Fun
Nice music, and the art style is really good and cohesive!
Colors and music are cute!
I found that some of the timers were hard to parse. It took a minute for me to become familiar with where all the different timers were. But it is a nice, simple game, with some lovely artwork to relax to. I really enjoyed it.
Fun game with chill music. Like the arty style.
A cute game!! I was a bit confused initially because of the slow start, but after getting the hang of things it was a pretty nice and relaxing experience. Especially like the soft color palette! Great job :D
Very beautiful game, the look and feel it is awesome, all the game feels juicy and it is fun, good job guys!!!!!!!!
Wooow, bro, nice art style. Also, there is original audio. I really like this game. Good luck !
Gets very very complicated later on, which gets fun but also really chaotic. I like the pallete you used for the pixel art, and the music is very chill. Nice job!
A cute concept, with a cute color palette to match. It took me a few seconds to figure out what I needed to do, but became apparent pretty quickly. The levels take a little too long for my liking in regards to a jam game, with a lot of repetition of the same action and needing to then get 10 returning customers means you're doing the same thing a lot. I completed two stages.
Solid entry, nice job!
similiar to the game we first wanted to make!! Really nice, even cooler that you have multiple levels!
This was such a cute game! At first I thought it was just the first stage and I was like aw how quaint and then i realized there were a bunch of other levels and i just sat completely engrosssed in feeding these kids for a whole ass half hour. Really fun! I also love how you interpreted the prompt
Enjoyable game, difficulty level felt right to me, and the music was soothing even when orders were rushed! Felt that the tutorial was a bit slow paced, would have been nice to be able to click through it rather than waiting. Good ramping up of the difficulty as the levels get unlocked. Great work!
Great art style and the music fits well. Despite the tutorial I still struggled to know what to do at the beginning. But It's a format we've seen before, and once I got the hang of it, it was fun to play, especially once the order complexity starts to ramp up!
Good game, starts slow but ramp up pretty quickly.
I am not sure if there is a time limit for each level? Does it not unlock if I’m too slow? It should make me exit quickly instead of grinding the 10 stars when it’s already too late :s great game overall :)
Really enjoyable and calming game! I love the take on the theme, and it's kind of funny for it to be every 10 "sceonds." Thanks for commenting on our game too! We have similar games, but it's still quite interesting to see our different takes.
Amazing artstyle and mood. You really nailed the artstyle here.
This was fantastic. I loved everything about it. Clever take on the theme, I'd never have considered taking it in that direction.
Love the ramp up, really well done, and I like the aesthetic. Things are just mixed up enough to get complicated. Great job!
This game is so freakin' hard, I love it! I only got to stage 5 before my brain melted, I'll have to come back and finish it later!
The stars in the eyes and the "every ten seconds" is just *chef's kiss*
Super fun and relaxing, I could play for hours! Well done!
The art style and direction are CRAZY GOOD. Nicely Done!
I absolutely love your interpretation of the theme. I always end up taking the themes pretty literally but creative stuff like this always ends up being on the top of the pile for memorable games.
Top notch vibes. You did an amazing job with such a limited color pallet in such a short time.
Very interesting take on the theme. Art style is cute and I like the sound design as well! Very solid game. Well done!
Great art, sound and calming gameplay.
Love the art style - nice colour palette
this game is absolutely amazing. The art style, colors, mechanics.. I loved it, great job!
Animation and pixel art was blew my mind!
nice art style!
It is a very pleasant jam game! The art and calming music work very well together. I also liked that the mood in the game is always very relaxed even though it these type of restaurant games it usually gets very hectic. So bonus points for achieving that!
Great work!
Solid art, gameplay and music. Introduction and explanations are a bit too long or should be skippable!
Nice art style and the music was chill. I like the progression unlocking more things to serve making it more complex. Good job :
Cute and addictive, I really enjoyed this game! The concept is simple yet challenging.
Really cohesive art style and good use of minimal in-game text. I think the instruction are a bit too long and the frying itself was a little too "long" and could of benefited from being quicker to increase the tension.
Cute graphics and audio. Like the gameplay too. Solid entry
Really fun take on the theme, and a surprising amount of complexity in the later levels! Really good entry all around. P.S. I love the color pallette, I think I've used the same one in a previous Ludum Dare entry!
clever use of them and very relaxing even given the time crunch. Well done! Only thing I would like is text skipping for the tutorial so I can get that second pan faster xD
Hello your game is really cute and chill. I liked it.
I have suggestions. More juiciness would be great especially for a game with low action. It would be better to drag the order to the customer because like that you can choose the customer to serve first.
This was very cozy - I love it. The art style is very nice and the music fits perfectly
You really sold the hecticness of food service! Great job! I really liked the slow introduction of complicated mechanics, but I found for example, level 8, still pretty slow. I played perfectly and only came in 2 seconds under goal!
I love this type of hectic management and the art style is soo nice the sounds too, the times are a little tight but that is ok - great job!
Relaxing and additive, I reached level 6
What a great entry! It started off slow but got quite fun in the later levels. I found level 3 to be a pain when EVERYONE wanted a milkshake (or two) but I only had one machine  Keep on making games!
I really love the cute graphics and it sounds super relaxing. However the game is not relaxing xD There is a lot going on but it's really fun and I love the theming of it. I was a bit confused on where or what to click initially, but it all makes sense once you get playing.
For the sake of getting through the levels a bit easier, I found it took a while to get 10 stars, but unlocking the later levels is really worth it to see the new foods available! Overall I really like it, well done!
Very cute! A great take on the theme, and satisfying to play. I loved the animations on all the items and unlocking new recipes was really fun. Great job on the difficulty by the way. Making a game that ramps up well is a balancing act, and I think you did really well.
Wow.
I'll be really honest. This is the kind of game I wanted to make.
You actually did it. I really don't have anything to critic. Everything from the art, bgm, sfx, play time, game/level design, and balancing... was all perfect. I beat all levels by the way, I actually feel like I played a complete game.
This is by far the coziest game I've played this jam. I love it so much!
Crazy good. Beat the whole thing. Nailed it. Only issue is that it wasn't clear at a glance if there was a hotdog bun on a plate or not. Could have been clearer.
Really like the vibe of this game -between the color palette and the awesome art was a really good experience! Liked the music and sound effects too! Nice work!! :D
The calming music helps the stressful work lol. It's a fun game. I thought the limited color palette would make things hard to see but turned out really well. Great work.
This was a fun...hectic but not game~! The game feels like it should be stressful, but the calm music feels like it's telling me to be patient and that all will be well! I love the color scheme you guys chose too!! :D Well done~
This was a lovely experience. Thanks! And great job pulling it all off in just one weekend!
Lovely game to zone out while playing it, love the automatic food system when clicking and not having to drag and drop although the M+K think is annoying when you want one K and one M
An adorable game with a pleasant vibe to it. Good choice of music and color palette as well.
i had fun making some snacks and serving them to the shaking, anticipating customers! good job with the graphics - beautiful consistent color pallete, nice readability, pleasure to look at the difficulty ramp up felt just right, not being too hardcore i was constantly surprised by the increasing complexity of my cafe and the orders combination
this whole course let me wanting for some more sweet visual feedback when doing things and fulfilling orders...but that is just my brain being greedy for dopamine!
nice entry  thank you for making this!
I can't believe I only now got your pun on "10 seconds", hours after playing the game
Really neat and fun. Clean and aesthetically pleasing pixel art. Nice sounds and super comfy music (cool idea to do all the sfx on the guitar!). Good balance too. I really enjoyed serving donuts and yelling at customers ordering _all the drinks and none of the heckin donuts_. An improvement I'd suggest is hiding the machines which I'm not supposed to use yet in a particular level (e.g. when I'm replaying a level).
[Stream vod here!](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1611166734?t=02h23m20s)
Solid game! Can't stop playing, just the right amount of difficulty where I can see where I screwed up and have a high incentive to replay a level. I got a lot of nostalgia for the old diner dash games. The art and audio was spot on, I just wish the music would not harsh stop when I complete a level and get back to level select.
Played for a while and reached level 9, got a bit frustrated when I'd try to queue up a K and an M dog but instead they combine to form a K&M dog, but I'm sure that comes in play in the next level.
Super fun, I'll keep playing to try to finish it. Nice work team!
Lovely game, as I said during the stream I saw it in. Honestly, it's hard to think of any improvements, everything just flows so well and it's just fun. Great job, one of my top if not my top game from the jam!
I played this for you on [stream](https://www.twitch.tv/timbeaudet) and I think I gave good feedback there, if so give a heart, and if not, don't!!
Nice game, love the art and sound, great work for 2 peoples! Also we like the progress system!
Cute visual style. Great music. Wonderful cozy atmosphere. I like this view of cooking simulators. The fact that the music does not set the rhythm of the game makes it more difficult.
You are great fellows! Thank you for sending the game to my stream:3
What a fun game. Hooked me up until the stage 10. Somehow the game feels really relaxing for me
So sweet, it causes diabetes.
This game has no business being this fun! Such frantic gameplay in the upper levels, it kept me really engaged and I wasn't expecting to get so much entertainment out of clicking to prepare food. The strategizing on what food I could prepare early really hooked me in, so I'd have to say major props on your game design and how you left some rules open to the player. Nice job!
This is great! I love the colours you chose - totally not just saying this because purple is my favourite colour, it really does work well. I thoroughly enjoy making donuts and hot dogs. The way things are slowly introduced to you makes the progression very natural.
You made a good one, it's hard to stop until all levels are cleared. Very clever pun btw.
One tiny thing I noticed, I think the mouse icon might be wrong in two bits of the tutorial :

I love the art style and the limited color pallet. I really like the coming back for seconds eyes and shaking. Music and sound effects fit well. Very addicting and fun game. Simple to understand but hard to master. The hot dogs are really hard. Fantastic job!
Nicely done!
It started out simple enough but got pretty hectic with multiple orders and cooking techniques. Mouse-only and the gentle music made it fairly relaxing.
I was confused each time a new type of food appeared and I had to click around until I figured out how to make it, but it wasn't too bad.
Failing to unlock an upgrade feels pretty bad, as you know that later levels will be harder without the kitchen upgrade, so you are pretty much forced to repeat the same level. I downloaded and played the original version, and I got upgrades for the first 7 stages, but failed the 8th stage, and I figured at that point I had seen most of the game, so I didn't bother to retry stage 8.
So many customers want hotdogs :O
Its soooooooooo cozy. Thank you for this game!
calm and nice game, loved the progression of tasks! very good entry just for the two people, good job!
Delicious Jam Entry!! Nice Art Style... I liked the difficulty level, every time you loose, it feels like its achievable...
I really like games like this even though I'm not a good player.
I think it's very well done. It had a simple art but it was well polished.
I had a hard time picking up the sausages.
Congratulations!
(It's been a hot minute but I'm from the "3 Underrated Games" post!)
It's 2:25 AM. I have work tomorrow. And I literally just stayed up all night to get to Level 10.
I have to say, this is one of the best games I've played so far. It's so, so fun and the way it starts off slow and chill then devolves into chaos is so perfect. When I finally completely Level 10, it felt like the back of my brain was melting but in the best way possible. Only a game with terrific art, sound, and game design would've compelled me to stay up for so long.
I also love all the little touches like the way the donuts bounce a little when you apply frosting on them. My only suggestion: for the last two levels, the music change was a bit jarring and almost a little creepy, haha. I kind of missed the original bg music. But in the grand scheme of things, that'd pretty minor; as it is, this was exceptional for a game jam. Congratulations. :)
Lastly, and I hate to do this, but just wanted to quickly plug my game for a rating as well (https://ldj.am/$303168). Any feedback would be appreciated as this was our first ever Ludum Dare. :D
Also, I'm? Pretty sure? I completed the last level? Because it said that I completed it on the window. But because it didn't say "Completed" on the menu and the window said "Upgrade Not Awarded", I'm not entirely sure. Please tell me: did I complete the game :,)
Had a lot of fun once the fist level was over. Really liked how it ramped up in intensity rather smoothly. The sound design is great, i really like the practical folley. And the restriction to a Colour pallet really paid off. Well done! I would've loved to see disappointed faces on the customers who waited too long.
very nice game, I really appreciate the tutorial that explained everything I needed and I think that the difficulty curve is also growing as it should. I enjoyed the graphics and music a lot. very nice game. I had a nice rest. I have nothing to complain about. Realy nothing
Loved the graphics and the user interface! Really nice, relaxing vibe. Great job!
Personally, I didn't like the art much, it was way too pixelated and made it all so confusing, however, the game itself was fun! Overall, around a 6/10

Thanks for submitting your game to stream!!
Despite how angry I was getting, that's just how I get when I'm super focused on something and have to juggle a bunch of tasks at once. This game is definitely my cup of tea, and it was executed very effectively, nice job!
I liked the idea and the implementation, but it seems that something is missing.
I've played a similar cooking simulator from this jam, but I found this one to be way more relaxing to play. The soothing pinkish-white colors, the chill music and the sounds, it all made the experience fun and satisfying. Well done!
Super cool game! The feel is definitely similar to the old Flash hot dog stand games you used to find on addictinggames and miniclip, but this one totally stands out. This genre usually is all about frantic action and being constantly overwhelmed, but this is much more laid back and chill. That's not to say it doesn't get challenging towards the end managing milkshakes, hot dogs with/without condiments, donuts with/without frosting, etc. The unique color palette and relaxing music really help fit the aesthetic and create a generally cool vibe. I also really liked how you didn't just dunk the player in head-first, but introduced the mechanics gradually over time.
I do wish there were slightly more mechanics at the very end (I just want it to go a little deeper haha), or there was some kind of progression system. But end-game complexity is my only real complaint about this otherwise flawless game!
