Fun game. nice simple construction.

Fun game. nice simple construction.
Loved the mood and the art style. The pacing was slow but i guess if you zipped around the screen you wouldn't get the same atmosphere.
The jump took some getting used to. The damage enemy = health was interesting.
I enjoyed the game. The control of the bouncing thingy was different but easy to pickup.
Excellent game. The story and mood were interesting. Visuals were great.
I like the art style. For a simple style it make sthe duck death look brutal.
Enjoyable point and click game. Good Job.
Great art style. I liked the mechanics but found the controls a bit fiddly.
Really enjoyed this, even though I only wiped of 61% of the dinosaurs. Music, graphics and gameplay were all excellent.
I really liked the art for the seeker.
nice simple game well executed. Made it 4 before I gave up, slightly better than my normal week.
Enjoyable game.I found the pace of the loops a bit punishing. Took me a while to work out what was going on on the second level. Enjoyed the puzzles. Didn't understand if the ending with pushing something onto a train meant I stabbed the right person.
Fun game. Loved the style and humour.
Nice game. Simple, intuitive game play. The action was restricted to the right hand third of the screen(on the 2-3 levels I played) leaving the rest of the screen feeling empty/unused.
An enjoyable and rather cute puzzle game. Particularly liked the twisted loop premise.
I enjoyed the game. Nice graphics/art style. The jump mechanic was interesting but felt a little loose/imprecise. I'm not sure if this was the jump itself or the game needed more size/levels to get familiar with the using the jump.
Some more variety on the clicking would be nice. The second loop seemed a bit broken. Liked the "lonely thoughts" and historical text.
nice puzzle game. Liked the concept of your past moves/actions interfering with your current ones.
Nice game. Liked the peak into the level below. finding any resources further away(not marked by cracked rock) became guess work. Made it feel clearing a level was often down to luck.
Great game. Really enjoyed it.
Art and lighting were good. A restart option would have been nice.
The general mechanics(shoot and moving) worked well. Would have liked my bullets to be a different colour, they got lost in all the enemy bullets. Wasn't sure what stats and collectibles were having.
This was great. Spent far too long playing. I did skip the lot of combat. Mostly it wasn't necessary to continue expanding. Would have liked to zoom out to see the whole of my glorious empire. The found the explore/settle loop combined with the music made it very chill.
Enjoyable game. Game play and graphics were very good. Liked the style. Minor frustrations were navigating on T junctions and judging distance to stand safely between 2 traps.
I liked the encroaching darkness as you travel further down. Music did glitch on one game around third monster type but it was good when playing.
Great game. The different enemies mixed up the combat nicely. Loved the book theme.
Nice game. I liked the puzzle. Has a nice gentle pace.
Enjoyable game. The story/dialog was good and the interface nice and straight forward. Intro text speed was OK for me on the first play through but would have like the option to skip on subsequent tries.
Nice game. I liked the graphics style, the red and everything in squares.
This was really interesting. The story told was at times a bit surreal and occasionally nonsensical but it did have narrative that held together pretty well. The mood created was nicely ominous.
Very nice name. Drone controls were nice and responsive. I liked that damage was expressed in additional fuel loss. Just the one bar to keep an eye on. Music was good too.
Ship graphics and backgrounds were very nice. Would have liked more to interact with beyond the managing the 2 stations. A better indication of what was failing when on the main view could be nice.
Great game. Graphics, audio and game play all very nice. I couldn't keep an eye on the UI status levels and dodge the rocks(and occasional falling submarine?).
An interesting idea. I think rounding up or down the division for decimal results would be better(rather than failing) especially with the options available being random. Also being able to see an upcoming row or 2 would make it more strategic.
Nice puzzle game. Liked the sleep/wake mechanic. Got stuck on the second door on level 3.
Challenging but fun game. I'm glad it wasn't keeping track of shots taken. The power of the shot was difficult to predict the distance and when the ball would get lifted.
@purpledartfrog Thank you. @adamr The instructions pages were written very last minute. If I develop it further I'll look at highlighting the effects of the cards.
@agrdev I'll check out the Canvas Scaler options. It's not something I've look at in Unity before.
@extar @incal @0x89a @crazymouse - Font size and readability look to be an issue a few people had. Definitely an area for em to work on.
@strailks - thank you. Glad you enjoyed it.
@saintchristopher777 - The different resources were going to need different Investigation cards to collect. Also to be worth different amount. But didn't get that finsihed.
@darthone Thank you. The audio is a bit rudimentary. An area I need to expand my skills in.
@nick-rafalski The price was chosen rather arbitrarily and is too high. Especially with a game jam you want people to get to see all the game.
@likirus I did have plans for more complex resource collection options of the different resource types but cut those due to lack of time.
Great game. One of the more interesting interpretations of the theme I have played. The chanting with the key presses fitted so well.
nice game. I liked the heat mechanic but found returning to the surface to dissipate it very slow. I progressed a lot faster once I embraced death.
Nice game. I liked the change in mechanic as you progress. A couple of times I couldn't see the next platform and had to jump into space and hope. Ending was abrupt. Not sure if I killed the end boss or not.
I liked the art and the story. I wasn't sure if I had missed something or the story was unfinished.
Nice game. The levels often looked simple but i found many of them challenging with the fuel limit.
Very nice game. The learning curve is very steep. Once i got an understanding of the mechanics the game has a "Just one more go, I'll get it this time" feel to it.
Loved this. The other characters and little background scenes kept me going to the end. The metal detecting got tedious but I couldn't decide if that was intentional( and part of the theme) or not.
Fun little shooter. The shooting enemies seemed to appear at random, once on my first wave and once on my third. They were a large difficulty jump.
interesting game. the breathing makes the other mini games much harder and more stressful.
Fun little game. I liked the sounds for the octopus death grip.
I like the simultaneous puzzles. The graphics are nice and clean, easy to identify the different parts/resources.
Nice game. I found it quite difficult and would have liked it easier at the start to get me into the game.
I managed to fill in some squares but wasn't really sure what I was doing. Needed to be in the mood for a deep dive into the game to get the most out of it. I liked the morse code commands but sometimes I was unsure if I was entering the code I wanted. I think making the morse entry easier/smoother and what i entered more obvious would have made focusing on exploring the mechanics of the game easier.
Brilliant game. Minor gripe was not being able to change facing with movement.
Interesting game. Playing around with the reactions I wasn't sure if I was making progress by luck or good management.
The drunk mechanic was good but I found the race difficulty very hard, always last. Music fit the island theme nicely and I like the built in tutorial to get to the race.
Nice puzzle game. Good tutorial and clear interface. Found it difficult to complete in the time limit when trying to puzzle out the answer. Could finish it quickly by increasing the incorrect guess by 1 until they turned green. I think this is possible because the correctly numbered hex is highlighted. Game doesn't reset on second play through.
Nice game. Graphics were good, the robot server was quite expressive. Liked the game running inside the computer.
Nice game. Good clean graphics and interesting puzzles. I could not work out level 8.
Interesting entry. The moving levels made the platforming for challenging. The music, snake animation and moving levels combined nicely. It was a bit headache inducing.
Interesting concept. Would have liked more ways to manipulate the buses programming.
This was a lot of fun. Enjoyed the rock skipping and the humour. Having the alternate control schemes help with playing on PC. Would be interesting to try the rock skipping in VR.
Good game. I liked the balancing mechanic and the damage bar provided enough feedback I could adjust what I was doing to progress. Only finished levels 1 and 2 but tried each. They provided a nice variety and level of challenge.
Nice puzzle game. I liked the art style, nice and clear.
Really cool game. Loved the minimalist aesthetic, everything was clear and easy to understand. Music suited the game. Couldn't complete levels 13 and 20, but might try again.
Nice idea. Plays well and is easy to understand. Graphics are simple but clean and easy to read. Music is nice and chill, matches the mood nicely.
Fun game. Moving and shooting was nice and responsive. Having to time the shooting with the magic recharge made a nice run/shoot rhythm to it.
fun game. Nice clear controls. good graphics and I liked the penguin sounds.
Fun game. The audio was good, provided good feedback when i was mostly looking at the keyboard.
This is great. Loved the audio. Lots of fun playing the the destructible levels, the telekinesis and the instability mechanic. plus killing all the cows.
Fun game but a bit too easy. Gameplay and graphics were nicely done.
I enjoyed the dungeon crawl. The crumbling floor is an interesting mechanic but it only had a small impact my play through.
The art and animation are excellent. Took a while but got the hang of the controls for walking without falling over. The attacking was more confusing. Not sure if I ever got any higher damage attacks to work. More feedback on the attacks would help.
@octahedronsoftware The shooting, player movement and enemy AI does need an overhaul. I'd also like to include a more difficult/interesting puzzle for the takeover/transfer mechanic.
@rolly The music was a late edition and I may have muted it when testing :).
Was a lot of fun trying different configuration of the buildings and buying all the research.
An interesting idea. I was often too slow to read the quotes and when I did I mostly got them wrong. Managed to get to the top guessing on just the photos.
Those are some very angry monsters. Mostly kept them fed but couple not work out how to get them to play with the requested toy.
nicely executed game. I thought the initial period with just the green buttons went on too long. It got more interesting with the additional buttons and exploring what they did. Plus the colour/background changes that went with it.
The controls were a bit frustrating/fiddly. Still a really enjoyable game. Nice graphics and puzzles.
Enjoyable game. Killing the hunters first made picking off the wolves much easier. Not firing when you couldn't kill took some getting used to, would have preferred the feedback of a shot. Player icon doesn't change when timer runs out if you are not moving.
A fun and different take on unstable. Lots of burning horses and upbeat music.
Interesting game. I enjoyed the music and art. Story was a bit sparse, but interesting. I'm not sure if my choices mattered. Played through a number of times and things always went well.
Nice game. The plants look good and I liked the slow build before the plant moving insanity started. One of my plants did get stuck in the wall and I couldn't move it.
Fun game. The disposable drones and the "just a little further" than the last one incentive to keep going were good. I agree with others that continued movement while button pressed would have been nice.
Nice game. The variety to the actions was good and between the graphics and tooltips it was pretty intuitive. Would have played longer but for the slowdown issue.
great game. And more levels than I was expecting when I started.
Interesting game. The action icons were easy to learn. There was a little inconsistency in the way actions highlight and then who moved but was a minor issue.
Interesting game. Liked the concept. The workers/gold did not have any impact on my playthroughs and the attacking options/tactics were a bit limited.
Nice take in the theme. Enjoyed driving my city into ruin. Felt the screen was a bit cluttered. Would have liked to know that the tonnes per year ration was for one person when choosing the ration level.
Nice Game. I like the line art style and the different maps give a bit of variety.
Really fun game. The puzzle/challenge elements had a nice variety. Liked the art style and the mumbled speech. There was no music for me after the first time I pressed the button.
Fun game. I would have liked more precision in the digging. Got stuck at the bottom of the volcano a couple of times.
Nice game. I didn't like the keyboard layout but controls were nice and responsive. Liked the music too.
Good game. I enjoyed the story a lot.
Great game. Found some of the gun component features hard to read. Being able to swap 2 parts directly was annoying. But overall a very fun game. I loaded up with all multiple barrels and that many projectiles broke the game, but looked great while it ran.
Nice game. There is a lot of resources/building to keep track of but I like that most have their own pros and cons.
Fun game. The card mechanics worked well and the descriptions/effects were clear. The art for the enemies looked good. The controls were a it clunky.
Fun game. I did enjoy the internal monologue.
The leaderboard adds a nice challenge. It certainly kept me smashing my keyboard longer than I expected.
Excellent game. The art in particular stands out but the audio and writing work well too.
Great game. Enjoyed the puzzles. UI was excellent, especially the arranging of the code.
Good game. The art is great and sound effects made it very peaceful shuffling around in the snow.
@jepjoh2 The fuel bubbles are random but they do appear in the vicinity of the player. The Fuel Geysers on the surface are in fixed positions. I tried not to make the fuel too easy to get to make the ending more inevitable.
@christian-zommerfelds, @studio-vykanic . I think adding some points of interest to collect extra science or something similar might be the way to go. With only the Fuel bubbles and geysers it can be a bit sparse.
@glayson Suggestions are always welcome. I'll have a look at both.
Fun game. Would have preferred being able to aim with he mouse. The grey scale style of the art look good.
Enjoyable game. It all looks great and the gameplay is interesting.
Fun game. The abilities had enough variety to add some strategy.
Nice game.Art is cool and the I liked the avoiding/collision strategy. Key presses were a bit unresponsive but if I held the key down the movement worked better.
Excellent game. Easy to learn and the interface was fairly intuitive.
Nice relaxing game, apart from the flashing alarm and brutal time limit. The art and music worked well.
Great game. Had lots of fun throwing the blocks over the wall, even if I didn't climb very high.
Congrats on you're first game. I liked the concept of avoiding graduation. Game never seemed to end so I think I was playing a lot after I should have graduated.
Interesting game. I'm not sure I got the controls correct. Especially moving people between the locations as i would have liked.
Nice game. Took a while to work out the mechanics with loading the train for consumers and suppliers. When the destination for a train is locked in also a bit unclear. Overall a lot of fun.
Nice game. The variety of the levels and mechanics worked really well. On a couple of levels my brain kept thinking the black box with the instruction text were bits of the level(walls etc). I would have liked a level selector so i could go back and try to get the stars I missed.
Was interesting to try the different tank builds and see what difference they made. Picking up the loot was difficult if you go blast heavy in the design, push me more to speed shot upgrades.
I am conflicted about the movement speed. It felt slow with the 10 second limit to catch an enemy but it did mean a lot of "I've almost caught you" then "No! now your chasing me". Which I think made it more fun. Sometimes the enemies where a bit sparsely populated.
I did not find any treasures. But it was later in the day when I realised there was more than one to find. The ice/warmer seem inconsistent at times, I had it change when I had not moved. Voice acting was good. I listen to him mostly say warmer until the sun set and there was enough variety that it did not become annoying.
Nice game. I liked the simple controls and the timed explosions. Would have liked more agency in creating the chain explosions rather than hoping try drift by at the right time. Maybe some gravity or something to pull the enemies towards you.
Excellent game. As has been said above, I spent a lot of time standing still waiting for the maze to change rather than solving it. Got to level 17 but ran into some invisible walls. Was not sure if that was a bug or a feature. The graphic, sound and mood of the game are all really well done.
The controls take some getting used to. The infinite time starting level was helpful. The art was good, particularly the meals created.
nice game. The cat and dog designs are very good. It did become repetitive, some form or progression or a score to chase would be good.
Took me a few rounds to get the hang of it. Mostly remembering how maths worked and realising the timer was counting up. From there it was lots of fun.
Excellent game. Great animations, especially the snail when it bumps into enemies. I liked the enemies not killing you just slowing you down.
I liked the 2 phase dynamic, sort of moving between searching and running away. There was a lot of sudden deaths.
Fun game. I found determining the correct target point to hit an enemy nicely challenging. Would have preferred a slower build in the number of enemies. The number felt overwhelming rather quickly.
Great game. The background ticking clock in the background and the slowing down as time progressed really fitted well. I noticed the one special effect which was the screen rotating. My biggest frustration was the keyboard layout, I couldn't get jump and punch to feel nice together. But i did finish the game so only a minor frustration.
Took a little while to understand the movement controls. The theme of collecting memories and layout changing with your thoughts works well. Collected all the clues on my second play through but game kept going, no end screen.
The level editor is very impressive. The graphics are basic but clear and easy to read. The game needs more levels but I can understand the limited time was spent on the level editor.
The art is great. Makes it clear what everything is and requirements for each fix. The difficulty seemed to spike around 15 spells remaining and you were in the hands of the RNG gods.
@cooz The music clip is a pretty short loop. One of the random events is to changed to a second clip. Which is equally short and worse than the first clip :)
@someone @zachary-shah . The timer is a compromise from the way I designed things. The idea was each room was like a mini arena with it's own enemies(and potentially layout and obstacles if I had more time.) It also meant i only had to worry about having one room existing at a time as the current room is destroyed and a new one created on each transition. I added the timer so the player gets a look at enemies before they start attacking. It does make the too stop/start and it does need a better room transition system. Also the crossbow is overpowered.
@hungryroy The bow is a bit overpowered. The different attacks needed some balancing. "Invasion" spawned some extra enemies in the room.
Good game. The steering worked in the opposite direction to what I expected but I felt I had it working and the plate coating/swapping as well. I was unsure what to do with the damage/fire on the schematic side. Would also have liked an indication on the game over screen of why the rocket failed.
Fun game. Enjoyed the music and it fitted well with the game.
Good game. Teddy went quiet on me a couple of time which made for a sudden death.
Nice game. I liked the art style and the chill music.
Fun game. The teleport mechanic/controls was much easier to pick up than I expected, even if I'm still pretty bad at it.
The minimalist blocky design worked well and I though gave the world a bleak look that matched the increasing negative affects. Controls were nice and smooth, fun game.
Nice game. Took me a few goes to work out the required sequence. The controls were a bit fiddly. Where you had to click was sometimes quite specific and not always clear/intuitive.
Good game. I had a self sustaining ravenous horde by the end. Some visual indication of the flow of resource would be good. I didn't understand how it worked the comments. I assume the different creature colours is just cosmetic.
Nice game. The puzzles were simple(in design, not to solve) but very nicely done. The menu art and mood was great.
Interesting game. The music and sound effects are great. Controlling the robot was a little frustrating, attacking against the men and when you could/couldn't move through scenery.
I agree that having to restart from the beginning was very frustrating. I found the first try on a level I was working out the new mechanic and the ah-ha moment when I worked the level was over shadowed by realising I would have to repeat 3 earlier levels before I could try again. The levels I did play were interesting and with the 10 second time limit often still challenging even after "figuring" the level out. Graphically and mechanically a good can and often fun to play.
Nice game. The trial and error of building different layouts and combinations was a lot of fun.
Nice game. Graphics nice and clear. Particularly like the little animations on the robot. I spent a lot off time trying to get to a cog that was out of reach before I realised I had missed the corridor heading down.
This was fun. The puzzles were good and the bubbles being delicate added a second layer to it. The inclusion of the popping level was nice.
I enjoyed the aesthetic. The fact the enemies had all the pieces they dropped. The weapon animations are excellent, as is the music. The upgrade text only readable from one side was frustrating. As was the indication of enemies, it made them a bit ambushy. But these were minor frustrations. Really enjoyable game.
Fun game. A nice variety of enemies and upgrade options, kept the replays interesting. I liked the sound effects and the large ships having destructible parts. being shot from enemies off screen was a little annoying but since my longest game was 1:05 it probably didn't have a big impact :)
Lots of fun. The physics was nicely done and the levels had good variety. I liked the level selector. Would have liked to see all the fruits at the start of the level, rather than having to unstack them before adding to cart.
Very enjoyable. Played the web version. I liked not knowing the monster status unless you were nearby. The push your luck when exploring kept a sense of jeopardy.
Puzzles were fun. The graphics are nice and clear so as not to be ambiguous. Fun game.
I liked the art style but the game mechanics were a bit confusing. The short days made experimenting with the gameplay more difficult.
Nice game. The game concepts were easy to learn and the tutorial explained them well. And the different islands provided a nice challenge. Would have been nice to be able to restart an island rather than restart from the beginning.
The art is really good. It's a shame you didn't get to finish the progression.
A nice change to the theme from all the farming I have been doing. Solid tower defense game. Tutorial was nice and clear.
Trying to optimize the actions against available shapes was engaging. Minor annoyance was not knowing where the seed would plant if they did not fill the shape. Also hoeing planted seeds/crops, but that was an issue with me not the game.
Great game. The gravity effect of the planets was a lot of fun, as was the flying in general.
The plant growth animations looked good. Felt I had to tiptoe around when the fields were full. The plant - wake - run loop is something that could be expanded on.
Great game. The only negative was the hand controls felt clunky even after I get used to them. The arts is good and compliments the surreal atmosphere. Really enjoyed the music too.
Interesting and fun game. I like the concept of growing the words. It would be nice to have some way to more actively guide or choose the words.
It took me four games to realise I had to distribute the water manually. Harvesting the water and then having to distribute it as a limited resource was interesting. I found tying in the water distribution values a bit awkward and would have preferred just mouse control for that part.
I had a nice grape farm after 100 days. The cards have nice variety and they are all very readable. While you can try new combinations it is slow to reconfigure your hand.
I'm terrible at these games, but it was fun. Especially liked the graphics for the main character and the intro. Needed more mini-gun.
Nice game. Shooting was good and I liked the alien landscape. I ran into lag as well but it seem to be withe the plants only. If I planted and harvested quickly I got through both alien waves and finished the harvest without problems. I really liked the sound the aliens made whemn dying.
This was fun. Took me a little while to get the hang of the bike but it was easy to learn. The animation and the world are both nicely done.
Nice game. I scored 298 corn. The fact everything reacted to the cannon balls, not just the corn was a nice touch.
@jakobthequizguy The physics are still clunky but better than some of my earlier iterations. @candlesan Probably the 4th level. The extra apples are there but not on a tree. @kristinamay I did try to stop the crate 'surfing' and force the player to stack items. But I also haven't completed level 8 myself without a bit of surfing.
@creativecodingsebastian, @kikiriki367 The ducks quack was also very quiet which I was disappointed with, but didn't have time to fix.
@mad-brokli The extra apples are hidden behind some crates. I needed to have some visible the ground earlier.
It's a shame you didn't get the upgrade system implemented. The levels were fun and the stealth was good. The enemies reacted well when you are detected. The graphics are nice and clear. The kill sound and movement animation give the player monster a lot of personality for what is basically a circle and 2 triangles. Great game.
Nice game. Good art. I like the puzzle concept with trying to keep on the maize as much as possible.
Good game. The harvester controls well and the graphics are nice and clear. Level was nice and calm and satisfying. Level 2 was challenging and I didn't manage to clear it.
Interesting game. The units/resources were clear and easy to distinguish. Having the UI sitting over the top of the play area made it a bit cluttered.
Great game. Didn't manage to beat it but was lot of fun trying. The different death screens was good.
Nice game. The mechanics were easy to learn and the cards had a nice variety. Surviving was relatively easy but having the high score have something extra to aim for which was good.
Great game. The music is excellent. The window for hitting the beat felt a bit tight but I still competed all levels. Tutorial was very good too.
Fun game. I liked the way it ramped up the tension with the timer getting shorted. The last couple of trucks were rather empty. That music is going to be stuck in my head all day, very catchy.
Great game. Graphic are really crisp and the plaing of the items has a satisfying feel to it. Would have liked a couple of more challenging levels.
The animation, especially of the dog, is really good. I liked the style of the backgrounds. The game play is rather sparse. A longer chase or multiple targets maybe.
Nice game. Gameplay was nice and chilled, music complemented the mood. I would have preferred a hard border to the sea rather than getting game over.
Nice game. Good graphics and level design. I like having to deliver the storks children too. I would have preferred continuous movement over repeated button presses.
Nice selection of upgrades and features to add as you progress. The arrow fight was fun too once I realised I could steer.
Trying to balance the damage and the rage was a nice concept. I did not manage to beat the game.
Fun game and well presented. Having to constantly keep the traffic moving was a good challenge.
Nice concept with the colour switching. Had a lot of fun with this.
This was a lot of fun. The characters and their variations are nice and distinct. Made it easy to know what I was looking for. Really liked the character chirps as you serve people.
Nice game. Took me a few goes to see the flag on the box indicating the launch power. I also kept worrying about all the packages left on the floor.
I found targeting the enemies difficult. Some feedback on successful hits would have helped. I played the web version. Still made it to level 3 with most of the gold.
The memory game tied to the delivery was fun. The distinct product icons and colour coding made the items easy to remember. I had a lot of non-deliveries on my run which made it feel a bit passive.
Fun game. The unreliable bounce of the packaged added nice variability, and occasion frustration. Nice graphics and the car controls were pretty smooth. Minor issue, when Ricky was talking, level kept playing but I couldn't deliver packages.
Excellent game. Graphics and sound effects are very good. The levels(that I managed to pay) were quiet challenging but being short and having a quick restart made me keep having one more go. Soooo much blood.
This was a lot of fun. The grapple action felt really nice and you could get a good bit of speed going.
@zenbreaker yes, the results screen is rather rudimentary.
@kylethecoder Thank you.
@zirrrus I did mean to put the country/regions in the Postal book but forgot, in case i had got any wrong. And customizing the names and addresses for different countries was too much like work :) @ollie-d Thank you.
@cheesepencil @milq The one screen style of Paper Please is something I thought of while writing Sorted. If I do any future development of it I'll look at adding a tutorial.
@sibi There are 30 days you can play through but after day 6 you can get all varieties of letter/postcard available. There are 5 unique letters/postcards after day 10. I should have moved them earlier because 30 days(290 letters) is a lot to sort through.
@richard-baltrusch Glad you enjoyed it.
@thaprofesional Maybe a career in letter sorting is just what you're after.
Fun game. I liked the 1 button interface and it has enough variety over the name. Nice variety of enemy looks but would be nice if they had some variety of actions.
I found the levels quite challenging with the physics making it rather chaotic. It was fun trying to bounce the packages around. The option of 2d or 3d was good. This did get confused a couple of time during level transition.
I liked the concept. The sound and presentation are good. Knowing how much a destination was above or below it's power requirements would help in making the connection choices.
The painted art style if nice. Liked the end screens. Short but I enjoyed it.
Great game. Really easy to learn but throw in multiple destinations and multiple black holes and it's pretty challenging.
Nice game. Graphics are good and I thought the music was great. The game play is pretty intuitive.
I wan't sure which way I was trying to move people. However i did seem to have a healthy congregation. My lack of morals and willingness to take any position on any topic seemed to help.
Nice game. The controls made it easy to pick up and some of the overlapping paths made learning the paths/moves interesting.
Fun game. Liked the selection of enemies and their difficulty increasing each level.. The jumping ones were my favorites. Some more levels would be nice, maybe with a combination of enemies(I only completed 3 levels).
Nice fast paced solitaire game. Seemed a good mix of luck and strategy(or at least decision making). The scoring can take a while to count which hurts the turn around to the next game. I tried a couple of games counting unclaimed card in my claimed columns(the 4 on the board at the end of the game.), trying for a low number or zero as a perfect game.
Excellent game. The box mechanic is really good and works with a nice variety of puzzles. The jumping felt the weakest part but I was on keyboard and controller might be better. Still an excellent game.
The limited space and speed vs firepower vs armour choice was interesting. Ship controls nice and smoothly too.
The main game was excellent. Shooting has a nice speed making shooting at distance different to shooting close by. Liked the sound effects too. The buying and upgrading the island interface could be improved to make it more intuitive/obvious. Fro example being able to see the island while buying upgrades. I could never remember what I had space for.
Nice game. Played at a gentle pace but I could see it could be tweaked to make it much harder/faster. The controls and asking for "intentions" fed nicely into the traffic control feel. Reading the messages could be difficult as they could disappear quickly and I found I had to repeated ask for intentions as I did not have time to read the response.
The narrative was very good but I would have preferred a more readable font with so much text. But lots of fun.
Lots of fun. The duplication mechanic and colour coded enemies/bullets was interesting. I got as far as orange enemies before being overwhelmed.
Really easy game to pick up. Looks good with the unclutter style. The physics reliable enough to be able to place the boxes about where I aimed.
Nice push your luck style game. The audio pings are really good. Takes a bit too long to get to the "end game".
@kaimon I'll have a look at screen shake. probably something to make optional as I know some people don't like it. @candlesan Probably too many screens for the 48 hours. Just going fast worked better than shooting I think.
@ellaris The wasps were a bit ineffective. They were originally too aggressive/dangerous but in the final build they are too slow to keep up with the train. I had plans for better upgrades. Extra turrets, more cargo space and guns on the front(for the barricades). But ran out of time. Same for selecting stations, ideally you should only be able to travel to an adjacent station.
@quasilyte The barricades were supposed to act as a minor annoyance to show you down will fending off the wasps. The travelling part needed more tuning.
@tomrijnbeek Too many screens, too little time was part of my problem. I was going to keep my scope nice and small this time.
@cogcomp I had planned extra cannon upgrades, But those are still only in my head.
@gilborn Going fast does work better than shooting, especially after some speed upgrades.
@lcstark The upgrade might not show up until the next visit to the upgrade screen, or it might be a bigger bug. And negative repair costs does seem wrong :).
@woona The station travel was a bit unfinished and the blue line did not get implemented.
single and effective game. Liked the art, especially the lizard.
The minimalist all black foreground works really well. Still to complete level 4. But will keep trying.
Excellent game. Making the different shapes to complete levels was fun. Got stuck on level 3 trying to make a shape rather than move around the other slimes.
Great game. The ships look good and there is a bit of strategy in ship selection(and a bit of luck). Echoing above, ability to rearranging ships would be useful.
Herding the sheep was very chilled. Using the flocking bird to herd the sheep was in interesting dynamic. The upgrades needed a better explanation. I found myself selecting random upgrades but the gentle difficult meant it didn't really matter. Why do sheep collect vases?
The drone is controls nicely and the animation is great. Nice variety of challenges. The environments could be a bit more interesting.
Fun game. Nice variety on the weapons and enemies.
Lots of fun and an interesting take on the theme. The levels had a nice variety on the core mechanic.
Excellent game. The summon mechanics were easy to understand and I particularly liked the way they worked for the boss fight. Music and art also great.
Great art and the sound adds to the atmosphere well. Figured the puzzles out with a bit of trial and error
Excellent game. Looks great and fun to play. i spent a lot of time getting kill by my own summons :)
The controls were a bit fiddly. The brewing took a long time for something I repeated fairly often. But overall a fun game to play. Animations look good and I liked the music.
Game looks and sound good. Also thought it was mostly well written. Giving the verdict/punishment after taking to each student was odd. I expected to make a decision after taking to all three.
The story was an interesting read. I liked that it had the extra entries not directly needed for identifying the monsters.
Good game. the progression ramps up nicely. To me a while to understand the leveling(clicking on skulls). Had fun trying to improve my score.
@matt-ravenhall Endless mode requires 5 items on the summoning circle. Randomised on reach run. Story mode has a specific requirement(might be 5 items). The book of shadows give a hint for the requirements for the next summon. The book of solutions option from the main menu has all the summons from story mode.
@matt-ravenhall Turns out the "Play Endless Mode" menu option was starting the story mode.
Nice game. Having to manage both the maths and the summoning added a nice challenge. I could not decide if summoning the higher cost creatures was worth it and mostly spammed the cheapest.
Fun game. The balance between strategy and chance seems to be weighted towards chance. Or it could be the computer is just better than me.
I read the intermissions initially but ended up mostly skipping them. Would be interesting if they had an effect on the summoning.
This was lots of fun. Levels work well. Liked the music loop.
Nice game. Has a good variety of stuff to do. The summoning animation is great. And you can customise your witch.
The variety of summons had me replaying a few times. Stopped once I got Baby Belle twice.
Nice puzzle game. The minimalist style looks good and the levels could be quite challenging.
There was a nice variety to the combination. Like the music
nice game. I didn't understand what the skeleton upgraded did and whether the upgrades carried over between runs. Spawning more gems during a run wold have added more to do. I like the spawning skeletons as your attack. Would be interesting to see further minion types to spawn.
Nice game. Visuals and sound effects set the mood of the game nicely. My best run was 47 seconds.
Nice game. Interesting balancing the number of bees vs nectar available. Hive screen with bees and calendar was cool.
The levels look great and i really like the little spirit leaving the roaches bodies. Plus squishing roaches is always satisfying.
Impressive game. The character dancing when hunting etc was a highlight. As others have mentioned, some kind of difficulty levels with borders/city locations shown would be good. I managed to complete 3 hunts and had to look on google for 2 of those.
Nice game. Looks like it could have strategic depth playing against other people. I like the cute graphics.
Nice shrimp. Fun bouncing the shrimp around the tank. The fish look really good but I did yell at them a lot.
The scan/shoot mechanic is great.
Very nice game. The graphics and sound is great. Love the snail being able to move over every surface, and little touches like the leaves bending. Is very linear and not challenging but shows the off the platforming concepts nicely.
Good puzzle game with a nice variety of mechanics. Graphics look good too. An option to restart a level and restart level on death would be nice.
Fun game. The audio as great. Gave the Noms a personality.
Excellent game. Nice set of puzzles and I like the 3 characters each having their own specialties.
@rpgwanderer I used Bosca Ceoil to do the music
Nice game. Looks great. Monsters and timukin have good variety. Gameplay is pretty chilled, music matches well.
Fun game, especially for just 5 hours work. My high score was only 91.
Balancing the aquariums capacity against the desire to dispose of more corpses made a nice chill game.
Nice game. The puzzle mechanics are interesting, with the player controlling cards and creature placement. It make it a bit easy currently but also give lots of options to expand the gameplay.
Fun game. And a bit disturbing :). The audio for the fleas is great.
The pacing(timer) was pretty tight but once you explore the levels it felt about right. Game looks good and nice narrative to push it through. Nice game.
The throw/freeze mechanic was difficult to master but really interesting. Being able to vary the power of a throw would allow more precision. Nice game
Game looks really good. Love the art style. The cards didn't have the affect I expect or I didn't understand what they should be doing. Knowing what actions your opponent played might have helped.
Like the idea and main mechanic of getting the correct change. I used the renew coins a lot to get the coin I wanted easily.
Nice game. The scanner works well and looks great.
Nice game. Played it for much longer than I intended to. The simple animation for the enemies works very well.
Great game. Fun and a little frustrating. Only managed to collect 10 gems.
Nice Game. The fighting was the weakest part. Hit boxes were a bit small, had to be right over the enemy to score a hit. Story and humour are very good. Nice voice over too.
Nice simple game. Just watching the ants dig is quite satisfying. The ants had a tendency to get stuck in a pattern at near the top when being eaten a lot.
Great game. Graphics are simple and clear. I like the little arenas and the randomized characters. For the events between levels it would be nice to have a choice or interact with them in some way. Showing the health of each character(like the action points) would be nice.
Nice game. Love the 3D look and the music is great. Couple of the fire jumps were a bit unforgiving.
Nice game. I like the visual style and variety of characters, both appearance and stories. The requests pretty basic but I found myself wanting to do just one more.
Excellent game. Great atmosphere and art.
Excellent puzzle game. Lots of fun trying the dynamite in different locations to see the result.
Nice 3D minesweeper. Was not initially clear on the 3d rules but it became obvious after a few plays.
@zettasimp The 24 layers is intentional but completely arbitrary.
@kroltan It's not you, the controls are a bit tedious. Originally there was a search option too but I didn't flesh it out in time. With 3 options the buttons didn't feel as unnecessary(still not great).
@floppynub There is no win condition. I did think about it but never go around to adding anything.
@pincushion Fixed the rope label. Don't know how I didn't spot that.
@mod-wiz The procedural generation I found relatively easy. I struggled with thinking up different description of caves and features/events to put in them.
Fun game. I only got through 3 levels but they had a variety of challenges/mechanics. The mouse animation was very good, especially when it gets the cheese. I found the mouse controls a bit twitchy/sensitive.
Fun game. I liked the writing and humour. Some alternate endings/failures would add some replayability.
Nice game. Overall works very well. Cards and icons are clear and easy to understand. More levels and a higher difficult would be welcome expansions. I liked the cut scene. For being simple it was effective at added a story.
The cat animation is great. Puzzles are good. Nice variety of mechanics. Minor frustration was not knowing which item I would pick up when they were close together.
Great game. The puzzles are engaging but easy to understand.
Fun game. The attack patterns are easy to read and I think I understood most of the pickups. I'm not sure if I like the movement scheme or not but it is interesting.
Nice game. The music is great, works well with the art style.
Good game. I only managed to complete the first level but had fun. Having all the codes visible in some way rather then having to scroll I think would be nicer. The music was nice and nautical.
Interesting game. I enjoyed the puzzles. They are pretty intuitive and have a good variety. The fact voiceover narrative complimented the "connection" style of puzzles elevated the game.
Nice game. Nice range of levels and exploding train animation is fun. I would have liked more precision/feedback on where the signal effected the train. I crashed a lot of trains.
Fun game. Only reached 71% signal. I need to learn to control he scouts better.
@liam The audio was added last so i may not be Firefox. I had planned to make the delay on the manual mode increase when you got to moon/mars levels.
@tasakasama I experimented with the 2 control modes and since they both worked I left them both in. I would be interest to know which mode most people prefer.
@steveofstevesgames I titled the last 2 levels "untested" because didn't really get around to testing them :).
@zirrrus That was not intentional. It was intended to be relative rotation. I mostly tested on the first 2 levels where it does't make a difference. I have updated the instructions on the itch.io page and now it is a feature(not a bug).
Difficult(for me) but fun. Aligning the mirrors felt a bit hit or miss.
The mini games were fun. I worked out most of them. A couple of the failure animations are amusing.
A simple mechanic but executed well. I liked the music. Fun game.
fun game. I liked the hand drawn look. Took a little while to understand when my frequency was important and when the enemy frequency was for which cards I could play.
The files are not longer available to download. filebin.JPG
Nice game. It is quite challenging(at least for me) to keep track of the 3 items to know when to click. Having the light and frog give a brief indication/animation before changing state would be nice.
Really enjoyable game. For me the decoding was rewarding but not overly difficult. I enjoyed the story too.
