I liked the overall feel of it, the art is cute too! I did find it a bit frustrating that I couldn't see my cooldown 😅 Maybe make the red icon slowly fade or have a number on top?

@pigeonic Thanks for playing! The ability cooldown is visible in the top left corner and does change to red when it's unusable.
Good game!
Cute art, easy to pick up and play, and thanks for the tutorial! I do agree that having a more visible cooldown might help with the experience (perhaps knowing how much time it will take to get your move back with a progress bar?) -- that way you could strategize around that progress bar.
It's a cool little game! The art was good too! Good job!
Nice game, I felt like you needed a few more tipes of attack, it can get a littel bit repetitive, but was pretty fun the first time.
I liked the look of the sprites and overall aesthetic. I had fun fighting the enemies however it quickly became a game of afk until my cooldown to comes back. I could see this idea being expanded upon though. Nice job.
I found myself having to run back from a lot of the rooms to avoid getting hurt while I waited for the ability cooldown. I wish the ability lasted a bit longer or if there was some dash ability to outrun enemies a bit easier. But it's a fun game with a cool gimmick, I just think it could include more enemy types of abilities. Oh and I really liked the art.
Interesting concept. Though the cooldown mechanic simply forced me into staying still in a distance and wait for it to rechrge so it was mostly a stop and go.
Amazing game but it was a bit frustrating that there was no checkpoint to prevent that if i die at the end start all over again
Good little jam game! I wish I could have used the arrow keys to move, had ways to regain hearts (or checkpoints), but understandable given the time constraints  Keep on making games!
Love the player sprite. I'm a sucker for shadowy creatures *and* pixel art.
Hard to pick up on how the controls work exactly, had to do a lot of trial and error before I figured it out. Pretty simple and very much scope controlled. Not bad at all.
Nice jame, I had a great moment. I could be interesting to display the life on ghosts and maybe an visual sign to know when the ability is ending.
Thank you for the game!
Easy to play and control, nice art. I wish there would be more complex gameplay, for example, you should collect some energy to regain your summon ability and manage it, otherwise you will lose. Or something with progression.
Nice one!
Dealing damage feels clunky. As a result sometimes enemies survive and fight back. It seems like in order to deal damage you need to push the enemy. That doesn't seem right to me. Whether the avatar is able to kill several enemies remained a mystery.
You also need to add a visual clue when the ability is wearing off. So that the player could move the avatar away in time.
