This one was a little tricky to understand at first but once I got it I was blown away. Finding the keycard by scrubbing the footage was neat  Good incorporation of the theme. Spooky space horror atmosphere. I hope you dive into this concept for a full game.
That was very atmospheric! It almost had an escape-room vibe! I liked using the scanner to follow the footsteps, and also to find the keycard. How did you achieve the Heatmap effect?
My main critique was that the "snapshot" effect was disorienting when it took over my whole screen. I wish it just stayed on the camera, or otherwise didn't cause "double vision".
Loving this concept; I'd play this if it was a full game.

This could be a great escape game ! the way to find the keycard was genius ! I s**t myself on the sound blast. Impressive to have such a 3D game in 48h Hope you go further one day!

Great atmosphere! The heat "vision" is a super cool mechanic, it also has a lot of future potential, it had to be very hard to implement! Good job! :)

Oh no I was really loving this then it ended so abruptly! The walls look a bit weird, like they're soft, and the footsteps sound organic for no apparent reason. But the heat vision is awesome and the "look at the last ten seconds" mechanic is really cool, nice job!

First of all, the embedded version on LD page didn't work for me. Like others have pointed out the heat camera is a really nice mechanic. That actuallay introduced a puzzle element I haven't seen before, very nice. You made something engaging in a sense that I couldn't stop playing until I came to the end. Too bad the game is so short because you could so many interesting situations here. (But it's a jam game :)). A little more "comfortable" sound for the footsteps would have been nice. Apart from that a very nice and interesting entry.

very interesting concept, and really impressive graphics for a compo game! A couple comments though: the "failure" sound on the card reader was *incredibly* loud compared to everything else. Also, at one point the scroll wheel stopped controlling the heat camera and instead just started scrolling the page. My recommendation there would be to either have some other key control the camera or to just have the camera auto-play at 2x speed.

The idea is super cool, and I had fun trying it. I would love to see a more completed version of game. But Overall a good compo game. Well done.

Sadly I got "Failed to read the 'serviceWorker' property from 'Navigator': Service worker is disabled because the context is sandboxed and lacks the 'allow-same-origin' flag." from online playing part :(
I like the gimmick with the sensor updating every 10seconds, there is a very interesting concept (I guess you had plenty idea to use it with no time to make them). The ending is indeed a little abrupt, but congratulations on making a 3D game in a Compo LD !
The heat map was a really interesting way to look for clues. It was a little frustrating that you got 10 seconds overall, but the first few seconds were wasted looking at the footage of the last cycle, and it would've been nice to choose when the recording started. I really liked the jumpscare, and would love to see a full game off of this, I can see a lot of interesting puzzles with this mechanic. Great job!
Really fun and a great mood, I think the game could easily be turned into a great horror game, I'm imagining reviewing the last 10 seconds on the thermal camera and seeing some sort of entity that walked by you that is only visible on the camera.
Interesting game. Making everything gray so heat vision stands out more was a great idea.

@sailors Its seems like the itch.io version works better. Thanks for the feedback
I love this game!! It's short but still creepy, and the heat vision mechanic is not only cool, but also a great use of the theme! Well done!
That was surprisingly effective! I liked how intuitive everything was - the heatmap device was absolutely inspired, and the general gameplay concept was very interesting. You even hit the game jam goldmine of having the gameplay benefit from blank textures! There's a lot you could do with this if you continued development.
Cool game mechanic, and great work setting the mood of the game. Would love to see this mechanic stretched out into a slightly longer game like Scanner Sombre. Pretty innovative/Unique, and GJ!
