Took me a bit to figure it out, quite fun if you get the hang of it! randomness of the enemy's points is a little too high to make meaningful decisions on risk/reward. lastly, trying to evolve the melon to the 3rd stage makes the sound break down hahahaha! all in all good job!

Fun experience. It's a well crafted little game, given a little more time I can see you guys easily implementing different shaped holes, powerups etc. etc. but I think this is a great entry for a game jam! good job!

This is one of those easy to pick up tough to master mechanics, really cool use of a unique mechanic to create interesting gameplay. The atmosphere was nice, colours and sprites made it vibrant. Thanks for making this! Can't bunny hop for nuts, but that didn't stop me from trying!
Congrats on your first Jam submission! I think my sentiments are quite similar to the ones that came before me, it's a little hard to plan where to plant your crops not knowing which tiles will dry up and it wasn't immediately clear what sacrificing villagers does as you have to travel from the temple to the field, so there's no direct oversight. I'd say the overall mood is well done, the graphics look nice. With some work this concept could turn out to be quite a fun experience!

Lol, so I get the general idea, I'm not sure if everything managed to go as planned, but after parking quite a number of cars I had still not seen a single customer come up to pick up their car xD the mechanics themselves were okay, the art made me chuckle and a chuckle is always good. I had times that when I got into a car the car would fly up, allowing me to fly over the wall, I also managed to get on top of the valet house because of this... This too made me chuckle, I like to chuckle! Chuckle/10 π

Nice setting, the art is really good. The controls are a little floaty which I was able to manage, not too much of a problem. My only issue was the limited amount of rooms, I played the same room literally 8 times within the first 3 worlds xD. It is impressive that you guys got a seed system up though! Overall good job! π

Ok, I must say, you guys really went all out with the humour! Sure did a good stretch on not "running out of space" xD gameplay is fun, art looks good, game works well. The end level screens and intro screens are visually actually very nice. Great job!
Good game! :D Something different from the usual games. At times, I did have problems figuring out what I had to do, also, visibility cones on the mobs would have been nice xD it's difficult to play the guessing game with stealth games! Keep up the great work! π

I'll agree that it wasn't exactly straightforward by what metrics you should allow and refuse people to come in, but I think I got it after a few playthroughs. All round, well thought out game, the art is really well done too!

Great jam entry! Couldn't get through the level with the two moving platforms, that last jump requires an annoying angle and timing combo I wasn't able to hit. The gameplay felt quite nice, the power areas can be unforgiving, you managed to add quite a number of level elements too which I appreciated. Music loop I endured the same as others. Overall well polished, lots of stuff inside, no jank. Great entry!

I had a really good time with this one! Love the overall theme, clean in presentation as is. I had some issues where the money I made from Jobs in towns would disappear once I went into the shop which was unfortunate because I do like me that brand new mech smell. Had fun, great entry!

It was a little hard to get the hang of in part because I've never played a game on screentop but also slightly confusing language being used in the instructions. That being said, once I did get the hang of both the screentop and the rules it was actually pretty fun and interesting! Managed to both explode and clear a game after that! Thanks a lot for the experience, it was a great jam entry!~

Haha I feel you on the overscoping. But I kinda see where you would want to go with this. The core shmup loop is there, good use of external assets to create a general mood. I'd say it's decent work for a 1-man team doing quite a number of things.

Fun game, I like your take on the theme and the fact you put in some power ups, makes for diverse play. I had a little difficulty getting used to the aiming due to the laser offset vis my mouse cursor but I managed to get the feel of it. Solid jam experience! Thank you.
