9800, that was fun nice work.
Thanks we had a blast putting it together and thanks a ton for the feedback.
I completely understand the "ran out of time" part. It's a decent start to a builder. I like the concept of build stonehenge.
Auto Battler is not my thing, but this game has some really good polish. Nice Work.
The controls, art, and concept where really good. My only complaint was the audio for mission giver. Cool concept but can blow out your ears with head phones on.
Love the style and perspective. Could use some sound. Also the links to the downloads seem to be broken.
Audio is a bit loud, but I love the art style.
LOl love this, has its edges but is actually kind of fun.
Wow, I can't say the gameplay was the best but the mood, intrigue, and art was spot on. Very nice work and very engaging.
I love this, so simple and complete. Nice work.
Love this, nice work.
Great title, I would just tweak down the force a bit allow for more control. Otherwise it is great.
Wow thanks for all of the feedback. The team is over the moon from the feedback so far. It means the world to us that you choose to play and give use feedback.
^--- no pun intended.
@soundgnome I love the idea thanks.
@jward thanks for the heads up
@pedryx yeah that was one of the things that got me as well. We knew it was a risk with our asteroid replenish system hoped it would not be that noticeable. It sort of is, thanks for the feedback.
Wow that is a really good game and concept. Some of the hit detection and fuel balancing is a bit off, but really good submission.
Ok I love the game so much I go my 8 your old out of bed to play. He asked me to save it for play later. Keep up the good work.
The path finding is well done but the game feels a bit empty.
Loved the art style the overall idea. Such a good game in so little time. Really nice work. My only two issues are a broken link to the manual and a slightly better user interface for placing objects (pure mouse maybe). Really great work. If you take this further please reach out.
Love the art and surprisingly the controls are very well done. really nice entry.
I did not get very far, it was a little too dark for me to see much. Love the atmosphere. It also seemed to crash sometimes when opening my inventory.
I love the idea, I'm just not sure what I am doing with the interface. That might just be me.
@mduo13 The Linux version is now fix, thanks for the heads up an the very constructive feedback.
The mood is good but the controls are really hard to handle, double so with the camera. I love the general idea and the art style. A little more on user interface and I think you have a great start.
Wow this is really kind of a cool concept. I was able to break the play table some how, put the first person critter battling on an interactive table is really a good idea. This was really ambitious and I love the ideas. Just need to work on user interface and controls a little more.
Wow this was fun, nice polish and good play loop. The only issue I had was the music stopped playing after level one. Really nice job on a complete and fun game.
Great game, fits the theme and the simple physics are great. I did not read the message about Firefox Linux combo not working. So I was able to play a few times a decent way though before crashing.
The mood and art are great and the concept is fun. Thanks so much for making a Linux build. I did have some issues with the file extension being wrong(super easy fix) and it crashing on the intro a few times. I am super impressed that this was built from scratch without a pre-baked engine. Really stellar work for your fist Jam. I hope you folks do more in the future.
Love the concept and the jump controls are fun. Nice work.
Really cool concept and the controls are interesting. I'm not sure I have anything like this yet, nice work.
Fun little slots game. A bit more fedback in the interface might help as the acorns increase.
Theme was nailed. I love the art style and the crazy flee manipulation. Really a great game with some surprising game play, nice Work.
This is really kind of fun, I'm not sure the jump controls are tight enough. But really good job on the concept and the music is great.
Art, music, and controls are great. The difficulty is a little steep, might need some tweaking in that area.
Very chill game and nice and simple controls. Went in to a trace and just enjoyed the puzzle. Nice work.
Love the concept and the art. Not a big fan of the controls, but I think that is more a personal preference. This is a very complete game, really nice work.
Love the throwing, art, music, sound and even concept. Just wish I could group throw. Great work on this.
Love the game play, very good moment to moment loop. I only issue is with the speed to restart the game after death. Having a simple restart after death would be awesome.
@gelsti Really glad you like it.
@sted we had a lot of fun making it. Thanks for taking the time and playing it.
@kaspjej They let me have the mic and just kept feeding me lines. We had more in mind but just ran out of time.
@sviborg We usually go for a more serious tone for our jams but just could not help or self's when we came up with the death harbor concept. We had a few debits on the controls but I think we landed on the right balance. Thanks for the positive feedback and we are really grateful for you taking the time to play.
@david-huculak The bunnies where a really late add, we did not have much time to balance them. Glad you loved the music we had to remove the audio from voting due to the creative commons asset we used so thanks for the shout out on the tunes. Really glad you played and thanks for the feedback.
@darefus If we ever get a chance to make Death Harbor 2: Another Hare, maybe then he will find a bunny honey.
@aerloth Thanks, we are huge fans doing games from near scratch. Tools like Monogame and Krita are huge boons to us game devs. We try to promote them when we can and use opensource tooling if possible.
@kseniya Thanks for playing and you time.
@t-pirozzini We are crazy happy the humor landed, you never know if something the group finds funny will come though to others. Thanking us for making games means a lot, thanks so much for the feedback.
@tudvari Yeah the firing arch was a design choice. We were not sure if that was the right choice but as with all jams once you make a choice like that you roll with it. The enemy count was high, balance was something we did not have a lot of time to fine tune. I had the same reaction after one of the other devs did a balance pass. Our next jam I hope we have a bit more time for finer tweaks. Thanks for the feedback.
@conor-wilson Glad you made it to the end the balance got ramped at the 13th hour. Thanks for the shout out on the voice lines.
@pimping Thanks we always try to match the theme as close as possible, it feels good to pull it off this time.
@zoglu Our resident artist really was pushed to his limit this time and the voice overs where a lot of fun to collaborate on. Thanks for playing.
@hawkin
We really love making these games from scratch and always aim to get a complete moment to moment and full play loop in. We usually make it but sometimes by the skin of our teeth.
The health bar was an early skip for us, one of the cuts we tend to put in the nice to have section of the design. The radial shooting was a debit early on, but once were working we stuck with the eight way. Still world love to see how a smoother set of directions would impact the game, maybe after the jam. The rabbits where a late add so the AI is a little too simple and aggressive.
Blocking the bullets was a bug that we just never removed, when we caught it we just sort of left it in. :) Thanks for playing and leaving really awesome feedback.
@bethwellstudios Yeah we oddly missed feedback on seallone. I'm not sure any of caught that one. Thanks for the feeddback.
@exa Thanks for taking the time to play and comment here.
Art, music, sounds, and even concept is really great. I have never been a huge fan of drag controls for interaction, other than that this is a really nice and polished entry. It also looks like this might be your first entry. Welcome to the Jam and really glad you are here.
Not a big cozy game fan but this was enjoyable. Great art and music, I could see where you cut back and where you went for detail. Really great example of a jam game.
Art is great and concept is fun. The controls could use a little bit of refinement, it was hard to fling and move at the same time. I was also able to grapple to points though platforms. With some control refinements I think you would have a really nice platformer.
The concept is really cool, I think adding a indicator as to which cannon will fire would be a big help.
.... I was transfixed. Love the use of ascii assets. Music was good and I got in to the zone. I had vertical control break on me in level 3, not sure why. Really cool mood for this. Would love to see more some time if you continue.
Wow great game, I love the idea of shrinking and making what was previously trivial a challenge. Really great.
.... We'll I would love to see the reset of this. A life sim / sudo god game with mice nuns and mystery. The concept feels really strong and the art is great.
Man I love this lo-fi art. A simple but complete little adventure. The only bit of feedback I have is like others my Mozilla firefox browser was not able to make the play screen usable without using the mouse on sliders. Little hard to play, but really good work outside of that one technical detail.
