The art and music's really nice!
@macaroni-dev I have good news! I'm making a full version :)
The turning could be a bit faster, but other than that, pretty polished, nice job
Pretty neat game! The sound effects really add to it. The slo-mo effect sort of felt like it was decreasing the framerate, but that wasn't too much of an issue. I hope more people play this!
The artstyle is really nice, as well as the music. I hope more people see this
Pretty fun! I was surprised at the amount of mechanics in it. Also, the music's really nice!
Pretty fast and hard to get the hang of at first (I wasn't sure what the blue orb was doing or where it was coming from) but it was pretty fun after a bit
I found the ducks no way
Visually, very nice! The graphics are really nice. The actual rating system was a little weird, sometimes giving me 3 stars for not doing it correctly at all, sometimes 3 stars for doing it correct, sometimes 4 stars. There's not really any tutorial or ui or anything, but I think it's really easy to learn so I'll give it a pass on that. Good job!
Very vibey! Super duper technically impressive, at first the graphics didn't seem very good but I started to like them later on, nice job!
Very funnyâ„¢! Super nice graphics - a little weird sometimes, I clicked and it didn't seem to register my input or something but I think I might just be bad lol
I like the artstyle, its simple but works pretty well! It's definitely really hard, I was a bit dumb and didn't read the instructions so didn't know how to craft campfires first try, but once I read it it became a lot easier. (it would've been nice to inform the player in game though)
Gets very very complicated later on, which gets fun but also really chaotic. I like the pallete you used for the pixel art, and the music is very chill. Nice job!
@hawkin haha you can thank Nolram for all the snarky text!
Looks very nice! Pretty confusing, very hectic, but you could argue that's part of the fun. A better tutorial might've helped, but it was good enough. Nice job!!
This is honestly
Great interpretation of the theme, the game has a lot of personality! The music was really cool, and the way it switched between the themes for the two different worlds was awesome.
This truly was one of the games ever
It was kinda hard to figure out what was going on, but it seems to have potential
@shamantramp ah, that's a shame, it seems to work for me - maybe try the itch.io version if you're playing it here?
Wow holy moly. This was something special. This was honestly just a very wonderfully told short story... The audio and design and polish really tied everything together. And for a game jam??? This has honestly convinced me to eventually play your other games haha
(I wasn't sure what to do when the game told me to go deeper, though. I tried walking away from the wooden floor and couldn't seem to find much. Hopefully that was where the game ended!)
Didn't play through the whole thing (I plan to later!!) but this is SO cool for a jam game. I love the decision to require the player to actually manually slow their velocity instead of applying a magical space drag! I would totally play a full game of this.
Fairly basic gameplay loop but the art direction was very nice! I guess it still has quite a bit of challenge to it because I somehow lost even though I thought I was doing pretty decent haha
Very nice atmosphere and mechanics!! The lighting made it hard to see much... But I can see this becoming something really special
Nice!! I like the characters, I actually found them adding to the game instead of padding out its runtime (It was cool when the unidentified ship was brought up on the radio). The game loop was pretty cool and I'm surprised you guys managed to sync the 2D map up with the perspective of the lighthouse tower.
The 3D art and animations are really cool!! I was struggling to figure out what the game loop actually is (if there's a strategy to how satellites should be placed, since the size of the orbit is random, or if the buttons on the right affect the game in any way)
Really clever use of the theme and fun mechanic, every failure actually did feel like my fault because the game gives you enough information (which is good!)
