This is amazing! Solid gameplay, the visuals are great. I love the different color themes each section. And the music changing intensity depending on water level is a very nice touch. Really feels like a full game. Definitely one of the best games this time. Great job!
Nice audio. There are some minor UI things, like I can't see how much things cost, but figured that out pretty quickly. Biggest problem seems to be balancing and that it doesn't really get more difficult over time. I have $15000 and doing fine with what I have already built. Good potential here, I really like the idea.
Got 558. Fun! Losing feels a bit sudden, didn't understand at first why I lost. It would make more sense that you lose when all trophies get carried off screen. Music is pretty good. Good job!
This is great. I really like the shop/upgrade system, and that you can swap the wizards out/move them freely between rounds. The random element in rerolling the shop to get 3 of one type to merge is really fun. And I need to manage my inventory to fit all merges I want to do, which is a nice bit of thinking. The art is charming and works well for a game like this. Good job!
I like the graphics, and the on rails flying, but it is very hard to aim. With some more work, this can be really cool. Good job!
Great job! Very nice retro feeling. I would have liked a waypoint back to the station, unless I missed that somehow.
Very difficult, mostly because the stupid guy keeps teamkilling me from the back! My shield doesn't even work on his fire spell. Left-click thing seems a bit buggy.
Really good atmosphere! Music fits well. The physics are a bit wonky, although sometimes it actually fits with the whole glitchiness going on. Got to 2 minutes something, mostly by running back and forth at ground level. Ventured out to get some boxes in the trees but then I died.
Great music, sound is also pretty good (and funny). Solid controls. Overall a nice game. Good job!
Great music, very ominous!
There is a special sense of exploration you get from clicker/incremental games. You did a really good job with that! Short but solid clicker.
Too bad that you didn't have time to tweak the movement. Good game overall. Great music and sounds. I like the art. I think enemies shoot too early and you can kill them too early. You end up just shooting outside the screen pretty much all the time. The 10 second beam is really great! (Also fun that it kills the enemies :). Great job!
Simple and fun. Really nails the theme, a clock and everything :). Good job!
Very fun idea. Love the ambience sounds, and the effects when shooting. In some levels the AI targeted almost all correctly, that was fun. Felt like I taught the AI. But then it got bad again later on :) Starts getting hard after wave 20, made it to 29.
This is super nice! The movement is really good. Feedback arrows indicating planet gravity is on another level. Great game!
Finished it. I like the concept. You can stop and plan your next moves without stress. The controls could use some work but overall great game. A solid platformer!
Good job! The explosions were a bit loud, but nice music. I really liked the progression.
Too hard for me. Seems I have lost all my Punch-out skills. Love the dialog sounds :) Bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbox baby!
What an experience! Love it! It is really exciting to solve stuff and see what is coming next.
Love this idea! You managed to make every 10 seconds different (adjusting trajectory, combat) but still blending perfectly together and making total sense. So much potential in this idea. Great job!
This is really fun! Sounds would have made it even better, but this is a solid game. I like that it is not random, you can learn the rooms.
Good job! Inspiration is obvious, but it works and it is fun. I am not a big fan of the camera angle, feels a bit different to gauge distance to things, and gives you a real disadvantage going downwards, as you can't see far in that direction. Could also maybe zoom out a bit.
Really nice clicker! The seed growing part is cool. All this needs is more content/upgrades. Gold is useless after you max out the first 2 upgrades. Would be nice to upgrade grow speeds, buy more pots, automatic planting, etc. Good job!
This is fun! Got 16 as best. Did not get the ending unfortunately. Would like to keep playing, but the contrasting colors are a bit much for me after 5 minutes. Kind of gives me a headache. Minigames are solid. EAT was a bit hard to understand at first without seeing the lanes. It was also the hardest for me. Voiceover is amazing! Did not understand what it had to do with the theme. Love the sound when you shoot :)
This was fun. I like that you did something different with the controls, although I ended up just spam clicking wherever I wanted to go. Didn't seem to be much reason to bungee/slingshot. Maybe with things you have to avoid you can force the player to actually try to control it a bit, maybe walls/rocks.. (The cones were never really a problem). It might also be cool if you get extra points/exp for having high bungee speed when cutting pumpkins, that could encourage players to make more use of the bungee mechanic. Good job overall!
Great game for such a short time. Good puzzles, challenging enough. Really good job!
This was nice. I really like the sniff mechanic. Potential for a lot of cool additions in this game. Skill upgrades, different rarity truffles. Some higher risk truffles maybe, like if you dig too far away you ruin it, so you need to be really sure where to dig, or risk ruining it. Overall I like it, good job!
Very cool idea! The animations are great, super cute little character. From a gameplay perspective, the text went a bit fast and it was difficult to get all the words. I think I would more appreciate a similar concept but more puzzly and less stressful. Really good job overall, very innovative.
Wow, beautiful! Love it! Great relaxing music. Nice art. Very interesting story-telling. The bees made me smile when flying to the flowers :) One small feedback. I ended up moving the mouse very fast all over the place because I did not want to miss anything, which made me a bit stressed out.
Enjoyable. Balance is the biggest issue. Spiders don't seem to be much of a threat. Good foundation here. If you want to develop it further, unlocking more stuff would be nice. New crops, maybe some high risk crops that earn you more money but the spiders attack faster. Maybe different types of spiders that require different types of turrets, the classic tower defense stuff. An option to speed up the night sequence would be nice.
I just surfed to be honest, but I still had fun :) Game really fits the theme. Nice and colorful graphics, and good music.
Thanks! Yeah, sorry. With the primitive graphics I guess it's not obvious that those are supposed to be a keyboard key icon :)
@maymay Thank you. Yes the theme did get a bit lost here as I did not have time. A drop off point is a good idea, could be some nice risk/reward with that.
@kaliuresis Thanks! I would have liked to do more levels. Feels like I barely got to showcase the mechanics I implemented.
@tanis Honestly, I did not have time to think much about what to do with the exit. I would probably still like to have it possible to complete levels without killing anybody, feels like that is a thing in a lot of stealth games. Does not really fit with organ harvest theme though so I don't know. Thanks for the feedback!
@lotus-dev Glad to hear it. Theme got a bit lost, yes, unfortunately. Once again, I overscoped :)
@captaindreamcast Thank you! Very happy you enjoyed it!
@chompdev Thanks! I did spend a lot of time making the core stealth mechanics work good, and then focus on player feedback with cones, icons and sounds. I am glad you gave it a chance, and that you liked it :)
Thank you all for the nice comments!
@remco My intention was for the game to be about observation too, but it is and interesting idea. Definitely worth trying I think. Thanks!
Super fun! Very good introduction of new features. Smoother controls (not just 8 directions) would probably be a nice addition. Great job, I only wish there was more content. You really nailed the theme, doesn't get more Harvest than this!
Art is good, and everything works. It needs some balancing. Like Jason said, the usual way is to have the upgrades increase linearly but cost increase exponentially. The core gameplay is fun though, good job!
Kernels: 1027, Rats: 67
Good game. Very on theme! Would be nice with some more varied holes. Jumping feels a bit stiff and it is always a full jump, making the long hole require 3 full jumps every time which makes it hard/impossible to optimize my jumps. Good idea, power ups are cool.
Looks nice, funny puns, amazing voiceover! Great quality overall!
So stupid, I love it! The intro just kept going :) Amazing work. The gameplay was okay. Jump was a bit floaty/slow for this kind of level. Sounds and voices are top notch!
Wow! You really nailed those controls, perfect! Very close to slicks 'n' slide from what I remember.
The pizza slice being the next arrow in the dialog boxes was not obvious to me, so clicked around a bit before I figured it out.
Sounds are also great. Overall great game. This is so much fun, thank you for making it!
28.9 honey, 3775 nectar gathered. Man, a lot of wasps in the end :)
Good progression pacing and unlocking of features. Everything got a bit small at the end. I don't think there was any zoom?
It is exciting to see a new hive and wonder what upgrades it will give. Wasps add a nice difficulty other than keeping an eye on my energy.
Overall very fun!
@kyboon Thank you! Yes, unfortunately I did not have enough time to get a good balance. The one off money thing is interesting. Sorry the ending didn't work, thanks for letting me know!
Very nice art and audio, although the sounds get a bit annoying in the end when you have a lot of bikes. I did not finish (if there is an end). After unlocking all the bike upgrades and a few town upgrades the progress was slow, and the town upgrades did not seem to do much because the biggest bottleneck was that the bikers had to wait for each other. Road design did not seem to matter a lot.
Would be super cool to be able to set different road designs for each bike. That way I could optimize the waiting times.
Good potential, and great job!
Cute and nice art! Super short obviously, but it works nicely. (Except for pushing the log into the cat, I expected to fail there)
I really like it, but I am having a hard time with the controls. It doesn't map in my brain. Using something like Q,W,A,S or numpad 1,2,4,5 would be easier for me. Like the top left key maps to the top left box.
Really fun. The control for making the routes is a bit tricky. Would be nice if you could just select a character and then draw their route. Now you have to move them and cancel at the right time if you want to redraw and start from somewhere else.
Seems after about level 7 I did not unlock any more buildings.
I don't like the black fade overlay. I would much rather have the tiles on the edges dark than everything being half dark.
Would be cool if you could do longer routes. Maybe they can get tired and slow instead, but can stop by inns to regain speed.
Art is excellent. The ratings is a fun touch.
Overall I really like this game. Has so much potential!
Nice to see another power delivery game! I enjoyed this. Simple and short, but fun. Good job for such short time!
I like the upgrade system (UI not great but works okay). The movement is my least favorite thing. I expected a more classic space type movement where you can rotate freely and keep velocity. Great use of the theme! Good music and sound is as expected :)
I like it, but it is way too fast for me. If you hold a button a split second too long you shoot off in some direction, hit a wall and roll around. Just hovering above containers to line up the magnet seems impossible. Nice sound and good music. Art is good. I would love a slower/more controllable version of this.
Love it! Art is amazing. The cute 3d character, hand painted boxes and low resolution wall textures really speak to me :) The lights are a really nice detail too. Music really adds to the mood. Great job!
This was really cool. Combat was nice, simple but challenging. Good amount of content, different areas and clothes. The cursor was a bit hard to see in the rain area, although didn't matter too much. Nice that you added checkpoints. I really like the sounds. Cure art also. This game made me happy, thanks for that! Really solid entry overall!
(I also tried Godot for the first time and I agree with you. I am very impressed with it and will definitely continue using it.)
Nice controls, drilling feels good. I like the sounds. I think that the collision box of the player is a bit too big, you have to be very precise to fit between two red tiles. Bonus points for menu and leaderboard. Overall a solid entry! I like the idea that it is some normal guy that suddenly turns his legs into a drill :)
Stopped at 300. I never really needed to move, just clicked all bees. I like the art. Simple but fun gameplay!
Very nice! Great controls, good sound. Interesting with the filament. I would have liked to see a bit further, now you have to have to memorize the level if you want to move really fast. Great game overall!
(Cool to hear your thoughts about Godot. I also did my first game in Godot and I feel the same)
Got 4185 as best! Nice interpretation of theme! Very random but also possible to do good if you can react fast enough. Mostly random for me though as I am too slow :) Good music and art. Solid little game.
I like the controls, feels unique! Next area was more interesting with the spinning things. There seems to be a bug if you die in the down wind, the drone keeps falling when you restart back where there is no wind. Stopped playing after that, did not want to restart the entire game. I did not understand you had to land to unlock next area but read your comment first. I love the death animation, absolutely spot on! Very nice mood as well.
I love these kinds of games, I made a similar one. Controls are a bit unintuitive for me, otherwise it is really nice. Very hard though :), got to level 3 I think (with the electricity). Theme is on point, space is veeery limited :)
Absolutely love it! Took me a while to understand those dark areas were air pockets, was way harder before that :) I appreciate that you did not add anything dangerous I had to dodge. Sounds are good, music is great! Thank you, and great job!
Very interesting mechanic. Simple but fun. Nice music and sounds. Managed to get 6120. Great job!
Wow! This is great. Such simple mechanics, but still a lot of strategy involved. I especially like that your units are vulnerable while they are being summoned, so you have to summon them just close enough for them not to die before fully summoned. Super fun, great job!
I really like the visuals, but it was a bit hard to see, mostly had trees right in front of the camera. Including the laughing outtake was charming the first time, not so much the other 10 times :) Nice mood! I do feel, however, that some of that came from the music, so have to subtract a bit from the mood rating. Good job, overall!
Your drawings were nice! Cool animations :) The core idea is interesting, but would have been fun with more puzzle and not just completely random. Some way to figure out the right mixture and not just trial and error.
Thank you all!
@bradur Yes, that range is OP seems to be the consensus :). Did not have time to balance unfortunately. Your other suggestion is a great idea. Thanks!
Finished in 11:55. I like your take on the theme.
If you drive carefully the car it is manageable. I don't mind the peashooter sound, kind of feels like you are an assassin with a silencer. Graphics are okay, I don't really like the highlights (is it specular?) of most things, mainly the red roofs. Impressive job overall.
Music is AN ABSOLUTE BANGER! I still have the game running in the background so I can listen to it. Amazing!
Solid game! A bit hard to understand at first, and lacking some feedback animations and such, but otherwise very fun! Music worked really well, and the sounds were good. Great job!
YEEES! Finally! Spent at least half an hour on the last level. Great game! Rotation bug is a bit unfortunate, makes any "just act as a laser turret" build impossible. I feel the out of bounds should work the other way. Could not think of any use for it as it works now, as it also pops the stack so if you want to use the value you checked for, you can't. Anyway, super fun. Great job!
Made it 15.8m. Overall it is fun! It is really slow correcting your course, but the enemies get pretty fast in the end. Feels like even if I have time to react it is impossible to move in time. I like the wind sound, very nice.
Nice game. As others have said, pollen was a bit much :) Flowers seemed a bit hard to collect at times, collision box seemed very small. It gets really laggy after a while. This might explain why, but I did beat the game I guess :) mothmagic.png
Good art and music! I would have kept playing, would have been nice to see a big field of flowers.
Really nice! Took me a while to understand I can turn lights on again to save the ones falling down. Great atmosphere with the sounds. Good, clean graphics. Just very good overall!
This was fun! Interesting twist on the air traffic controller gameplay. Bear was a nice touch. Not a lot of feedback honestly. Could use some polish, but the gameplay is solid. Really nice job!
Argh! My aim isn't good enough to get top place. Super fun game though. Leaderboard is very effective in making me want to play more :) I might get back to it later
Nice music, good sounds. Very satisfying when you get long chain reactions going. I did not fully understand what makes it trigger though. Does it need to fall and be at least 4 long? Sometimes it seemed to be enough with 3. Anyway, great job!
Interesting. Play field is a bit too small I think. Especially if creatures are coming from top/bottom. There is no need to actually scan anything right now, you can just shoot everything. If some creatures exploded or something if you shot them it would be more risky. The shot doesn't shoot from the center of the player, it is a bit offset, and it doesn't shoot in the direction player is facing, so if you don't move mouse far enough away from player it shoots off to the side.
I really like the idea. Clean art and nice sounds! Good job overall!
This is seriously impressive. Reminds me of good old Assault Trooper. As others have mentioned, the controls are not enjoyable. Turn rate is too high, and tank controls are dated. I love everything else. Graphics are perfect. Sound effects are nice. Music is great for setting the mood. You can actually shoot walls! Great job!
Very impressive! I would really have liked hotkeys, or that you select what you want to build first and then click everywhere you want it. Now you constantly have to select a tile and then click bottom of screen, back and forth. It becomes more of a "how fast can you aim and click" rather than strategy. Very nice job overall, amazing visuals, good music. Great use of theme, really tiny creatures here :)
Very fun! A bit too hard to lose though. I stopped at 644660, multiplier is at 8096 so I probably would have lost in a bit. Great job!
Very fun! The camera in the corner is great. I think gravity pull could have been a bit stronger. Great job!
Interesting idea, but very hard to understand what is going on. Sometimes I am just randomly moved somewhere else, I died I guess? But was not close to any red squares (or any squares actually). Sometimes there is a sound when I am moved somewhere else, did I die here too? Or did I level up or something?
Victory !!!
These games are always fun! Would be nice with some dangers so you can't just hold a key to spam your way through all blocks. I wanted to increase luck even more to spawn BETTER ores, even if all blocks already had ores on them :) Would also be nice with a "Buy max" option so you don't have to click like crazy to upgrade.
Good job overall, was fun!
Woohoo! Finally made it after restarting twice because of ball getting stuck in wall. It also bounces weirdly sometimes, backwards. This is very fun though! Could be an endless golf dive :)
I think it would be nice if camera follows the ball when you hit it. Good sound effects and nice celebration when you sink the ball.
Incredible atmosphere! I was gonna say I missed upgrades for speed, did not see what you wrote about the bug. I'm not sure how fast you are supposed to swim, but I assume I had the bug then. Felt slow.
Enemies never really seemed like a threat (as long as you where there to shoot), barely had to upgrade my weapon.
Great game anyway! The art and audio really convey that "deep in the ocean" feeling.
Like quasilyte said, if you land a down attack on an enemy there is no fall damage. Not sure if bug, but that was the most fun part for me. Spent a long time finding the ultimate speed run strat, there are a couple of huge skips you can do. Also normal attack just seems worse than jump attacking everyone. Good art and audio!
Interesting idea. It felt way too sensitive for me. Could not stay on the green for more than like 0.1 seconds. Would be nice with some pauses where you could reposition your mouse, you run out of mousepad if you just keep dragging down :) I could also stay mostly on one side of the screen and not get hit. Nice, calming sound effects.
Wow! Really nice. Audio adds so much to the atmosphere, and it gets very scary when you get down where there are lots of monsters. Animations are super smooth (are the monster animations procedural?). I did not understand what the blue berries actually do. Amazing job!
Really nice game! Simple mechanics, but has quite high skill ceiling with the cart jumping. Everything felt super polished. Great job!
Finally finished it! It is fun when you get the hang of it. The biggest feedback is that I would like to add force if I grab a point/arm and move it. Like, if I am attached with one arm, I should be able to grab another arm and move it to make the star swing around the attached arm. Also, I could not get the "hold control to not grow"-thing work. Good level design, nice art. Great job overall!
Cave Diver aka. Blink And You're Dead! Simple fun. Got 8413!
Great game! The recoil is fun. You can "bounce" between fish, or as I used it mostly, get up as close as possible so you instantly pick up the coins, and shoot to fling yourself where you want to go. Very fun! Would be cool with some pickup range upgrade.
The biggest feedback for me is the coin counter. The count up/down does not speed up, so when you have thousands the counter never really stops. At first I thought I had to let the counter count to deposit money at the boat but turns out you can just start it and go back down. A bit confusing.
Also when getting super fast some camera tweaks could have helped, maybe zoom out or look ahead.
Art and sounds are great! Very nice and fun overall!
It's Dungeon Raid! Loved that game!
I finished this game on the hardest. UI is a bit rough, sizes of tooltips and stuff like that, but nothing game breaking. Only feedback is balance, but still an amazing job for 2 days, core gameplay is perfect. I ended with 173 base damage, no enemy stands a chance with that :) I honestly would have kept playing longer, but seems 100 is a hard end. Thank you! This was super fun!
Amazing game! Aside from missing audio and simple graphics, I really like this. The aim mode is a great feature. Getting big combos with the harpoon is very satisfying. There is lots of polish that can be done of course, but the core gameplay here is just pure fun! Great job!
