Well, it's nice to play this, like a time killer! I read above someone said there is too much randomness, I agree, but that also the point of the game "how lucky can I get?"
The idea that you shouldn't pass by the place you've been or wait too long is cool.

This is a so polished game for a compo! Graphics + audio + mechanic, pone of my favorite game of the jam! I really enjoyed it (especially level 6)

Really funny to play, the emergency is there. I think sounds break the atmosphere, and keys are a bit confusing. Also I think help should pause the game. But anyway I had fun !

This is so nice to play, lot of fun! And stressful also, I have to admit. Good exploitation of the theme, I love the shadow getting more and more present, without a timer explicitely displayed. Love it.

Was there while RookRules twitched, and played at the same time. Very polished game, simple : I notice tiny animation, every effects, shadows, everything is nice. Only the font is not at the level of the design. But great game made in 48h!
My record is 24GB, I don't know if this is good or not. This is a really hard game, took me like 10 tries to control a bit the satellite. I guess drive a satellite in space is hard, and you manage to make it realistic from this point of view. Love the music from the menu, very entertaining, and also the text "and the instructions are lacking, deal with it" :smile: I think we don't see the fire pushes enough, you should make them more obvious. Anyway I enjoyed it!

I found all you feedbacks very instructive, let me respond to some : * The difficulty issue : you are quite a good typer so from the beginning of the game, it takes you less than 10 sec to make a haircut. So you never have a queue line, so it makes all improvements quite useless for you. In the case you take more than 10 second for a haircut, buying a second chair and buying clippers is the only way to reduce the queue line. But your rapidity shows my game lack a difficulty level or increasing level (asking more letters for instance) * You missed the final goal of the game (at 2'27) which was to earn $250, so the game is having an end To avoid that, you suggested the double click on the dialog system.

I love the fun facts when I succeed typing a name, and the graphics are cute. I find the music a little boring though, not enough variation imo.
I don't understand exactly what we are supposed to do. Yet I reached the 4, and then "Sorry No Way" I can't pass through.
I have been prolifering for 15minutes without being able to finish the game. Is there a secret tip to know which snake choose ? 10 sec is too fast to choose the right snake ! Beside complaining, I really enjoyed the graphics and the atmosphere. We smell the fun you had while making the game! GG !
I did 14620! If find it fun first, then I think it was boring at some point. Also, I would have loved to be reminded during the game what are the specific power of each color. Why merging two trees will create a tower ? I suggest two stones instead, to make it more logical. Nice graphics and animations.
Yeah on Web version, the FX button overlap the carrot farm. But fun to play, took me 5 tries to understand how to survive, 10 seconds happens to fast. It is a good combinaison on "how survive" vs "expend", the classic short-term vs long-term, and the balance is well done here.

I would say you lacked of ambition, but the jam is about finishing a game, and you did it! oh, I just read your description, I understand your lack of motivation at some point, and you did very good considering this.

THAT is a good action/managment game, always harsh to choose between benefits or investments. I love the intro screen also, looks good to me, I love the character. Well done for this lovely game. I did 4600$.

Impressive for a compo : I know there is a loooot of coding: the supply chain, the placing of the buildings, the food logic, the hungry logic, the money logic. I can recognize myself in this sort of coding and game. I think this is well balanced (I had one peasant that died :cry:, I din't expect that) Also I love this pixel art. * the smoke of the bakery is great * the wings of the windmill also.

I noticed a tiny bug : My bakery was 7/8 full of bread. 2 carriers brought a bread at the same time, and it kept the display at 8/8 (shoulb be 9/8) but there was 9 breads displayed outside.
Little Keyboard shortcut : Escape should help quit the building construction (instead of click on "Cancel")
Cool game, although I'm not a fan of vampire survivor logic, I recognize it's well done. I reached level 6, nice upgrades! I love the flowers and their "ground" associated. Well done!

It is a nice game you've made, some animations are cool (the spaceships flying, the guy walking, people flying) City improvments are well done : are buildings made randomly ?
I think it lacks a global objective (like survive for 10min, or reach a population of 1k, ...) to keep the player focus.

Love those puzzles! Also the tutorial is good because progressive. I once had to go back to previous help to catch up a rule I forgot.
A good thing you could add is a "replace". When you grad a veggie to a cell where there is already one, the previous go back to the list, and the one you drop replaces it.

Defending something is always interesting. The atmosphere is great, (special congrats to the exploded moon), and monsters are terrifying. The annoying thing is when monsters are coming from below: they destroy all the grounds to harvest new crops. The balance between defense and harvesting is well done. good game!
I'm stuck at level 5 :cry: Puzzles are great, graphics are perfects, logic is good also. Good game I love it! (I would love a hint for level 5!)
Great game, the cool thing are : * graphics obviously, very polished and bright * animations : bullets, screen shakes * you give power to your enemy, and get the reward accordingly. The investment is a nice mechanic.
It gets laggy with 4-5 roses (too many items to render I guess).
But I played for 20min straight without even noticing. Addictive!

I love this game! between Dome Romantic and a harvesting game. Good balance between management and action!
Nice managment game! * Graphics are smooth. maybe brighter colors to be in the mood of veggies and restaurant. * Nice camera movements in transitions * Nice music atmosphere * The mechanic is nice, using trending combos after a bit I realized I should buy any vegetables. * I think it miss a global objective like "reach XXX yummies to make Robert the client happy" of something like that. That's a complete and nice game, could not say it was made in only 48h, great job!
The difficulty curve is interesting, and well adjusted imo. Good game, simple to understand (yes, the first soul is easy) because of the increasing difficulty. The hand manipulation is smooth, along with the animation. Good job!
Driving and splashing zombie chickens remind me of one scene in The Return of the King when mumakils are crushing riders of Rohan. With your game I feel like being a mumakil, and it feels goood !

I retry this morning, and it works! Maybe I was mistaken last night. I am stucked at level 22, can you hint me on how to cross the green-guy line ? Great job on all puzzles, all of them are challenging ! Also nice drawings, love it.
Interesting game, the famous mole game ! Here are my feedbacks :
* The time line should be in seconds, not percentage. Also maybe smoother that 5% per 5%. * The graphics and drawings are great, nothing to say. It is even the best point! * You need to have a user feedback when you hit something. Here it takes 1 sec for the mole to turn red, but it's too long IMO. It could flash or move right away. * Idea : Farmers or carots could pop just as mole do, and the game could be to react quickly but not to everythings that pops. * Your rules on the left : you could use icons instead of text. * There is something strange with the hammer : it does not seems to hit where I intend to. It is just a feeling, I can't explain why. Maybe can you add dust on the hit, so we can clearly see where it hits. I'm resaying what I was saying on feedbacks. User feedbacks are important. * On my 4th game, no mole poped at all, maybe a bug here.
But anyway, it is a cool game !
I love thoses simplified versions of famous games, here you made a ultra-simplified-version-of-stardew-valley, and it works pretty well ! Everything is pretty intuitive, thanks to the grid and the tools. The combination of grinding, harvesting, watering and surviving works great. I was wondering if your map had a limit and I checked :) It's a pretty big map! I lasted for 15 days. Congrats for this game I loved!
67 on my first, 85 on my second try ! I'm having a non-qwerty keyboard, so having also a possibility to move using arrows would be nice - because awsd keys are not nearby on my keyboard. The timer explained by the sun moving through the day is a neat idea, and well adapted.

Soo cool, you're creative! It required concentration, but I loved it and I won. Perfectly balanced. Maybe the speed of vegetables falling could increase at some point, for exemple at 1min.
Your game is one of my favorite : * nice atmosphere * nice polished graphics (you reached what you aimed for, that old map aspect * intersting to navigate, use the wind and the sail * I was not very lucky. It could be nice if the luck "increase" with the time, or with the score in order to see rare fishes. * Nice to explore the seas and island and reach map's limits

Great job ! * Love the graphics, the menu picture * The wind effect making some of the grass move * the shot animation * the mechanic : simple yet effective * the fact that carrots are coming from differents place, like army strategic positions * The boss idea: "oh no it's the tomato" made me laugh! * The boss is waaaay too hard to defeat in my opinion * The progress bar : it's a good idea to have one, but the guy walking is not logical, because the actual hero is staying in the garding, not moving.
Anyway, I Love it.
You have a great game! The story is nice, and explains it all. However, I found it super hard, for two reasons (maybe that is just me, I don't read comments above) * Keys (A + D + 1 + 2) are not easy on a non-qwerty keyboard, and without dedicated numpad. (I have to press Shift + 1 in order to have EMP or telepathy). Thoses are great bonuses by the way. * There is not enough gravity when the rat is jumping, it takes way tooooo long to start the fall and land. This is frustrating to me.
I reached only 1/5 of the line, even on my 8th try.
But I loved it, I would like to play a smoother version.
It's good you handled the theme that way, it changes a lot from all crops-related games! Love the simplicity of the rules "go there in no time", and yet the difficulty of the game itself. When the two balls get close (at level 2), the camera is close also , and it prevents me to see where the next cube is. But I understand that having a camera following 2 moving objects is a challenge. Good game!

1475pts, and 1900pts on my second try. * Leaving the mouse to use E to plant or harvest crops is not convenient. * Pickups seed should be automatic, not pressing E. * I love the watermelon attack (is this a watermelon? I looks like so). It is quiet efficient. Is it random ? or every 15 shoots or something ? * All art is perfect, really : colorfull, animation. * Yeah, aliens do attacks farmers, and farmers do defends themselves with vegetables ! :smiley:

Yeah a platformer! nothing beats it. Couples feedbacks but I'm sure it's because you ran outo of time : * the falling that don't kill is strange, but makes it fun to play. No big deal falling out of a platform, just have to try again. * big scary monster are spawning real close, no time to kill them before they eat one fruit.
And I love the mix with the tower defense mechanic. And exploring the universe is cool, with one tile you created it; Congrats!
The idea is simple : grind and use what you got, but use with cautious for further levels. I havent defeated the boss yet, but I'm trying. And most of all, I love the art! bright colors, simple pixel art, but effective. Sounds effect are cool (especially when she gets hit)
Good game : without a lot of graphics you created an atmosphere. I love the old-computer-ish design. Also I love the view management, as the labrynth appears as you go.

4,49min ! Like others, took me 2 min to understand how to deliver but once done, the game is cool. (lucky for me it is a game and not a daily job) Also the navigation between screens is not intuitive I think (with return buttons, and map accessible only at one point) But I loved it, good game! And made with godot !!

Took me a second try to save the world! Only Gunnar was alive at the end, but that all the point of the game, about resource management. Cruel but that what's required to prevent an epidemic, isn't it? I love the art (and the recommended listening), the tiny animations. Good game!
First I wondered, is there's a map to know where to go, then I discovered there were only 3 streets, so it's cool to learn and know where the streets are. The movement of the car is fluid. I did 585 points at my best. And I'm still playing! Good game!

Can't figure how to end the game : I'm chased by the black car forever and I don't know how to end this. * great environment, city * gta2 feelings : differents factions having a fight and we are in the middle of it * the danger is present everywhere because of the cars. I enjoyed the mission where the package is fragile and no crash is allowed. * cars and walkers are well programmed, they behave perfectly to annoy you

A story driven game is nice. I find the art wonderful, so is the music (expecially at the end). But tbh I didn't like the story, and it feels unfinished. But the game, art and music made it all. Great job team!
Serious entry! story driven, no problem with commands or moving around. Also, numbers visible on buildings from far away is a good. A a special point for the atmosphere : with very few decorations and textures, you created a full real environment, a but scary (buildings, fog, creepy sounds). I loved it.
Unique game! has its own style, because of the music and the art, it's a pleasure to play! Still confusing to use mouse and the keyboard. The sorting mechanic is creative. Portals in the map is a great idea. Maybe what lack is the map system. On the loading image, the delivery guy is watching a map, but in the game, he can only check maps on city boards. So finding a map to know where to go eventualy gets boring. I would love to check a map, place a marker and then when I drive the marker would give me a global direction. Yet, I'm impressed by the game , and it is obviously a good team work!

I couln't find the solution for level 4 and 8, and god knows I tried! I love game with physics, and this one is on top! because it is simple, and there is no time pressure or something collapsing, it is just about finding the right spot (still talking about the game here). Also graphics are well done for such a tiny game!
That is nice story (bit sad but ok) I love the fact that all characters have the same face, that is a good use of assets! Yeah love the story.
Nice! the last level is quiet challenging but after a few try I did it. I would play 2-3 more level with pleasure. loved the simple color and the girl explaining the missions - it had some atmosphere and an inplicit turoriel which is perfect.
One of the best compo I've played so far. Love the try and retry logic. All depends on the angle and the power, and sometime on moving planets. I managed to hit the planet for credits :smile: Damn that was fun!

that's fun and complete. The moving is not intuitive at first but that is what's interesting about the game. Optimizing the path is really addictive. Maybe it could be a bit longer (2min or 2m30) Also the speed up is good! Love also road passing on other like bridges. Good game!

The trick is to identify the fury chicken, and the score gets pretty high by itself. yes, cute game.
