Good game! Quite fun and a great concept. A little hard on the arm/hand to move so quickly though

Good game! Quite fun and a great concept. A little hard on the arm/hand to move so quickly though
I got a high score of 400.
It was an interesting concept but it was confusing how you actually delivered the letters. I liked the origami creation mini game! Controls felt rigid and poorly explained. Overall great work!
Awesome game! Really fun and innovative. Took a while to get used to the controls, but after a few deaths I was soaring around popping holes! Keep on going with this one!
Interesting concept. It was also left click for me that swapped not right
Excellent game! this is 100x better than the typing games we were forced to play in elementary school. Would be a good market for this game! Keep up the good work on this!
Awesome! The mechanics are great and the speed run element makes it really fun. Would love to see this keep going
It was an interesting idea. I wasn't quite sure what weapon to use on each enemy
It was an interesting idea. Sometimes when moving the hearts shot in weird directions. I would have like to be able to shoot diagonally aswell. Also there was no indication of score or when the game ends?
Really fun! The levels were a little unforgiving in terms of getting your airplanes back/getting more. Sometimes when jumping there would be weird scanlines/graphical glitches. Would like to see a more fleshed out complete version!
Good start! I felt like the ships moved way too fast. Keep making games :)
Awesome! Was watching your stream, really cool to see it completed
Cool idea, I don't think the laser was an unconventional weapon but rather unconventional for fishing. The art was fantastic. The music was good but too short, easy to tell it was looping.
Interesting game. Very nice graphics and audio. The camera slowdown/shake appeared to happen almost randomly. Cool take on pong though!
It was a cool concept and the graphics were nice. It just seemed to be missing gameplay. Keep making games!
Phenomenal! Had a blast and interested to check your source code now! Hope to see more!
Really cool game! It had a nice flow from start to finish. The effects were nice and consistent given the polygon feel
Interesting idea, what was the cape for?
Menu is weird, a few bugs but to be expected. I really liked the concept and thought it was a lot of fun. I expected my candy to be my room and is where I initially defended against. Also the adults always went down the same path in the center of the hall so it kind of made a lot of my brick placement pointless. A little laggy when there was a lot of bricks (one time I could only refill twice, the other playthrough six times).
Would love to see more of this!
I liked the music, it was pretty standard in terms of a top scrolling shooter but it was fun!
Fun little game! I thought it was an interesting risk/reward concept. However I wish there were more enemies as well health bars to help gauge how much score each type took.
@EverlessDrop41
Thanks for playing! Unfortunately we didn't get to fully implement the final part of the game.
The idea was the conventional weapon to be a planet vs planet hack battle. The idea was the first part of the game (what is playable) you collect resources by visiting planets. The second part of the game would have you build you hack solution and then watch the planet to planet hack battle take place. I'm updating right now with a proper build.
Was an interesting game. It was kind of difficult to punch in words on the fly. Would be nice to enter them at the start and swap between them. Would have interesting potential to make different words have different effects
Split Hares, the best fertilizer. A good idea and pretty fun and difficult! I didn't like how the camera shook whenever a hare was killed, found it kind of annoying/disorienting. Otherwise great entry!
Really cool idea. The controls weren't very well explained and it took me a couple of minutes to figure out to drag from the inventory to the world, not what I expected. I really liked the top down view, not seen very often these days. Definitely a great potential here, keep going with it!
Really cool concept! I really liked the coop gameplay and how each player had a different role. Would like to see more!
Really cool concept. Pretty buggy and unclear what to do. Would like to see more of this game! Also no OS builds? the WebGL build broke for me, webplayer worked in Firefox though, also got the null pointer exception
Pretty fun little game. The music and graphics were quite fitting. It was a little buggy but to be expected :) Keep up the games!
Fun game with a lot to do. Some of the weapons were quite difficult and left you in some awkward/difficult situations. Definitely an old school hard feeling. Great work!
Really cool idea. Great use of machine learning! It didn't really seem like the attractor did much and was hard to tell when it was activated. Usually the AI murdered me hard on round 4. Would love to see more!
Fun game, I enjoyed the style and music. With some more variation and polish it would really shine. For a jam game I would have preferred you just give a zip of the build rather than an installer. It didn't seem to work with xbox controllers for me. I also noticed you can move diagonally faster, are you forgetting to normalize the vector?
Wow, very impressive entry! I was able to get a score of 244, and had a ton of fun doing it. This game has very rewarding combos, and well thought out gameplay. The music was really nice to listen to and kept things cheery (Even when it seemed they were going to explode). I hope you make this a full game
This was an interesting concept. I agree I didn't like the controls, but as a workaround I just kept the mouse pointing up/above to use wasd like normal. I couldn't figure out what to do once getting inside the house, my night vision camera didn't appear to work (it was only black with the character and ghosts?). The mood of the game was pretty cool, I could see this becoming a full game if you continue working on it. Good work!
That was fun! Interesting how much a slight tweak can make all the difference
The controls were a little hard, but I liked the concept/mechanic. Good work for you first unity game
This was a fun game that used the theme perfectly. The first one I played was getting the hang of the controls and what to do, managed to get 30 points. The second one I played I decided to start trying to organize/sort them while waiting for the right boxes to come up. I ended up getting buried before ever seeing the correct boxes, so that was a 0 that run :joy: Good entry, I could see this being a fun little time passer/puzzle game if you continued
What a nice looking island :) The gameplay was a little confusing, but understandable for a jam game. Good entry!
Neat game! Quite polished and some levels were quite difficult, good jam!
Impressive how polished this is! Can't wait to see whats next
This was a well done entry! The pacing of the levels are spot on, in terms of introducing new mechanics. You even had a second style of level graphics too. Good work team!
This was a fun little educational game. As someone who enjoys graph theory/combinatorics I could see a lot of games you could make with this as a framework. It would be cool if the map was a 3d graph formed from planets/stars. It would be helpful if you had arrows indicating the numbers/operators could be cycled through. Overall good work!
`BUGS: I’m sure I’ve seen the AI claim a tile that’s already taken, but can’t find bug yet. What a cheat!!`
I Encountered this, was a little frustrating, but its ludum dare so its forgivable :)
This was awesome! the games were fun and fit the theme perfectly
haha wow. This game is something. The audio fit well. The gameplay was confusing and hard to do? Either way fun little jam entry!
Excellent entry! The puzzles were quite challenging and felt rewarding to complete, keep it up!
Wow, this was awesome! The graphics and sound fit the mood/theme perfectly. Good work
Very cool game! I feel like there was something more but I couldn't quite get there (good words in black?) I managed to fill it quite full though (score 221)
Good work! Definitely has the old school arcade feel :) The mechanics were interesting, and would be cool to see with more guns/enemies/things to do
Nice game with a straightforward puzzle mechanic. Quite polished for a jam game!
I thought this entry was pretty funny. I thought the mechanic of building up and then the timed release was cool (and could translate to a lot of games), good work!
Neat little game; I made it 15 seconds. I liked the overall mood/feel of the game. I wish there was a high score display. I found sometimes the enemies would kill me when it seemed I wasn't close enough, was a little frustrating with the lack of feedback on this. Overall good jam!
Good work for your first jam! Keep making games :)
I found it hard to play as it seemed your game canvas was larger than the kongregate window size. It was a little confusing as to what I was supposed to do and seemed to keep resetting on me
The game was really well done in terms of mood, audio, theme, graphics, etc! I agree about the controls being difficult, but its a game jam so understandable :)
Good work for your first jam!
This was awesome, loved the mechanic! I hope you continue on with this
Neat little concept! I could see this being really fun with more polish and difficulty (more/varied enemies for example). Good jam!
Awesome, this was very impressive! The controls were very intuitive and the flow felt good, keep going!
Wow, this was an awesome entry! I had a lot of fun with it, the mechanics were really well done. I really liked the animation of the ammo bouncing and squishing!
@helekopeter right now not much other then survive as long as possible. I want to keep working on this and make it a more full featured roguelike
wow, great entry! I got a score of 88
Good entry! Liked the story and art, keep on making games :)
interesting concept, impressive to have multiplayer in a game jam! The movement was very jarring and got a little hard on the eyes after a while. With some iteration this idea could be fun!
good entry!
nice game! The simplicity fit the theme well. Eventually the screen went black (which I'll take as a I win lol)
Great entry and use of the theme. I liked the premise of shooting out of the loop, as others have said reminds me of donkey kong country. I found it a bit difficult, but that's how game jams go. I'm sure with continued iteration you could improve that and take this further!
I think this was a great compo entry! having wasd be the movement and typing properly definitely messed my brain up. I think I would have preferred the cookie being applied automatically and more variety and difficulty increase in the typing challenges
A really good entry! The graphics and view reminded me of bomberman 64 which was a nice nostalgia trip. A game that I could see speedrunners being interested in with more levels and polish :)
fun game and great concept, would love to see this developed further! The game crashed after a while when my restaurant was half full
very impressive compo entry, great job!
Awesome entry, graphics were nice and the puzzles were fun. Could definitely see this idea being expanded upon!
good entry! got a score of 280
Great compo entry! It kind of reminded me of reigns. Lots of possibilities to iterate, keep it up!
Wow, this is a great entry, I look forward to seeing where you go from here!
I think when you have a single ball it can feel slow to get more, would be nice if there were items or something to counteract
Wow, great use of the theme. I loved the constant back and forth between the robot and the snake collecting. It was frustrating when a circuit would spawn close enough that the snake got it before I even got a chance, making that life start with a shorter bar. Keep making games!
Holy smokes this is amazing! Very polished and left me wanting more, please make this into a full game :)
It was all for snailbert. This was a phenomenal entry, such a unique game that was a lot of fun to play. This would be awesome multiplayer! Keep up the great work
Great compo entry! Got a best lap of 33 seconds. I think you can keep remaking it until you are happy with it, looking forward to jet racing 5
Great entry! It was pretty fun to play and the gameplay reminded me a lot of starfox 64. I think with some iteration you could have a fun game on your hands
Great entry! I really liked the graphics and the old school 3d/doom vibe. Keep up the good work
Great compo entry! It was actually kind of fun and I could see this being a good time killer game. I got a score of 120
Wow, this is a phenomenal entry! I liked the take on the theme as well as the addition of guns to fishing lol. I found it kind of frustrating to control the gun, but I suppose that adds to the chaos. Keep up the good work!
Fantastic entry, I really loved this take on falling sand. Since I played Noita I've been wondering how else you could make a similar game and I think this use case is one!
Also poked thru the code, nice to see a full threejs project like this as an example! (I've poked around the basics myself, but yet to see a project this size) good work!
Great entry! I liked the theme as a take on the endless runner genre. I could see bigger and more challenging obstacles being fun. Keep up the good work
Good idea and entry! I could see with more time and iteration having some cool levels with this mechanic! Keep up the good work
What a great compo entry! The graphics and animations were very well done. The falling animation and enemy death particles particularly struck me. Keep up the good work
Good entry! I really liked the art and thought the wand's particles were great. The controls were really solid and felt nice jumping around. Keep up the good work
Wow this was quite the entry! I loved the atmosphere and mood you set. The voice acting was unexpected but a nice touch. I could see with more iteration this becoming a cult classics
This was a great entry, really big fan of the art, the character was cute. With some iteration and music this could be a solid game! Keep up the great work
great entry! The graphics and audio and theme were executed very well. I found the digging to be very fun but the having to go back after running out of fuel to be tedious. If you expand past the jam I would focus on following the fun of digging :)
Great entry! I really like the mix of the "idle" dark room with a rogue like dungeon. Keep up the good work
Good entry! I liked how you could interact with the ball slightly to influence where it went, it would be nice to see this expanded further. Going far felt rewarding, and I could see this being entertaining with more levels
Great entry! I really like the art style and think with some further iteration and work you could make it into a distinct style (main feedback is consistent scaling). Keep up the good work and making games
Great entry! I loved the mechanic and how you destroyed your platform by firing shots. I could see with some iteration, more levels, and easier AI this being a really fun party game
Great entry, blown away by the detail and scope of it. I could see this turning into a full game, keep up the good work!
Great entry, I really loved the background art!
Great entry! I loved the concept of building your own levels and sharing them via pngs. I think it would be cool if you support any color palette (as long as its 4). Keep making games!
Neat little game, good work! My only feedback: the wall plugs were hard to tell and dropping to figure it out wasn't ideal
Really liked the concept, however I found the difficulty was too hard (even on easy). The sprite stacking is well executed and looks quite nice. Keep up the good work!
Good entry! I found it hard to connect the wires at first, but once I figured it out it made sense. I think your towers overcharged too quickly and made it frustrating to try and place a tower only to have it blow up immediately after :joy: Keep on making games!
Great entry! I liked how you could see the level below, that was a nice touch! My only bit of feedback would be it should let me do the action in the direction I'm facing without needing to push towards that direction as well
Interesting entry! I really liked the art and audio, definitely painted a "war is hell" vibe. It would be clearer if there was more of an indication of what effects it would have and current state. The flashing lights were a bit much and would be nice if this was toggleable/toned down. I think with some iteration this could become an interesting game reminiscent of reigns. Keep up the good work!
This is a great entry! Lots of fun in a ridiculous over the top way. If you keep iterating on the controls and get more of the "that was a really cool launch" feel this could be a hit :)
Good entry! I really liked the art style. Each minigame felt unique and hectic which added to the fun. Keep making games
Loved the idea, the ridiculousness of all the exploded robots on the field added to the mood. Good job having the various bots and ai difficulties. Keep making games!
What a cool entry! I didn't have a good way of playing this without printing it, but after reading through the rules I could see this being an enjoyable board game. In a future jam it might be useful to do it from tabletop simulator or similar. Keep on making games
Good entry! I didn't understand what was reverse about it, but it was a pretty good infinite runner game. I did run into the bug in the top left, but it was easy to fix. My only suggestion was it seemed like I should be able to go closer to the floor, lost a few lives this way. Keep on making games!
Good entry! My feedback is:
- I found the jump mechanics were a little frustrating - The camera following the jump was a little disorienting - pressing 1 for the ability, where you put "press one" in the description I thought I was supposed to click on the thing first :joy:
Keep on making games!
Great entry and good work fitting in so many themes, you got to explore a lot of mechanics. Keep on making games
Poor corvin... I got stuck at the chicken and ended up using the cheatsheet to finish. It's too bad he doesn't get the job :joy: Good entry and keep making games!
Interesting game, and the graphics looked quite nice. I ran into a bug where I couldn't fill the coal cart more than once. Hope you keep going with the idea!
A good entry that had fast pacing and a nice roguelike feel. I think with some iteration this could be a fun game! Very challenging, only made it to level 8. Keep making games
quite polished controls! It had a quirky vibe and was fun to shoot the cannon. Keep making games!
Great game and very polished! Got a high score of 392, could see these mechanics being a fun full game with more iteration! Keep making games!
What a cool game, great use of the extra time to make a very polished and well thought out experience! The puzzles were challenging and rewarding. The graphics and audio were nice and fit the mood quite well. Keep on making games \o/
A very good compo entry! I appreciated you having the pixel art scale at the beginning. One thing that I would like to see is some camera smoothing between turns. Keep on making games \o/
Great entry! You got a lot complete for a solo jammer and the level of polish is impressive. Great use of the theme that is a stark reminder for those playing. The art was quite nice and I hope to see you improve and iterate on those skills!
Some constructive feedback: - a pixel perfect camera will help the stuttering when moving - the default unity blue camera is a little immersion breaking on the edges of the world - the rules of why/where I could plant weren't always clear, or what would slow the dozers best - when uploading games using webgl I generally go for a smaller resolution so people on laptops don't need to zoom out/fiddle with it, and then they can full screen if they choose (or zoom the browser in)
Keep on making games \o/
These experimental mechanic games are the kind of thing I love to see during Ludum Dare  Good entry and I think with some more mechanics wrapped around this it could be an interesting "hacking" mechanic to mess up an enemy team. Keep on making games \o/
What a great entry! I appreciated the volume sliders at the start, I'm going to need to do that on my next jam game  Overall a well polished experience that made great use of the theme. I think you could really expand upon this concept and make complete game a lot of roguelike players would enjoy! Keep on making games \o/
What a great entry! A few minor issues like selection/hitboxes, but for a jam this game has a lot of depth. It gave me nostalgia vibes for flash games in their prime, I think with some polish this game could definitely fill that niche! I got everything unlocked in about 25-30 days and was getting $80 per cabbage at the end, not bad :joy:
Also cabbage game devs unite \o/
Cute little game! It took me a few tries but I was able to get that second date \o/ Keep on making games!
What a phenomenal entry! I loved the art, and you absolutely nailed the theme. I really think you are onto something with remixing the minesweeper mechanics  Keep making games \o/
What a good entry! I love a good pinball game and enjoyed this take on it. The physics were fun, but that level was quite hard :joy: I tried for quite a while but ultimately raged out haha. Keep on making games \o/
Interesting take on the classic. For 12 hours you got a decent amount done! The camera at the start was disorienting (and the shake as it moved to center annoying). Otherwise it seems like you could expand upon this as a dice/gambling/idle-group kind of game. Keep on making games \o/
Cool little game! I liked the pixel art, and neat use of the skeleton/bones with it. It could use a bit of sound to set the mood. I got a high score of 50. Overall good entry! Keep on making games \o/
An interesting twist on falling block games. Full of cat pictures, what's not to like  I was checking out the code and your engine, really cool stuff! Keep on making games \o/
What a good entry! Well polished and complete, which is always hard during a jam  Loved the 1bit pixel art and the music fit very well. Keep on making games \o/
This was such a good jam idea for the theme. It was pretty fun and pays tribute to the classic. I think the theme of making dungeons/fights for the hero is something that needs to be explored more in games. There were a few bugs but that is to be expected with a jam, the vision definitely shines through! Keep on making games \o/
What a great entry! I loved every aspect from the story, to the platforming, to GGR (I didn't know I needed this in my life). Keep on making games \o/
Great use of the theme! it was quite challenging and definitely had the mood of "urgent repairs". I found the look sensitivity to be very high, would be nice if you could change that during the game (where it could be tested). Keep on making games \o/
Phenomenal entry! I had a lot of fun with this and really enjoyed getting combos (best was 8). My top score was 200 points and 2 minutes. Everything was well polished and felt like a complete experience, which as we all know is hard to do in a jam  Hope to see more games from you in the future!
Great jam entry! The theme worked well with this game, and it was pretty fun to sprint/run while launching off platforms. I made it 210 blocks as my best.
Feedback: - I wish the run was a toggle instead of hold - Its fun to run/sprint in the air, but it often leads to running out of energy too quickly. Maybe batteries in the air? - It can be a bit disorienting to start the run/sprint in the air
A great compo entry! I was able to make it to level 9 after a few attempts, I appreciated you having the video so I could see the end. I found the camera zooming in/out as the reciprocal changed to be very frustrating and hard on the eyes. The controls felt pretty good overall, but sometimes it was too twitchy and I ended up flying off the platform when I barely pressed the key :joy: Overall a good entry, keep on making games \o/
This was a really fun game! I think you could continue and develop this into a full game  I lasted about 30 turns. Overall a good entry, keep on making games \o/
What a phenomenal compo entry. First the theme was spot on, and I felt the game concept in my soul :joy: The music was nice and fitting, the variety in the mini games was fun. I managed to sleep until 17:20, definitely late haha. Keep on making games \o/
edit: for everyone saying hold for one second, I think its one second in real life, I counted one-one-thousand in my head and got it consistently
What a good entry! It shows that you all put a lot of work into it as there is a lot of polish. At the end I wanted to know more stats, how many bullets I fired, my accuracy, etc. Keep on making games \o/
What a great entry and use of the theme! I really enjoyed getting combos and flying through the level. I liked how simple the art was, but the aliasing was really noticeable because of it (on webgl at least). I really hope you keep going on this game, I personally would play it, and think a lot would enjoy it. Keep on making games \o/
This was a very good jam entry. I didn't go into LD expecting to learn, but I enjoyed it :joy: I think you could continue and make this into solid educational entertainment that will captivate people with an important topic to understand. Keep on making games \o/
Note: I actually needed to fullscreen the game in order to see anything
A good jam entry that made great use of the theme. I think mixing time into the traditional dungeon crawler is a neat mechanic and you could take it a lot further. The chicken :joy: Keep on making games \o/
This is a great entry, very impressive for your first one! This could be a fun minigame in any game with boats  I lasted 3:02 and used 111 planks. Keep on making games \o/
A good entry overall, I got a score of 127. The music got a little repetitive and I wish I had more guns, but in a game jam there is only so much time  Keep up the good work \o/
Interesting idea and a good entry. I found the movement to be odd at times and I would get stuck on nothing. The controls also felt weird that for attacking if I didn't stop I didn't see an animation (yet my character stopped). Also would have been nice to have the healthbar UI on top of the darkness. Otherwise a good jam entry! keep on making games \o/
This was a phenomenal entry, really good game feel all around! One suggestion for the timer is to pad it with 0's and make sure its a monospaced font, this will help readability when it changes size. Keep making games!
@junber ah ok, I'm thinking it was the non monospaced font that was getting me
Very impressive entry! The audio was really good and added a lot to the feel of the game. The post about your tools/process was cool, people like to see that kind of stuff! I'm curious to know more about your process to compiling for web/mobile. keep on making games!
What a good entry! I really liked the mechanic and think with some work you could keep going on this for a full release  keep on making games!
What a great entry! Good use of the theme which resulted in interesting tactical gameplay. I found the characters moved too slowly, but it also encouraged you to "stick together" for best odds of success. I liked how you kept firing after you lost control, could be cool for a wave defense mode. The web build seemed to run fine on my potato (with firefox). Keep on making games!
Overall a good entry! The mechanics were pretty fun. Some feedback: - the next button in the UI blended in, that it wasn't clear it was a next button at first - the level ends so abruptly and the next one starts, would be good to have a bit of a transition
Keep on making games
This was a very well done entry  lots of little details, all with text, impressive! Keep on making games
Great entry, and impressive what you got done by yourself! I found the level design to be too much of the same everywhere and I got turned around and had a really hard time developing a spatial map in my head. I could see this being a fun game if you kept going after the jam  keep on making games!
Great entry! The character control was a bit frustrating at times (getting stuck on walls, not jumping when you expect, etc), but given the short time frame its pretty good! Keep on making games
What a cool entry! I really liked the whole experience (art, music, game) but agree with others about the AI not providing a good representation of the potential (it's a gamejam, totally understandable  ). It would be nice to have a visualization of what my current moves would do, sometimes was hard to keep track in your mind of where I'm going and what direction I'll be. Keep on making games!
What an entry filled with so much soul and love. The art, music, mechanic, story, it was all great  keep on making games!
I got 1230
What a great entry! It started off slow but got quite fun in the later levels. I found level 3 to be a pain when EVERYONE wanted a milkshake (or two) but I only had one machine  Keep on making games!
What a fun entry. I really liked the graphics, audio and overall mood of the game. However the difficulty was a lot :joy: I would have benefited with some checkpoints haha. Keep on making games!
What a great entry! Such a unique take on TD which was quite welcome and fun to be a moveable turret. The audio was good but got a bit annoying after a while and the beeping took over. I think you should definitely keep on going with this concept (and making games generally)!
Great entry, and phenomenal use of the theme! It took me a while to complete the puzzle, but was satisfying when it was all figured out  keep on making games!
What a great entry! I didn't understand it was an auto battler at first and tried clicking to attack  I think with some more work and balance you could make this into a full release! (I definitely sucked at it and couldn't get past 68 points lol)
Pretty good entry! The blacking out was disorienting and confusing at first, but I quickly realized it was part of the theme  I tried a few rounds but found it difficult to win because the orcs drained my health way quicker than I could theirs, and the blacking out/teleporting made it hard to keep on one enough to kill it
Good work on the lighting/visibility implemented, nice touch
What a hectic entry! I really liked the concept but the later levels things got crazy  Was fun to play, keep on making games!
This was a great entry! Very polished and felt like a complete experience. I could see this being a fun mini game in a bigger game about dragons. Keep on making games
Great entry that made great use of the theme. I could see this continuing on beyond the gamejam, I had a lot of fun  keep making games!
Great work for your first game! The constant stream of water balls was a bit of a surprise at first  Keep on making games!
Great entry! A fun concept that had me continuing to try until I escaped :joy: Keep on making games!
Great entry! I liked the concept of breaking out of the algorithm of influence :joy: The game broke as soon as I started the hacking phase though so I didn't get a good sense of that. Keep on making games :)
@waterfowler when I got to the hacking phase I pressed the start button and nothing happened, it didn't seem to respond to any input
edit: Tried again and realized hacking was supposed to be WASD  tried out the end, good work!
Very interesting use of the theme! Some of the rooms were frustrating where you would spawn into a bunch of bullets and immediately die  great entry overall, keep on making games!
Hey, great game name :joy: Even though it was very broken, you did it and that is the main thing in a game jam  Keep on making games!
What a great entry! Was pretty fun and got a bit hectic as time went on. One thing that was frustrating was when you gave the drink to the wrong person because they got in the way  Keep on making games!
What a great entry that was pretty fun! Good level design, it was fun to outsmart the enemies. Keep on making games!
This was a cool entry with a good concept behind it. I found the difficulty to be a lot and I got buried in requests way too quickly :joy: Lots of polish in this game (cutting the plants at different places was awesome)! Pretty impressive demo for your engine (also big  for having WebGL build support). Keep on makings games!
What an amazing entry! Very impressive what one person can do over a weekend  I really hope you keep going with this game as it has so much potential. I managed to make it 16 seasons before dying. Keep on making games!
Fun little entry! I tried both the web and windows build, and am a little surprised the web one was so laggy (are you using URP?). Overall great work, keep on making games!
Not a bad entry for the short amount of time! I found the visual indicators to be lacking (when to harvest, was it watered, etc), but otherwise good. I also found that the carrot was the only thing that grew, everything else just stayed the same sprite (over many days and water each day) and ultimately gave me no points for harvesting
Keep on making games!
Fun little prototype! I could see this being fun with some more levels, puzzles, and mechanics  keep on making games!
What a good entry! I had a fun playing this and could see this evolving to a full game if you wanted to continue it. I found the difficulty to be pretty hard on the final wave (ultimately lost) but that's game jams for ya  Impressive features you have in your engine! One thing I will mention is it is very slow to load that I thought it was frozen and started watching your video. After a minute or two the game popped up, thought I would mention it
Keep on making games!
I don't have the fastest PC that's for sure, but I can run most modern AAA games on low with 60-100 fps
What a cute and fun entry! The art and music really worked well together to bring a chill and cozy vibe. The skill check mini games were fun (yet challenging!). I think you could really extend upon the idea of the types and vibes of the cactus  overall great work and keep on making games!

Thank you all for playing and rating! Another great ludum dare for the books  We've decided to keep going on this game and reworking it for a full release. We are going to take your feedback to heart and rework it to be a "multiplayer escape room experience". If you have additional feedback or would be interested in a ping on release, reply to this message
Thanks for playing!
This was such a good entry! I had a lot of fun and would totally play a full version of this. I think it would have been nice to be able to flip/inverse the cutters/joiners to have more versatile solutions. Keep on making games!
Capture.PNG
This was a fun entry. I liked the juggling mechanic of beaming the cows. I found the defenses to be a bit strong but tuning is always the hardest part in a jam  The procedural cows is a nice touch! Keep on making games
Good entry! I liked the atmosphere you've created, made farming feel fun :joy: I was able to get 398 crops in the time. Keep on making games!
Fun little game! I liked how you took the classic that people would think for the theme and made it literal. Good job on getting multiplayer! Keep on making games
What a great entry! You could totally carry this forward just focusing on the mechanic of leafblower/chair, it was a lot of fun! I'm not sure if it was bugged but I didn't hear any audio so I skipped voting there. Keep on making games
Good work on making this! I think the "serving" mechanic is an interesting one that you could definitely expand upon. The controls felt a little floaty (also had this issue in my jam) I think its just a unity physics tweak to fix (but time, game jams, you know how it goes ) Keep on making games!
Moo
I loved the sillyness of it, keep on making games!
I really enjoyed this entry, it was a lot of fun and has a lot of potential if you continue! I found it quite difficult and the tutorial didn't really help it click. I got stuck on the third islands a few times before giving up. I came to rate/comment and noticed your comment where you broke down the scoring/how to get more points and it finally made sense. I went back and got close for the castle, but oh well
Capture.PNG
Keep on making games!
What a great entry for only 17 hours! The mechanics were fun and I liked drifting around in the harvester :joy: I beat it in 2:19. Keep on making games!
Interesting entry that had a decent idea for a core gameplay loop. The particles were a bit much (but I see in the comments your goal). I'd be curious to see more about this engine you've been generating. Keep on making games!
What a fun little entry! It has a lot of polish and the atmosphere fits so well. The harvester truly felt evil :joy: Sometimes I found it hard to haunt/hide the scarecrows, I think the colliders/triggers were a bit off. Otherwise I enjoyed this entry  Keep on making games!
Great entry! At first I was confused because I kept putting water in before the flower and it didn't seem to work (very thankful you included the are you stuck instructions  ). Overall I really enjoyed this, keep on making games!
What a good entry! I know how hard making a multiplayer game during a jam can be, and this is a polished experience! I liked how I could still experience the core loop solo as well. Keep on making games
Good entry and fun take on the ice puzzle game. I can tell you had a lot of ideas but were limited by the jam time  Keep on makings games!
Cute little game for a quick minute of fun. Definitely recognizable even if you don't play minecraft. Keep on making games!
This was a good entry. I liked the colors and you made it so everything felt it fit with the games style. The driving mechanics were fun except the starting/stopping was a bit slow. It got laggy near the end as I gave up feeding the floor and decided to paint everywhere  keep on making games
This was a challenging one! In the end I couldn't beat it but had fun trying. You did your best and still impressive what you got done in a weekend! Keep on making games
Good little prototype, will be interesting to see where you take this further! Some feedback on this would be to give the player more money and maybe make watering free :joy:
I was looking through the code and it seems to be a decent implementation of a state machine, a good learning exercise! May I suggest you look into [UnityHFSM](https://github.com/Inspiaaa/UnityHFSM) I've been using it for a year now and its awesome (even if you don't use it and just learn from it), hope it helps!
Keep on making games
Neat little experience! I liked the chill vibes, the harvesting sound reminded me of horses for some reason :joy: Keep on making games/experiences!
Good entry! I didn't manage to get the last one  As others have said the camera could use some work, and I found the run sounds to be a little on my nerves at the end. Otherwise I enjoyed it  Keep on making games!
Solid compo entry! I really enjoyed leading an army of undead and having them do the fighting instead :joy: keep on making games!
This was a really good entry. I found the physics to be absolutely broken that I had fun in that and trying to complete the level in absurd ways  Keep on making games!
Chill entry! I really enjoyed the art and atmosphere you've created here. Keep on making games!
This is a polished entry that fit the theme well! It was definitely creepy but I could see being a hit with those into hacker style games. Keep on making games!
WOW! You did all this yourself in 48 hours, I'm impressed! This was so much fun and such a cool take on a classic. I absolutely loved the art style. I found the "boss" levels to be so frustratingly hard that I ultimately gave up on the swamp of death. Would love to read/watch a devlog on this, I think it would be very interesting. I really hope you keep going on this! Keep on making games
Good little chill entry! A future idea is you could have an upgradable net to hold more than one. Keep on making games
Sorry for your loss and may you remember all the good times. This is a great tribute and I know your grandmother would be proud. Keep on making games!
Great entry! I really liked the atmosphere with the art and music. It was a little hard but thats to be expected in a gamejam  Keep on making games!
Good entry! I liked how you grew stronger as time went on. In the beginning it said up to hover but that didn't seem to do anything for me. The camera was a littler jarring at times, but understandable given game jam constraints  keep on making games!
What a phenomenal entry! Incredible amount of polish for a complete experience that was fun to play. I liked the little things like how the skeletons would come back to life, and the screenshake really added to the polish (I think it may be a bit strong, but tweaking can come later). The amount of different upgrades was pretty impressive too! The art and music made for a great atmosphere. I managed to make it to level 20. Keep on making games
This was a fun little entry. I didn't have anyone handy so I just played alone and managed to get a score of 11  I found the triggers to be pretty unforgiving and would throw my harvest beside the bin (or just fail to pickup the harvest). Sometimes it was funny like when the egg was rolling away, but sometimes it was annoying. Overall I liked this entry and hope you keep making games
Really good entry with an interesting take on the theme. I felt you did a great job with the atmosphere of the game and feeling alone. Diagonal movement I think needed the direction normalized so it would be consistent speed. The application was VERY slow to open the game that I thought it broke and ended up opening 5 copies before the first one showed up. Otherwise things felt smooth. Keep on making games
Good entry! Very impressive for your first game and learning on the go! Keep on making games
Good entry! Its impressive what you got done in the compo time/rules! I liked getting more powerful weapons, but needed some armor because I died so easily :joy: keep on making games!
What a fun little idea! I liked working together with the bots, made it feel like I was part of a team. I ran into the bug where the bots kept going back and forth between tasks :joy: Overall it could use a bit more in terms of tutorial/goal/how to play, but otherwise good! Keep on making games
This is a really good entry! Art, story, and music were all well done, I think you could take this theming and run with it in a lot of directions.
I found the controls to be the hardest part. As someone with a qwerty keyboard my hands default to asdf or jkl; and I think those would have been better defaults (or allowing the user to pick their own).
The other hard part was mentally going from the vertical game to horizontal keyboard, part of the challenge, but it caused me to mess up a few times  I think the rings fit the theming well, but it also made it harder to read because the inside and outside rings are travelling at different speeds to keep the same orbit, kind of messed with my brain while trying to keep track.
Regardless I had fun and hope you all keep making games!
This was a morbid take on the theme :joy: I think you did a really good job with the core gameplay loop of checking the market, harvesting, and prepping for tomorrow. I found your mini games to be all pretty hard (maybe I'm just bad lol). Overall a good entry! Keep on making games
Overall I thought this was a great entry! It fit the theme perfectly and I love the idea of a crop circle making game.
I found the detection seemed a bit broken, I could get at most 2% on the first level, 40% on the second, and 85% on the third haha. It also was hard because there was no way to move the aliens in the field without destroying crops, it seemed like when the alien was "up" it shouldn't have done that. I liked the noise effect shader but it got to be a bit much after a while. I also wish I could see the full picture when one alien was in the top down stand.
Keep up the good work and keep on making games!
Interesting idea, would love to see you expand upon it more! The sound effects were very jarring to the rest of silence. I think I ran into a bug after level 2 purchasing upgrades I was stuck (but could collect more and exit again)
Keep on making games!
what a silly game with fun physics, I almost got the cart flying haha. The spaceship part was very hard and almost made me give up after a few minutes, but I got it in the end. The gun is a little dark but everything else was so good! Keep on making games :)
What a great entry! Very impressive how much pollish is in here! Good work with the storyline and voiceover work, definitely added a lot! My only feedback was the ship was painfully slow :joy: Keep on making games!
Interesting entry with a too-close-to-reality vibe behind it  It wasn't clear to me what headlines would do what or what people wanted to hear, or what the different colored cards meant. I made it for 1:10 which seems kinda low :joy: Keep on making games!
Overall this is a very solid jam entry! A great homage to classic dungeon crawlers with an interesting take on real time combat. I found the shield wasn't worth using because the parry also restored my stamina and "blocked" as well  I ran into another odd thing, I think most modern gamers would come at this thinking its real time movement, but instead it queues things up in turn-based/grid movement which can be a bit disorienting when you stop the input and the character keeps going for 5 more seconds :joy: Given the time constraints of the jam and everything acomplished here you should be proud! Keep on making games you two!
Nice art style and music behind it! Overall I had no idea what to do and got stuck on the grid a few times before giving up. Keep on making games!
Overall a cute and cozy little kitchen game. It wasn't immediately clear how to play but once I got the hang of it , it was fun stocking the right food and delivering them while the truck was away, good gameplay loop!
> Decided to change engines, from unity to godot, knowing nothing about godot
I think it was a great idea, kinda forces you to learn under pressure  I'd be curious to hear your experiences as I've been looking at godot for a while (but alas stuck with unity this jam myself haha)
A fun idea that has some potential if you wanted to continue on with it. I really liked the ps1/n64 style graphics and theming, it worked quite well. The camera was incredibly annoying how it constantly rotated around the dog, that's fine for when I'm stationary but bothersome once I'm moving. I got to around 12000 points before stopping as it seemed like the packages just kept spawning. Overall a good entry, keep on making games
@skleembof web build and with a gamepad, seemed to happen on mouse/keyboard too
Really great entry! There was a lot of content here with some interesting and engaging levels. My feedback for the game is: I wish the animals I was herding had some color differentiation, and sometimes they got stuck on walls from their pathfinding. Overall a fun entry, keep on making games!
LDRoverHerd.PNG
What a really well done game with a ton of polish for a game jam (tutorial, leaderboard, etc)! The core gameloop is solid and with continued work could become a great full game! Keep on making games
What a silly entry that gathered a few laughs  The difficulty was quite high but after 5 attempts I finally delivered them successfully. The drifting was a little wonky and I found it easier to just slow down for the turns. Keep on making games!
Overall this is a well done entry! The basic concept was pretty good and kind of funny. I found the difficulty ramp up to be too slow. At about the end of stage 5 I was having the most fun when there were a bunch of zombies and it felt like I needed to use the uzi/pepperoni/grenades. The hectic gameplay is definitely where the game shines! I noticed that diagonal input is faster, this is because you need to normalize the input vector before using it for movement, hope that helps  Keep on making games!
A really fun entry! The gameplay was just the right mix of fast paced hectic clicking :) I wish I could queue up points on the drones journey, get upgrades for them to automate things, and have different buttons for changing drones/moving the drones. Overall this was fun, keep on making games!
edit: I see now I missed the control for queueing things up, that would have made things much easier on me
Pretty solid jam entry! I found the pacing to be pretty slow (which is good for games in this genre, but not the best for jams). It wasn't always clear what all the icons were, I wish when hovering over them it indicated what it was (but again struggling with a new engine/UI system, totally understandable  ) Keep on making games!
Wow, what an impressive entry! This game has a lot of potential and the depth added for the jam is great! Keep on making games
really good work! impressive for the first time and learning, keep on making games!
@gamebuilder interesting, from my understanding there is a known godot export issue with MacOS (missing OS level features). These settings are set on itch.io and it works on Windows, so I'm surprised to see it appear on Linux. I wonder if there is something missing at the OS level and its misrepresenting what the error is
What an awesome entry. The mood and atmosphere is perfect, and the gameplay is interesting and really makes you think! I think there may have been a few bugs around the like/dislike detection, but for a jam that is to be expected  I managed to get a score of 22. Keep on making games!
What a great entry! Your art and music direction really set the atmosphere quite nice. I managed to defeat 4 enemies but found that fifth one to be quite a challenge  Keep on making games!
Neat little entry, great work! My only feedback is when the package is picked up, it should "auto inspect". It'd also be nice to be able to choose the floors while holding a package. Keep on making games!
What a funny entry! The concept is solid, but the controls were very difficult  Those dang space cars were hard to shoot down. Keep on making games!
What a great entry! You definitely got the theming of educational youtube down  Keep on making games!
For a first game jam (and not using the whole time) this is a good entry! Keep on making games
This was a fun entry! I liked the mechanic of hookshotting onto things. The joystick worked great for movement, but the triggers didn't work for me, mouse/keyboard controls were fine though. Overall great work, keep on making games!
What a good game with some solid puzzles! Great work incorporating the theme  Keep on making games!
This is a great game with really well thought out puzzles (and very difficult  ). Tons of polish and game juice here! Keep on making games
This was a cool entry. I liked the old school art style. The items to fix/cure were not what I was expecting :joy: Keep on making games!
What a cute little game, I loved the effects when doing spells! The music being tied to the world vitality was a nice touch  Keep on making games!
This was a great entry! I really liked the mechanic and had a lot of fun with it. However I found the difficulty frustrating :joy: Often the solution was quite simple, but getting there was often trial and error. The controls weren't intuitive and my brain kept messing them up :joy: I got to level 12 before I threw in the towel. Keep on making games!
Thank you for all the feedback and support! I've decided to keep working on this and have been busy at work on redoing this to avoid all the spaghetti from the jam  If you have any additional feedback I would love to hear it! There was only two card types in the jam version (x gets y's moves, increase move length) so as many noticed, you got overpowered quickly! I think variety in cards is what is going to make this game particularly fun, so feel free to share any ideas you may have
----- Thank you all for playing, rating, and commenting on the game! It's been very inspiring to see so much great feedback  If you are interested in a full game of this please reply back and I will try and inform you as the game progresses! @floweryandy @merb1000 @camden-obertop @falk-hoeppner @braktheman @synthol @lucavazz @whalejam @roburab @scurvystevon @aaron-hart @vivid-hallucination @patrick-pang @dreamscale @nazorus @matt-ravenhall @parker8283 @vphyre @meranolean @sodagummy @air-dinghy @custodi @oggeloppe @jojopalambas @lima-victor @shredmer @abominablescience @shaneshanekavanagh @justmars @roman-dubrovin @josang1567
-----
Specific feedback/comments:
@lucavazz - I didn't really implement a lot of the chess rules because its definitely non standard. I'll consider that for the future release!
@roburab - I hadn't considered how upgrading your pawn effectively means you lose any pawn specific effects  Might be worth allowing the player to decide if they want to upgrade!
@vphyre - That's a good point, I think I may add an easy mode in the final version!
@air-dinghy - Were you referencing having more cards? or different non-chess pieces with different moves?
@lima-victor - Unfortunately there is only so much you can do in a jam  Definitely plan to make it more compelling for a full version!
@justmars - Unfortunately I only had time for two different effect card types, so you got overpowered quickly
@roman-dubrovin - Stockfish would be interesting but unfortunately it only works on standard chess boards. Given the timeframe I didn't want to go down a rabbit hole and not be able to complete the initial idea  If you have any feedback for AI improvements (dumb moves you mentioned) I would love to hear more so I can improve it for the full version! I haven't seen the bug where the opponent's queen went off the board, if you are able to reproduce it (or remember how) I would love to try and track that bug down!
@roman-dubrovin Thank you for following up, I appreciate it!
For the jam I didn't have time to properly deal with camera zooming and not mangling the pixel art  There is basic camera movement with the arrow keys to help facilitate this (space to reset). For the full game I plan to have both a zoom feature and camera movement for situations like this! (I think I will also work on the algorithm to center the camera better on the board)
Admittedly the AI is quite simplistic and works like so:
- if there is a move to kill the king, take it - if there is a move to kill a piece, pick one at random - else pick a random available move
There is a lot to improve there, particularly in the last two points. I suspect I'll need to study some more chess and chess engines to have something a bit more engaging
> Now when I played I get that improvements of pawns are redundant part of the game
Unfortunately with only two effect cards that's definitely the case. I think with the full game I want to aim for at least 30 different effects and potentially more rarity with them.
Thanks so much for the feedback, if you have more its always welcome!
@samh Thank you so much for playing and sharing some feedback!
Unfortunately with the jam there was only so much time so I only got two different effect cards in (x gets y’s moves, increase move length) so you definitely got overpowered quickly and made it too easy. I aim to have at least 30 effects in the full game and tweak the rarities to prevent that. If you have any ideas for effect cards I'd be happy to hear them
> please fix the black/white alternation when the board size increases
This was something I was on the fence about. I wanted to follow chess board rules where white's left corner is always black. Unfortunately that means you see the same colors connect on board size increase
Screenshot 2024-05-02 132416.png
For the full game I'm planning on having non square shapes so this may not be as big of a problem (but I believe the algorithm I have now would still produce this effect where they connect if the overall width has increased  ). Definitely will consider how to make this feel a bit more fluid, great feedback!
> allow to place pieces on the back ranks instead of just the first two
The plan was for further waves with bigger boards you can have increasing distance (ex 3, 4, 5), I wasn't able to implement this in the jam due to time constraints
> include more pieces from chess variants such as the Janus, Camel, etc.
I didn't know about these but will definitely take a look!
> web version that simply worked on my Android phone!
I was quite surprised by this as well!
Thanks again for playing and leaving detailed feedback, it's always appreciated  If you are interested in further updates to the game (I'm working on this for a full release) let me know and I'll be sure to tag you!
@nbumgardner thanks for reading (and then playing)!
@dragonayzer unfortunately that was a core idea that we ran out of time for more effects. Hoping to have at least 30 effects in the full version (working on making this a full game)! I really like your suggestions and will look at them for the full version
@matt-ravenhall @lima-victor Just wanted to follow up! I did keep working on the game, and while it shifted more towards classic chess than this version, it was comments like yours that inspired me to keep going. I'm releasing it January 13, 2026 on steam! https://store.steampowered.com/app/4100740/Waves_of_Chess/
Interesting concept  It wasn't very fun just playing against myself, but I did a whole round to see how the gameplay loop went! I think with some AI and further work you could have an interesting game here. Keep on making games!
This was a really good entry! Great art, music, and atmosphere. The concept itself was pretty fun and I liked being able to jump between rooms and see what's going on. Wave 2 ramped up the difficulty big time, I didn't stand a chance  Keep on making games!
Cute little game! The movement mechanics were a little buggy but it added to the charm as I was laughing at some of the ways I completed the levels  Keep on making games!
Took me 6:30 and I got 24 points
Fun little rhythm game! The difficulty on some of those were challenging! Awkward resolution for a desktop, but I could see this working well for mobile! Keep on making games
Screenshot 2024-04-16 231737.png
This is a very charming game! The tutorial was a little text heavy, but it definitely helped understand what was going on. I think you could totally make this into a bigger release if you wanted  Keep on making games!
Interesting game idea! I played a few rounds but its not very fun on your own  Keep on making games!
This was a really great entry! I had a lot of fun playing it, good difficulty, great sound/art design, and was funny throughout  My only feedback is to have a bit more leeway when changing from rhythm mode to attack mode (and back). Sometimes I would lose big combos because it shifted when I didn't expect it to. Keep on making games!
This is such a charming game. The art, music and atmosphere of it is excellent  I found the mechanic of fishing to be a refreshing take on it, but it was a bit too punishing compared to the overall mood of the game. Really great work, keep on making games!
This was a really good entry! I'm glad you had an accessible font (I didn't try it though) because some of those were frustrating (Q and O particularly). The single ring levels left me a little frustrated because at times it felt like I was typing faster than it could keep up. The two ring levels were a bit much at times because it required some awkward hand positions from normal typing (or looking at the keyboard). Overall I think this could be a fun typing game if you kept going on it! Keep on making games
Nice entry! I like the humor around the g in the font :joy: Keep on making games!
This was awesome! The colliders could definintely use some work and a bit frustrating at times  It had the perfect amount of hectic pace, charming art/sounds to be quite fun! Keep on making games  Screenshot 2024-04-18 203941.png
Really solid entry! My favorite was the fire golem :fire: The difficulty ramped up quick, but that's probably ok for a jam game  The menus/settings were impressive, I liked that you included the debug dev mode! Keep on making games!
For a jam done in 10 hours this isn't bad! The theme and humor are on point, though I worry these artists are going to haunt my dreams now :joy: Keep on making games!
What a cozy game with a nice atmosphere. I'm glad you added the reset because I got stuck a few times. There was one tree/bumble bee I could climb and fly off on :joy: Keep on making games!
Good work on the jam! There were a few things that were confusing (connected tiles, the color of item requested matches portal color), but overall I was able to complete it  Keep on making games
This was an interesting game. The graphics and audio fit the theme quite well. I went for a few minutes but had no idea how to progress, it just seemed like the same loop of more cars spawning behind me  Keep on making games!
Good entry! I tried a few different times to see all the combinations. I liked the winning summon :joy: Keep on making games!
This was such a fun take on air hockey! I really liked the concept and think with some tweaking it could be a cool little game  Keep on making games!
Fun little idea, the cats we're cute but all my summons failed lol  keep on making games!
This was a phenomenal entry! It was missing a few words I expected but that wasn't too big of a deal. It took me a bit to realize that I could use letters that weren't on the cards as well to get peasants. Otherwise this was a fun game that I think you could take further and word-game lovers would really enjoy! Keep on making games

Overall I like the concept, but didn't really like some of the outcomes because they were AI generated. Some were funny and quite "realistic" in if those two things were fighting who would win. Others didn't really match up with what they described (i.e. x melted a hole in y because its so hot, but y wins). Keep on making games!
Interesting and funny little story. For your first time in 3D this is a pretty solid entry! Keep on making games
This is incredible! Very well polished, fun gameplay, nice story and art. Very impressive, keep on making games!
Fun little game, reminded me a lot of old final fantasy, I think if you kept working on this idea it could be a compelling mechanic for a game  Keep on making games!
This is a really good entry! Its a simple concept that is fun and addicting! Keep on making games
Screenshot 2024-04-24 225124.png
Cute little game full of good vibes :) Keep on making games! Screenshot 2024-04-17 184202.png
Really great work! I loved the concept of mixing chess, checkers, and summoning pieces to the board. Luckily for me the AI wasn't too smart as I made some DUMB moves  With some work this could be a full release! Keep on making games!
Great game, with a humorous (yet too real) story :joy: :sob: I liked how it had two endings! I also struggled with the lipstick for a minute before realizing I needed to click off of it to get to the part you have in the description gif. Keep on making games!
This was an interesting game with a lot of potential! The 3 upcoming cards seemed bugged, sometimes they were the next cards I got, sometimes not  I'd be really interested to see if you took this idea further! Keep on making games
This is a really good entry. It got so hectic and felt all too real  Keep on making games!Screenshot 2024-04-17 214718.png
Really well done! The difficulty was pretty good too with some nice pathing of the notes  Keep on making games!
This was a great entry! I had a lot of fun, and the combo between buttons and drawing was nice. Sometimes the drawings were a little unforgiving  Keep on making games!
Screenshot 2024-04-28 213325.png
Party wizard rules! For a simple game this was quite fun because of the humor and charm. Reminded me of the old flash game days  Keep on making games (fer sher bro)!
Screenshot 2024-04-17 184831.png
This was actually pretty fun! The colliders could use some work, but it definitely had the hectic feel of too much to do and not enough time  I was able to get 15, no idea how the people near the top got so much haha. Keep on making games!
Good little jam game! I wish I could have used the arrow keys to move, had ways to regain hearts (or checkpoints), but understandable given the time constraints  Keep on making games!
Interesting story game that really fit the theme. The writing is well done and really added to the mood! Keep on making games :)
I really liked this, would have been nice to see them all in the gallery, but only so much time  Keep on making games!
@josang1567 Ah cool! Unfortunately due to security reasons I only play and rate web games
Great work on your first entry! The intro story and art was cute and charming  The audio didn't seem to work for the web build for me. The controls were impossibly hard and not enjoyable :joy: For a first entry this is very good work though! Keep on making games
This was a great entry that was quite fun, The difficulty ramped up quick  I liked the simplicity of the controls/mechanics, it really made it feel like you were able to complete your goals with this game, without making it too complex! Keep on making games
This was a really cool game! You did a good job with trying to have the levels teach you what you needed to do with the environment  for the life of me I couldn't get the size reduction to work (even with your spoiler/walkthrough) so I sadly stopped my journey there. Great entry, keep on making games!
Good work for your first jam! The resolution was too big for a jam (usually start at a smaller 16x9 res and allow people to full screen). I wished I could go forward sooner after turning right. Keep on making games!
This game was awesome! I loved the atmosphere, music, and overall theme. It took a few tries to figure out but once I got the groove of it, I killed a few rats  I think the controls are a little difficult if you have wrist problems, maybe arrow keys for the summon combination? Keep on making games!
Screenshot 2024-04-18 211344.png
Good work on getting back into gamedev! For not working on something in a few years you did a good job! Keep on making games
This was a pretty solid concept, with more time it could be an interesting game! I found the lack of input feedback to be a little confusing (for example holding space wasn't immediately clear, even after I read the instructions :joy: ). Once I got it figured out though I enjoyed it. Keep on making games!
Screenshot 2024-04-29 190143.png
It's kind of like reverse ghostbusters :joy: It was hard beyond trial and error to determine the right ordering around the pentagram. Overall great work! Keep on making games
Interesting little game! I didn't realize at first that the speech bubble was the spell they were looking for, I thought the sword in the head needed a heal :joy: Keep on making games!
Great work, I enjoyed all 7 levels. It reminds me of 90s pc games in the best way  Keep on making games!
This is a cool concept! I found the difficulty to be quite high, but the depth you have for just 48 hours is impressive! Keep on making games
Really cute entry, I loved watching the fairies move around and bake
Great entry, and a surprising amount of depth! I really liked how the towers got xp and the multiplier increased  I managed to make it to level 10 before being wiped out. Keep on making games!
This was a great entry. Despite the simplicity and limitations of pico it manages to have charm and excitement! I found escaping the tractors to be fun and a good challenge. Managed to get a high score of 111. Keep on making games
Really good game with a lot of polish! I liked the approach of having the bunnies come up on the side and having to rotate the field  Unfortunately it can be easy to get softlocked if they all want carrots and you only have two :sob:
Screenshot 2024-10-11 125824.png
Great work, keep on making games!
Excellent game, it felt very rewarding to see that triumph screen. The puzzles were challenging yet fair, great work here! Keep on making games
This was a really cool entry with quite a bit of depth! I really liked the real time casting of the line (even when it wasn't cooperating  ). I think mixing the turn based pokemon battles was cool, but I think a real time minigame would take this game even further! Keep on making games
Very cool take on the genre, I enjoyed the strategies that moving the paddle could unlock. I think with some speed, power ups, and game juice there is a lot of potential! Keep on making games
This was a ton of fun, had great vibes, and quite in depth with the strategy. If you continued it I think there is potential here  Keep on making games!
This was a really impressive entry! Albeit there were some issues, only so much can be done by one person in a weekend  The throwing out the window controls were a little awkward which made it hard to do. I think this game has potential and could spawn the fire-sim genre :fire: keep on making games!
Cute little pet/zookeeper sim  I managed to get a score of 532. My only feedback is the colliders were sometimes hard to determine where the action was going to be (for example I kept feeding the wrong one when they were bunched up  ). Overall this is a good entry, Keep on making games!
Absolutely love the concept! The art and sounds were nice and really contributed to the cozy feel. I'm curious about how you implemented the server and any nuances with web exports.
Keep on making games
Thanks for sharing! I've never used firebase but heard its super easy (and gets expensive quick )
Amazing game, with a lot of content for a jam! I loved the theming of mixing snails and race cars :joy: Keep on making games!
Wow, this was a really in depth game! There's definitely some room for improvement around QOL things, but overall this is impressive for a jam! I unfortunately killed my colony after one battle :joy: Keep on making games
This is awesome, it's actually quite fun  My favorite was the mortar and knight combo. Really impressive work for a solo jammer! Keep on making games
What a great game with an awesome atmosphere. I just wish there were checkpoints and it was a bit easier  Keep on making games!
This was a fun (albeit very hard) game  I found the creatures got angry way too fast and I just couldn't keep up  It took me a while to figure out I needed to crouch to pickup things on the floor when I wasn't quite close enough to deliver haha. Keep on making games!
I liked the concept a lot, and I can tell you put a lot of thought into the details of how this game plays, great work! I tried twice and both times when I got to around 300 points the game lagged so hard I had a hard time closing the tab. The other thing that would be nice is to see where the bullet drop-off was. Great work, and keep on making games!
These kind of games aren't what I normally play, but it seems like this was well done and fits the genre well! Keep on making games
What a phenomenal entry! I really enjoyed this and would love to see you continue with this idea, there is a ton of potential! My only complaint is you didn't have enough time for more levels :joy: keep on making games!
This was awesome, I had a lot of fun playing it. I only managed to make it to level 9 though  I really liked how you could queue up what crumbs to go after next. My feedback is when the spiders are going away from the soldier ants they seem to evade attacks, and sometimes it seems new soldier ants spawned with a little bit of health and not the full bar. For a solo jammer and a weekend theres always going to be a few small issues so no worries! Keep on making games
Really cool entry! I loved the art style (there were a few spots where perspective/sorting was weird), and overall theming of the game! I found the gameplay of attacking/capturing could use a bit of tweaking to make it clearer where the hitboxes were and what was working. Overall a good entry, keep on making games!
What a relaxing little terrarium sim. I liked how the H.O.C.s had personality and sass with the emotions they showed :joy: I'm kind of scared to ask what a H.O.C. is  Keep on making games!
Really cool idea, would love to see you develop it further! Keep on making games
Fun little game, some of the parts near the end were frustrating :joy: Keep on making games
Awesome entry, I actually had a lot of fun! The puzzles were very well thought out and really made you think. The audio bug in the web version was brutal, but when it wasn't there the soundtrack was nice  I'm glad you added an undo button, but unfortunately it was still possible to softlock. It seems reset room only was until when you last entered, but it needed to reset the positions and food as well. Keep on making games!
A very silly entry and surprisingly fun mechanics. Keep on making games!
Wow, this was awesome. Really good work!
A great Ludum Dare entry, keep up the good work!
I really liked the concept of the game. Could be fun for local multiplayer. The game crashed and ran out of memory after the first lap of planning my course :( Either way, good work and keep it up!
Good work! I really enjoyed playing this
The concept was pretty funny. It took a while to figure out what was going on. I could never get the right emojis, so I eventually just sent smiley faces only and vibed with the music. Fun little game with chill music
Really well done. Great use of the theme. This would be great multiplayer :)
Neat little idea. Too bad there was no AI to play against. Good work
Fun little game, I really liked the art style. Was interesting using cards as real time actions
Absolutely love the graphics and audio. Neat little game that has a ton of vibe
This game was a lot of fun. It was very polished from start to finish, and quite balanced in terms of difficulty. I would definitely be interested in playing a full version. The graphics, sound, and theme all complemented each other quite well. Good work
Interesting game idea. I found it was a lot of dark colors on colors which made it hard to see things. Good compo!
Good work for your first game! Keep on experimenting and making games :)
Nice use of the theme. The concept was good but it was quite hard and felt out of sync at times. The graphics and music were great together and gave the game a fun vibe.
This was a good jam game and quite complete. I liked being able to control the actions of the team but it still be turn based tactical. I think with some polish and planning you could make this into a full game! Good work :)
Interesting idea, kind of confusing at first. Good work
lol, what a game
Wow, this is awesome! I loved the chill vibes when listening to the radio, the lighthouse directing mechanic was awesome, the story was great. Keep on making games!
Screenshot_2026-04-22_17-47-26.png
Great concept with some good puzzles, I liked figuring out all the symbols  The shiny graphics were nice and gave me big severence vibes. Keep making games!
This was a really good entry! The music was great. It definitely was a little hard to work the brain with both hands and directions, especially when the frog was on the plane! Keep on making games
Screenshot_2026-04-25_15-33-01.png
Great work, the compo is always such a challenge! Keep on making games
Such a great concept! It was a little difficult with the time pressure and keeping your memory up but that is part of the fun and challenge! Keep on making games
Loved the concept and had a lot of fun. I wish you had mini game alternatives for without a mic, but I was still able to solve it! Keep on making games
This was totally average (just kidding it was great)! Loved the concept and the cutting out the logo was fun albeit frustrating at times :joy: Great characters and art! Keep on making games
This was a really interesting concept, I would like to see it taken further with more stakes/visuals surrounding your actions. The web build was a little janky with the mouse caputre/escape but still playable! I'm not sure if I broke it or beat the game but once I sent the return nothing signal I got an undo message at the bottom then it said end signal  Keep on making games!
Overall I think this was a good concept, but I wish the space bar did more to actually help me find the emitter. I usually ended up just firing projectiles everywhere near the first crystal until I found it. The tutorial also didn't seem to catch that I repelled 3 times so I ended up just moving on to the next area. Keep on making games!
I really liked this one. I wish there was more feedback on my note accuracy but there's only so much you can do in a jam. This idea has legs :joy: Keep on making games!
What a great entry! The rhythm was challenging sometimes but I think that was a me issue  Keep on making games!
Screenshot_2026-04-21_22-59-22.png
This was awesome, I could absolutely see me playing this more as a full release! Keep on making games
Screenshot_2026-04-25_14-36-20.png
Wow, this is one of my favorites I've played so far! Really a lot of fun, keep on making games!
Wow the atmosphere in this game is spot on. I really like the graphics and the mood. It's a bit slow (but so is going through snow :joy:) that the pesky blizzard got me haha. Keep on making games
Great work, I really liked the echo recording but wish I knew how long it was/how much time was left
The graphics were really cool, and I loved the tones as you shifted the frequency! The gameplay itself of raising/lowering the mountains was cool in concept, but really difficult to understand how it works and ultimately led to randomly trying things until you get a bit further. I made it to map 6. Keep on making games!
Great work! I got stuck at level 9, but enjoy the puzzle of trying to solve it  Keep on making games!
Absolutely loved the concept, music and vibes, but the difficulty was not forgiving at all  Keep on making games
This was a really good entry! I loved the art style and how you tied the theme into the gameplay. Those sharks were WAY to strong and sunk many ships of mine  Keep making games!
