazing job. Congrats to the team.
Nice graphics! Proper theme usage. Maybe too fast on start.
I saw this one coming from posts during competition. Really amazing, solid game. Very polished for such short time. So far, easily in top 10 imo.
Amazing idea, Amazing music, nice graphics, but the game itself requires more work. Proper collision handling and slower gameplay should turn this into a much better entry.
Very very cool game. Amazing innovative gameplay.
Lot of content for 48 hours of work. Always good to see upgrades in ludum dare entries. Nice music, ok sounds. There are some problems regarding how to judge correct alignment of meteors x ship by visual only... other than that amazing work. Congrats.
A nice game with nice idea but with very bad controls
Good:
* Amazing colorful stylized planetary system. This is where this one really shines and got its best score (imo)
* Nice 3d modeling and effects (lasers, ship engine). I like LD entries that give attention to graphic details and this on goes good on that.
Bad:
* Controls. I guess it's easier to bring a engine less space shuttle back to earth on hand than control this ship! =D I'm kidding it's just a case of gimbal lock.
* I would like to see more help on screen or some sort.
Great game! Impressive the amount of work for such short time. For those like me that love to see strategic games in LD this one is a must. Somehow reminds me of Star Control 2.
Not so good points: Music (I found a little misplaced with game mood) and overall balance of prices/difficult
Impressive for 48 hours of work! I would like to see more use of the ship or some way to move your team... It gets repetitive sometimes but again, considering 48 hours it's amazing. I really hope that you continue work on it and finish with the total idea.
Amazing music and graphics. Felt like in a demoscene sometimes. The fun factor could be a little better as game sometimes get repetitive, but overall fantastic work.
Very cool! I maybe wrong but I guess that score depends more on what you find on your way by chance than by skill... Anyway top entry here, beautiful graphics, ok sounds and fun gameplay.
41 years played, what amazing game. Very beautiful theme usage.
ok graphics, amazing musics. Nice gameplay. Not so much of theme connection, though;
Amazing idea with rushed execution. There are too many things happening at your face and you don't get a clue on what to do, even after careful help reading. What is a pity, given the perceptible amount of content of this game.
A nice tutorial and introduction would solve this.
Now you are the one on control of Galactic Stellarlink Corporation, on the mission to achieve $1000 credits providing data links between cities on planets.
Mouse only, full tutorial at game start.
Thank you!
Nice work for 48 hours. Good theme usage, ok graphics, ok sounds and music (volume need some adjusts, though).
I fell that tutorial didn't prepare me for that amount of punishment hahaha. Amazing game.
Nice idea and execution! I guess this would turn into an amazing game with more time and work on some aspects (music, sounds and more levels - maybe an upgrade system).
hahah cool game. I couldn't hold myself from moving master through introduction dialog between phrases to build a dramatic effect! About gameplay, sometimes get repetitive to do all over again and hope you choose the right path this time. Nice graphics but of course this game shines on humor. Good job!
Nice fun little game. In web version, screen could be larger.
I liked it a lot. First, I'm a fan of space simulator games and this one hits it hard. Second I'm also a fan of games that wanders outside the safe box of "sure formula" gameplay that 90% of people use. So wonderful idea, good execution. Some sound would upgrade this entry to another level as well as some polish in user interface. Good job!
I've been playing it for the last 30 minutes. Managed to win. Boy, here is an amazing game! Nice graphics and style, amazing music. Gameplay gets a bit repetitive in resource gathering but is compensated to find what will be the next mind trick you will play on natives =D
Nice style, beautiful art! But somewhat limited gameplay. Movement/control could be more tuned with the rest of the game as most of time the dancer collide in the walls.
That aside, really impressive work.
Fun gameplay! Really smooth input x graphics iteration, something rare among ld entries.
Large and ambitious project here. The complexity is really impressive for such short time, very good work.
There are some parameters that I would like more help, as what each action causes in country regions.
Graphics are great (same font from old adventure games - amazing), cool sounds and music.
Overall, impressive!
5 stars is not enough for such innovation / theme usage. Amazing idea and very well done execution. A bit too hard but that's ok for me. Top 10 of LD31
Annoying music. Totally annoying music. The game would be 3 to 4 times better without it.
Simple gameplay but it does the job as you start to have fun in these cold mountains after a while. Loved trees design.
I'm felling bad to ask but what is the theme connection here?
Simple and fun! Cool retro graphics and sounds. Some feedback on fish that caught bait would be nice.
I don't see any theme usage here. Gameplay is ok, a bit buggy in aim interface.
Always good to see RTS entries, I've been playing it for the last 30 minutes and won. What amazing game, first one in LD31 that I will give 5/5 in fun. I would buy a mobile version of this for sure.
Nice game with its own level of uniqueness. Lot of potential on idea, cool music and nice graphic effects / models.
On bad side, interface need improvements. A closer camera view would improve this point a lot.
Hope that you keep working on it to a full featured version.
Nice graphics and cool gameplay. I would like to see more connection with theme here, but theme is too broad to restrict much anyway. Very nice job with the storyboard.
How you managed to work with such big numbers system in a 48 application is beyond me, amazing job. Overall game is good although I would like more instructions on exactly what does what. Also compact theses numbers in M/B/T or evem E notation would help.
Take my 5 stars in graphics, amazing game. Cool music, very nice theme usage. Sometimes control fells like slipping but its a detail.
Amazing! Aside from the very cool theme usage, this game is really fun to play, smooth controls, furious action. I understand non filtered textures used for the retro feelings but sometimes there just too much on the (one) screen to cope with.
Overall, excellent job.
A fluid gameplay here, and that is very nice. I mean, so many LD entries out there that looks unable to handle input and graphic feedback in a smooth way that this is worth mentioning.
Aside from that, cool music, ok sounds. A bit repetitive sometimes.
Overall, good job!
Awesome art style, good music, but gameplay is lacking. Like more a presentation or demoscene.
Nice game, very hard. Amazing ambient sounds (voices and noise from moving platforms) creating a dark atmosphere. Somehow makes me remember the submachine game series.
Nice game! Really fun to play, cool music, nice graphics. Top entry.
Beautiful, deep game. Amazing story, amazing arts and power message that it delivers. Top 10 of LD 31 for easy
Very beautiful game. There are some problems with limited gameplay (mostly based on pixel hunting) but imo its balanced with this nice and beautiful story. I managed to finish it. What happened to the poor cat??
Clever and original gameplay mechanics here. Cool simple graphics, cool musics. Nice job!
Gameplay needs some adjustments. Sometime you die with random enemy spawning right in front of your face. Also, the ship turns too slow to make any ability that player have useful. I liked the graphics style.
Ooo fantastic idea and execution, take my 5 in innovation for sure. I'm still playing it trying to figure combination to win. Would be amazing if you introduced day/night cycle and sleep or not sleep drama.
Good: Like the graphics and the idea is not bad. Cool voice sound effects. Ok Theme usage.
Bad: I would like to see this game in a bigger screen, is there a reason to such small one? Also questions are repeating too much. Finally, music is really annoying!
surprisingly fun! Checking scenario, I guess that there were bigger plans for the game? Hope you keeping working on it.
Amazing music!! I really would like to see how it feels with a second player.
Amazing music!! Cool snes like graphics (you said nes but I guess its more closer of snes!). Gameplay gets a little repetitive after a while.
nice game! Too bad that it does not allow single player as it hinder fun somewhat (a good AI would be amazing here). Cool sounds, music and graphics. Nice job
Cool gameplay, amazing music! A bit too hard.
Ok graphics, and nice idea. I would like to see more organization in instructions and overall game presentation. Maybe split instructions in some form of introduction screen. There are some problems with input x visual feedback also.
Nice game here. Amazing mood built from amazing music.
Is there any chance to dodge a meteorite? I cant see how. Gameplay is somewhat lacking. Idea is good, maybe you should work more on it later.
Cool game. Better if the penguin turns a little faster. Sound would improve things a lot.
Beautiful, amazing game. Proper theme usage in a clever idea with a good execution.
Nice atmosphere! Its a shame that its not ready. Hope you continue on it.
Loved this one. Cool polished graphics, fun and simple gameplay. Needs some work on aim (or I need some work on mouse control =D).
Clever idea, but player interaction is somewhat limited here. Amazing graphics!
Stunning graphics, cool gameplay. It gets some time to understand controls but after a while its ok. I didnt get the difference between the 2 attacks.
Overall, good work!
I really fail to see theme connection of LD 31 and this game. Found hard to rate it, as also its not clear what you built in compo time and what not.
Really cool art style, proper theme usage. Best score 760. Cool gameplay, a bit hard sometimes because of these bots flying at the same gravity time - but then I discover the multiple flip in mid air (before reading your hint - would spare a lot of time) and really loved it. The combo is the killer features of this game and it really adds lots of fun to the gameplay. Overall a simple and fun game, congrats!
These 2d sprites over a 3d land bring me old runescape feelings! Loved it. Gameplay is a bit too hard for my taste and this one really miss sounds (would be nice to hear sheep =D). Other than that, liked it.
Clever gameplay ideal. Really liked it. Music does not fit, sounds ok.
Really cool game. I loved the idea. The bad is that totally unbalanced. Wizard loose power too fast to be possible to do anything... I'm still playing it and trying to perform better. Great job!
Brilliant! Awesome them usage, cool gameplay. I didnt manage to finish it, but I really like it a lot. In the top 10 LD31 entries imo. Congrats.
Amazing music, nice mood. Clever theme usage. There are some problems with beam rotation controls sometimes. Overall, good job!
Amazing game here! A little crypt sometimes about what I should do to please customer then I realized how realistic it is
Cool concept, ok execution. As is, it lacks some elements to be a fun game (imo). I would love to see a full featured version of this one, hope you keep working on it.
Nice concept and graphics but gameplay looks broken. I really cant fell that I'm doing something at the game.
Cool gameplay, amazing graphics. Sounds needs some adjustments on volume. Controls also need some work. Overall, a good game.
Really cool game here. Simple and fun. Instructions should stay longer on screen as I had to replay it 3 times to read all. Learning curve goes smooth trough levels although a bit too hard on later levels. I guess mouse controls would do better in this case.
Overall, good job
Great potential but as is, its really hard to play. A hint over these power buttons would improve things a lot. Camera sometimes behave strangely and I have no indication of how many bastards escaped from my hands. Things are too far, I would zoom the camera to give more are to click on people.
Please don't take these critics bad, 4 in 5 of my own LD games, I make these same mistakes. Lessons to be learned. Then again, this game have great potential and I hope to see a better polished full featured version.
Amazing game, top entry here. One of the best of LD31 imo.
Cool, original gameplay, nice sounds, beautiful graphics, very polished.
Nice game! Smart theme usage in a simple way.
Cool little game. It's very polished, my only complain is that sometime a monster appear in the middle of field side the jewel leaving no chance to protect it. Overall, good job.
Great mood, beautiful history. I have some doubts about real time sequence and persons (was the fisher player's son) and so on. Also, one who does not like dogs it's not a good person =)
Amazing game!
Nice graphics, amazing music! Good work.
This game is amazing! Amazing idea, amazing music, cool graphics and very fun to play. Top entry of this LD!
Really nice concept, I just can't remember another game in LD with this mechanic. Nice music and really nice monster speech sound - feels really alien. I liked monster sprites and props but the islands and skybox are a bit out of place IMO. Controls are ok (maybe camera could move faster). Don't ask me why, but somehow the atmosphere in this game reminds me of Super Mario from N64.
It's actually really cool how the theme is touched here (dunno if it was the intention or just how I see it). They are "monsters" only while you don't understand them. When you do, you are a monster too. Thoughtful!
Nice gameplay and cool music.
This entry somehow reminds me of an old GameMaker game by Darthlupi called "Mage Craft".
http://www.gamemakergames.com/archive/mage-craft
Cool!
Cool game! Nice music, fun gameplay. These ghosts really don't play in service =)
Really liked your game, very nice game play, cool simple graphics. Congrats.
Great idea, nice graphics but aim controls are problematic. Overall is a nice game, congrats.
Really cool game. Nice mood, cool 3d models. Loved the scrolling sky. Congrats.
This is my favorite game until now. Very cool game play, funny stories quotes. Will play it more later. Congrats.
Nice little game here, with small scope but well implemented. Controls feels ok (something rare in ludumdare games) and theme usage is there.
Of course more levels would be very cool.
Overall, nice job!
Thanks all for the reviews and plays!
@irx99 My current record is near 600 coins. My current strategy is to open with 3 miners as they get chance to give early gold. As a player that played this thing a lot already, your pains are exactly what I see too, UI *is* hindering gameplay. I'm going to overhaul it for maybe a Kongregate game in future.
Thank you! π
@icxon Nice to watch you playing, you did well, compo version is very, very hard. Also, the drag UI had some problems.
I tried to fix it all in post compo version. I will soon submit it in Kongregate.
Thanks for playing and rating!
Amazing game! One of my fav so far.
Nice 3d models, nice gameplay, physics, smooth controls, weapons and enemies variety, it's all here. And on top of it all, a proper theme usage. Actually the whole game is built around it.
As a minor issue, music it's well made but gets a little repetitive after a while. Maybe too loud? At least a option to turn it off or control the volume.
Hope you guys push it to a complete project.
Untitled-1.png
Am I really supposed to go through this? π
Nice little game here. It is those kind of controls that you can't overcompensate for a course correction or you'r dead meat. Nice mood detail in changing skybox light with time.
Really cool low poly 3d artwork.
Controls feels great, not too hard, not too easy. I was a very small child at the time, but this loop handling style somehow reminds me of an ancient Intellivision game called Triple Action
63693-triple-action-intellivision-screenshot-biplanes.gif
As a minor flaw, sound effects would greatly improve with some normalization on volume levels.
Overall a top entry here. Good Job!
I also get the theme usage, stuck in the orbit loop, for me it's a fair usage.
Amazing graphics, it's evident the amount of effort on it. With the nice music, the mood you guys managed to deliver in this entry is deep.
Maybe too much controls? It's really rare that I get motion sickness playing a game, but this one I did, mildly π. The problem is not the goings and rolls but the rate of movement, more precisely, the difference on what brain expect (from its experience in real world) with the movement in your game. It starts too fast and stops too abrupt. But that could be just me.
Fun and nice puzzles.
Overall a top entry here. Good job!
Nice little game! Since early screenshots at main page, I knew this one would be cool. Very well made, relaxing and fun to play;
Really nice polished game, impressive for the given time frame. Entire game is built around theme in a brilliant way.
There is a lot of thought in its core mechanics and it's fun once you understand it. Graphics are simple and cool.
Overall this game deserves lot more attention that it's receiving. Really hope that you take it to a full project (maybe mobile?)
The game idea is here but not enough implemented, sadly.
I liked the simple graphics and gameplay premise but controls and interface have some issues (cameras does not follow fast enough for example).
The idea is here but I felt a somewhat incomplete execution, unfortunately.
The main problem: Font is tooo small and text goes too quick. After 2 or 3 times I was finally able to see that there is a monk that need fish for cooking.
Graphics are cool and music very relaxing.
Nice graphics. Cool low poly models and the sky colors and particles really really sets a nice atmosphere.
However I really didn't get the theme usage here. Maybe the loop is the fence around the party? Stuck outside the loop? π
Overall nice little game here.
Cool game!
Relaxing music and nice graphics.
Maybe camera controls could get some work but it's a minor issue compared to what you achieved.
Greate job!
Amazing graphics and artwork. Really loved it, from the style to the colors palette.
The gameplay is cool with this metal arm thing and the limitation of being stuck in the tracks. A literal and valid theme usage.
Movement and controls are smooth and the whole game looks "finished".
Music is well made but I think the style is a little out of place here. A deeper, more synth/sci-fi oriented track would do wonders on the mood (already set by your awesome pixel art) - this is a personal taste however so take with a grain of salt.
Nice enemy variations and different strategies, even with some lore of their own. In case you guys plan to go for a full project with this, I guess it would be cool to give more strategic value in the metal arms actions.
Overall this game is receiving much less attention that it would deserve.
Very well done.
(Quick tip for the next: Maybe people are blocked/having resistance by having to download a java bin. With the knowledge show here, Unity would be a breeze)
Nice little game here. Somehow the aesthetics remembers me of Clysm's [Seilus](http://www.autofish.net/clysm/art/video_games/seiklus/index.html) and other Game Maker gems of the era.
At the Sanctuary scene, I spent too many time trying to copy the background music that uses the same flute sound of players flute, instead of Sanctuary sound π But that's part of challenge.
StarFox feelings! π
Is it music made in compo time? Amazing!
Mouse lock could make controls improve, a minor issue tho.
Loved the real animals as players π
This games runs "smooth" with proper controls and nice graphics.
Smart theme usage.
As a negative point, sound would make a big difference here.
But overall, good job.
Ideia is good, graphics are nice!
I see some negative aspects on controls handling. The Bus is very fast and it's ok, problem is the ratio of speed/steering. Dunno if it's by design tho.
Overall nice job!
Nice little game. Swirls sometimes pull really hard but that's part of challenge. The scope is little but you managed to complete the game nevertheless.
Good work!
Your game feels "complete", a rare trait in competition entries. Lots of enemies types and 2 boss, wow.
At first I felt it would be easy. 3 orbits later I was more on "OK I'M ON A BULLET HELLSCAPE". Gameplays goes smooth and it's fun.
"DINOSAURS DEFENSES WEAKING" π₯ felt bad for the dinos tho.
Music is nice, fit for dinosaurs defending earth in space ships.
Untitled-1.png
Amazing game! Managed to beat level 1 and collect all carrots in the 2 level (room), but couldn't find the exit after.
Moving platforms is not a trivial task in Unity physics but it works very nicely in this game. Also did like the trickery of sphere clipping in front of camera. Overall the game is very polished, loved the graphics and the music.
Top entry here, no doubt.
Fun little game. Trained only ATK and smith only weapon, beat dragons like flies π
Why I have to work if I will fight a **dragon** for the city in few days??? π
Nice work!
Really cool! Nice polished game, lovely 3d art and cool music!
Gameplay is fun and simple.
Stuck in a sphere! Cool!
Nice graphics here. Controls, movements, feels and plays smooth (something rare in this ludumdare, sadly). A little repetitive tho (minor issue on fun factor).
For 3 days of work it's a very good entry π
Game: "First you have to ask the family members what they like and dislike to eat." Me: "Mom, can u help me test a game? Oh, nevermind, they are talking about in game family" π
Nice entry here. I can imagine the amount of work put into this thing, all these random family tastes, dialogs, ingredients pick up, recipes, cooking. It's really impressive what you finished given the time frame.
The resulting gameplay mixed from all these things is fun but I imagine that requires a little more attention span from players that is usually obtained here - my own ludum dare entries suffers from the very same fate.
Overall is a top entry and one of my favourite from now.
"Enjoy this water shader that i spent the majority of my 48hrs making."
I Did enjoy each pixel. Fun game, even nicer after I discovered that terrain limits are a matter of opinion and I could freely cross the track like no tomorrow.
Then I thought "oh what lies beyond this track? I want to see the open seas!", as your game kicked me out of the race. I took it for a success and I'm ready to score (5/5 humor for sure)
Nice one, cool 3d models and simple gameplay. Controls are ok but sometimes I was getting stuck between tables. Also, I saw no possible way to meet every calls as some of them are too far and expires too quickly.
All these are minor and easily fixable issues tho.
This game got a nice idea but looks like the scope went too big for the limited time frame.
The UI and controls are confusing and/or not intuitive. The gameplay feels a little rushed as the player barely got time to prepare before the first wave and there's resource to build all buildings. What exactly each do? If this game will be pushed to full project in future (which totally should be) these are some points to take into consideration in my opinion.
On the bright side, nice graphics and 3d models. From the screenshots I knew it would be a beautiful game. Also, nice theme usage with the orbit thing.
Despite the problems, still an impressive accomplishment.
Very nice game, really amazing. I'm discovering a lot of gems in these final LD days and one it's right here.
Fun simple gameplay, nice simple graphics, challenge levels but not to spoil the fun.
I managed to reach 4 or 5 level, do intend to return and try to finish.
Really hope you plan to take it to a game portal on a complete project.
Nice terror/steampunk setting, the buzzer and the overall light greatly enhances the mood. Nice narrative with unsettling ending.
There are some minor adjustments to be made in font (resolution too low sometimes).
Overall, good job! π
Nice mechanics, well implemented levels, cool sounds and music, nice simple graphics.
I couldn't resist to spawn ghosts like no tomorrow till the guide spirit said "no no no"
Great game! Well done.
Yep, had the full experience through the week. I had more fun than would anticipate on picking up virtual garbage.
The graphics somehow remembers me of the old Half-Life (1), which is great.
From tuesday onward, did manage to finish my job before 14:00 (the trick is to bring the trash can and the broom inside the bus), so I spent some time seeing level details (very nice nebula skybox behind window) and searching for hidden things / easter eggs. Tried once or twice to throw the can over the force field door. π
Overall is a nicely done, innovative entry that fits the theme just nice. One of my fav so far. Good job!
Simple, nice game here! It's always better to aim for a simpler scope and implement it 100%, and this entry proves it. Solid and fun gameplay.
As a minor issue: It is a little too easy. Maybe water should replenish a little slower?
Overall it is a great entry!
I really like this graphics style in 3d low poly. House is nicely built, cool furniture too.
Even after dismantling the entire house (much easier after I discovered that you can trow things outside using the windows) I wasn't able to find the key, I will try later.
Interesting take on time and creative execution. Good work!
A nice concept, a nice idea, a nice theme usage. However I feel it is half complete as is now, what is a pity.
I love those in-ship controls. Back in LudumDare 27, I created a game "Mission Luna" with same controls approach.
In a full, complete version, maybe players will need a little more help with the geometry. I really liked this concept, it's very innovative and leaves space for a lot of ideas. Hope you get this game to a full project.
Good job!
Space bears, how cool is that?
Liked the idea and the setting, cool atmosphere created with these low poly graphics. Nice planets variation. The jet pack is the best feature in this game, so cool to fly with it!
Camera and player movement could be improved tho, sometimes it behave very awkward.
Overall a nice little game! Good Job!
Really nice one. Graphics are very nice, cool gameplay.
What exactly is happening there is beyond me tho, why these people are getting stuck? π
The people/room condition is not always clear, my only complaint.
Overwall, this entry should end in top 10%. Good job.
Finally managed to finish your game.
Untitled-1.png
Let me say, this game is one my favourites in LD47.
You guys delivered fun in a simple way. The happy music somehow contrast with the weird setting of eternal locked in a race and the "portal points" thing. Very nice.
Cool narrative with different drivers personalities. I see people here complaining about to reach blue to talk, well, it's easy to get on blue after you get the grip on the physics. Green, on other hand, drives like a lost cockroach and way harder to talk π
Loved the aesthetics of levels, really nice.
Controls need a little more work as they are rather sensible right now (and only mouse can be adjusted). This makes your game very very hard.
Overall, great job.
Nice graphics here, models, colors, all in place. Font is sometimes a bit hard to read but this is a minor issue.
Gameplay idea is cool and original and a proper theme usage by being stuck in the planets.
However, the overall experience is somewhat hindered by the controls and overall game speed. From here it looks like a case of fine tuning some settings on movements, scales and even the sun velocity.
Overall is an impressive accomplishment for the limited time frame.
What is done is very well done. It cost me a little to go beyond 2nd screen, then I discovered that the portals did translate horizontal speed into vertical. Nice!
Cool start, sad it's not finished tho.
The good: Nice that you made a tutorial. This really helps a lot! I liked the graphics, it reminds me of those old cool flash games from 90's/2000's. Music is very cool!
Places to improve: Controls are a little off. Sometimes is hard to reach for T and F keys while you can't stop pressing wasd or you are dead.
Overall, good job!
Nice musics, cool graphics! Liked the overall idea.
But...
About the gameplay, as other already said, it's very cryptic. My own game suffers from same issue, as many others, so its normal in so little time frame.
I understand that you must stop bugs from eating your seed(?). And each "pulse" uses nutrition. But how I get new nutrition? Are there other functions the seed can perform?
Also, I failed to see the link with the theme.
Firstly, loved the music, deep sci fi synth tones (kind reminds me of the amazing Masters Of Orion 2 music). It really helps sets the overall tone and mood. Nice cartoon at beginning too.
The tutorial is clear and precise. Time and again I'm convinced that every ludum dare entry should have one.
The gameplay is simple yet fun. Nice to check the narrative built terrain after terrain with the different paths.
Of course, the limited time available to build this game is visible on some areas (as even you said in death screen π). But overall, you managed to focus in delivering us with a complete game!
Untitled-1.png
Very nice game. Cute graphics, cool idea and implementation. Even sounds are there. Level select. Smart theme usage. Very complete and polished.
I really couldn't watch the poor bee be eaten alive every time I fail tho. π
Nice little game here. Cool music, I must be on drugs bet felt some 80's/90's cartoon vibe here π
Fun gameplay, to be honest didn't find any major flaw.
Good job!
Loved this game!
Amazing music! Seeing how a good music improves the game mood, I really regret that I didn't managed to create one in time.
Liked the graphics a lot too.
As a minor flaw, in game help would be very nice!
Amazing job! π
Untitled-1.png
Cool little game! Fun gameplay, at many times I was just entering doors and piling boxes, lost, hopeless, but things ended built to my exit.
I Liked the graphics, proper sounds and nice touch of humor on this evil sign (why it behaves like this tho? π)
Nice job!
Theme usage ok, loved the initial comics. Nice cosmonaut model!
The rest of 3d graphics need just a little more work - for example, I wouldn't presume that a small box on the floor would be a flashlight.
Of course I couldn't resist to open a door to space π
Nice polished game. Cool graphics and amazing music. It's the classical usage of the theme yet so well performed. Musics help a lot to set the tone and as audio wasn't opt out, I'm assuming you guys made it - amazing.
Cant find how to restore energy - aside from sleeping.
Overall, good work!
There is a nice idea here and a smart usage of the theme.
The game is simple but delivers enough to be fun. A bit too challenging tho.
Audio is an issue, im my opinion, as music gets too repetitive after a while.
Overall a good job, good that you are able to finish a complete game with less hours on the jam.
Nice game, the level design really shines here. I'm not a huge fan of this game style but your game manage to balance upgrades and maze very nicely. I didn't feel lost nor unchallenged.
Nice graphics, controls feels "correct", overall your game looks complete.
My only complain is the hard reset timer inserted into gameplay to fit theme. Maybe you could aboard theme in another way? But I'm aware that this is never easy.
Overall good job!
Clever theme usage in this nice little game, can't remember other use of Cellular Automaton so well blended in a gameplay.
It's very hard to predict patterns but you helped us with a undo button so the fun is not spoiled.
I didn't manage to go beyond level 4, I'm curious if players will start to see moving patterns (Spaceships).
Overall, amazing work!
@wuppos I totally agree on these points. I played my game a lot, It's fun after you get 1 or 2 rocket upgrades, some cargo bay upgrades, but this beyond 20+ min game time - it's too much time when people have other thousands of games to play and judge.
I have to learn to go wayyyy simpler in next LDs, just like your game, a nice example of simple and very fun.
Thank you for your nice review!
@flogames thanks for playing! In this page I linked the gameplay video, where I do an upgrade... It takes a little time to start indeed. It helps if you press shift (brakes). When you run out of energy, yes, the engine and the rocket just stops works, sorry no time for game over screen
About the $200 end... wow, as far as I know you are the first ever to achieve it (including me till now). Honestly and sadly, haven't got time in competition to code it either as I was sure that no one would ever play long enough. What I can offer is apologies and congratulations on finish the mission, Rigel Mining Corporation would be proud :smile:
@bamberga Yeah it's really counterproductive to go for a too complex/lengthy gameplay in a game jam, but I hardly can resist  Case is that is so rare that I find focus to finish games that I use LudumDare to implement ideas that I always wanted to do (inside theme) and it often de-rails for an overscoped thing. Thank you for your sincerity, I will try something way simpler next time.
Really original combat system, loved it. Unfortunately it feels an incomplete game as is.
*Good*:
-> Game is nice, I liked the idea and theme usage. Nice simple graphics, helpful tutorial. Gameplay is fun.
*Minor issues*:
-> Controls, however, could get some more love as vehicle driving is somewhat hard among the trees and the curves it tries to do. Also is not exactly clear what is the fire and water jet range/area.
Overall is a fun game, congratulations on your entry!
Hard game yet very fun. Amazing graphics and 3d models, a very polished entry here with a proper theme usage. Only downside is that swing with A/D keys is a little buggy sometimes.
Sometimes I wonder what kind of game deserves a 5/5 in humor and now I know!
This is a nice game, water controls feels "right", enough of challenge without being too hard. It would be great if you catch chemical elements on water, but as it is, it's already lot of fun.
On a negative point, I cant really see theme usage here...?
Game is really cool, controls feels nice. I'm not much into this type of aesthetics but this is totally my personal taste. My only complain is that it could restart quicker after death. Top game here, congrats.
Your game is inspiring on how an entry can be simple yet so fun! Gravity and controls are very well implemented. Love the music also. Congrats.
Graphics are amazing, sound and music blends with it and creates a very unique mood, very impressive for 72 hours of work. Gameplay could gain a little more love as is somewhat limited, still it's surely one of the top games in LD49. Congrats to the team.
This is my kind of game, one of my favorite so far in LD49. As a suggestion, I would tweak to a less abrupt chaos in the system, we have barely time to react when do a bad move. This is a minor issue, overall it's an amazing game with a challenging and fun gameplay
Very fun and totally inside theme, congrats on it.
Nice little game here. Played it to the end, still trying to conjecture how a Spaceships needs a banana  Amazing music.
It's fun to play and beautiful to look, an excellent entry indeed. These kind of games are often unbalanced in the rush of 72 hours but you guys managed to find the right spot. Congrats!
Edit: returned and played a little more, really fun 5/5
Wow amazing 3d models and graphics, overall the game is very very beautiful. Controls are well implemented, and the coop are a really plus. Congrats on the team
Gameplay is a little complex at first but then you get the grip and becomes fun. Amazing graphics, nice sound and proper theme usage. Congrats.
Very fun game, it's really cool to see a simple idea so nicely implement. It will get a 5/5 fun from me. Nice 3d graphics, nice sounds. The music starts a little of place then it blends nicely with the action and you suddenly accept that you are a demolisher man that loves trance/techno
As a minor problem, when structures start to collapse there's really not much you can do (or maybe I'm bad at it)
These graphics are so cool, really amazing. Beautiful music, this game is a little piece of art.
I liked the graphics and 3D models, gameplay tho is a bit hard to get into. Controls feels "right" and that is a bonus. However, I'm failing to see theme usage.
It takes some time to understand it but after that is a really cool game. I was asking my self "hmmm but where is them usage here?" then the dials start to go like cray and I "yeah there it is ". Got 4 humans and then they are dead by a lack of energy. I'm playing it again.
Really loved this game, amazing theme interpretation in a simple and fun gameplay. I'm taking as a personal lesson on how to be efficient in a game jam.
Beautiful art, nice music and cool gameplay!
Very innovative gameplay, I liked the idea. It could become a fun mobile game with some more polishing, maybe some more work on physics.
There is a Theme Park vibe in this game that I loved. Maybe better explanations of how to provide things at stands would help, but that's a minor issue. Overall great game, congrats.
Beautiful little game, really like the graphics and the mood. Ok theme usage. Only minor issue is the controls that would improve with a little acceleration instead of full movement (sometimes is hard to get on right spot)
Impressive visuals, nice idea and nice theme usage. Congrats
Wow amazing graphics, nice music, it really shines in this game. As a minor issue, attacks animation and movement are somewhat confusing some times.
The idea is cool but the mass riot seems inevitable after some time. Overall it is a cool little game tho, congrats on it.
Idea is nice and theme usage is at gameplay core, what is good.
However, as is, it's really hard to play. Maybe less variation or at least some form that allows the player to prepare for change (the subtle difference between unstable and unpredictable).
This was a hard theme anyway and overall the game is good for 8 hours of work.
*Good*:
-> Liked the low poly graphics style, it reminds those on Imphenzia's lessons on Blender. Nice touch the environment change, later in game.
-> Gameplay is basic but fun and consistent on what it proposes.
*Minor issues*:
-> Platform movement looks stuck something like 0.5 sec after returning from a jump.
-> Maybe it's too dark? Ok, a train inside a tunnel but sometimes is hard to distinguish the necessary bonus.
Overall a nice game, good that you managed to deliver one after 6 tries.
I liked the idea, really loved the graphics and music. Gameplay is fun but the difficulty scales too quick, but that's a minor issue.
This game is amazing, my favorite in LD49 so far. From the graphics to music, everything fit together to create a nice mood. I would love to understand better what each module does. As a minor point, I would like to be able to rotate the module (for example I had an engine stuck in a position where it only applies torque to the craft).
Also this game bring me good memories as, back in Ludum Dare 24 (Theme Evolution), I tried a very similar modular approach on creatures
temp2.png But never finished.
Really hope you guys keep working on it for a full version.
OK, a nice and clean theme interpretation in a nice little game. Controls are fluid. Of course some sound would do wonders here. The camera follow movement sometimes does some flickering - this can have some reasons, like moving non physics objects on FixedUpdate(). You could also try to set ball Rigidbody to use collision on Continuous Dynamic and set Interpolate.
Really cool, liked it a lot. Proper theme usage in a fun gameplay. Minor issues: maybe the pointers to planet and asteroids could be a little smaller in screen? Also a little more fuel? It's very hard to accomplish much with this quantity. These, as I said, are minor problems and overall the game is very fun.
Lovely! I ensured to explore the whole sea to check if you hide a secret island  Did... the duck... sacrifice itself in the end???
Nice and well implemented idea, I always love landing games. Maybe a little less gravity would make the game more fun but just a minor issue. You could easily go for mobile and launch it as a game.
Congrats.
Cool game, really well made and nice theme usage. A little hard but its only a matter of practice. Congrats!
Nice idea and nice theme usage but sadly is very hard to play as is. Maybe gameplay is a little too hard or too fast, @david-broz made an excellent break down on the issues.
I was totally overcomplicating it in first plays, after 2 min you get the way. Nice, simple, polished game here, congrats
Wow amazing work here. Most of Lovecraft adaptations, in any media, tend to lose *something* as it's really hard when one tries to represent the *indescriptible*. This game, however, managed to keep some of the *cosmic horror* tone.
Yeah this is really amazing. One of the best creative usage of theme that I seen so far, nice graphics and proper implemented gameplay. Really nice! I would love to see taken photos in the end
@chompdev 46 hours of work. I want to really thank you for giving the proper time to play this game, really appreciated.
@juutis I honestly beileve that we are now 3, those who managed to pass the tutorial. hahahah Thanks for playing.
@icxon from near 8:00 in the video, you played like I envisioned back in LD start. Sadly the game is indeed hindered on too hard controls. Thank you for the gameplay!
We went for similar idea. It was very challenging to find a way to control a craft with total freedom of movement + inertia and so on. This game manages to simplify it a little. Also liked the simple 3d models and cool music.
Nice mix of 3D graphics and hand-drawn textures. The cool, smooth gameplay, polished controls, animations, and overall look and feel of the game are a testament to your expertise.
Overall, this is a top entry. Congratulations!
Played the entire lenght, very cool little game here. Dialog/character style somehow remind me of Star Control 2. The robot breaking the 4th wall is a very nice touch. I was going to give 5/5 on music for I really loved it but I understand that is a 3rd party asset, right?
Overall amazing entry here, congrats.
Nice graphics, nice music, the overall vibe of the game is amazing. I liked a lot the idea of the game, hoevewer, I would like to have a little more interaction in gameplay, beyond repair things (maybe am im missing something?). Also I'm not able to check how main ship hull is doing, it simply explodes.
Firstly, brave choice on making a first person game in such short period.
The gameplay is nice, I feel is more like a delivery simulation (and I like simulation games). Controls need some work but it does not spoil the game.
The delivery lines could be optimized to show only packages near the player, its a bit chaotic showing all packages at once, but overall it was a creative gameplay mechanic.
Looking forward to see you next entries on LDs. Congrats.
Your game is my favorite so far.
Firstly, I love games where you work towards something. The music is very atmospheric and adds to the mood. I loved the hand-drawn textures - simple details like borders on packages makes all the difference on graphics to stand out. The ASMR-like sound effects at the right volume matched perfectly with the gameplay. Overall, the feeling is like playing with a 3D toy. Congratulations!
The idea is amazing but as the game is, it's very hard to get anything done. Maybe mouse controls inside kichen? More time to cook? It's also very hard to find the location when it's over the visual range and outside map.
Overall, the idea is very creative and I really liked it. Some polish work could turn this game into really fun.
Congratulations to the team.
The NES vibes are strong here, from fonts to graphics and sfx. Cool little game, hard to find a negative aspect. Congratulations.
Your gameplay is one of my exact ideas on the brainstorm start - but I ended overcomplicating thing using planets/orbits.
So I really liked this entry. Nice simple graphics, nice screen controls.
Controls are a bit too sensitive. It's not huge problem but I would like to feel more "aircraft" flight thing.
Overall, very nice little game. Congrats.
Really nice theme usage, liked how the gameplay goes, it's a fun strategy game.
Really loved your game. I have and old dream of one day creating a game where player walk inside ship, land on planets and so on, this ship looks so prepared to it. =)
Very nice and relaxing game, congrats.
Simple and fun, loved it. Its a bit hard to control but hard in the exact ammount. Congratulations to the team.
Relly nice, in the end I was already trowing crates from distance. Nice art and music too.
Loved this one. I'm impressed by the amount of detail in level design, nice 3d models, cool sounds and music. All combined to achieve this nice sci-fi/space exploration vibe.
When I see that I would be able to drive a vehicle on theses levels, this game won my heart.
5/5 amazing.
Really fun game, spent like 30 min playing it. Music is simple but fits perfect. 5/5 fun.
Idea is here and its good but as is, the game is insanely hard. One thing that would help is to indicate distance to planet surface instead of planet center. Also controls are too sensitive.
But I really liked the idea, to collect ingredients on planets, it was one of my plans in brainstorm at friday night.
Lookign forward on what you will bring us on next lds.
I liked the idea, the general setting and the mood. Ship customization with attachable 3D device models is truly awesome for a game jam. I wish I had a little more control over mission executions, but I'm aware that doing so would expand the scope of the game beyond what is manageable in 72 hours.
Nice little newtonian physics game here. Controls are challenging but that is part of the fun! I like the simple graphics but it could maybe use darker/bluish colors to match more the environemnt, maybe also somewhat bigger?
Congrats on the finished game!
The right measure of game for a game jam, not too long, not too hard, simple, beautiful and nicely executed. I'm taking notes. Congrats.
I love how unforgiven and abruptal this game ends (TUFF) on any mistake, despite the colorfull festive mood.
A nice game here, challening, I felt like an AI learning to play it, but that was fun. My only complain is that sometines you can't tell obstacle from background.
Anyway, amazing job. Congrats.
