Fun game! I enjoyed the simplicity of the controls and the visuals.

Fun game! I enjoyed the simplicity of the controls and the visuals.
I love the art style of it. Seems rly interesting to play)
I really like the visual!
Very cool concept & idea. Lovely graphics. But I found it hard to control (too fast, objects too small, not super visible) which made it less fun that it could have been. Great potential though.
Good idea for the theme, took a few tries to get the hang of it and was fun to play. Nice work!
I liked the time dilation giving you extra survival time. Flying close could be risky but give you a larger score. It could have just been the web build but it was very hard to actually see things coming and react to them, like maybe the frame rate was lower or maybe I'm just getting too old and can't react fast enough.
Very pretty and fun game. Good job!
Very cool endless-style game! I love how you incorporated the idea of relativity into the mechanics of the game. I think the difficulty progressed a bit too rapidly for my liking, but still a very cool concept and well executed. The graphics are top-tier, too- inspired by Kurzgesagt, maybe? Great job!
I like the graphics and audio pairing here, this felt very stylish! Nice!
Very nice graphics and smooth game overall. Only one thing that bothered me is jittering but may be it's just godot on web issue (unfortunately, no build for Mac)
Very cool!
- Graphics are fantastic! - Audio is awesome, I loved the attention to details and how everything gets more intense the closer you are to the black hole! The music is killer, right up my alley. - Gameplay is nice, but a bit too fast and gets repetitive fast... It's hard to reach pickups and avoid obstacles. - Overall this is fantastic. The Audio & Visuals are the best part imo. Very impressive!
I love how the music changes when you get closer to the limits, very fun game!
Kurzgesagt - the game :) Great idea for core mechanic and time dilatation!
Awesome! Not much more to add.
Great graphic, I love how you did the black hole visuals. It's a bit hard seeing the objects that move in a circular orbit, maybe something can be done to make it easier to predict where they'll be when they reach your plane - Maybe something like guitar hero, a line from the center of the black hole that is on the same plan as your spaceship, and then just put indicators blue (or red), green and yellow to indicate where the projectile will hit. Great submission nonetheless.
Very cool visuals and music. Pretty fun too but man is it insanely tough, before you know it it's going way too fast to even see what's coming at you.
Great idea, great visuals ! The adaptive music works well
Cute inspiration, and nice looking game! I like the colours and mood, nice job!
Very cool ! I like the visual and music ! GG Wouaw !
Amasing visual!
Excellent job with your game  the visuals are very interesting, the way that the light curves around the black hole, did you write a shader to do that?
@gamedevtraum Yeah! Literally on day 1, I sat down and figured out how to make shaders in godot for the effect. There's also a second shader that handles when the camera enters the mesh of the blackhole because the shader only works when rendered from the outside lol.
niice sweet game that looks amazing ^^ my score

Great game and the theme was interpreted in such a good way ! Collisions feels a little bit random sometimes, but the experience and the mood while play the game is here ! Love how you managed to reinterprate your life bar ! Congrats !
Haha what an awesome entry  I loved that you incorparated the bending of space time to everything from score to audio  Visually it's very pretty too! Only complaint I could have is that it was hard for me to dodge rocks coming from such a curved angle
Great visuals and audio, really sets the vibe, but I did find myself cascading to the inevitable pretty quick, and near the black hole I found myself just trying to steer right, with no ability to react to oncoming debris. Somehow the debris was easy to hit, but the pickups felt much more elusive.
But a solid core concept, stimulating the senses!
@wolderado @flaterectomy haha, yeah, when we were play testing it, it was designed to be played mostly on the middle/outer of the accretion disk, with getting that close to the black hole being basically inevitable doom. Having all the alerts screaming and slowing down at the same time indicating the inevitable. We definitely were trying to find a way to make the game fairer and more playable though, and we changed the camera angle on the last day for control purposes, so we didn't really have time to balance around the speed the rocks get up to when you got too close.
This was a very fun game! I love the way you represented the black hole, and the gameplay was simple but super fun, with good replayability as well! The audio was great too.
The visual style and the music go well together.
It reminds me the graphic style of the Kurzgesagt youtube videos.
love the kurzgesagt-esque black hole shader, and the time dilation effect is a neat spin on things
the one complaint I have is that the objects do seem to jitter quite a bit when moving left/right, which does make it a bit harder to play. this could be because i'm playing at 165hz
Really simple game, but love the concept overall! The visuals are really nice. Congrats on the entry! :D
@bobbie hahaha, I don't think any of us have a 165hz monitor to test on. I'll see if I can borrow one to diagnose some time.
The graphics reminding of Kurzgesagt are amazing ! Kudos for this amazing job !
Pretty tricky! I quite enjoyed the visuals and the music.
What a great entry! You definitely got the theming of educational youtube down  Keep on making games!
The graphical style of Astroneer and the quick-action gameplay of Race the Sun? Sign me up!
The time dilation mechanic was super neat and nets you extra brownie points from me.
So cool!!!I like it art and idea,it's amazing! It's difficult for me to collect yellow and green objects when I played it, but I still had a lot of fun playing!
*Hypnotic!!!*
If I had to use a single word, that would be it!
Cool game! I liked this take on the theme, and thought the time dilation mechanic was cool. It was kind of difficult to differentiate the debris and power ups from the background though.
The game looks great! The hitbox when collecting powerups seemed a little off, it felt like I had to position the ship slightly to the left of the powerup. Getting hit a few times quickly devolved the gameplay into "hold right and pray" as there were far too many obstacles moving far too quickly.
Great game! Cool graphics, music and I really enjoyed the gameplay.
I'm going to be honest, this is currently the best game I've played for the Jam format, truly! Perhaps it's also because I love physics and space, but also due to its faithful recreation, it seems astonishing to me. Are the model and graphics all your own work? It's mind-blowing. The music complements it, the sound effects are equal, and everything makes the mood spectacular. For me, it's a solid 5 out of 5 in practically all categories, impressive, great game, seriously, I'm blown away.
@milq yeah! we did everything ourselves!
Great art style, sound and music! I found it very difficult to avoid obstacles at first because of their curved trajectories, but you get used to it. Until you don't and die. Or travel to a new galaxy, who knows! Nice entry.
Very neat runner! It takes many retries in order to being able to manage getting the power-ups. Unfortunately, retries are not sufficient to prevent my incapacity with runners, and I only got 427.13 at max (and yet, it was mostly by chance) I like the graphics choices and this particular gameplay, which is very challenging, well done!
Very nice, it's becoming quite a mess near the center but it's very nice, good job!
Neat idea. Never played a game about a blackhole before.
Ahhhhh the black hole looks so good, and I like the incorporation of how it gets faster as you orbit closer to the center! Also, I like the blurb about time dilation when you lose. Maybe there's a way to incorporate that into an expanded version of the game?
One thing is I wish I had tighter control when things start to move faster. It feels like I'm just kinda hoping to get lucky at that point in the game.
All said, looks and feels really good to play!
Looks amazing. I think I enjoyed the look and mood of the game a lot more than the actual gameplay. It seems like there's just not a lot of room to get better at the game. Very impressive entry though!
Very different and even innovative, but it's like a sample of something. There is not much to do or evolve, just wait for death. But of course, it's a great idea for a short time
Nice aesthetics and a very interesting movement implementation. The music was also fitting and well-made.
My only problem was with how fast everything was moving when you got clooooose to the hole. It got hard to look at that point (as the things were changing faster than my eyes could follow) and definitely impossible to control. There was nothing left but to just fly around hoping to get lucky
A unique theme interpretation, and a polished game. Congrats!
Funny arcade game and interesting use of theme!
I like the controls and graphics, have a really good feel!
Well done! Take a candy! :candy:
Really, really cool looking, aesthetically pleasing game. Really wondering how you achieved those visual in Godot
@hagamosvideojuegos hell yeah! candy!
@yellowkamel I'll make a blog post about it some time :3

Very neat, especially the music and mood!
