It was pretty unique, but also pretty confusing as to how the red squares and monsters worked. Perhaps next time you could explain how to play? Also, the camera was pretty weird... Great work though - it was pretty fun!
Super smooth controls for mouse and keyboard. Fun avoidance survival gameplay. I maxed out at getting 6 in one shot.
Some of the most unique art I've seen for the characters and the monsters minimalist but quite stylish.
@appleplectic Thank you.I added a little more info on the page. @lordsaber @jibberwocky Thanks !
Really enjoyed! Gave Devil Daggers vibes but in the best way. Really interest way of fighting the enemies!
Like art concept, congrats!
That was an interesting concept ! I could see this becoming a more fully fleshed game
It seems that running in diagonals helps a lot (we move faster)! Not sure if intended. Love the minimalist grapics, but i feel that the musical loop is too repetitive. I know it helps understanding the loop, but it's too present for me.
Good job on this, it feels quite polished to play, controls are responsive, and it looks good.
Very innovative mechanic! I feel like the game would be nicer in top-down 2d because you could see the entire map clearly then.
its a bit easy but very fun!
Nice animation and audio. Really like how the characters move in an eerie/charming way!
A really neat idea that was really well executed. I loved the artstyle, but I could not kill more than 5 enemies at a time. Really well done!

This feels awesome
Very unique; I thought the sound loop added a lot, it felt really cohesive.
Interesting idea. Clear graphics, simple mechanics, easy to pick-up and play. Well done!
@mossgames @lepletier @dahut Thanks ! @chocolat-endive thanks, yes i wished i had time to make a more varied music loop.I knew it would get on some players nerves eventually.. @savorytoast thanks. True it could also work in a top down way, for a more strategic gameplay approach, but the feel would be different. Someone mentionned to me taht could see it as a first person game... @cantthinkofaname @andidebob @organicpencil @jcg @digital-bacon thanks! @beefsock thanks, the character animation is a bit of a side effect from lack of time, but i too like it that way :)
Simple but engaging idea. All pieces worked well together and the experience felt complete. One thing I would caution you against is to not bind your core mechanic to the theme. If for any reason you need to balance or change it - you are stuck with a dilema whether to abandon the theme to make the game better.
I really liked this one and was really jamming to the music, even though it was so simple. The player-model could have been a bit more interesting, but I know it was a game jam, so what really matters was the idea and that was great.
I liked it! Wiggling back and forth between two rows to light up both, instead of just drawing a one-square-wide path, felt a bit strong. Perhaps it'd be better if you had to step a bit further into the square to turn it red.
The music and sounds worked well, and the balance seems about right.
@xsangyhix @fribolin @chemicalcrux Thanks !
