Congratulations on finishing the game! It was fun, I'd love to see another version with more functionality at a later point! :)

Congratulations on finishing the game! It was fun, I'd love to see another version with more functionality at a later point! :)
Haha, that's great! Great voice work! Also really liked the details of the hair and the clothes blowing in the wind!
Brilliant concept, and very well executed!! Loved the way the music got more complex as you discovered your suroundings! Mood and Audio are definate fives! :)
@coleslaughter Thank you! If you want to cheat and watch the day/night cycle you can press "P" and then it will play the cycle at something like 1000x the speed :)
@pincushion Yeah... in retrospect I should have given the text a backdrop or a drop-shadow or something so that it's always visible.. Thanks for the comment!
@geraldfingburke I'm just reading the RSS xml files, and doing so very poorly, reloading the entire thing and repopulating the UI every time the phone opens instead of just checking for updates.
Had I had more time i would have wanted to pull from all three news sources at once and sort them by date, keeping that list and only adding new entries on opening the phone.
Very fun! Definatly bookmarking this to play more later!
This is really imopressive for a compo! Really liked the puzzles, exploration and memory aspects of the game. Graphics were fitting. Audio was good (you really should've auto-play the voice acting since you spent time making them)
Well done!
Great audio design and art! You nailed the style and mood! :)
Fun and Chaotic! The art is very good! The only downside is camera and the controls might feel a lite tooo awkward, but I see the potential for a really great awkward physics style game here!
Played so many times, and really got sucked into the gameplay, but I still couldn't beat level one! As you said the 60 bees are a bit steep for level 1. I'll have to come back and play more later, because I really liked the game! the round shape of the map was a fun twist on the snake gameplay!
Fun game! Very impressive you managed this many puzzles and puzzle types in an LD game! I got to the final barrier but couldn't complete it because i accidentaly sent a beam backwords that messed up something and closed the loop behind me. Oh well.
Love this little guy, the dance is just perfect! Very impressive level design with distinct progression and introduction of mechanics. Brilliant for a ludum dare game, the onlt dlaw is that the the physics seems unreliable as you mentioned.
Fun game! The illustrations are of a great quality! I also had trouble in the beginning figuring out how to get resources, I think you should add a simple text in the description of the game here explainting the controlls!
Tried running the mac version but it says it's damaged. Let me know if you fix it, the concept sounds great!
Really impressive you managed to make not one, but 3 games! Realy like the art and the audio design escpecially on the Jungle level.
Fantastic puzzles, I managed to solve them all. loved the graphics. It felt very polished in parts, loved for example how the yellow dot slowed down when turning a lock, that's somehow very satisifying to me
This is pretty cool! I really liked the aesthetics and feel of the game. It felt really cool to start the train and feel i fly through the tunnel, and walking around on the train while it was moving was cool. The biggest downside to me is the floaty controls and high mouse sensitivity, it made it very hard to control. Well done!
Congratulation on your first game jam! I really like the art here.
Super impressive for a compo entry! Loved the art, and the gameplay oddly felt super satisfying once you got a good flow going! The Audio was also perfect for the experience, love the thud when you click the wheel and the ambient machine sounds. I'm very bad at rythem and timing though so I didn't manage to get the good ending I think.
The graphics never appeared for me. Apparently I made it 600 laps before closing the window. All I saw was the text.
Very impressive for a Ludum Dare entry, I was surprised by how many mechanics threre were. The level design was good. I made it all the way to the end.
@thoastbot The flashlight breaking is the "ending", I'm amazed you made it that far! :)
@afuturev I made the soundtrack in garage band. The main ambient sound is a sequence of synth chords distorted and played super slowly.
I like the art. It was a good entry. I would like to see more variation in the enemies.
Fun concept! Works great. Nice art and audio too.
I love how chaotic the run is. Fun game. I think I won? beat the boss but nothiung happened.
Yeah, for me there wasn't a trap door in the final room... or I might have missed it.
I liked the style of the graphics. The gameplay was simple but solid. I liked the music. Good entry!
Solid concept, nice art. But like others said the physics were a bit too wonky. Made it to the end. though. Nice entry!
Very interesting concept. Loved the simulated voices/dialog. Very stylish. Would have been cool with some more levels and gameplay.
I like the art and the music. Like the previous comment I think the difficulty could ramp up faster, since it's very easy in the beginning. You also should change your link from being a "windows" link to a "HTML5" link so that people that don't use windows know that they can try the game!
Nice entry, good luck.
Lovely clicker game! This is one I could see myself sinking a lot of time into if it was updated post compo. I agree that the autoclick should be more effective.
Great graphics and well made. I found it a bit too hard. The controls are a bit too sensitive. Good luck.
Lovely art-style! Cool music.
I liked the audio-visual effects. It created a good mood!
Love me a clicker. This is a solid basis for one but obviously need more functionality and balen ING to be a real game. However it's solid for ludum dare entry. Good job.
Great graphics and mood. I liked the writing and the way the story unfolded.
I really enjoyed this one. I really liked the game mechanics.
I like the graphics and audio, but I found the game too hard.
Think this is my favourite of the games I've played so far this LD. Graphics are great, the story and gamplay is intriguing and well-written. Very polished for a ludum dare entry!
I like the art-style, and details like the ocean getting darker as you go down. As you said, the collisions are a bit wonky which makes it frustrating to play.
Good first LD-entry!
That was a nice story. Love the art style.
Lovely artstyle and fun gameplay. Very polished for a Ludum dare game. I didn't manage to finish it but I'm bookmarking this to get back to it later. Well done!
Well executed for a ludum dare entry!I reallt liked the music!
Haha, looks like we made almost exactly the same game. Well done though, I love that the menus are navigated by typing too.
Interesting game! It would be good to hav a navigational arrow or somthing pointing you towards the cat when you go on longer expeditions.
Lovely art. Love the idea of collecting cats.
Very cool and interesting. Was fun to play around with :)
Really fun concept that could be developed into something great :) I'd love to play a post-compo version of this!
@fzsa-v The difficult definitely increases with time, it gets very hard around 70 points, but I agree with all of the above comments that is quite a slow start.
Beautiful art, fun and unique gameplay! I wish there was some sort of scoring or timer so that you could see if you improved as you play multiple times.
Fun, beautiful and great audio. Great entry!!
Love, love, love this. So incredibly fun and polished. Will keep playing this for sure.
Charming little game! Love the graphics and audio. I managed to beat it after struggling for a while!!
Interesting idea! I wasn't very good at it though! :)
Fun game, i love management games like this. Like the above commentator said it could use a lot of balancing, I'd love to check out a post-compo version!
It was very fun to play around with the weapon custimization, but the game could use some more balancing. I'd love to check out a post-compo version if you make one :)
Cute graphics and fun gameplay!!
Very fun idea. Agree that it starts too slow and then get too fast too quickly. Founds a bug where a block was placed below the lowest row, and then it was impossible to clear rows.
Had a lot of fun playing this, decpite getting stuck inside meshes and disoriented at times.
Lovely little game! Not too difficult. The world, narrative and art really ties together into a beautiful game.
On my second attempt i died with 10 seconds left. Will try again to see if i can make it! Well done, I love the graphics and the gameplay is well implemented.
Very nice for an LD entry! Could use some polishing but it's a solid foundation and a funny idea :)
This was a fun game! Great pixel-art look.
Good LD entry. Fun concept and very polished.
Fun little simulation. Made it to day 32 on my first run. Will try a few more runs!!
Very difficult, but fun. Graphics are very cute.
Impressive for an LD entry. Had a lot of fun playing this!
Great game, I tried doing something similar last LD but failed to complete it in time. well done!
Fun and very different game! Love the 3d teeth.
I really became addicted to this one. One of my faves this time around. Got to 2300+ points after a few attempts but will keep trying, there is still a bunch of strategies I havent tried yet. The gameplay feels very deep, balanced and polished. The graphics could use some works but it is easily outweighed by how good the gameplay is. I'd love to play a pos-compo version of this!!!
Since last commenting I been obsessed with this game, I just got to 7900 points and the HUGE crab on wave 39 but couldn't stop it. Is that the final boss or does it keep going?
Lovely art and an interesting game! I made it to 67. Amazing for a first LD entry
It's cool how buildings upgrades and new threats start with time. It's very impressive for a LD game!
Well done with your game! It took a while for me to figure out what I was doing but once I did I had fun! And yeah, everything takes so much longer than you think during jams haha.
Wow, this is very polished for a compo game! Love the art, animation and music. My brain really struggled with the multitasking in the beginning, but eventually i got the hang of it hehe. great job!
Really enjoyed this, played quite a bit of it! I like the idea of a city builder card game and I think this is a great start and could be developed into something really interesting post-compo. I would have liked if you could view your deck and add cards to it as you progress through the game. But yeah this is entry for the compo, well done!
Well done getting this done during the weekend, there is always more that can be added but this is a nice base to a game.
This game was fun, but very difficult! I think the main problem is how hard it is to align yourself to be able to hit the enemies accurately. It would be good if you saw a ghosting of where you'll end. upp after the movements, or maybe if the hitboxes were bigger so it's easier to get a hit, or maybe if the field was divided into specific tiles say 9 tiles vertically and each card moved yyou a set ammout of tiles in that direction. Either way the scale of this game is very impressive, and it's very fun to play. I really liked using the split tripple shot it made hitting enemiues easier. Anyway good job I'll be playing this more in the future! And I hope you keep working on the concept! :)
@robowarrior1982 I didn't have time to work on sound at all, unfortunately.so you didn't miss anything there. thank you!
Nice and relaxing game. It would have been good if the blocks you place were a slightly different tint than the ones on the board, because the way it is now it's very hard to place blocks when the board is almost full. You can't really see where the block is when your dragging it over other blocks if that makes sense. Anyway, nice game, it would make a nice mobile game post compo :)
That was interesting. The shock I got once the twist came. Poor sheep.
Mac version doesn't seem to be working, it's just a black screen when started. I'll come back and try it on my windows computer later.
Link is broken, let me know know if you fix it and I'll give it a go!
Great game! Took me a while to realize I could pick a new gun every level beacause I didn't see the pop up in the corner. You might want to make it stand out more if you make a post-compo version. I really liked the art/animations and the sound design! well done :)
Wow this is very nice and atmospheric, the first time I died I really got scared haha. The sound design is superb, I can tell that's what you focused on. Graphics and gameplay works well. However decpite trying for 5 times I could never find the final (yellow) orb. I might have to go back and play this some more later :) Good job!
Same problem as other commentors. embedded version doesn't run and I don't have access to itch page. let me know if you fix it.
I found it very difficult to navigate, remembering what direction was up and down was confusing because there isn't really up and down in space... Changing the controls so that up would be you characters current up vector instead of "world up" would probaly help the movement feel more natural. Other than that I found the game fun! I really liked the art. It feels really complete for a jam game! Good job.
Fun game!! Reminds me a bit of my own. Got a bit sad when I realized it wouldn't let me upgrade the cannons forever. Found a glitch were I could go out of bounds forward on the screen and I would be ahead of were all the boats spawn and just wait there to get all the upgrades, so that might be something you might want to fix if you decide to work more on the game post-compo. Anyway, well done :)
Fun game! Reminds me a little of my own. I really liked the art, both cute and atmospheric. I really like the lighting system and how it works with the gameplay. Music gets a little repetetive, but good on you getting sound design in. I ran out of time for that. Great entry :)
Loved the graphics and sound design. This was a great take on the theme!! Just like the previous comment I also struggled a lot with the small platforms. Great game though.
Solid game, would need some more balancing and some additional balancing to make it great but good for a jam game! Love the graphics, and the gardening mechanics.
Really impressive how much you managed to get done for compo, with b dothialog and card system! I agree with other comments about it being a lot to take in and hard to understand at first. In-game tutorial would have been nice!
This is my favourite so far this ludum dare! Great art, and love the atmosphere and procedural landscape. The frantic chasing of the upgrades is so fun. It just feels so good to play. I'll definately come back and play this later.
Simple, but has a lot of potential, I love the idea of testing the player's sense of time.
Took me a while to figure out what to do, but once I did I had fun! The movement was a bit frustrating, and I found the powerup to me more annoying than helpful as it made me overshoot the target when running. But good on getting what you did done in time, and there's a good base of a game here!
Wow! I can't believe you pulled that of in 48 hours! I love how it just grew in scope. I'm not going to spoil it for others but make sure you play it until the win-screen. You won't regret it.
Almosty spent two hours on this, very addictive! I'd love to see a post-compo version with the quality of life improvements other's mentioned
Crashes on load for me with the message "WebGL context lost, please reload the page".
@jk5000 Oh no you are right i optwd out of everything by mistake. Shit. I was too tired when I did the submit and thought I was opting IN!
@pauljs @havchr @diesdas @ivorius @appoxgames @manchmalscott
If you could take some time and rate me in the categories I forgot I would really a appreciate it!!
@roroto-sic there are only six levels, so you are fine! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
It was a lot of fun once I got a hang of the gameplay loop! Camera is a bit tricky to get used to and seems to get stuck in certain angles
Good job getting this much done for compo! It's a great base to expand on in the future :)
Perfectly balanced puzzles! Perfect length. Graphics are good. I'm only missing some music which would have enhanced the mood. This was one of my favorites I've played so far!
Really impressed by this, you don't see many compo games with voice acting and multiple playable characters! well done!!
fun and funny! Loved the low res graphics too!
This one was unique and well made! art was lovely. Controls felt a little clunky at times, it was easy to get stuck on things. But overall it's a great jam entry, and could easily be worked on more for a good game outside of the jam setting!
Great entry. Loved the board-game estetic, music is catchy and funny, and the game is fun. Having 3 hearts is a bit too much I feel, escpecially beacause the enemies hitboxes are quite small and you can dodge them even when you are both on the same tiles sometimes, this makes the game a bit too easy. Overall I like it a lot and I found myself wishing there were more levels by the end!
I really like physics based games like this! (I made something similar in a way) This is really good for a LD entry, I like how many different mechanics you manage to put into it.
Lovely art, although I would have liked to see more of it! Maybe some small scenes from your memories popping up. Writing and music is good and contributes well to the mood and atmosphere! Well done.
I really like it, but it's very difficult. Took me a while to realize you needed combos for damage. Couldn't manage to kill the second boss even after a couple of tries. I'll have to come back tomorrow once I'm rested :P
I really like this! Fun gameplay, and really enjoy the soundscape.
Loved this game! Started out simple but new features just kept coming. Amazing how you managed a game with such depth in 48 hours! Ended with 218980 and all upgrades! (closing upgrade window worked for me).
Itch link is broken "We couldn't find your page". Maybe you forgot to make the game public? Tag me when it's up and I'll try it :)
No worries! I've done that mistake myself a few times  Nice entry! I really like the 3d-models! The controls feel a bit slow and clunky, when turning, and it's sometimes difficult to attack the chickens since you need to be in just the right spot. But well done!
Love clicker games and this was very well executed :)
Interesting game, although I ran into some problems. Sometimes the sythe attack refused to work, the first time i played it rarely worked and when I tried it again i couldn't get it to work at all! I'll try it again if you write more of explaination of how to play, maybe I misunderstood something.
I like mood, graphics and audio!
Very fun idea! Loved it. Remind me a bit of my own game. The main problem is the framerate dropping a lot when the apples are rolling etc. I'd love to play a more stable version with more levels! :)
got 8790 points. This was fun! I like the graphics. It would have been cool if you could spend some of the money on stuff like fertilizer for faster growth or harvesting machines for faster harvest!
Fun concept! The biggest problem I feel is that the controls/platforming feels a bit awkward. I think that comes mostly from the rat being bigger than the tiles in the environment.
Fun concept, very cool how it runs in the console. I like the art.
Simple but fun and addictive! Well done. I like the details of the planets actually orbiting.
I really love the stylized art! Well done!
Fun game for what it is! Graphics are nice. I wish there was more to the gameplay like differents levels etc. I was sad I couldn't get lower than 1/4
The OSX build crashes when you try to click any of the buttons on the main menu. Dragging the letters around on the menu works well though. I'll drop by and try it on my windows machine later.
@antti-haavikko The word on the sign changes with every startup. It's a 2017 macbook pro with intel chip. Running Ventura 13.0.1
Graphics are gorgeous, the concept is fun and interesting. It could definitely be expanded to a bigger game with a story or different levels. It started a little too fast for me.
I think you forgot to publish your itch game, it's towards the bottom of the edit game page. Tag me once you fix it and I'll give it a try!!
Nice art! The platforming felt a bit slow and annoying, and it ended just when i got the hang of it! Well done for a compo game though.
Fun and funny! I also really like the graphics!
Lovely art, solid gameplay, well done.
Fun management game, really tricky once you have a few eggs going! Really enjoyed it.
Well done! I like the minimalized graphics. gameplay could use some more variation, maybe some hazards to avoid as you naviate.
Beautiful art and sound design. Very nice and relaxing in the beginning but it gets really intense after a while. Great compo game!
Gameplay feels very fast and fluid! Music could use some more variation.
Very fun. I love this kind of game. I can't stop playing!
This was a great experience. Sound design was beautiful, platforming felt tight and precice but didn't distract from the story. The storytelling and gameplay meshed very well. The game was so much bigger than I expected. Very ambitious for a compo game but you pulled it off! Well done!
Very moody! I loved the music, voice acting and art. Very impressive for a COMPO entry! The only thing keeping it down is that it feels a little too easy, so there's not really much strategy needed to beat the AI.
Very fun game.I think i completed all the levels? (it wrapped around to the beginning) Music and art and gameplay all fit very well together. The difficulty curve is well balanced. Well done1
Fun and simple, could be a nice addictive phone game!
OH.This is gorgeous. Love the art and the music. Reminds me of Townscaper but with a more nostalgic touch. I'd love to see this expanded on after the competition!
Really fun game and a unique idea. Really impressive you got the planetary physics to work so well it really adds a nice depth to the game. well done!
Well done! That's a very ambitious first game jam! Some problems I ran into on web build: Camera is too sensetive. A/D don't just strafe but also turns the camera. The timer loopa around when it reaches zero (is this intended?). I could fill up the package with things but couldn't manage to send it away once the order was complete (maybe I missed how to do this).
Overall nicely done. I really liked the art, and the ambitious scope of the game.
That's a cool menu system! Shame you didn't manage to get a game done but I guess that wasn't your focus. Started watching the live-stream and it seems super interesting, the kind of workflow you are using.
Let me know once you've updated the itch link!
Looks great but web build doesn't work on mac (godot 4?) let me know if you make a mac build, otherwise I'll check back once I'm on my windows computer.
web version doesn't work on osx (are you using godot 4?), so a mac build would be nice. I'll check back later when I'm on my windows machine.
Love the song! Puzzles are nice too :)
Great puzzle design, although a tutorial would've been nice! It took some time to figure out the mechanics.
Nice entry! I love this style of pixel art.
I will try to have a osx build up tomorrow. I don't think I'll be making a webbuild, since I'm using godot 4 and they don't seem to work on mac.
Really lovely art-style and colour palette. Fun and polished gameplay.
Impressive game! I love rouge-like card games so I could see myself spending a lot of time with this if you continued to develop it.
Fun and chaotic! Really like the frantic management aspect of it. Love the water shader and art in general
Screenshot 2023-10-16 at 8.57.17 PM.png
Well done. Spent quite some time on it. I've played a bit '2048' and 'threes!'. The gameplay is well implemented. Some sound and animations would of course be fun. In the beginning I found it a bit confusing what levels of objects came in what order so it would have been helpful to have a little number on each tile to show what level it was.
Love the art! Found the controls frustrating, and the difficulty too high for med. Overalll good entry!
Great puzzle game. Can't believe you managed so many clever levels. Audio and graphics are all perfect for the game. Well done.
Coool concept. I like how many different mechanics you implemented. At times it was very frustrating to control the sheep, but I guess that's the point.
Fun and funny. Very unique idea. Great take on the theme
Very cute and surprisingly fun! Really liked the "flower" sound effect.
Loved this one! The puzzles are really clever, and it felt really good managing to complete the game. The graphics are lovely, illustrations really have a unique style.
Like other people mentioned, I also thought clues would be in the environment, so I started by going around and trying to input what I thought was clues around the table. maybe it would've been nice if one of the puzzles used that.
Other than that this was a fantastic compo entry. well done!
Fantastic game. I´m amazed by the level of polish here, and the amount of content. Every time I though it was over there was more, new stuff. I don't know how you do it in such short time!
Nice graphics, nicely polished in all aspects. Really cool that you use your own engine!
I could, in fact, not summon the beast. Just slimes. I guess I had to somehow follow the recipies in the book? But I didn't seem to have the right ingredients. Really like the art style and the mood of the game though, and if I got some more hints I'd like to try some more.
Came back to this one and managed to finish it. Very cool game, really enjoyed the flow once I started to grasp it more :)
Well done. I love management games like this which creatures you can't control. After a few attempts I managed to clear the two minute mark. It's pretty difficult! I would've liked a bit more variation in the gameplay but overall it was a nice entry! :)
@mertol Mac version is now up and should be working, tested it on my old macbook.
Uploaded Linux version but it is untested. If anyone tries it out let me know if it works
@myse Unfortunately the game uses some gimmicks that makes a Web build impossible (two game windows at the same time) as well as some lighting/shader effects that might not work.
Great game! Couldn't manage to finish it yet but I'll definitely come back to this one later. the kid starting to float really creeped me out.
Nice entry. Puzzles were not too difficult. Nicely polished. Well done!
Fun game! Some thoughts: I wish the line to the next summon was an actual arrow, It took a while until I realized what it was.
I wish freeze time woudn't freeze your summons, giving you some time to clear things up.
Overall I wish the upgrades were more powerful and that there were more types of summons.
That said it's a nice ludum dare entry, Well done!
Wow, this was so unique and interesting. I managed to summon all of the birds. definitely the most fun game I tried so far this time around. well done!
Very cute! Graphics are obviously stunning. I love how cat-centric all aspects of the game are. Very nice jam game!
Nice little game, I love the art style it's very cozy. I player four levels before stopping (is there an ending?). Sound design is very nice too. I really wish I could walk diagonally, but that might have been an artistic choice. Well done!
Great mood and beautiful art!
Very fun game. It's a really compelling idea and it's a nice way for the player to show some of their own creativity. I wish the game was longer, with a way to interact with the monster once it's summoned. But overall a great game, I played it quite a few times to see the different kinds of monsters I could summon.
Adorable art and I really like the combination of old school puzzle design with the frantic platforming. I would have really liked if it had saved your platform placement because sometimes I'd have to redo the platforming gaming many times even though I places the platform correctly because I was so bad at controlling the dog. It got frustrating having to re-place the platform every time I fell.
That's a cool concept of a game, I really enjoyed it. I wish there was a bit more to the gameplay, and the monsters sometimes just ignored you and your summons. both moving and placing summons with the mouse felt awkward at times, I wish I could move with WASD while placing stuff with the mouse. MY favorite thing about the game is definitely the graphics. The sprites are just so cute! Overall I liked the game and managed to finish it. Kudos on making a game with both a tutorial and an ending cinematic ! That is rare!
Love the concept, and the actual platforming design feels great, when I manage to do it. I couldn't finish it unfortunately, mostly sue to the absurd camera sensitivity with mouse. Might come back and try with controller. Art is fantastic and I really like the mood and feel of the game.
Really cool concept, but I couldn't get the whistling to work consistently.
I like the core gameplay loop, the switching between digging and fighting. Well done.
Fun little RPG! Battle system was satisfying and difficulty was perfect. Graphics are nice too.
Fun concept, I'd like some more variation and something to make it a bit more challenging (health and dying?), but it's great for a compo game! I love that you actually made some voiceover lines that's always a plus! :)
This is really impressive for a compo game. I loved buying the card packs and fusing cards. I just wish they had some character art, even if it was just stick figures.
Fun game. took a while until I understood the mechanics but once I did it seems like they have quite a bit of strategy to them... I might have to come back later and try for the highscore!
Graphics are lovely and overall it's a very well made jam entry! Good job!
Fun idea, like other people mentioned, I liked the idea that you are the one being summoned to help out. I wish there was an ending (is there one? I stopped after quests started repeating). Graphics are nice but controlling feels a bit awkward. Overall nice entry!
Graphics are lovely. Such a unique style, and the animations and battle logic for the golem are very well made!
Good job getting something finished for your first COMPO! It's not easy! I really like the art, the little guys are so cute!
Great game. Love management games like these. The art is very cute. Love these little guys.
I like the art, but I also can't figure out how to play it. I tried to check the source code for a clue but the source code repo is empty. If you tag me I'll try playing it again if you write some instructions on how to play.
Impressive jam entry! I like the strategy and it's not too difficult. Also great mood.
Really like the mood and the feel of the game. It is truly unsettling. The camera effects work well with the feeling. The story is nice and interesting, although I wish it was a little more drawn out with some more gameplay/exploration with environmental storytelling, maybe some more areas of the studio where you could explore more objects scattered about. The story felt a little rushed, I would've liked a slower start to it, but I guess that is to be expected of a ludum dare game! you don't have all the time in the world to add details. Overall it was a fantastic little game, very cohesive with the story, graphics and sounds all working together to create a great mood. well done!
ducks
Really liked the graphics, especially the wind effects. It was a lot of fun to manage the boats when they started to get up in number! Well done :)
Insanely polished, lovely art and atmosphere. Feels great to play!
Very impressive compo entry, feels very polished with all the systems! I managed to beat it. I just wish there was more audio and music.
I really like the animations and the jiggle on the creature! The tail-whip is fun. I wish there was a health bar and some indication when you get hurt.
Very unique and interesting concept! I managed to escape the forest, as a Lynx, and I take that as a win! It feels a bit unpolished and is difficult to understand in the beginning but that is to be expected from compo game. Well done!
Fun and unique idea, definitly fits the theme. At first I was very confused by it using real artworks but fake details, and thought that was what I was checking against. Maybe it would've been better not to do that to avoid confusion. Well done overall!
Super impressive! Very polished, as usual. I really liked the dice battle-mechanics!
Nice entry. Dragon is very cute. I made it to wave 10
Very fun! Great art. I love the little battle dance the other kids do. Making a collectable card game for this jam was my first thought but it seemed too difficult to get done in time, but you got the scope just right. I finished the collection and it never felt like a grind. I enjoyed the puzzle of figuring out what order to get the cards and how to beat the trickier matches. Good job!

Cool concept, took a little bit to understand the concept but once I did I really liked it. I managed to finish it. I loved the art-style too. I just wish there were more sound effects, and maybe a couple more levels. Well done.
This was a fun one! Very polished. Managed to capture them all
Cute art! The gameplay itself seems a bit unpolished, like the fact you can just stand by the closest tree and spam e to get your items.
Very interesting presentation, I love a interacting with a 'fake' computer like this. The game is very immersive and well written. Sounds and visuals are perfect. Definitely my favorite game I've played so far this jam!
Nice execution of a simple idea. I got 36 as score after a few attempts. I really like the art style.
Wow this game is really polished, it doesn't really feel like a jam-game at all! Well done getting it to such a state in just 48 hours!
Very cool concept! I really like the mechanics of picking up arms from enemies. I did find it a bit too difficult. I couldn't kill more than a couple enemies before dying on each attempt.
Great art-style, I love the color-palette. Music and audio is good, and the I find the whole game very funny and charming. I wish there was something more going on during the levels, like enemies or hazards to avoid. Other than that it's a great entry!
Very unique concept for a puzzle game! Well done!
Finished all the levels. It's a func concept. A way to reset the level if you make a mistake would have been good (I might have missed it but couldn't find one). Sometimes the level end message doesn't pop up. Nice jam entry! I really like the background art.
Nice game. Love the graphics and enjoy the frantic search for items. Feels very polished. I especially like that you had time to add the little dialog lines!
Fun and unique twist on snake. The switch to 3 was very cool. I loved the concept of multiple snakes on different levels. I wish there was more of a challenge to it as just collecting the items was quite easy. A way to lose might have made it more challenging. All in all a good jam game, well done!
Lovely graphics and sound design, well done!
Impressive making this without a traditional game engine! It's well executed, and nicely scoped, I really like the color palette, but I too wish there was some audio.
Really beautiful art-style! I'm impressed how many objects you made! My favorite was the eye, reminded me of my game!
Very "Daniel Mullins"-esque and I mean that as high praise! Wonderfully atmospheric, great art and sound. Very impressive for a jam entry!
I agree with the others in that I wish it was balanced a bit differently. Maybe some anti-synergy between some cards or other downside to buying too much so you can't just pick everything. With better balancing and maybe some extended world-building around it it would make a fantastic post-jam game!
I really enjoyed the upgrad system. Very impressive you created so many upgrades! The balance seems a bit off though. I would not have any problem clearing any levels and didn'treally have to move at all.

At level 11 the game got to a framerate of one frame every few seconds because I had too many upgrades and I had to stop there!
Very fun and original concept! Very satisfying to set up a combo and see it go off! Graphics and audio are perfectly suited for the purpose. Well done getting this finished in 48 hours, the scoring system seems like it must've been complicated to make!
Good job finishing a game for your first entry! Graphics are very cute! I like the music.
Nice first project. It had an interesting atmosphere. I wish there was a bit more to the gameplay.
