I am 11 years old, and also where the game over thing happens I did have it so the background came forward but when you died to near the lava, the lava stopped part of the background showing, so I created a last minute shader to make it render infront of everything, But thankyou for your feedback

@mike-inprinciple On the rigidbody, the rotation axis were constrained, but, the wheel colliders were for some reason rotating the car on the Y, I only encountered this at the last moment and so I was not able to fix it. Next time, I aim to finish the game earlier, so I can bug fix and not have a quite broken game. @nufflee thanks for rating my game, I watched your stream and saw that the controls weren't shown very clearly, so I will try to fix that next time, Thanks :smile:

@lekiy basically they are just hard to get used to, like using x in a menu to select instead of clicking or pressing Return and if you didn't read the controls it would be very hard to find.

And then you need leftAngle, rightAngle and leanSpeed variables. Obviously your mdel might not roate on the z axis but there is a chance it will. Also, the left angle would not be -rightAngle, it will be 360 - rightAngle.

Good game, its a nice idea but can easily get a bit boring after a couple of minutes, the gap between each thing it wants is to long and maybe you could have a deadline for what it needs, so the game gets harder the longer you play it for, overall, ok game, but could do with some level of difficulty

This is my favourite game i have played so far! It is such a great concept and so fun to play, the only problem I found is that trying to hit the numpad on the beat made it fail you half the time, maybe have a little bit of leeway for people who are trying to be on the beat as I find that makes the game more fun, great game still!
@niterich I was actually sort of going off of the thumper vibe! Like the small camera shake to indicate speed and the idea of just having some empty space and an infinite track ahead, Im also pretty sure I accidentally used the same percussion pack as them! I love thumper and it was one of the biggest inspirations for my game!

Easy mode definately gets boring, I actually originally didn't have easy mode, however I felt the game needed an entry point for people who hadn't played it before, as I find when you crunch time on a game you get used to it very easily and you forget what the experience for a user who has never played before is like. @lumbigui hi, thanks for playing! the tutorial acts as sort of a 'practice' level for now, as there isnt any kind of chasing object in it. So to get used to the mechanics you could use that :)

Very fun game! The visuals are pleasing and the gameplay is enticing. I agree with @tyler-law or @anstabo you should definitely expand on this idea and release it as a fully fledged game :)
Cool game! It is very fun to play and the graphics are great for a compo game! I think you should have made the enemies a one shot kill as they end up spawning quite a lot. But, overall, amazing work!

cool horror game! I like the concept, and the graphics are nice, but i would have prefered it if the monsters made actual movement/progress towards you, rather than an invisible healthbar going down. Other than that, good work!

Hi, cool concept! The controls arent very intuitive, it took me a while to learn what i was doing, but its a cute game and is fun to play. I would suggest that the menu option that you select is the one above the button, rather than the option behind the button. Great work!
Nice game! Its very fun and I love the graphics, the pixel effect is very nice and I like the little glitch animation that plays when a life is lost on the UI. It obviously could have benefitted from audio but I understand that you probably ran out of time. Overall, good work. Im excited to see what you create in the future :)
This game is amazing! I love the idea of it and the graphics are so aesthetically pleasing. I did find that on the playback the block movements were slightly delayed as compared to what happened in the recording phase but other than that great work!

Wow, this is my favourite game of the jam. I love the console that you have setup, it looks amazing and feels so realistic. I love investigation type stuff like this and the fact that the player had total control over the console feels so cool. I got jumpscared when i was noting down details about the people and the computer overheated lmao. The SFX of the game like the hum and the terminal beeps completely contribute to the mood and tense vibe. overall amazing game. I look forward to see what you guys create next

That was such a fun game! I love the concept, ive never seen someone have an idea like this before. Great work! and i love the physics on the little stick guy. A few suggestions: maybe increase the character dropped limit, it feels like its too low for how many arrows get thrown. Good work!

Cool game! The concept is good and the graphics are quite well polished however the upgrades started getting too expensive for the buffs, also the ricochet bullets idea is cool but can be quite annoying as there isnt a way to have them bounce off of your shield.

Hi, cool game! The graphics are amazing and the concept of it is also well thought out. The slow acceleration made it quite difficult at times to get over obstacles, but overall amazing game.

Hi, the web version of the game seems to be broken. it errors with 'could not find module blessings'.
@parafactual i tried downloading it and i installed blessings and poetry, but now it gives me this error unknown.png
@parafactual that worked, but now im getting errors about 'fcntl' which is apparently a UNIX only module. I would like to test this game but having to set it up like this from python is quite frustrating, I would suggest next time (if you make another python game) to use something like py-installer to package it to a .exe

This is a very fun game! I really like the graphics and its quite balanced for being randomised and its quite addictive :D I think the 10 second timer could be utilised slightly more interestingly, like if the level blocks shifted or moved every 10 seconds but overall really good work :)
