Cutesy aesthetic with gruelling Gameplay! Would maybe suggest allowing the player to shoot more times than just 3?

Cutesy aesthetic with gruelling Gameplay! Would maybe suggest allowing the player to shoot more times than just 3?
Very strong submission, Would benefit from some "end" of sorts, but the game is great as it is!
Nice use of level design and Diagetic UI! Unfortunately that you have to tap each time you want to move but good emulation of early grid based movement systems!
Cool use of physics! A tutorial would of help under what each structure does since it wasn't super clear.
Didn't fully realise how I would lose health until I died after only taking one health. A tutorial of some description would have been helpful, but in 48 hours that would have been polish!
Freaking nice game! Would benefit from having some feedback built in such as when the player loses a live, you only heart a faint sound effect.
Interesting spin on the conventional collecting falling objects games. Difficult to judge landing spot of humans. Player character looks like a fleshlight and I appreciate that!
Pretty neat twist on interactive fiction!
Very visually pleasing and coherent art style. A little confusing wasn't sure how to upgrade / get more blood. A bit of text to help tutorialise would have helped!
Reminds me of Darkest Dungeon, simple combat system but easy to understand!
Really interesting idea with the time mechanic! Could have been utilised more.
Had a weird realisation that this game is basically Sonic slowed down with a mace and fighting Rats. That's not a criticism, it is a solid submission!
The game is a little confusing to start. One you get into the swing of things it start to make sense!
Really well polished game! Can really see this developing into a full game to compete with Dungeon of Dredmor! Witty dialog to boot.
Really cool spin on the visual novel concept. Really like the idea of managing the stress level. I found I didn't "lose" when I got to max stress levels but defo something I would play a flesh out version of.
Really well animated and good use of audio feedback. Quite easy to "cheese" once you've gotten the idea but really cool and could see myself playing a fuller version of this. Thank you for a Linux port!
Interesting idea, 100% has so much potential really good use of sounds for feedback. I think the game would have played better if the bike controls were more game. Great addition of a Linux port!
Really enjoyable game. Reminds me of Rayman in a way. Really powerful artwork. However, it wasn't clear when the disasters changed / how they affected Avery.
Really strong aesthetic. Like the minimal use of non-diegetic text. Could probably benefit from trying to fit onto one screen rather than having to switch as that cause a bit too much stress.
Such an interesting concept. A little uncomfortable to do on a smaller keyboard but I love shoot em ups and this scratched that itch!
Really interesting concept. I don't believe it is the controls that are the problem, for me it was the camera. If it was fixed behind the player I believe the control would naturally feel a lot tighter.
Really interesting concept. Was a bit confused at the start but once I read the comments I got the hang of it! Really good retro art style and good animations. I think it would of benefited from distinguishing between the "waves" but really good within the limitation!
Awesome idea. Never seemed to be able to "match" the items up. Really strong art style and smooth gameplay / animations.
Really cohesive art style and good use of minimal in-game text. I think the instruction are a bit too long and the frying itself was a little too "long" and could of benefited from being quicker to increase the tension.
Really cool art style and interesting take on the stealth genre. Unfortunately it was a little slow on my low end machine but still really enjoy what I could play!
Cool retro style! Interface and all. Very fitting mechanics. Could rework quick time event to be holding instead of rapidly tap to be more inclusive for people with physical disabilities.
Felt really polished. Progression was a little tough but that was probably down to my reaction speeds. Bonus points for a Linux port!
Great science themed game. I agree with @budda it would make a really good mobile game for a commute. I like the progression but maybe it could be sped up especially with how many strands are floating on the screen. Something else to consider is enlarging / identifying the break more obviously to help those who may have a vision impairment.
Strong Retro Art Style. Really simple and accessible mechanics. Good support for multiple types of input. Might have just been me but I think the icons could of benefited from being larger as I struggle to distinguish them. Bonus Points for a Linux Port!
Really addictive roguelike. Great fun and very polished! Cohesive UI and Game Assets. One small thing, the text was a little blurry for me but I know how the web is with these things!
Strong consistent user experience. Everything is click and drag. Awesome Aesthetic choice with UI and Assets. I personally had some trouble with the clicking and dragging. Cook Serve Delicious really has something to watch out for!
Really enjoy the kinetics of the game, could see myself playing this for hours. Could of benefited from more clear visible feedback e.g. 3... 2... 1 shots left to destroy the hexagon along with some more obvious destruction animations.
Really enjoyable game, super polished. This is the sort of tight platforming game that really benefits from a controller so good job making it playable with a keyboard.
Really good idea to auto shoot, really helps minimize the cognitive load for the player. Very spooky and would be cool to see the source code!
Really smooth and responsive controls. Absolutely essential for a platformer and good game feel! Art Style really strong. Would be interesting to see the source code and how you made / deployed it?
I really enjoy these science themed game. Really liked the aesthetics. Didn't quite understand the instructions and video would have been much better but I understand with the time constrains.
Strong outing! Not 100% sure about the enemies falling from the sky. I would recommend making them slower so that you can more easily predict where they are going to land.
@govoroha Really interesting game, I liked to sky fortress aesthetics. It ran a bit slow on my low end machine but can see where the idea was heading.
Really enjoyed! Gave Devil Daggers vibes but in the best way. Really interest way of fighting the enemies!
Really felt like I was hyper-speed dating. A little too overwhelming maybe as I couldn't appreciate the dialogue from the really well designed characters.
Cool use of ambient sounds to create atmosphere. Fitting aesthetics. A little confused about the direction I was supposed to take but otherwise an interesting start to something!
Really interesting idea. Can defo see an amazing post-jam game coming from this! I felt like I had developed an "easy win" strategy until the next big item came along.
I got worried when I saw this game, then I realised that your objective was a Motherlode clone and I was like cool. This is ok by me! Faithful recreation, good job!
This is such a good game! Had to read the tutorial twice to understand but once I did. Really enjoy the humour and when I recognised the music that the people were playing I chuckled. Always awesome to see a Linux port!
This is a really fun game. I agree with the overcooked vibes. I got very overwhelmed with the boxes but that just added to the mood! Felt the movement was a little "icy" but props for producing a Linux!
Really cool reverse Bomberman game, AI felt like they were "thinking". Great aesthetics!
I love the aesthetic of this game. Awesome vibe. Only way I could win was by causing my opponent to spin out.
Interesting premise, I really struggled with the spinning and thought it was a little too much of a windup. But overall, it is a nice and sharp game!
I also really appreciate the mobile aspect ratio. Would be interesting to know what engine it was made on.
This is an awesome jam game. Really simple to get. I agree potentially a little too easy but you got the theme across + the aesthetics good. I would suggest potentially changing the colour of the rug as the spotlight blends in and I couldn't see it.
I wasn't able to win the game, but I really enjoy it regardless. Great mood and aesthetics. Would have been helpful to pull up the riddle again as I forgot it when I was going around.
This is loads of fun. Really simple and got it without even reading the instructions!
This is a really cool twist on [That Tetromino Game]. I had to go back and revisit the controls a couple of times, but that is my memory! This defo has some legs to run! Big up Linux port always lovely to see and awesome to see Monogame used!
This is a really funky game. I like the idea behind it and the theme is really well used. The numbers were a little overwhelming for me, but I think that is a personal preference rather than anything against the game!
This is a really fun game, I could see myself getting addicted. Hitbox on the Pylon was a little funny but overall. Really cool direction with the theme.
Very interesting idea! It defo has legs and I would defo like to play more of the game if you are able to add more levels! PS. Linux build is always very much appreciated!
@pincushion It was supposed to help with making the game feel more like furniture arrangement and then you would go into signal mode to see if you have arranged your furniture correctly to complete the level but when I tested it during the jam, people didn't realise the objective of the puzzles.
Very interesting entry, I got stuck on level 3 but I really enjoyed the puzzle elements / styling of the game, simple but cohesive! Big props for using your own custom framework!
Very Interesting Idea, I like the idea and I got to grasps with the mechanics quickly. Cool synergy system with the different cards as well, I can defo see this being a full release!
Really liked the art style, soundtrack reminded me of Fez! The tuning mechanics might need a little more feedback as I got confused when tuning but eventually got it! Bonus points for a Linux build!
Very cool idea! I am wondering if some temporary feedback around where the user is when they are jumping / moving but other nice artstyle and soundtrack!
This is a very cool idea! It left me wanting more. I found it a little difficult to turn the dials with the mouse but that's all I could fault it for.
It is giving missile command vibes (in the best way possible) I enjoyed it and the aesthetics are very cohesive!
Very cool concept, it has a solid progression and a very intuitive gameplay. It feels like a mobile version of Uplink!
This is really cool idea, I love the atmosphere, the progress is quite simple but a solid base to develop upon!
Interesting concept! I kept squishing the frog :( whole game is very cohesive!
Very interesting concept! The aesthetics are cohesive and I enjoyed it very much!
Enjoyed this game, very cool! Different mechanics are introduced progressively a tutorial in game would have helped but an interest concept regardless!
Great work! I enjoy playing it I got a full feel for the game! It would have been helpful if the signal gave you an idea of the general direction
Very Interesting Concept, I can see this working really well as a mobile game, I struggle a bit with a laptop trackpad but otherwise very cool!
