LD50 — Delay the inevitable

Demon Sigil by Justin Herrick 2022-04-09T01:03:54Z

I really enjoyed playing this game! I definitely agree with some of the qol improvements the other comments stated, but I still had a lot of fun playing :) I was not expecting skeletons to heal the final boss, so that was a nasty surprise when I had almost killed it and a big horde broke through. Overall pretty good entry!

Revenge is Inevitable by minibobbo 2022-04-07T06:00:12Z

I really enjoyed playing this, the platforming felt smooth, altho like the last comment said, not being able to see your trajectory made it feel a little hard to control some of the jumps, like from one horizontal platform to the next. The biggest problem I had while playing it was a lot of the levels had blind jumps, and it felt like there was no way to get past them until you'd tried and failed. Still, it didn't detract from the experience, and I think this would be a lot of fun to speedrun - I certainly had fun finding small time saves in the levels :)

Flooded Caves by nusan 2022-04-05T02:11:03Z

I had a lot of fun playing this! The music was great to listen to, and didn't get annoying like a lot of 8-bit soundtracks can, and it was definitely a fun challenge (Also I beat Really Hard :) - it was a good challenge)

Above the clouds by Radowicht 2022-04-09T01:49:23Z

The music was very nice, it would've been helpful to have some kind of feedback when turning, as I wasn't sure whether or not I was turning all the time. Other than that, the controls were really easy to pick up, and it was a fun little challenge!

Summer D[el]ays by krummja 2022-04-09T02:18:22Z

This was a really nice entry! It was a really unique take on the theme which I thought was nice, and I really liked the humor in the bits of story you get.

Acid Panic by WouterK12 2022-04-09T02:05:38Z

The look and feel of the game was pretty nice, but I couldn't figure out how to terminate in the correct order - I assumed that meant interact with each console in the order of the electricity, but that didn't seem to do anything. I think my favorite minigame was the one where you held down 4 keys.

JellyJam by potkirland 2022-04-09T02:24:21Z

I really liked the look of this! In all honesty I clicked on this exclusively because of the water texture :) Even so, the gameplay wasn't bad, and felt pretty smooth. I'm definitely interested to see the results if you plan to keep developing this game!

Bleed by Carbon6 2022-04-09T01:24:45Z

I really liked the whole atmosphere, especially with how stressful it made bleeding out be. Like a couple other comments said, the sword hitbox felt a bit janky, and I wasn't sure how to time it beyond spam clicking. I had a lot of fun playing though!

Say No to Goblin! by Cosmicallity 2022-04-06T06:38:18Z

I really enjoyed playing this - I cracked up when I noticed that the sprite was actually turning into a goblin, overall a pretty funny experience

Life Finds a Way by Mopifish 2022-04-06T06:49:28Z

Cat popping demon immediately made the game better :). It definitely was immersive, and clearing plants was surprisingly stressful. The tools were pretty easy to learn, and I liked that some plants used the same tools in different ways.

I did softlock part of the tutorial on accident, when it started as I was holding the shovel, but I was still able to skip and figured out how to clear trees. Overall good game though, and that didn't detract from the experience! (except that I didn't get to listen to the demon :(

LD51 — Every 10 seconds

DODGE! CATCH! DESTROY! by Solah 2022-10-09T19:55:03Z

I really liked how distinct each mode was, but also how the objects were present throughout, really made strategizing interesting - you could forgo the score from the butterflies to just wipe the screen and make the next minigame easier, and so on. Really well polished!

Phase Snake by lootgrounds 2022-10-09T19:59:01Z

I really liked the art style, and how the enemies join the background when not active! The gameplay loop was pretty satisfying, and easy to pick up!

Carton Carrier by dimlight 2022-10-09T19:15:06Z

Bad piggies is still one of my favorite mobile games, and this reminded me of it in the best way possible! I had a lot of fun playing, and really liked the game loop - it was definitely frustrating at first, but I was able to get used to it and quickly build chariots. Sorry you didn't get it in in time, but the game is so well polished, I'm glad you decided to spend a bit more time on it

Under Pressure by Fluffy_Kaeloky 2022-10-09T20:35:52Z

I will never not be entertained by holding in a fart and obliterating glass. Great take on a heist game! I especially liked that there were multiple uses to the farts, since you could use it as a distraction. I really hoped that I could knock out guards that were chasing me when I held in a fart, but I can understand why that wasn't a feature

I did notice one bug - on the second level, I died and restarted, and then enemies weren't patrolling, and if they caught me their light turned red and the music changed, but still no movement. Then when I broke a window, the glass didn't fall, and I couldn't push through until they despawned. Not sure how you implemented the timing, but if I had to guess, it looks like Time.timeScale got set to 0, and didn't return to 1 correctly?

I still had a lot of fun playing this though, great submission!

Space Hourglass by PatteDeCanaard 2022-10-07T04:34:53Z

I had a lot of fun playing this! The game loop was really satisfying, and while more of a tutorial might've been nice, the controls were pretty easy to figure out, and after a couple beats I had a strategy down. My only suggestion would be to make the UI a separate "panel", as it was a little frustrating when objects spawned behind buttons, and I had to wait for the beat to end to collect them. Other than that, really nice and I loved the artwork!

Factory Reset by ComicSans 2022-10-09T20:20:48Z

I really liked the UI and graphics, although I was a bit confused on the time dilation aspect, and couldn't really figure out how to control it.

Factory Reset by ComicSans 2022-10-11T02:31:42Z

@comicsans Mind tagging me if you upload a newer version? I'd love to give it another try

Gladiato"R"Us by Maxime Cyr 2022-10-09T19:51:18Z

I really liked the backstory of the babies, but it felt like just a random choice, it would've been nice to see some stats for a more informed decision. The humor was definitely there throughout, really enjoyed it!

Eat Your Mushrooms by OnurY 2022-10-07T05:03:56Z

The game felt pretty smooth to play, but it didn't feel that distinct from vampire survivors, would've been nice if it had something more to differ it. I did like the added challenge of keeping an eye out for the mushrooms, it definitely balanced out the powerful weapon upgrades

HEAT by EbbDrop 2022-10-09T20:14:56Z

The heat map was a really interesting way to look for clues. It was a little frustrating that you got 10 seconds overall, but the first few seconds were wasted looking at the footage of the last cycle, and it would've been nice to choose when the recording started. I really liked the jumpscare, and would love to see a full game off of this, I can see a lot of interesting puzzles with this mechanic. Great job!

Goop the Lab! by Adam Gallina 2022-10-04T21:06:22Z

@pattedecanaard, I thought about fixing the damage jumps but it was kind of fun to play around with, glad you had fun with it lol :)

Goop the Lab! by Adam Gallina 2022-10-05T23:22:09Z

Yeah @tess, the way I have the colliders set up caused that to open on later jumps, and I didn't get a chance to fix it - glad you could still finish it though! @roroto-sic there is actually a timer that you can see, for some reason the embed hides the top eighth of the screen and you can't see it without going into fullscreen :( @elros Glad you liked the level design! I also would have preferred to spread out the level progression a bit, and make you need all of the upgrades to actually reach the lever, but I had to focus on other development and didn't get to improve the level much once it was implemented

Intomb by LittleBlackDog 2022-10-07T04:15:47Z

This game looks and feels amazing, I had a lot of fun playing it. My one qualm was not being able to cancel the 'mortal' mode, but that was just impatience tbh. I really liked how the music was the same in both modes, but more intense in the mortal one

I did end up softlocked in (what I think) was the last level, with the floating platforms :( I died after unlocking the door, but without going in it, and then when I got respawned, it was slightly to the side of the map, and I just fell into the void and died repeatedly. Other than that, it was a great submission!

This Date Blows! by crow_seeds 2022-10-09T19:26:03Z

This game was amazing! Very creative with intuitive controls

Flight of the Instrument Man by korfi 2022-10-07T04:25:03Z

The art was really nice, but it did get pretty repetitive after about a minute. I liked that the map changed, as I had hid myself in a corner and was ready to camp there for the rest of the game, and that threw me off guard and added a nice challenge to it.

Not sure if this was purposeful, but the scaling on the 8bit map was much different than the other maps, and seemed to throw off my aim (mouse/keyboard)

BUN-hop by bqq 2022-10-09T19:42:56Z

This felt really good to play! The controls were smooth and easy to pick up, and the tutorial is really well thought out - I always enjoy tutorials that fit into the game, rather than breaking the fourth wall. I had a lot of fun playing this!

10 second to Shelter by Frankey333 2022-10-07T04:43:30Z

Interesting idea, I had a good time playing it! The rng was a little frustrating at times, as you couldn't guarantee survival if the right items didn't spawn. Other than that, the graphics were really nice!

The 10 Second Chicken-Plant Curse by Kobato Games 2022-10-09T19:45:58Z

The concept was definitely interesting, would love to see where you go with it! Personally, I didn't mind the waiting, but it would've been nice to have a timer or some kind of indicator to predict it better

Web-Cleaner by Heming Ruan 2022-10-05T07:04:57Z

I really enjoyed playing this! It definitely started to get stressful, but I liked the artwork. Well done!

Sokobyo by Roroto Sic 2022-10-07T04:51:44Z

Really interesting puzzle idea - it would've been nice to know what the enemy's path was beforehand, but it was really cool to use it to move boxes rather than simply avoiding it while solving the puzzle. I definitely agree with some of the comments about areas of polish, but overall I had good time playing!

Sun's out Buns out by phufhi 2022-10-07T04:00:18Z

Pretty good idea! The movement was a little frustrating at times, mainly because I felt helpless being on one side of the plant. That being said, it was pretty entertaining to play and strategize to protect the plant

Quick Quack by theohay 2022-10-05T06:43:03Z

this was the best game ive ever played in my life, i love ducks. i wish there was more ducks

In Season by Ha-kuro 2022-10-07T03:54:11Z

Great game! I had a lot of fun playing - it did take a little bit to figure out, not sure if I missed it somewhere, but it would have been nice to know which plants were for which season, as I thought the carrots? were meant to be harvested in summer, not winter. Other than that, I had a lot of fun running around! All in all, this was a great execution of the theme, thanks!

LD52 — Harvest

just do your job by kiv 2023-01-11T01:19:18Z

A simple concept and really well executed! Honestly I liked the simplicity of the puzzles, it made it easier to focus on the story and try to figure out what the figurative message was, I had a great time! Side note - I think I cheesed a couple levels on accident, it seems like you can start drawing on the inside of the screen, and move your mouse outside, and the line continues, but maybe that was the point on the last level? Either way, great job! I would love to play a polished version if you decide to keep working on it

PUMPKING RISING by peringo 2023-01-10T02:34:28Z

This looks really creative, but I got softlocked - some enemies spawned and didn't disappear in the daylight, and then I had no way to fight, entered the death animation, and it just kept playing the death animation and moving to the next day:( Other than that, the artwork looks amazing! The game loop looks really creative and rewarding

GRIM REAPER: Harvester of Souls by dkdwrek 2023-01-10T02:42:02Z

I had a lot of fun playing, the two forms of killing enemies really made it seem unique!

The Orchid's Edge by Cornflowerblue 2023-01-11T00:34:21Z

The game looks great, and was really polished! The biggest drawback for me was the camera 180 feature - it was way too sensitive, and I fell several times because it would abruptly kick in and throw off my jump. Other than that, the animations and graphics were spectacular!

Arrrrrvest! by SgtWeirdo 2023-01-10T01:04:54Z

I also ended up playing this a lot longer than I expected :) - the only thing I really had an issue with was the lack of ingame instructions for what could be upgraded, but I was able to figure it out without too much trial and error

Samhain by daitli 2023-01-10T02:18:01Z

This looks incredible for a jam game - it honestly feels like something I might've put hours into back when miniclip was a thing. I loved the animation of the souls burning, and the chain indicators on the sides of the screen. Amazing work!

Fields Of Gold by Thierry 2023-01-10T01:43:09Z

The gameplay was fairly smooth and rewarding, but like a previous comment said, it felt a bit slow while waiting for crops to grow - maybe including some 'busy work' like watering plants/picking weeds to give a minor speed boost and something to do while waiting?

Soul Season by goldenXD 2023-01-10T02:07:05Z

Seconding what JudJudson said - I genuinely forgot I could upgrade several times because the effects were so rewarding, really well done! It would've been nice to know how much upgrades cost in the shop, but other than that it was a pretty good submission

Creature Colosseum by Adam Gallina 2023-01-10T02:09:33Z

@robobarbie @ditam honestly the local two player was me being lazy ;) I had it set up that way for debugging purposes and ran out of time to make some semblance of an AI - the 3D effect was intentional, good to know I should make it more obvious lol

Creature Colosseum by Adam Gallina 2023-01-11T00:59:30Z

Yeah @sgtweirdo, I wanted to make an ai but ran out of time, was thinking about posting a version with an AI on itch.io just to allow people to better play it solo, but I wasn't sure if that would violate the rules or not

Creature Colosseum by Adam Gallina 2023-01-11T07:23:10Z

I wanted to include an AI so single players could actually play the game, so I added a version on itch that has an AI (I made this after the jam ended though, so pls play and rate my game before you try it out)

https://gallinagames.itch.io/creature-colosseum

The AI isn't great, and just more or less randomly plays cards, but it beats playing by yourself :) If you do play, I would still like to hear your thoughts on the gameplay and would love to see what decks you come up with! I had a lot of fun making this project and am definitely thinking about continuing to work on it. Note - there's a handful of cards that are relatively unbalanced, that wasn't really a priority during the jam

Creature Colosseum by Adam Gallina 2023-01-14T01:39:32Z

@zluca I was hoping to go back and make the card designs a bit nicer, but ran out of time, so I'm glad they still held up :)

@roroto-sic @demogorgon yeah, I wanted to make an AI but ran out of time, but I did make a (post jam) version with an AI that I posted to itch.io, if you want to try it out, just don't expect any great strategy out of it lol

https://gallinagames.itch.io/creature-colosseum

Creature Colosseum by Adam Gallina 2023-01-14T01:41:55Z

@noskire, yeah I ran into that problem a couple times, I was thinking about doing something similar to Inscryption where you had crops in a separate pile, and could choose each turn to draw a creature/charm or a crop, but that would've required a lot of rework on the (already minimal) balance

North 78 by fizzbark 2023-01-10T01:32:37Z

"...then lets hope you're smarter than a dog" was a great line, definitely filled me with dread and set the mood for the rest of the game. I had a lot of fun playing this! There was a bit on the second level where I didn't realize I needed to investigate the gore, so I just drove around the map a few times before remembering I could dismount and interact with objects. Other than that, well done!

Don't let them bug you by Brandsma 2023-01-11T00:56:21Z

This was a really unique take on a tower defense! Most of the critiques I had were already covered, so I won't go into too much detail, but the biggest thing was not being able to pause the round to harvest towers. I'm not sure if it's a bug (lol) or not, but the pathing on the last level is messed up, and caused me to lose because the bugs completely avoided my towers. Other than that, great submission! The look and feel is really great! I also really appreciated the sound design - despite the melon almost constantly firing, it didn't get on my nerves at all :)

RiceRiceBug by ThGold 2023-01-10T07:40:18Z

The art looks great! Gameplay was smooth and entertaining - I did run into a problem where it wouldn't clear crops from the previous map, and I would still be able to see them but not interact with them

Harvest Pen by Roroto Sic 2023-01-10T01:45:51Z

I love this type of physics game, and the art added a great touch to it - unfortunately I also ran into the crashes, would love to play a patched version!

The Garden Games by crashbashash 2023-01-10T01:16:56Z

Good minigames! All the controls were simple and easy to understand. The Chapple minigame was a little frustrating at times, as sticks would sometimes spawn on top of chapples, and there was no way to collect it.

Veggie Survivor by Hyster 2023-01-11T02:20:42Z

I liked the sprite work, the audio could use some balancing, especially when multiple enemies die at once

gatherAI by Keksls 2023-01-11T01:09:14Z

This was a lot of fun to play! I was a little off put after the main screen into a very graphically-simple game, but that just made the transitions better! It started to lag my computer a bit - ironically with the text "I can go faster now!" - but other than that it played pretty smoothly. Nice job!

Wrath of the Harvestmen by Creamsicle42 2023-01-10T01:56:56Z

It took me a couple tries going between the manual and the ui before I figured everything out, but the gameplay was pretty good! However it didn't seem like the antibiotic did anything? I got the plus icon and took 6 antibiotics I found, and it just turned red and killed me

Macrogreens by joshedev 2023-01-11T02:14:39Z

WOW that was amazingly well done, any plans to continue it after the jam? I honestly don't have any criticism for it, maybe some kind of trash can would be nice? I accidentally destroyed half my ingredients with a pepper when they were introduced, and that was just in the way after that. I loved the hammer :)

LD53 — Delivery

Dough or Die by gold.daniel 2023-05-02T04:19:39Z

Those cutscenes were phenomenal - the gameplay was surprisingly fun, despite being frustrating at times. I mean this in the best way possible, but it honestly feels like a rage game - the controls are difficult to master but incredibly satisfying when you get it right, great submission!

Whispers in the Lab by fidrik 2023-05-08T06:12:25Z

Really unique and was a lot of fun to play! I really liked the walk animation :) Definitely frustrating to control at times, but overall well done! It'd be really interesting to see what strats the controls would create for speedrunning

Ancient DeliveROARier by Kontroman 2023-05-04T05:03:07Z

Really cool concept! I definitely agree about the instructions, but after the first try I had a pretty good understanding of what to do, this could be a really cool puzzle game with some more depth!

UntitledDroneGame by that1guy232 2023-05-02T19:54:54Z

Pretty fun! The arrow definitely helped a lot, and I really liked the rope physics

Hexpress by RunicPixels 2023-05-08T06:17:45Z

I really liked the combat, although getting a full heal every delivery definitely made it a lot easier. Well done!

Pizzapocalypse by professor 2023-05-02T03:01:25Z

Great job! The movement and shooting both felt good, it was a little frustrating that you could hit neighbors off screen, but other than that I enjoyed it!

Save the Mail! by MtWhateverest 2023-05-08T06:06:08Z

Looks pretty good! I really liked all the sound effects for breaking packages lol. Aiming was a little odd with the cursor hidden, but I was able to get the hang of it

A Wolf's Riposte by Wolfier 2023-05-04T05:23:13Z

The combat was really unique, I had a lot of fun playing!

Rat Souls: The Ferryrat by Kristian Kurktchiev 2023-05-02T04:09:59Z

I agree with the last comment - the lane hopping was pretty jarring. Overall I really liked the art style of the game, nice job!

Seven Trains by Matthew Bond 2023-05-02T03:56:57Z

Great submission! That was a really unique experience, I had a lot of fun playing! How do you collect resources? It sounded like when you blockade a train, it would steal those resources, but I never collected any.

Rail Blazer by alanxoc3 2023-05-02T19:51:47Z

I really liked the gameplay loop, and the art looked amazing! I think the biggest problem I had was not being able to find the resources, the game I won I didn't even find the wood on the map, I just completed other quests to get the 200, but other than that I had a lot of fun!

Space TAXI by ElMikosch 2023-05-04T04:56:52Z

I really liked the graphics, and the sound was pretty good too! Overall it would've been nice if the spaceship wasn't so snappy to control, as that made more precise movements pretty difficult when picking up aliens, but still fun!

Space TAXI by ElMikosch 2023-05-04T04:56:52Z

Not sure why it made 2 comments, but enjoy the second one ig - I can't figure out how to delete this one

Harpoon Lagoon by Adam Gallina 2023-05-04T04:52:31Z

Yeah @fruitflinger and @jb-rock I definitely thought about adding those things, mostly just ran out of time

@khaokg wdym it only checks the value of the fish once you interact?

Harpoon Lagoon by Adam Gallina 2023-05-04T05:28:58Z

@khaokg Ohhh, yeah, I see where that came from - good news is, it's only a graphical bug, not an infinite money glitch lol. It'll still calculate correctly if you do press the button

Harpoon Lagoon by Adam Gallina 2023-05-08T06:01:32Z

@nuin I just posted it on itch.io, lmk if it works for you!

@kazzymodus It's fairly rare, so it might've just been bad rng

📯 POSTAL HERO 🏹 by Caca 2023-05-04T06:12:29Z

I really liked the art style, and everything played really smoothly! The one problem I had was the sorting was a bit confusing - it took me a bit before I realized you had to press the corresponding key, not drag and drop the letter like the tutorial implied. Nice job!

Deliver Us From Evil by Tobius 2023-05-04T05:27:33Z

I really liked the artwork, the gameplay was also pretty fun and unique, I agree that taking stuff out of your backpack was a little clunky, but I had a lot of fun!

The Bear of Bad News by Daniel Username 2023-05-02T04:05:06Z

I loved the bears walk animation, it was great. Overall I had a lot of fun - got the promotion ending! Some of the minigames were a little confusing at first, but it was easy to get the hang of them - is the question mark just RNG?

Bag Stranding by danmerey 2023-05-04T06:05:44Z

I agree with leorid - this game was really unique, and with some puzzle mechanics it would be amazing - other than that, I really liked the backpack physics, and the art style fit the game really well!

Red Planet Rendezvous by csimpson 2023-05-02T20:02:25Z

Really nice submission! Definitely challenging but left me wanting to retry over and over

RELEASE THE MEAT by NuiN 2023-05-04T05:57:56Z

I love this kind of physics puzzle builder, and had a lot of fun playing all the levels! "Press M to release the meat" is definitely one of the funniest sentences I've read. Overall, it looks like all the feedback I had has been said, the biggest things I noticed was the camera in some levels, and the car was somewhat difficult to get back under control once it started spiraling. Other than that, amazing job!

Jitto by osullivp 2023-05-04T05:14:48Z

I liked the style, and the controls were easy to pick up! Not sure if it broke or if it was meant to happen, but once I got to 300 points no more boxes spawned

Apocalyptic Pizza by hatheus 2023-05-02T04:23:43Z

Pretty fun! I liked the feel of the game, and the graphics look great! It was a bit frustrating how easily the zombies could pin you, especially since sometimes they would completely prevent you from moving and you just had to wait to die, but other than that nicely done!

Wicked Postage by KhaoKG 2023-05-04T05:36:29Z

I really liked it - especially the demonic letters falling from the ceiling - nothing scary going on, just some otherwordly beings trying to ship their mail

LD54 — Limited Space

Ex Automata by ping78 2023-10-06T17:59:05Z

Interesting idea, the audio and animations all pull me in and make me want to figure out how the game works, but overall it just seems too overwhelming without any guidance. I think if you implemented some kind of level/progression system where only 1 object is introduced at a time it might be more enjoyable to figure out, but as it is, it's a little too complicated to try and learn

Yet another tetris game by rayriver 2023-10-04T17:58:53Z

Pretty fun concept, I really liked all the polish you put into it - the graphics and audio were well done. I think my only complaint is it would have been nice to have the stranger boxes earlier, it started to get tedious filling the same 2 rectangle shapes over and over.

Booty Hole by AffinityChris 2023-10-06T17:53:39Z

I've always enjoyed collecting treasures in my booty hole - nice concept and the sprites looked great! It would've been nice if there was some way for the treasure to stay in the booty hole easier, it almost feels like you're punished for trying to move to collect treasure and can instead stay in one spot. Nice job overall though!

Subletting With Drac by ThaPastafarian 2023-10-04T18:58:31Z

I really liked the sound design, it was very satisfying to drop objects down. Overall nice job, some of the objects it was a bit hard to tell what spaces they'd take up without clicking on them, but it wasn't a huge detriment. Amazing job on the sprites!

Limited Parking Space by Johnsensei 2023-10-03T18:22:55Z

I really liked the sounds effects between the honking and crash noises, they blended together really well. It would have been nice if there was some kind of detriment to colliding with other cars, but a lot of fun to speed around like a maniac

Antigravity Cat Orbs by John Saba 2023-10-03T02:50:29Z

I really liked the audio you implemented - the background music balanced well with the goal sound, and the goal sound was really satisfying on its own. Nice job!

Worm Out by Kyrios 2023-10-05T22:09:47Z

Really well done! I really liked the art, and the controls for the most part were smooth and had good feedback. It would have been nice to have a cursor, it made aiming kinda hard. The worms were also a bit frustrating, I died several times without having any indication that they were coming after me, maybe, and delay the killing attack and play an audio cue when it reaches you? Other than that, really great job!

Edit: Just noticed the spoiler warning and tried it again, that helped a lot knowing that the worms only spawned occasionally and how to know when they appear.

Blocked by zimny11 2023-10-06T18:14:26Z

Really creative puzzle game! All of the feedback I had was just QOL stuff that's already been said so I won't bother to reiterate it, but I had a lot of fun!

Limi### Space (2 players) by VerttiXPertti 2023-10-04T18:17:11Z

I really like the art style, it works really well with the gameplay. I honestly don't have any complaints about it, other than I wish it lasted longer and had more puzzles lol - really great job!

Fishbowl Rescue! by FedeOlive 2023-10-06T18:18:39Z

Really neat idea! I had fun playing it, and the art looked amazing! I think the main problem I had with it was the tilt, it wasn't too big an issue, but it felt a bit extraneous since it didn't affect the actual gameplay at all. Overall the 3D environment looked great, and the controls felt really polished with great feedback!

Immunobots by Fimbululfr 2023-10-04T18:46:40Z

Nice concept, I really liked the tilemap

CERT by tjm 2023-10-05T21:59:06Z

Really great entry!! I had a lot of fun playing, definitely would've been easier if I had a printer, but still fun. I really like how you put two valid interpretations of the solution on the first puzzle, and used one of them to explain how to read the answers, it made it feel a lot more fun even though I was looking up the wrong answer.

Downsizer by RyanWoods 2023-10-03T02:58:29Z

Really interesting idea! The visuals and music worked really well together, and the controls were really smooth. I think I would have preferred a smaller map, as it was a bit hard to keep track of all the npcs and strategize, but other than that it was a lot of fun!

Space Brigade by Adam Gallina 2023-10-03T03:20:09Z

@rena glad you liked it! In theory the homeworlds were supposed to be change the charge level, so not sure what happened there

Space Brigade by Adam Gallina 2023-10-03T18:13:45Z

@themixedmaster yeah, I wanted to make it a bit more difficult but ran out of time to balance, the outposts ended up being a little more overpowered than I expected. Glad it didn't get boring quickly though!

Space Brigade by Adam Gallina 2023-10-04T17:49:47Z

@johnsensei glad the tutorial was clear - I threw it together semi panicked right before submitting when I realized the game was a bit complex to learn so it could use a lot of polish

Space Brigade by Adam Gallina 2023-10-05T21:02:07Z

@frib, Yeah, I wanted to make the aliens move towards the center more aggressively, but had to settle for random movement from time - glad you liked it though!

@jormarysky I promise it was supposed to have an actual background...I had an image lined up in my downloads that I completely forgot about lol - graphics were a lot of fun to make tho, thanks!

@someone I completely forgot to talk about that in the tutorial, whoops - and good to know, I'll definitely improve the UI if I go forward with the project, thanks!

Eclipse by Zeit 2023-10-03T03:10:07Z

I really liked the hide mechanic, even though I never actually needed it near the graves, the sprite was hilarious. Overall I found the hitboxes to be a bit difficult to avoid, it seemed like some of the lights would start killing you before they reached you. Other than that, nice job!

Tableflip by HexStart 2023-10-04T18:33:30Z

Great idea, and really well executed! The difficulty curve was perfect in the levels, and the controls were really polished! Overall it felt a bit too easy with being able to rotate objects against walls, but I'm not going to complain about it after how much I struggled placing the chairs lol - I'm so glad I can drag my own chairs on the ground...

Turtle Tower by robin_schmitz 2023-10-04T18:11:36Z

Nice job! I really liked the art you used. It would have been nice if the hook didn't swing around so much when it was empty, it turned into a lot of waiting for it to drop back down to actually grab objects. Overall the controls were pretty smooth, nicely done!

Bar by CleverDog 2023-10-05T21:04:51Z

Clicked on it for the cat thumbnail, was not disappointed - the art actually looks really good!

PukuPuku by Gnum_ 2023-10-03T03:03:08Z

I love the crab model, the animations look really good with it. Overall the game felt a bit empty, if only because there didn't seem to be much else to do than walk back and forth with various objects, but the graphics and audio were very well done

Idol Hands by MatthewDrake 2023-10-04T18:25:02Z

Nice job! The art style was nice and cohesive, but I definitely agree with the other comments that the movement could use some polish.

Mound of Flesh by CosmogonicFrog 2023-10-03T18:43:01Z

It took a few tries, but I got to wave 9 - really creative use of the theme! It would have been nice to have some indicator for which enemies had more health, I lost a couple lives to enemies I expected to die but didn't. The graphics all worked together nicely, well done!

Space Bar ☆ Porter q(≧▽≦q) by Kuchinashi 2023-10-03T18:34:33Z

Really well done! I had a lot of fun strategizing to find the simplest path to the goal, all three forms of movement were really well implemented. It would have been nice if the character was a bit easier to control, momentum seemed a bit off, and the ability spaces were sometimes hard to time when you were falling. Overall I had a lot of fun, really creative take on the theme!

Free Him by Rena 2023-10-03T03:18:25Z

Nice job! The movement feels nice and snappy, and the art looks pretty good - congrats on your first game!

Purr-fect Bedtime by Chengnan17 2023-10-03T03:15:08Z

The art looks so good, and the music fits perfectly. I loved level 5 - I was so confused about how I would possibly sneak past all the cats when I saw the pillow on the floor... Amazing job!

Don't Touch The Pylon. by Ezard94 2023-10-04T18:38:36Z

The music somehow fit perfectly being calm and relaxed but also intense somehow? The movement felt a bit too touchy, I ran straight into the shuriken(?) several times expecting to stop before it. Overall I had a lot of fun trying to escape after touching the pylon over and over, nice job!

Jar World by TheMixedMaster 2023-10-03T02:47:42Z

I really liked the concept! Definitely agree that the jump was a bit hard to control and it would have been fun to be able to push into the dirt more, but the gameplay itself was really funny as dirt and bugs rained down from previous jumps. Nice job!

Dark in the Mirror by Hegeslis 2023-10-05T21:09:58Z

Not sure what's up with the last comment - I personally really liked the atmosphere of the game, even though the gameplay was fairly straightforward the map was really well designed and the objectives were clear. I had some UI scaling issues in fullscreen, but other than that I enjoyed it!

LD55 — Summoning

Hoomans vs. Deemons by Lintfordpickle 2024-04-21T21:56:42Z

Never played Galcon, but the gameplay reminded me a lot of Auralux, which I've always liked. I really enjoyed the sprites, the bouncing heads were pretty funny, even when they were coming from an AI bum-rushing me for an easy win. I think the difficulty level was pretty well balanced, and I definitely felt like my initial losses were more from a lack of practice than any in-game issues, and I honestly don't have any negative feedback, really well done!

Protect the Summoner by khaotom 2024-04-16T05:02:23Z

I really like the shield mechanic, especially with the death anim it was a lot of fun to run enemies over. The summoners were a bit annoying to move, and would sometimes get stuck in front of the shield, but other than that the gameplay was really satisfying, nice job!

Happy Little Demons by zirconcode 2024-04-23T17:49:45Z

Really fun little puzzle, some directions on connecting the demons would've been nice, but I figured it out fairly quick. Definitely a lot of potential as a puzzle game, as there's a lot of variations on the main mechanic. I think the only think I would have wanted different is some more demon sprites to indicate how many connections that demon needed, but other than that really great job!

Summon-a-Spot by kuggenhoffen 2024-04-24T19:35:25Z

Without the name of the game, I don't think I would have seen how this relates to the theme, but I still had a lot of fun playing! The controls were really well polished, and for the most part the penalties felt like my fault rather than an issue with them, which is always good in these types of games. It would have been nice if the camera kept the car more centered, especially on the level with 3 straightaways it was really easy to get faster than the camera and not be able to see what was coming. Overall pretty nice job!

Doomsday Care by Kyrio 2024-04-19T17:37:26Z

The art was really good, like gobigredfan said, it would be nice if there was more 'game', as I ended up just clicking each action over and over, and the stats never dropped.

My Pet Demon by ghost-in-the-toast 2024-04-16T05:26:34Z

Really nice game! The animations and art feel especially polished, and the sound design was done really well. I did softlock myself by buying a pill when the demon wanted an apple, and I didn't have enough coins to pay for an apple afterwards :( - it's a great second monitor game tho, and I'll definitely be playing through it on the side while I go through other games, nice job!

Thalatta's Grand Heist by Silas Reinagel 2024-04-21T21:17:33Z

Really fun puzzles! I feel like a lot of similar puzzle games don't have the ability to add/remove objects from the puzzles, and that definitely made it feel really unique. I definitely agree with a lot of other comments about the timer, a full restart is really harsh, and I personally am not interested in going back and completing the puzzle after failing the first time, and the helldivers-style inputs didn't really fit the puzzle, I felt like they held me back from being able to actually experiment with the solutions. Overall a lot of fun, I would want to finish the game, it just feels daunting to restart.

Also, if you did use AI to make the initial images, you should probably mention it in the description/opt out of any categories you used AI on, a lot of people are making their own assets from scratch in this jam and they won't get as good of feedback on the art they put jam time into creating if the categories get filled with AI content

Bloody Builder by indegame 2024-04-16T03:06:31Z

I really liked how each summoning circle you find allows you to make differently shaped creatures, it allowed for a lot of strategizing to take down the bosses. I think I killed the redbull boss, but it didn't look like he dropped the chest part the altar asks for, and he never respawned. Other than that, the game was really fun!

C.R.T. - Companion Recall Technology by AffinityChris 2024-04-16T03:24:34Z

I really liked the player animations, and the controls were pretty smooth for the most part and easy to master - the one thing that was a little frustrating was the slide jump, it would've been nice to have the slide part bound to a different key as it made the timing difficult, but other than that nice job!

Bullet Storm Extrema by LanceJZ 2024-04-21T01:33:24Z

Really fun - galaga's always been one of my favorite arcade games, and this was a fun take on it with the turrets. You did a great job with the audio balancing and design, even though there were only a few different audio clips used, it was pretty easy to tell where the sound was coming from, and didn't overpower each other.

It would've been nice if the turrets were a little more powerful, they felt kinda underwhelming, and I'm not sure if I got any kills with them - one thing I noticed is that the bullets they shot despawned with the turrets, I'm assuming that was a glitch?

Overall really well done!

Freezing Hell by Sozey 2024-04-24T19:49:58Z

Really fun game, but I feel like the combat/balance needs a bit more work. I felt like summoning enemies to fight as them was really underwhelming, as if I summoned them too close to another enemy, they would just get killed during the summon animation, and otherwise just had less combat value than playing as the main person. The bullets were also a little unfair, for nearly every enemy to have a shotgun where all the bullets home in on you if you're close enough. I might've been playing not as intended, but it felt like you would just die with little warning. Overall, it didn't detract too much, it was really cool that the summons were both combat and puzzle solutions, and I really liked the graphics - great job!

Chess Summoner by Azathothep 2024-04-21T20:36:24Z

Has a lot of potential, but the gameplay transitions are really slow between turns. I'm not entirely sure what happened, but the second level I lost to a glitch, when I hovered over a pawn it showed a valid move forward, but when I clicked on it, the game showed the available moves as the free spaces on my back rank, and wouldn't let me move, which ended up losing the round for me :(

Overall a lot of fun! I liked the puzzle of balancing coins, cards, and moves, and it looks like you put a lot of thought into designing the levels!

Ritual by Doumbaga 2024-04-21T01:56:38Z

Didn't have somebody to play with it, but it was still a really fun puzzle game to solve with a circle on one screen and grimoire on another. I don't really have any negative feedback, the whole game was really well polished and a lot of fun, it would have been nice for some kind of visual/audio cue when the moon changed, but that's just a personal preference. Really good take on Keep Talking!

Worm Walk by Verbante 2024-04-21T21:21:44Z

Really interesting idea, would be interested to know what the game considers a rhythm as I feel like I just randomly got to the end, so I guess it worked? Well polished for 3 hours, nice job!

Let Me Cook! by reaxt 2024-04-16T03:30:31Z

The art was really good! Most of the quick time events were pretty intuitive, but the desktop cleanup on the phone took me a couple tries before I realized I had to drag the files, and I never figured out what to do on the website with malware links. Overall the pacing was really good! I definitely felt the clock, but it wasn't too stressful

DemoNoloGist by Neon Glass 2024-05-01T01:11:36Z

Really interesting typing game! I was a little frustrated by the rhythm in the single ring levels, but it made sense when the next rings were introduced. Overall pretty well polished, nice job!

Summoner's Dungeon by MaxDrago 2024-04-23T18:22:07Z

Pretty fun, I escaped successfully! The combat was a bit slow like @blues said, would have been nice for the animations to be faster. I also felt like it was pretty easy until the final boss, and even then I never felt like I had to defend or heal in battle. Overall was pretty fun! The dungeon was fun to explore, and the breakable walls were rewarding to spot, great job!

Elemental Surge by Foursay 2024-04-16T05:14:01Z

I really like the summoning mechanic! It balances out well with the high risk/high reward of making a stronger enemy vs getting a turret down, definitely challenging to get the turret though. Nice job!

Sick of Summoning by cheesepencil 2024-04-19T17:21:40Z

Really nice game, the sprites and jump animation were both really well done! It would've been nice if there was more indication for enemy health - it looked like the enemies took 2 hits to kill, but it was really hard to keep track of which enemies had been hit. Overall great job, was pretty fun :)

Hell's Kitchen by Zanar 2024-04-21T21:27:54Z

Really interesting idea, but way too little time to actually complete customer orders, especially since the game doesn't tell you exactly what the customer wants and you have to flip through all the demons and just hope you guess right on the first try. I did manage to get one order in which felt really rewarding, but overall it was too much to try and remember on a short timer.

City Frustration Beer by ZevsEHG 2024-04-23T18:01:26Z

I did not expect to finish this game, but the environment was so incredibly well done that I just wanted to keep exploring and see what else it held, really well done! It would be really interesting to see where you'd go from here, I feel like the worldbuilding has a lot of potential behind it.

A Clash of Horns by fabula_rasa 2024-04-21T02:18:27Z

Really fun card game! It would have been nice to have a cheat sheet for some of the keywords on the cards (I'm guessing you got trample from MTG, and I probably wouldn't have known what it did if I didn't play), but other than that the cards were really easy to understand and use strategically, nice job!

Summoner's Paradise by poboy 2024-04-16T04:45:00Z

Really great game, the dialogue was hilarious, and the screen shake was amazing - and like any good vampire-survivors style game my upgrades lagged the game so much I could barely play by the end, 10/10. My only real complaint was the map felt a little cramped, it would've been nice if it was a bit deeper, but the 3D models blended really nicely with the 2D images

Just Another Tuesday by Gus Goucher 2024-04-19T03:43:22Z

I really like the crafting, it made the combat really dynamic, and it was especially fun to see what the different mob combinations did. I found the dash to be a little difficult, not sure if I could have changed the resolution/zoom, but it was really easy to dash into something offscreen and take damage. Really fun game aside from that though, great job!

Kitchen Nightmares by Landerack 2024-04-19T18:09:06Z

It definitely needs more instructions on the itch page, but I was able to figure it out after a couple minutes - really good game loop, and the graphics were great, especially the skeletons. I forgot to get a screenshot before I closed it, but I somehow managed to grab the sign where you deposit items and move it? It happened at 450/500, so at first I thought it was an end where the kitchen falls apart and you can't make the 500g lol - overall really great entry, I had a lot of fun!

Purrfect Portal by Teto 2024-04-21T21:44:21Z

Really fun idea, but a lot to keep track of in practice - it would have been nice if the grannies/sheep/whatever comes after would bring themselves to the portal, and you can intercept them to put them in holding pens if you want to allow more time to focus on any objectives, but really fun factory game!

Incorporeal by rrsmtz 2024-04-16T06:02:38Z

I was not expecting the depth of this at all when I started! A lot of fun working through the crafting tree and all the little puzzles in the overworld, definitely agree that the timing mechanic was unnecessary, but it wasn't too annoying. Great job!

Tower Of Madness by Chiara Sanviti 2024-04-19T03:24:25Z

Really solid game loop! The visuals were really cute, and I like that the little scroll quests give you something extra to pay attention to so you weren't just waiting for blood to tick up, it made the 5 (?) minutes really fly by, and I was actually surprised at how low the timer was when I thought to check.

Overall really polished! My only real complaint is the 'rooms full' error was easy to miss, so I put in the code for a monster a few times thinking I'd messed it up before I actually noticed the pop up, overall incredibly well done!

SLEEP PARALYSIS by Dinoraz 2024-04-16T06:12:15Z

Really fun, and really well polished for only 14 hours?? I really liked how the enemy sprites were almost invisible apart from the eyes until the lights flashed, it was a really nice touch. The balance felt a bit easy, I made a ring of the first upgrade around the bed, and from there didn't have to do much to survive

Spawn Shop by Donamougou 2024-04-19T18:30:45Z

Really solid art, and the puzzle aspect was pretty fun :) it would have been nice to click on items to see what they were, a couple of the sprites were vague enough that I wasn't sure where to use them, but overall pretty well polished!

Creepy Crawlers by Alpha Wolf Studios 2024-04-16T03:14:32Z

It doesn't look like your itch page has a build uploaded? Not sure if I'm missing something, but the game concept does look interesting

The In Between by Adam Gallina 2024-04-16T04:27:41Z

@conduit I didn't catch that in the web build, looks like godot tooltips don't work correctly in it - I added item descriptions to the page, so hopefully that helps

@dinoraz Thanks for letting me know, I can't seem to replicate it, so hopefully it's not too common - was it in zen or challenge mode? The only thing I can think of is you lost the game, but the ui didn't update for some reason. For the portals, I thought about limiting them, or making items moving through portals not score at all, but I found that they only made the early game easier, and later held me back more than using all the items

@waterspirit glad you liked the story :) I definitely wanted to spend some more time on the tutorial but ran out

@jason-shapiro Thanks! The items are a little jank sometimes, definitely not intended, just a little too inconsistent to troubleshoot during the jam

@breadstick The portals have a max capacity, so the extras passed over it, glad you still had fun tho!

The In Between by Adam Gallina 2024-04-16T04:56:44Z

@khaotom, yeah, that's something I wanted to implement but never got around to it

@nathmate I personally wasn't able to get the tp portals be that op and didn't think it was a problem...but that score completely proves that wrong lol, if I end up continuing development I'll definitely balance that somehow

@poboy glad you liked it! The shake helps a bit, but it definitely needs to be more obvious when the map scrolls out

The In Between by Adam Gallina 2024-04-16T23:30:55Z

@spudsef glad you liked it! Definitely agree that the scaling needs an improvement, I don't think I ever went up that high, but I can only imagine - probably should've set it up to scale slower over time to be less of an issue

The In Between by Adam Gallina 2024-04-18T21:35:14Z

@themixedmaster great minds think alike lol - I wanted to add some flavor text to the portals that said smth along the lines of "send it elsewhere In Between and make it someone else's problem", also the design of the destroy object is meant to be a recycled destabilized portal :)

The In Between by Adam Gallina 2024-04-19T17:33:23Z

@andriybyelikov if you had multiple inputs going into the portal, it could be that they were colliding and you didn't notice, but aside from that I'll have to look into it

There is an animation for the portals that are about to expire, but it's really subtle and hard to notice zoomed out, I definitely need to scale it up with the zoom level

The In Between by Adam Gallina 2024-04-21T01:26:02Z

@lancejz glad you liked it! You can also use Q/E to rotate instead of mouse wheel

@emaigualmc2-art 'striking' is being generous lol...I am by no means an artist, but glad you liked it! It was a bit quick-and-dirty spritework, but I was relatively pleased with the result

@fabula-rasa agreed on the sketchy pipes, I redid the arrow sprite towards the end and wanted to redo the pipes in a similar fashion, but couldn't come up with a design I liked, so shelved that for the sake of time

@salanyel Thanks! Mini Motorways was a huge inspiration for this, so glad to hear it :)

@zindarm In theory there were tooltips available, but I don't think they work on the web build unfortunately, it seems like godot is drawing them offscreen

The In Between by Adam Gallina 2024-04-27T16:59:02Z

@justmars Thanks! Definitely would have wanted to put a bit more polish in the tutorial, but ran out of time, glad you liked it!

Summoning Circles, Á La Carte by Matt Blake 2024-04-19T17:25:39Z

I like the concept, but discovering recipes is really daunting with the number of available combinations, would be nice if there were more hints/riddles for the recipes that weren't in the book. The art is really well done though, and I really liked Trashy :)

Revenge of Lord Chicken by Sergio_gp11 2024-04-19T17:48:55Z

Really nice art and animations, some feedback for how full a given portal was would've been helpful, but it wasn't too big of a problem.

I'm not sure if it was intended or not, but I found that if I put an egg on my head and moved left or right, it would move the egg much faster towards the portal - if it was a glitch, it'd be fun to have as a feature, it was nice to be able to speed eggs to the portal when there were no chickens to kill

Boulder Blocker by Cody Holt 2024-04-16T05:37:44Z

I really like all the different takes on the single mechanic, really well thought out! Some of the levels felt a little more rng than strategy, but other than that it was a lot of fun!

Demon Speedrunning! by BlackCat508 2024-04-16T04:53:18Z

Got 2:50! (hopefully that's good) - really awesome gameplay! It took me a bit to figure out how the boxes work, but other than that the controls were pretty intuitive. Would definitely play a longer version with more steps, great job!

Ant #74 in: Sugar Summoning by PeachTreeMcGee 2024-04-19T17:31:02Z

I really love the art and animations, like other people were saying it would've been nice for more content, maybe hazards or small puzzles to make getting the coins more difficult, but overall a solid submission - I especially liked the level design, the sign made a really good landmark to keep me from getting lost, and fit the world perfectly

Rolling Ba'all by mathead 2024-05-01T01:22:03Z

Really nice job! Movement with the sheeps and commanding them to fight both felt really good. I think a bit more strategy would have been nice, it felt a bit like a walking simulator, since for the most part it didn't matter if your sheeps died, you could just rush to the next pentagram and summon more before getting shot at.

Winds Whisperer by stellarnightmare 2024-04-24T19:25:05Z

Some guidance in game would have been nice, I had to look at the comments to understand the significance of the flutes. I really liked the models though, and especially the boss animations were really well done for a jam game

Anybody There? by Marcie 2024-04-19T18:24:56Z

The voice acting and sound design was incredibly well done, great atmosphere - were the music clips also original? They fit in with everything really well. Some of the puzzle elements were a little difficult to interact with, and placing them in the correct spots was a bit finnicky, especially the letter blocks. Overall really well done! The puzzles were a good difficulty, and the story was told really well!

Summon's Wrong by ChickenVicious 2024-04-21T01:40:05Z

I really like the art, and agree with the earlier comments that while enemy strengths were well communicated, it wasn't very easy to determine their weaknesses - I think knowing more about the combat system/different stats would have helped. Overall pretty fun, I liked playing around with different builds, and finding what stat did what in the combat

SquiggleMancer by ski11az 2024-04-16T03:12:25Z

Nice concept! The art and animations were really nice, especially the blue slime boss, and I liked the music. On the main menu, it says tab to open spell wheel, but in game it didn't seem to do anything?

SquiggleMancer by ski11az 2024-04-16T03:35:48Z

@spudsef WOW that's a lot more exciting with a full spell wheel - pretty fun to figure out what each component does!

Rune Craft by Anifan gelati 2024-04-19T03:52:07Z

Really liked the graphics, definitely remind me of Inscryption, and the materials looked really polished, it would've been nice if there were more hints aside from color in the models as to what each item represented, otherwise it was just rote memorization - the shape of the rune (?) worked really well to serve as a reminder, and it would've been nice if the paint was similar. Overall nice job!

6 Kadabra Resurgam Ocus by nathmate 2024-04-16T05:06:24Z

Really interesting idea, but like other people are saying, it feels a little too memorization heavy, definitely has potential though!

Apprentice Binder by andriybyelikov 2024-04-16T04:03:53Z

Web build doesn't work :( I don't think ldjam support godot web builds yet, but I've been able to get them to work on itch.io. The game was pretty fun, all the mechanics were easy to learn and apply in the puzzles! It would have been nice to see more of the map at one time, especially the later maps I kept having to restart because I didn't know where I was trying to get to. Overall nice job!

Summon Shapes by MMMIU 2024-05-01T01:01:11Z

Really fun game, with a surprisingly deep strategy! I think some more feedback in-game would have been nice - did you die after x hits total, or x hits in a smaller amount of time? Also, some kind of counter/fill meter/etc for the amount of summons you can have would have been nice for estimating how many I could have in total.

Process Server by Omitsu 2024-04-16T05:17:42Z

Great story, wish I could have gotten to serve the moon as well

Grid Land by TheMixedMaster 2024-04-19T03:34:27Z

Really interesting idea, I really like the art style, and that alone would be enough to make me want to find all the creatures, but like a lot of people were saying, it's really slow to get the essence and that makes it hard to experiment. I feel like you tried to combine a crafting game with a time-based optimization game, but it just ended up slowing down the gameplay on both ends. Really unique idea though, would love to play a future version if you ever continue working on it :)

Whatever by TikTak Gacha 2024-04-21T21:59:40Z

Nice submission and congrats on your first game! Definitely could have used an end state/goal, but was a decent puzzle to determine the intended orientation of the pieces

Devil's Advocate by Spectra 2024-04-23T18:08:41Z

The visuals were incredibly well done, and the audio was pretty well polished too, great job!

Jimmy the Wizard vs the Meaty Mushrooms by alexsmith531 2024-04-16T05:49:17Z

I really like the art, all the different stages of mushrooms and the lil guys you summon, great job. The initial difficulty is definitely really high, agree with @crylica that starting with a summon might be nice. Overall nicely done, and congrats on your first jam!

The Cherished Boulder by accordaquo 2024-04-16T03:51:28Z

10/10 very cherishable boulder - I really wanted to complete the game, but the enemies ramp up so much it seems impossible to actually collect any Bravery. I tried to direct my defenders to their building, but that didn't seem to do anything, they just walked to the building and then started attacking enemies. Really nice art though, nice job!

Room to Grow by JJ Burns 2024-04-16T04:35:41Z

I really like the art and audio! The map seems really big, and unlike the other commenters, I wasn't able to find the second quest - some kind of direction indicator would have been nice. Overall really good vibes!

LD56 — Tiny Creatures

Autumn Picnic by Gao Ming 2024-10-07T01:23:40Z

Really nice graphics! All of the scenes were well thought out, and it was pretty easy to determine what could be eaten.

Cheese or Squeeze by DGSpitzer 2024-10-12T01:07:56Z

A lot of fun to play! I really like the puzzle of limited communication with the emojis, and trying to balance working with the AI and getting to give you food! It would've been nice if the LLM prompts were a little more refined, the first level I kept getting asked to describe a wheel that didn't exist. Overall, really cool concept, and really well polished for a game jam!

Lil Fella Killa by Cisco 2024-10-07T23:55:08Z

That was so much more fun than I was expecting going into it, the guns all felt really good to use, and the physics environments were a lot of fun to shoot up. My only real complaint was how dark it was, there were a couple rooms where I could barely see anything with my monitor at full brightness, but other than that it was really well done! I especially liked the contrasting art style of the lil fellas with the environment, really made it feel like I was hallucinating and just obliterating my house going after these creatures

Flea Patrol by Sviborg 2024-10-11T01:38:33Z

Really fun idea! I loved the art, and the animations you did with it were a really nice touch. The controls were really difficult to get used to given that the fleas seemed to respond to inputs at different times, but having an unlimited amount of tries made that less of an issue. Overall I really liked all of the physics puzzles, great job!

The Crawling Forest by vrerabek 2024-10-11T02:04:52Z

Really good job with the models and environment, they all flowed together really well and created a great atmosphere. The gameplay itself got repetitive quickly, and it kind of got boring having to circle the map once the tiny creatures were spawning far enough that you couldn't see them from the altar. I did really like the first few creatures you had to capture, where you could see a purple glow and had to carefully search the fog for crawlers in the area before approaching, I think more indication of where the creatures were throughout the game would've helped a lot

Astral Plunge by Adam Gallina 2024-10-07T23:32:34Z

@bad-fetus glad you had fun! The short render distance was more of a design choice, but it definitely helped a lot for getting the particle effects to run at a decent speed. I would definitely agree that putting that many tiny creatures on screen didn't help, but good to know it was still decently playable lol

Astral Plunge by Adam Gallina 2024-10-14T23:45:40Z

@henk @neoawesomeon I definitely agree about the progress indicator, that was next on my list if I had 1 more hour to develop, but sadly ran out of time, glad you liked it though!

Keep It Up Kitty by richjbaron 2024-10-07T23:36:15Z

Really cute entry! I liked the mechanics of trying to knock the treats into the cat while keeping both on screen, it was definitely a challenge. I think the click+drag would've worked well on mobile, but it felt a little clunky with a mouse. Overall great job, the art looked fantastic!

Hallow Helpers by crow_seeds 2024-10-15T00:15:50Z

Amazing art and puzzles! Everything felt incredibly well polished, and the voice acting was incredibly well done. The only thing I really had a problem with was the physics - jumping felt really floaty, and movement felt almost too responsive. Other than that, I had a lot of fun playing and discovering what each creature did, great job!

Carnivorous Corpse Aquarium : Feed & Thrive by Adrien Tremblay 2024-10-11T01:45:29Z

Really fun idea! The graphics were really well done, and the shadows on the creatures were a nice touch. The gameplay itself felt a little shallow, but for a short jam it was definitely enough to enjoy the playthrough :)

Roll to Attack by AStrayRae 2024-10-12T00:51:20Z

Really fun concept! I really liked the dice noises, and the physics were well designed. I can definitely see this game being a lot of fun if you decide to work on it more, there's a lot of cool gameplay elements that could be added

Bnuuy by Tetrergeru 2024-10-11T01:51:52Z

I really liked the polish on the graphics and the animations, and the only movement being to jump was a really interesting mechanic - it really forces you to pay attention to balance movement and aiming, which I liked. The combat itself was a little frustrating to get control of, without a reticle or some way to detect where my rockets are going to land, it was hard to actually hit the spiders, and even harder to tell when I did manage to hit one. All in all, really nice job, I had a lot of fun!

the Last Leukocyte by bad_fetus 2024-10-07T23:45:37Z

Really nice job! The mechanics were really easy to understand, and everything felt smooth and polished. I actually really liked that you could collide with the enemies, it was fun to be able to push enemies around and physically stop them from reaching the heart while wait for a shot to charge

Creature Stealer by Lussard Studio 2024-10-07T23:59:45Z

The blend of 2D/3D was really nicely done, though it was somewhat difficult to determine the attack range/timing to hit a creature without getting damaged

Hivemind by NeoAwesomeon 2024-10-15T00:05:32Z

The mechanics were really well done! The movement felt snappy and responsive, and all of the attacks were pretty well telegraphed/dodgeable. I feel like the difficulty ramp could have been toned down a little bit, it felt like I barely figured out how to control everything and the map was already full of hornets, but it was a lot of fun moving my tiny creatures around while baiting enemies

Creeping Steel by Tw9nty 2024-10-12T01:22:51Z

Really nice environment! The gameplay itself was kind of hard to discover - I was able to find some objects that were interactive, but there wasn't any clear direction as to what my goal was, there seemed to be a lot of potential paths, especially since there was no fall damage, but I had a hard time figuring out which was the intended path. Overall really nice job, the music added a lot to the environment, but like Boodle was saying, I'd recommend clarifying if the music was a bug fix or created after the jam, there's a lot of conflicting information between your posts

Creeping Steel by Tw9nty 2024-10-14T23:43:57Z

@hirqshi glad to hear it, I'll update my rating then :)

LD57 — Depths

Talkie Escape by Yvanor 2025-04-12T01:40:14Z

Really loved the art direction, it was well executed and created a great vibe. Honestly I don't have a lot of negative feedback other than that it was so short! The controls could have been a little snappier, and the jumps were a bit floaty, but it really didn't affect the gameplay much. Would have loved to get to play more levels, great job!

Treasures by mgear 2025-04-12T01:47:10Z

Way more fun than I was expecting, and was a nice little challenge to get the treasure back. I liked the feel of the controls a lot, while it took some getting used to it was just jank enough to be goofy but not so janky you couldn't learn it quick enough to get the treasure back. It would have been nice if you couldn't get stuck swimming into the ground, but other than that I had a good time :)

Also, the restart button didn't seem to work (playing on chrome), but it wasn't too big of a deal as I could just refresh the page

Artery by Phlip45 2025-04-12T02:03:07Z

I really liked the atmosphere of the game, but some direction on what to do/where to go would be nice - it was really fun to explore and try to figure out what everything is, but it was a little too pixelated to really find a goal. The controls were a lot of fun though, and it was fun poking everything to see what it did!

Diva Descent by Quackqack 2025-04-12T02:12:45Z

Lots of fun, having your score is tied to your speed is really cool, it was interesting trying to find the balance of going fast for more points vs slowing down to grab coins for more points, nice job!

Antz vs Plantz by Blue Pin Studio 2025-04-08T04:09:11Z

I think this is easily one of my favorite games so far this jam :) I really like how you use the boss ants to destroy the nodes to end the run, it was a very clear marker that I'd "won", but felt like an accomplishment when I got past the first onslaught of giant ants. The only thing I didn't like is that it felt really slow in the beginning, and it took me an embarrassingly long time to realize you had to click the coins to collect them :face_palm:

Really great job overall, I had a lot of fun discovering all the plants and diving into the depths!

Help! I'm Trapped on The Torment Trapeze. by Yossarian 2025-04-07T19:13:22Z

Really fun game loop, definitely challenging but in a way that makes you want to keep trying. It would have been nice to be able to purge multiple souls at once, I could only purge 3-4 souls before landing and dying, and I ended up having to restart because I had too many souls in my way. Overall I had a lot of fun, tying to other souls is a really unique mechanic and was well executed!

DEVLIC`S ABSORPTION by Tugaryn 2025-04-08T03:07:16Z

I was able to play for awhile and never saw a white screen (Running on chrome, maybe a browser issue?) I had a lot of fun playing though, was a really cool resource management game that was surprisingly well balanced :) I think the only issue I had playing was the mouths that convert the square resource into hearts, I made too many and ended up outproducing the tentacles I had made and couldn't really do anything, it would have been nice if there was a way to disable them. Overall really great job, really well polished

The Clockwork Heart by Adam Gallina 2025-04-08T03:51:48Z

@sevatoxin Definitely wish I could have added some more lore, I had a handful of notes planned to discover, but ran out of time. Glad you liked it though, especially if it's not your usually game to play!

@tugaryn Did you try changing the camera sensitivity at all? It might have helped with the jerkiness, not sure

@straightupgruntled Thanks for the feedback! I enjoyed making the game and will probably touch it up a bit post jam to add the stuff I had to cut, so that's all really helpful - I'll have to experiment with the statues a bit, I never ended up in a situation with 2 on one pedestal so didn't catch that bug lol. Glad you liked it!

The Clockwork Heart by Adam Gallina 2025-04-08T04:12:08Z

@straightupgruntled will let you know if I post any improvements to it, definitely let me know if you do anything with your game post jam too, I really liked the direction it was going :)

The Clockwork Heart by Adam Gallina 2025-04-09T04:04:17Z

@olsonexi where'd you get stuck? I tried to remove any softlocks but might've missed smth. Would also have liked to make some music for it, but didn't have time

The Clockwork Heart by Adam Gallina 2025-04-12T02:08:16Z

@olsonexi I'll have to check that out, thanks!

@phlip45 thanks! I haven't gone too deeply into music creation, but I might have to take a look at that tool for the next jam, that track sounds awesome!

@nimbushead Do you remember which objects were disappearing by chance/where you put them?

@jver422 Yeah, I realized right at the end that the interaction raycast wasn't blocked by walls and didn't have time to fix it, you can probably sequence break the game pretty badly with it lol

The Clockwork Heart by Adam Gallina 2025-04-13T19:44:23Z

@wisstopher Glad you liked it, would have loved to add some story elements but ran out of time past the first note. Definitely worth picking up blender, I think it only took around 4-5 hours total for all the models with them being pretty low-poly

GGRREEDD by Arsvarg 2025-04-23T02:49:40Z

Nice job! The upgrades all seem well balanced, and the art direction looked awesome (went to the itch.io page to see your full vision, looks incredible). The elevation tax was interesting, but felt slightly out of place, I agree with Frogman that some kind of upgrade to start reducing the risk of having to pay to exit would have been nice. Overall great job, I really appreciated that you put the diamond in, it was helpful to see when the game was 'over'!

Submerged by TROGDOR 20X6 2025-04-08T03:24:52Z

Man, props for killing my mood D: but actually really well done, you told a great cohesive story and the gameplay elements were nice and easy to discover!

Pandora's Return by googlypoo 2025-04-12T01:56:46Z

Really liked how fleshed out the upgrade system was, there's lots of room to focus different upgrades and make a basic build! It would have been nice if the combat was a little more interactive, especially the first couple of battles I wasn't sure if I was missing something or not despite winning, but overall was a lot of fun!

Diamond Divers by StraightUpGruntled 2025-04-08T03:17:20Z

I really liked the concept of the game, but seconding that moving the minecart made it feel kind of tedious. The effect was really cool, and I think it would be an effective mechanic for smth you do less often (maybe once the minecart is 'full' it's too heavy to move and you have to kick it to the center), but even so I still had enough fun to play till the end :) I did really like the combat combined with the audio, that part did work great

Diamond Divers by StraightUpGruntled 2025-04-08T03:54:37Z

@straightupgruntled I would have definitely enjoyed the attachments, there were a few moments where I'd pushed the cart into enemies where I felt it would have been cool to damage them, so it would add an interesting layer to the game Also the cart jumps sound really cool, great bug turned feature lol

Icebreakers! by npckc 2025-04-08T03:36:58Z

Really nicely polished, and the art tied it all together really well! I especially like that at the end even Alex's ice got broken as they realized they'd finished the mission to discover a creature

Also while I was playing the web build it kept throwing an error up on the screen, you might want to look into that since a few times I had to wait for the errors to disappear and missed the quick-time dialogue

Deep Sea Squid Hero by runningopenloop 2025-04-12T02:35:43Z

Really liked the art and animations, you don't see a lot of interactive cutscenes in a jam, so that was a fun surprise :) it took me a bit to figure out how to grab and move the creatures, and the colliders seemed a bit finnicky, but it was fun to launch them. My only real complaint is that it could've used some more feedback for when creatures were safe vs dead...I was initially launching them into the pit, and had a bunch going down before the death count started to rise and I knew that was wrong :face_palm: Overall I had a good time, the story was pretty well done and flowed nicely

The Bends by henk 2025-04-19T01:35:15Z

Really fun concept, I love the "reveal" that the scrollbar is also a progress bar. Like a few other people mentioned, it did feel a little slow paced, especially the tutorial section. Once the obstacles started to move, it got a lot more interesting, since rather than just going up and waiting 20 seconds you actually had to strategize, but getting there just felt like a chore. Overall really cool entry, great job!

Jerry the Spear by Inferno123 2025-04-23T02:38:57Z

Definitely good potential, but the coins randomly not getting collected just made it frustrating to play. The pixel aesthetic was done pretty well overall, and the UI looked pretty nice!

Deep Mech Salvage by bearcage 2025-04-08T03:43:08Z

The sprites are really well done, and the burst torpedoes were pretty fun to use! The audio balance could use a little work, some of the effects I could barely hear while others were turned up really high, but overall great job!

Unmasked by BUDSTER16 2025-04-19T01:22:04Z

Whoa, awesome way to use the theme! I really liked the story, you can definitely see Brennan spiraling into the depths of despair but still trying to do the right thing, really well written! The gameplay itself felt a bit empty, you could just kind of fly past the enemies and go straight to the boss, but the story really made me want to keep playing. One other issue I had (not sure if I missed a tutorial somewhere or not) was that I didn't realize you actually got to decide between capturing the villain or letting them free, which was a really cool thing to add once I noticed it. Great job!

D.U.G.: Doug Under da Ground by mtnbonez 2025-04-12T02:27:43Z

Really fun game, the mining felt really good and it was fun to explore and find all the merchants! I would have liked some kind of reticle/indicator for where you would mine next, it took a few seconds at the beginning to figure out how to play, but after that point it was pretty easy to learn the controls. Would love to play a future version of the game if you guys end up working on it more!

Cult of the Whisker by Artel 2025-04-13T19:51:38Z

Really like the sound design of the atmosphere, it set a great mood and added a lot of depth to the game!

A walk arround the pit with your friend´s head by Juno Menager 2025-04-07T18:58:49Z

Really great submission, even got me to laugh out loud a few times :) Would love to find out what we did to end up in the pit. Feedback-wise it seemed pretty well polished, only thing was that the web build didn't lock the mouse cursor in the screen, but it wasn't too hard to work around that, fantastic job!

Deep Into The Well by HardEggGames 2025-04-19T01:49:03Z

Did not expect to open up fnaf after a game jam :O Really great atmosphere! I think my only actual complaint was the red markers for drilling, it completely ruined the immersion overall, even something simple like having a screw or pipe to tighten would have been incredible

A couple things I noticed (vague to prevent spoilers) - * The enemy from dive 2 seems REALLY aggressive, not sure if it was purposeful or not, because there were a couple times where I had to avoid it 3 attacks from it within 10 seconds * I couldn't figure out how to get rid of the enemy from dive 3, I could click on it and get a noise, but it never seemed to disappear like the tutorial implied * The indicators could spawn behind the elevator sometimes, it never impacted me playing but it looked like there might be 1-2 spots it could spawn where it would be completely covered

Overall really great entry, beat the first 2 dives and would have gone for the other 2 as well if I could figure out how to get rid of the third enemy

Shootwell by Sevatoxin 2025-04-08T02:52:08Z

I really graphics, it created a nice vibe for the game. Overall the jump mechanic was a little frustrating, as it seemed more often than not I had an enemy coming towards me in the path of the jump, so there was no way to dodge - being able to aim the jump would have been nice. It still made for a satisfying game loop though, was able to get to 3100 on my best run

To The Core by izzqz 2025-04-09T04:13:53Z

Really liked the art and the death animation especially was nice and snappy. The gameplay itself felt a little barebones, but it was still fun to explore the different biomes and see what came next!

LD58 — Collector

Fragmentation by Flatgub 2025-10-11T17:37:43Z

Really liked the idea, but I wasn't good enough to get past the pipe corner :( the lack of air controls made it a little hard to recover some jumps, there were several points where I overshot the wall jump, and with no air control I couldn't pull the jump short to land on the platform, and had to wait to respawn. I think having a little bit of control over your air movement would have gone a long way, even if it was as simple as slowing the total velocity. That being said, will completely admit it's a skill issue and say great job :) I did have a lot of fun in the initial areas, the running/sliding mechanics felt really good

Floralchemists by Sarah 2025-10-09T01:37:37Z

Really nice aesthetics! All the sprites looked great, and were very cohesive. Gameplay-wise the merging was a little daunting, with a lot of ingredients requiring you to by them, it made it a little harder to warrant purchasing them to experiment. I did realize the merchant would buy the free ingredients for $1, which helped. The other issue I ran into was not being able to find any combinations besides the initial ingredients/potion shape, some hints would've been nice to try and figure out what would combine. Overall it was still fun, and the animations added a really good level of polish, and felt nice to discover new potions, nice job!

Little Timmy, Big Dreams by AncientEntity 2025-10-07T02:16:22Z

Switch 2 build when

Overall really good, loved all the minigames, although I could never react fast enough to get the bug. It would've been nice if there was more feedback on what to click on, like object highlights or something similar, but I was still able to figure out what to do by the end. Great job!

Voltaic Harvest by dxk2294 2025-10-07T01:43:37Z

Love the graphics and audio! The gameplay is also really well designed, the controls are responsive, and feel good to use. Overall great job!

Trash Dash by UnitedFailures 2025-10-11T17:28:23Z

Really liked the truck designs, and adding the compact function was a really good way to add depth to the game - it was pretty fun having to balance compacting with jumping over other trucks, nice job!

Hyperchondriac by poboy 2025-10-09T01:22:54Z

Really fun gameplay loop! I was a bit confused at first why my turn didn't end, until I realized my deck was also my enemy lol. Lots of fun to try to balance the deck to be able to maximize your damage without killing yourself in the process. My only real complaint was the lack of SFX, some sound effects would have really enhanced this submission, but still a lot of fun as it was, great job!

Edit - just realized my sound output was going to the wrong speaker lol, replayed, music sounds great

Some Assembly Required by LudumDareDevil 2025-10-06T23:57:20Z

I really like the aesthetic, and the drag sounds really good! It would be nice if the gameplay either started a little faster (there's a lot of corridor to drag yourself through before you start reaching enemies), or if there was some kind of checkpoint system. As it was, it was fun exploring and I reached the second arm, but I really don't want to redo the entire beginning segment again. Overall nicely done, the sprites look great!

BallBoy! by Neandi 2025-10-07T00:04:46Z

The environment is really well done, the sprites/expressions are even goofier with the realistic backdrop and tie together nicely. Overall I had a lot of fun, would have been nice to have some extra mechanics to manage overtime, but it was really creative how the pigeons steal the balls and gradually make it harder!

A Lifelong Hobby by Derek Glennon 2025-10-11T16:59:07Z

I think this has been my favorite entry so far :) loved how the jobs got (slightly) harder each iteration, so it didn't feel tedious at all to earn the packs - also really appreciate that the final job easily affords the last few cards so you don't have to grind for them. I think my only real complaint was the pack opening animation - the SFX was great, but it took a little too long and it would've been nice to skip through the cards I'd already collected. Overall really great job, loved all the different card art and flavor text!

Collectorio by Tkap1 2025-10-07T02:07:36Z

I see factory, I build factory :) Nice upgrade loop, really my only complaint is that I ran out of upgrades to (collect) get - would've been fun to see a zoomed out version of the map after getting the final upgrade, towards the end I was just dumping as many t3 oxygen collectors as possible to get the final upgrade

Gibberwave by yiwai 2025-10-11T17:19:11Z

Really great game! I really enjoyed the puzzle aspect, and the phrases were really well chosen - most of the characters I was able to guess what their role was before purifying them, which made it feel even more satisfying. Towards the end it did start to feel a little repetitive; I got the ghost 4 times in a row before getting the other two characters in the final area, I think I would have enjoyed it more if you just did each character once before moving on, but I still had a great time playing. Nice job!

Garbage Collector - C# Ref by RohakarOntari 2025-10-06T23:50:33Z

The embed is showing an error when I try to run it, and the itch link is broken :( Game looks cool though, would appreciate a ping when it's up, def want to try it!

Pelmeni's Magic Lab by rosday 2025-10-07T02:27:39Z

I really like the idea! I feel like I cheesed the game a bit on my first run - had the option to take the cleric set 3 times, and very quickly was placing rooms for free after that, but really neat puzzle game, would love to play a deeper version if you ever make one! The only real issues I had were UI related like the other comments listed, but it was fun figuring out the strategy

The Bug Band by ElRaton4K 2025-10-09T01:43:49Z

Thank you for prying yourself away from HK to bring us the bug band :) Great sprites and song, nice job!

LD59 — Signal

A Signal In The Forest by gamesplusjames 2026-04-21T17:17:30Z

Nice puzzles! I really liked the Reveal puzzle - I was confused by the design choice to let the player walk around and see the answer, so it was a funny reveal that that was what the character did in the past lol. Overall nicely done!

I really like the polish on the gameplay! The speeder feels good to drive around on, and all the UI interfaces look great. I do agree that the balance feels a bit slow, I unlocked 2 materials, but it took so long to get the first few upgrades that I don't really feel incentivized to continue grinding materials, although I do think if it felt a little more rewarding I would still be playing :) Overall pretty good submission, I did have fun!

Signal Breaking by TopperVideoGames 2026-04-24T21:53:06Z

Really cool puzzle game! All the mechanics were pretty easy to learn, and were well iterated on. Agreed that it would have been nice for an undo button, but it wasn't too bad without overall

Time is Honey by gryxitl 2026-04-21T01:54:12Z

Really funny take on the theme lol, the wire physics and graphics really worked well - it would have been nice if the wire socket buttons were slightly bigger, but other than that I had a lot of fun scamming bee grandmas, nice job!

Robo Island by JoeShanahan 2026-04-21T17:34:44Z

Great submission even if you didn't get everything implemented! The stock feature would have been pretty nice, my only real complaint was how fast the map was filling up at the end - other than that it was pretty satisfying and easy to grasp

Great deckbuilder! I like the autobattler aspect where you get to move cards around to set up combos, would love to play a full release of this, I think it has a lot of potential. I didn't really run into any issues playing, but the card that gives you shield per charge without removing your charge is incredibly broken - I was able to start making 100+ shield a turn with it lol

Traincidents by YellowKamel 2026-04-28T22:02:56Z

Really fun game, loved the voice acting Cons: Can't ram trains together :( Pros: Can run people over with trains :) I would say those balance out, really good submission overall!

M0NK3_CONTROL by Adam Gallina 2026-04-22T22:30:31Z

@kremlebot The first step is to click the 'MSG' button, and then it should give you a tutorial through most of the gameplay - let me know if you want a better guide than that and I'll add some actual objectives/hints to the desciption, it sounds like you're not the only one having issues

@notalobster Thanks for the heads-up, fixing that now

M0NK3_CONTROL by Adam Gallina 2026-04-28T21:51:25Z

@bobap Originally I wanted to have some alternate camera views, definitely wished I'd just gone for a simpler 2D view from the beginning lol. Glad you liked the UI, it was pretty fun to make

Incoming by kremlebot 2026-04-22T22:42:08Z

Really good job! The art and animations all look really good, and the story was nice and concise. I also had issues with the printer puzzle - I had found that you could lock the door earlier, and didn't realize I needed to lock it again after I respawned, maybe some kind of indicator for if the door is locked or not could help. I was still able to figure it out after a couple tries though, great submission!

S.L.O.P. - Signals lost on planets by Pentaworks 2026-04-24T22:24:01Z

Really cool idea, but it would have been nice if there was more strategy involved, I didn't feel particularly punished for spamming out signals other than a number at the end going up. Overall I think the UI was easy to interact with, and the mechanics were pretty quick to learn!

Hot Signals In Your Area by smikevth 2026-04-21T18:46:10Z

Nice take on the theme! The audio was pretty well done, and was fairly easy to get the hang of tracking the signals. It was a little frustrating that scanning also stopped your ship, especially when the time was getting low, I think it would have been nice if either the ship didn't need to accelerate, or if the scan didn't stop your momentum

Do-roidhicky by Jacobloon 2026-04-21T01:46:58Z

Really like the control scheme - it's a good balance of jank and control, especially the "release valve". There were a couple times where I'd get stuck up against walls and not be able to jump, but just walking back got me unstuck so it wasn't a huge problem. Overall great job!

Gasp Away! by Emsea 2026-04-28T22:08:17Z

Really cool idea! Definitely could have benefited from some kind of tutorial, took a bit of trial and error to make sense of what the game expected, but it was fun once I figured it out, and the environment was really well done.

Birdwatch by LouDev 2026-04-24T22:01:30Z

I always knew I was bad with faces...did not realize that extended to 12 pixels lol. Really fun gameplay, but I can't keep track in the third mission whatsoever - definitely a me problem, I tried a couple times and it didn't feel frustrating, just challenging in a good way, so great job! I especially liked the detail of your wing actually pressing the walkie-talkie button
