Really cool! I love the voice over as that's not very common in game jams. The art is super unique too and I like the gameplay. Good work!

Good! I love card games! However, I don't understand how to win when we summon the second archangel. There seem to be too many enemies and not enough cards. I like the voice cover it adds atmosphere.

Enjoyed collecting the cards and using them, felt like a different take on a turret defense game. To make this more fun there needs to be a little more strategy in how you defend against the demons. Instead of having a wandering angel, an angel that can lower how much damage a demon does but doesn't do any damage themselves would add more strategy.

I thought the different rooms in the house, and being able to click on each one to view it was innovative. To make it more innovative I would give trade-offs to units based on what room they are in.

I thought summoning angels to fight against summoned demons was very thematic. To make this game more thematic I would suggest maybe some sort of summoning ""tome"" that thematically is how you use the cards you collect.

I think the environments in the game looked very good, and the lighting fit well. While the angels and demons looked good on their own, they would sometimes overlap perfectly and hide how many units there were. Maybe add a slight offset to each units visuals (but keep collisions the same) so they they don't perfectly overlap.

The music was well done, and the fighting sound effects fit the game, the voice lines were cheesy but enjoyable. Adding a few more sounds for collecting the cards, and using them to summon an angel would add some more polish to the audio.

I like this concept. You created a really nice, ominous atmosphere both with the lighting and the audio. The need to juggle protecting different rooms is nice. It's easy to get "stuck" and dead if you spend all your cards summoning protectors around the map and then open the portal with no cards in hand. But you only do that once before you learn not to on your next playthrough

More types of both angels and demons would add more strategic depth to the game. Anyway, well done!

I'm really enjoying the engaging gameplay—absolutely love it! The environmental art is stunning and perfectly executed. Just to offer a bit of constructive feedback: could the waiting time between each wave be shortened? Also, I find it a bit confusing that while we need to protect the archangels, and the death of one results in game failure, it prompts that I can summon extra arcangels. Could there be more clarity on the role and necessity of summoning additional archangels?

Really cool music, fits the game perfectly ; and kudos for using sound effects in the same key :-)

Really enjoyed the game. The art was really well done and the layout of the rooms were easy to follow. It's a solid base and something y'all could totally add on top of to create more unique gameplay to add to the strategy side of things, but overall really well done.

This was a cool card-summoning/tower defense kind of game. Summoning angels with cards and defending the archangels was a neat idea. I found that I wasn't getting many more cards, so it felt like I was getting kind of overwhelmed in the 2nd wave because the amount of enemies was too high, and my archangel would just die. Maybe some more card spawn/less enemies in the waves would help alleviate this. Solid job!

It’s a very interesting take on the tower defense genre. Environmental design is very elaborate and polished. I liked the music which reflects the tense atmosphere nicely. The tutorial level is a huge plus since it's a game with its own rules. It certainly has potential to be developed further with more variety. Excellent job!

Nice ambience, I really liked the art and the audio. Great that you included a tutorial as well! But I couldn’t figure out how to win in the second wave, there was way too many enemies for the amount of cards I had.

The sound effects and VO were amazing! Nice!

This was a really good entry! Great art, music, and atmosphere. The concept itself was pretty fun and I liked being able to jump between rooms and see what's going on. Wave 2 ramped up the difficulty big time, I didn't stand a chance  Keep on making games!

Very solid entry, concept, graphics, sound effects, as far as I could see, everything works decently and it's a really fun idea. I really liked the idea of collecting cards on a map and only then having them in your hand. Very good.

Great game, very unique, but I liked the music art and the vibe that it had going everything combined. Gameplay was easy enough and liked the thing going with the cards and map. I did not stand a chance either during wave 2. Would play again though. GG C:
