A very nice game. Couldn't buy a gun because popup blocked the button, but everything else was fun and satisfying!

A very nice game. Couldn't buy a gun because popup blocked the button, but everything else was fun and satisfying!
The game has neat visuals and an interesting gameplay concept.
Despite it doesn't feel like my cup of tea, I'd say it has the potential to be a fun party game!
The scope feels really implessive! A lot of long levels, good music, many mechanics - maybe too many.
I was not able to play past the first half of the first on linux build :( (there was no button before the stone door).
The egg could be utilized more in combat :). But considering the limitation of the jam it is really great
No it didn't crash, the button that opens the door was missing :(
@tricky-fat-cat I was watchin my friend playing the same level and it was right there for him (on windows)
An interesting take on delivery mechanic, Nice visuals and overall polish.
A difficulty curve was a little too steep for me, which killed the fun :(
But I think this is the part of atistic vision. The game is great!
Shooting and running feels soooo smooth. If only there were more... :D
A great game!
Nice game!
It was hard to get into controls at first. And it sometimes felt a little bit tedious to carry boxes around
But otherwise the game feels pretty cool. The first time when firefighter appeared felt amazing and fun!
Fun idea! Nice little game. Looks and feels like a puzzle at first, but is not a puzzle :)
The game feeld quite strange. But cheers for writing your own 3d engine! I made some simple ones, but never dared to used them for jams
Great game! I had fun trying to picture the level layout in my head. Even had to use pen and paper once! Great sound design. I am a bit confused how to rate this game's graphics, I guess it did its job!
Nice game!
Somehow it glitched and could not fit my monitor at all, so I couldnt't see both enemies and ammo at the same time without scrolling back and forth :)
But shooting feels solid and upgrade system feels nice
Nice game! The only issue I had with it, is that one press of the button occasionally skipped several dialogs (I played the web-verision on itch)
A very nice little game! Quite an intersting idea. It might have been useful to add hotkeys that rotate the selected room. But otherwise a pretty solid experience
Nice game! Liked the adventurer animation, but the core gamplay is too tough to look at it properly :-D
Great game! A little bit too slow and drawn out for my liking, but I assumed that this is an intentional design. The aesthetics are just out of this world
Gisnt saws on the front part of the car really looked like something that would rip and tear! Maybe I just didn't find the way to use it with the insane amount of comntent you have here! Good job
Great game! Interesting puzzles, and quite many of them! Well done for such a small amount of time, I could easily see it as a complete game
I somehow got stuck in a tree and lost the screenshot of the exact location where :( (playing on linux version)
It would be nice if puzzles would become inactive when solved
Great mood: nice and heavy underwater sound and postprocessing. Sligthtly junky controls also worked well for the atmosphere, IMO :-D
Some more encounters with camera shakes. And maybe some whale sounds would work great for atmosphere
Nicely done for a first solo project! Good luck with programming β I know it's really hard at first
A great story! Liked the touch with trembling letters. It would be nice to have some more interactive enviroment objects to deduce elements of the story. But nevertheless a very nice little game!
Great game! At first it was really hard, but then somehow clicked. It fits the jam theme nicely!
I really wised there was an unwind option. Maybe something like limited unwinds per attempt would work well, without oversimplifying the game. Also might automativally detect when the snake can't move and show a hint for the restart button
Nice idea and well done for a single person project! Hope you'll polish and release it later
Great entry! Especially for a solo game.
Candle carrying felt a little repetative  but the ending is awesome
Nice game! I used graphic pad to play β felt really nice :D Even replayed couple of times to get higher score
It would be awesome, if successful drawings produced a complete song.

Nice idea, great implementation!
Wow, that's a lot of content for a single jam entry! Also appreciate the linux build.
3d looks pretty nice, pentagrams are great! Player controller is pretty responsive. Inventory would be useful, and maybe somesort of guide for people like me, who really struggle finding all the necessary items
@andriybyelikov, thank you for your review! I've added soundtrack to itch.io downloads section
Cool game! Gameplay is quite interesting once you figure it out.
Migth be nice to add a tutorial and also to make the lines on gems thicker.
Hey! I remember your game "linimal" from the previous jam!
Looks like you got a new take on the same gameplay formula β nice job. Art and atmosphere are very will done.
I had some troubles playing in web, couldn't move the bee to the second vase, after I completed the first one.
Interesting concept for gameplay! I somehow had a plants vs zombies vibe.
Art and music work vell to create a gloomy totalitarian mood and atmosphere. Good entry!
I coulndn't get past the first level with a child in web version. The screen kept scrolling, and registered neither success nor failure. It worked after I restarted the page, but then again broke on the next level. photo_2024-04-18_19-17-33.jpg
I REALLY loved the night ambience sound! Some levels feel a little bit random. But it is a very creative and atmosperic game!
I don't know how you managed to create so many assets, sounds and a navigation system in the scope of two days. Great game! Not too difficult, but still makes for some tight moments
Really liked the visuals! Impressive for a compo game. I really liked the sandwich structure of the town and the parallax effect (but it was a little confusing at first). Rats lurking in the sewers were great. But then a just blocked all the enemy paths with flamethrowers :sunglasses:
Some kind of boss battle or the great hoard of rodents in the end would be great (but hard to implement given the time limitations )
Custom path editor = π€―π€―π€―
Whoa, so cute!
I also understood that i can do multiple paths only on the last level (and I have almost completed it with a single path, mid you )
Wow! That's a great metridvania with a very competent progression and difficulty curve. I would have made lava slightly slower, but that's just me  Loved the death animation and cool abilities
Good job!
Wow, its a great game! The first text based game I've seen in this jam so far. I liked the puzzles, and the ability to pet your beans.
The writing is great, keep it up
This game has a slow and clumsy start, and then continues into a great and solid experience. And, I guess, if you kill the final wave in a single run β you finish on a high note. But I kinda died on the wave before last, and then on the last wave. And by that time I have already bought every upgrade a long time ago, so getting to the last level felt like a chore. Especially the first several waves. Guess i just suck at games like this
Maybe a solution to this could be making an expencive upgrade to skip first boring levels, but polishing small thing like that is hard to do in scope of just two days
Great job!
(upd: i tried to play again after rage quitting and managed to finish the game (in 14 rounds), but I still feel salty about it )
This is objectively a very well made game! Visuals are great, feedback is juicy, gameplay is solid. But the last lavel was so infuiating for me peronaly π
I like how you managed to kep suspence in a game created in such a short period of time. The only thing that bothered me was the return to desktop on ESC  Had to replay firt coupe of levels thre times
I am genuinely impressed, how you pulled off such a game in just two days! Really hard for common folks, who are not geography buffs, tho
Amazing game! I wasn't smart enough to think of the work "kiosks", so socks were my main weapon. "Headhunt" also quite good when h-bomb is unlocked. I'm not a native speaker, so it was quite hard!
Wow! Such a cool concept! I liked how smooth the car scales! Finding creatures was pretty hard (my result was 13 minutes , hope it's not THAT bad), but that was very fun nevertheless!
Great game! I couldn't finish it, thouh. I started to feel a little bit tired, and decided to quit, to finish in a high note
Music is just awesome!
The coolest part is to collect a lot of bugs trailing you and just burn them all at once
It's a very cute game. Especially the soundtrack. It kinda felt a little slow, with some downtime here and there. Maybe it would be nicer to spawn one be already with some nectar? Alse would be nice to be able to purchase some time with honey
But it's a great game considering all the compo limitations
It's cool how you managed to implement the whole strategy game in just two days! I wanted to establish control over the entirety of the map, but something strange has happened β looks lika godot web build bug, because I have experienced similar problem in one of my older game's browser build (made in godot 4.3).
1.png
@douwe-ravers, it seems more likw a rendering bug, I think
Cute game, I liked the randomness, it adds to the thrill with the possibility of failure (maybe I am just saying it because I got lucky to catch the last rare bug on the last day)
I liked the risk reward gameplay scheme with coins that don't move, you have to actually move closer to enemies to get your coins. The difficulty spike aroud level 10-ish was really sudden, because before that the game feel kinda slow
Wow, that's a cool game! I liked the visuals and how tension arises closer to finish, good job!
The game wass lagging as hell, but then I found out that my laptop was in power saving mode :face_palm: I turend on performance mode and beat it on the next try
Very cute game! i LOVED the heart particles :two_hearts:
Cool game! Maybe it need some kind of delay on restart, because I always keep clicking the same spot as I was before and ruin the second attempt completely
Cool idea. A liked the sound of clacking and rolling very much. Most of the dice feel actually pretty weak compared to default 1d6 (That's why it is trusty, after all)
Cool idea! It kinda langs strngely on my laptop (linux + chrome), but otherwise the experience is slloth. Good work!
What a bizzare entry  SFX are quite funny, though!
Slashes are really juicy. Some level were to hard for me ta get all three starts, but it was probably the most smooth experience in this jam for me
@brotherbrody, movement with recoil was 100% intended! It's a Rocket Bnuuy after all
@sdcorpse, Bnuuy always jump in the direction the camera facing, but the rockets have recoil, that pushes you back (you can actually jump higher, if you shoot down). Soory, I didn't manage to articulate that better in the game. I am glad you still liked it :green_heart:
Whoa, what a neat concept! Is it possible to get all 16 orb thou? I feel like it is, but i never managed to do so
CPU renderer made my laptop heat like crazy :^D
Quite a conceptual game. Took me some time to understand what is even happening
Kinda chaotic and fun! The only thing that's missing is dome kind of progression or maybe just fail/win states. But the time in compo is realy harsh, especially when is't your first time with the engine :green_heart:
Fun game! I liked that better butterflies are not just more expencive, but also fly faster, so at first they are not that simple to catch actually  (before you get the giant net and some speed boosts) Maybe some kind of a combo system would be grat.
Movement feels a little bit clunky, but is a minor nitpick
Fun game! At first I didn't understand that you actually have to water plants more then once (I guess I am a bad gardener ) I also intuitively expected plans to bloom, but they didn't. A good entry overoll!
What if katana zero, but ants??? Great game! A very smooth experience and nice sprinkles of narrative. Upgrades felt kinda strange, but fun nevertheless!
Cool game! Great visauals, sound and atmosphere β feels very smooth. It would be nice if it had more description on the page, because tutorial was not that intuitive, it took some time to figure out the rools
Great puzzle! Only thing that's missing is some backgroung soundtrack :musical_note:
Fun game, nice music. Cool idea with pen and paper graphics! Road and turn signs could use a bit of contrast thouh, maybe a pen with different color for turns, and some pencil shading for the road
A really liked handwritten the digits :)
Cosy little game! Earen some cash for the little guy
It seems, that the iptimal strategy is to respawn coins all the time, so coin holders tured out to be redundant
Amazing art and sound design! But in game tutorial would be really nice.
I looked at the picture with the controls on itch and assumed that tab must allow me to escape, but turns out it just opens a menu
Good game! We've also made a game about underwater exploration and it's really cool how similar and yet how different they turned out!
I really liked the sound design: it really creates a shift in atmosphere when you leave the water. The writing is funny (humans are depicted extremely realiscticaly)
I haven't noticed that there is a button for opening an inventory at first, so i was kinda surprised when after finding the helm I kept drowning (or antidrowning, idk) But huge thank you that the game doesn't restart from the begining after death
Cool game! I really liked the monochrome color scheme, pixel art and audio design. Controls were a bit quirky for me: always tried to jump with an arrow up
I've also encountered some sort of bug, when I clipped through the ceiling and game state became broken
A very cosy game! I liked the atmosphere and personally enjoyed the relaxed gameplay loop a lot. Music is very nice and relaxing
Wow! Feels like a completed game! I think, this game could be released on the mobile right in this state. I liked visuals and soundtrack, the main gameplay loop is quite addictive.
Progression felt a little slow, though.
It's a very funny game! I love the 3d model of the Squirrel. Audio design is good (I had to tune down the volume a little, but it was not a problem). Randomisation of obstacles caught me off-guard after the first restart (I somehow expected them to be the same on each run )
Wow, insanely cool for a jam! I'm astonished that you managed to do all that assets and audiodesign all by yourself. Cutscene was also quite cool
It's certainly kind of counterintuitive at first. I was relieved that death does not revert all progress though.
@adamci 's link wouldn't display. He send it to me, here is his amazing speedrun:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fd-HeMvzcj0
Atmosphere is thick, visuais and sound design are solid. But I just couldn't get what I have to do after new emails stopped appearing. I saw in the description that there is a hacking minigame, but I could activate it in game :(
Solid entry overall
What a cute game! It was very confusing at first, but than i somehow made sence of all the mechanics and it clicked.
Maybe the "flying throug space" part needed a little more work, but I absolutely loved the design and the mood.
I've also had an idea about semaphors at first! We later moved with anothed one, but I'm delighted to see a similaraly minded person :smile_cat:
It took me some time to understand that I actually have to walk aroud. After that I got 90% accuracy on the second try! Pretty hard, but cool
