Soul Delivery System by limered 2023-05-03T16:54:33Z
Great game! Kinda reminds me of cookie clicker in an oddly satisfying way. I would love to see a soul collection speed/radius upgrade in the future!

Really neat spellcasting mechanic! Impressive AI and a fun submission. Nice!
Really nice game! Was a joy to play. I enjoyed figuring out the puzzles, they were well made.
Fun aesthetic! I enjoyed the simple controls.
Fun concept!
Wow this is incredible for a Compo! Awesome job, the dialogue was really funny and I thought the main mechanic was very unique. Nice job! Best game I've played so far for this jam.
Really fun entry! Great job!
Fun game! Really polished. I think it would have been better to slow down the early packages, I found myself completely swamped immediately with no way to get ahead of the timer. Cool game though!
Really cute visuals, I love what you were able to achieve in such a short time. The enemies look great and I had a good time with it. Nice work!
This game has a great sense of humor! Honk button was my favorite.
Fun game! Was enjoyable zipping around the city and bouncing off baloons.
Unique take on the genre! I had a lot of fun playing it and the art is so cute! Awesome job!
Really complete game! Super impressive for a compo submission, I had a lot of fun with this. Nice game feel as well. Great job!
Cool game! Original idea for the theme. I found myself stuck on walls with no way out sometimes though, I think a row backwards button would have helped with controls.
Kinda creepy vibes, I dig it! Unique entry for this jam, well done.
@cosmo8 This is so awesome! I’m glad you enjoyed it, it makes me so happy to see such a fast run. Thanks for sending this, it made my day!
@patrick-leonard Wow thanks so much for the kind words! I really appreciate it. I agree that jump is pretty hard, honestly I had to rush the level design since I only had a few hours left and that's one area of the game I really wish I had more time on. Thank you for taking the time to play my game and for sending such a nice message!
Thanks everyone for checking it out, I appreciate it! If a game like this is something you would be interested in (with better levels, enemies, more traversal options, and more weapons) then let me know. I'm considering spending a couple months working on this for fun.
Impressive for a compo game! I had a good bit of fun with this one.
Awesome game! I was very engaged by the visuals and the story.
Fun game! I had a hard time getting the targets to go where I wanted, but I enjoyed the unique take on the theme. Good job!
Nice cozy game! I liked sailing around. It would have been nice to have some things in the ocean to make traversal more intersting like wind boosts and sea monsters, but its impressive the little world you have created. Great job!
I don't have anything else to add that other people haven't said except awesome artwork! Really cohesive graphics and colors in such a short time, you should be proud! I also enjoyed the twists with Molt, really creative!
Really awesome game! I had a lot of fun playing it. I also had graphics stuttering issues, but I really enjoyed playing this.
Really unique take on the theme, nice job!
Fun game! Enjoyed jumping around delivering packages. The delivery arrow was very helpful, I would have been lost without it. Nice work!
Nice game! Played it to the end and enjoyed it quite a bit.
Such an awesome game! So cozy, very cute.
Cool game! I'm really impressed by the amount of 3d assets you cooked up for the compo, seriously impressive! I love the art style. I had some issues where I couldn't click to fire souls which prevented me from collecting all the pink ones. Also, the little ghost companion would snap the camera whenever occluded. If you were using cineamchine I would recommend putting him on an ignored layer so it doesn't snap the camera forward since it ends up looking jittery. Great job overall though!
Impressive scope for a jam game! I couldn't really fly around for very long without getting motion sick, but I enjoyed walking around gathering crystals. Relaxing and enjoyable, good job!
Great visuals! I wasn't sure what to do when getting to the boat though, I got lost trying to follow the wind.
Amazing entry! Probably the most tie I've played an entry. I think some more gameplay elements would have been awesome, as the gameplay got repetitive for me towards the end. The boss was super fun, and I enjoyed this game a lot!
I too struggled with the controls and I think arrow keys might have made it so much easier to move around. Overall nice entry.
Great entry! The visuals are great, and the gameplay is easily understood. Well done.
Nice game! Very chill. I think sometimes the meter would register a miss when it was a hit but overall it was nice. Played it for longer than I thought I would.
Great entry! I too was confused at first but once I got it I enjoyed it a lot! Really great take on the theme.
Fun game! I think a fun added mechanic would to just lean into the tetris and start giving line clears. Nice game!
I loved your LD53 entry and I think this one is amazing too! Really awesome puzzle game. Nice job!
Very cozy game! I enjoyed just building an aesthetically pleasing town :)
Nice entry! I liked that when you picked up a color the other one shot out, made it very challenging to navigate the limited space!
Oooh this game was juicy juicy! I really liked your take on the theme, I haven't seen a lot like it. Nice job!
Fun game! It really makes you feel like an overworked amazon employee.
Fun game! I was getting some framerate issues in the .exe build and the web build didn't work for me. It was fun to explore and gather some resources.
Great entry! I really liked your inventory system, although I would have liked a way to rotate items (there may have been a way and I just didn't know). I think its impressive the amount of content you produced in such a short time and with a team that big I know its difficult to manage tasks for a jam, but its clear you work very efficiently. I think the camera biasing towards the forward vector of the ship instead of the velocity made it difficult to navigate downward. Often times you want to have your thruster facing away from the ship, but you want to move in the opposite direction so you may stop. I found I was being punished for orienting my ship correctly because I could see less. I loved your characters and audio, such an amazing vibe! Awesome job.
Wow amazing sounds and visuals! I didn't find the gameplay very fun, but I appreciated how amazing your visuals were and how dynamic the sound design was! Really impressive aesthetic.
Great entry! Good puzzle design and nice audio and visuals. Great job!
Awesome game! You can tell you're an experience ludum dare participant, the game is polished and well scoped with some good gameplay elements.
@Poroli thank you so much for playing our game!
@foufoufou @pinky-toast Link should be good now, sorry about that! Not sure what happened...
@AncientEntity thanks for playing! It was highly inspired by RumbleVR and ATLA, would love to add other elements in the future.
@Salaro I'm honored you chose to download our game! We love Avatar and are very inspired by Rumble.
Thanks for all the awesome comments guys :) we appreciate it! @congeesetador I think I matched against you! Was fun seeing you trying to figure out how to get out of the arena.
@magalix Sorry you couldn't find someone! I have a lobby right now if you want to try some pvp :)
@ramon-camata I'll also hop on tomorrow if you want someone to play with! Just @me here a couple times and I'll probably see it :)
@Renge I'll play with you after work later! :)
@mindhijacker sorry you disagree with the music choices, but it’s called “rock out” for a reason. I think the game wouldn’t be the same without the rock tracks. I do agree the the sound effects can get repetitive in the game. Thanks for the feedback and for playing our game!
@tomssuli Thanks for playing our game! I definitely agree, would love to polish the music and gameplay more in the future, we barely finished in time for submission haha. We actually have another track or two recorded, but I couldn't implement it in time unfortunately. Maybe we can upload all the tracks to soundcloud or something since I wouldn't want to add them out of respect for the jam.
@tomssuli Good point! I should definitely do that, I do want to try and make this a full release when I have some free time and that would be a great way to test some of the new abilities we made that didn't make it in the jam.
@ategon Hey there! Thats fine with me :) I think that sounds awesome and I’d appreciate the exposure!
@deadjolly @cody-raethke Thanks so much for the kind words and for playing our game! I’m glad you enjoyed it, even with the limited amount of moves we were able to make for the Jam :)
Fun gameplay! I wish the basic bark was a bit better, seemed like it wasn't super useful and using the leash was much better. I really enjoyed this one for the cute visuals and snappy gameplay:)
Stunning art an amazing original idea for the theme! I don't usually like passive games like this, but the sight mechanic really added to this genre!
Good looking game! I couldn't find all the pumpkins, but I really enjoyed the mood!
Fun game! I enjoyed the gameplay quite a bit, it was fun building levels. I think I would have liked restarts too, or the option to reroll the piece you were randomly given.
Really enjoyed this game! I had a hard time at first but once I figured out what was happening it was really fun. I enjoyed when the camera pulled back to the asteroid defense minigame for the first time. Original and fun, nice job!
Really cool idea for the theme and story, space norse mythos is really something special! I enjoyed the artwork, although due to the static background I found myself lost no knowing where I was in the large levels.
Nize cozy game! I enjoyed playing a couple rounds.
This game was so satisfying and fun to play! Awesome job!
dead link here too :( i wanna go to the movies...
Great entry! I couldn't win a round, but the visuals were stunning! I'm not sure if the shield was doing anything, I still seemed to take damage even when it was active.
@anton4ik-dev thanks for the clarification, I think some more visual feedback would have helped with the abilities
My favorite entry so far! I loved the mechanic, so unique and it fir the theme so well! Having to stretch the room to read text was so cool, and made me feel awesome!
Great game! I had an awesome time playing it. Good looking visuals and some nice juice.
I liked this game! It was pretty hard to pack everything (I kept trying to fit it all in one box) but I really enjoyed it! I think it may have been nice to deduct points instead of insta-lose if you miss an item, but all in all really fun!
I know I'm late to the party, but this game was so lovely! You should be super proud, its an amazing entry. I loved every minute.
Really fun take on the theme! I think it would have been cool to have some upgrades for the power ups and a way to see your currency without the shop open. I had a fun time with this one!
Awesome entry! You should be super proud, this is an excellent first game jam entry!
I had a hard time navigating and got stuck, I was able to do a couple minigames but overall just felt I was clicking around randomly hoping something happened. I think highlighting objects with the mouse may have helped. I enjoyed the mood a lot :)
Fun game! I had an issue where I couldn't close the pause menu and had to restart, but other than that it worked well! I think the game would really benefit from an increased fire rate or decreased spawning, I found it really hard to get anywhere as I was overwhelmed quickly with little time for progression and upgrades. Overll nice entry!
This game was so fun! My wife and I had a great time.
Impressive amount of assets! Very cozy, I found that my space was only limited on one plane, infinite space vertically haha! Untitled.png
As someone who works from home, this game really resonates with me. Very cozy and nice artwork! Congrats!
Fun game! I enjoyed the simplicity of the controls and the visuals.
Great looking game! I don't really have much to add that others haven't said. I didn't end up finishing it because the dialogue and fetch quests became samey, but I enjoyed sailing around. I think some of the islands could have been a bit closer together, it was sometimes tedious trying to find the right island based on directions from the NPCs. Overall very cozy mood and stunning visuals. Nice job!
Super technically impressive! You're an OpenGL wiz for doing this in the compo.
Really cool entry! First parkour game I've seen in a jam. My only complaint was that I wish it was faster to restart levels, took a while to die and restart and it slowed down the pacing for me on the harder levels.
Nice art and music, but I could not figure out what I was supposed to do at all. Really needed some sort of in game tutorial I think. Good looking submission though!
Great entry! Awesome effects, art, and very juicy. I would have liked to see some upgrades as well, I had a lot of fun with it!
Really good puzzles! So simple, but the puzzles are so complex!
