Summoning Circle Specialist by Jimbly 2024-04-15T06:23:39Z
I really like how that leader board is implemented, it pushes you to do better :). The symmetry part was a bit odd, as it seemed random circles would turn green, is it only on one axis?

Hey, I was unable to play the web version
I really enjoyed this, I like the inverse tower defense concept and the balance of the three units. It took me a second to differentiate the rocks from the oil but once figured out it was smooth sailing!
I really enjoyed this, the moment I found out holding down the laser gave a beat was pure dopamine joy. Sometimes I zoned out blowing up the villagers(?) and forgot the cow was under attack, some kind of visual aid might help with that.
This is an incredible amount of work, combat-log, store system, deck management, turn based battler, unique combinations for a wide variety of summons. Impressive!
I thought the game was a bit easy, I think it might have to do with the starting deck hand size, or allowing multiple summons per turn. Once I discovered the thundercloud I could cruise through almost any group.
Very cool! I felt a little silly yelling demonic chants at my computer :)
Really loved the music in this, and the art is great! I seemed to get stuck on the first level tho, but had fun regardless.
Yea, I burnt out about 16 hours into the jam, so I didn't have any tutorials, so I can understand the confusion.
To summon a moon: you have to click in any order on the 3 original bodies (mars, sun, moon) then click the center of the triangle formed by them. you might have to wait for them to get closer
To win: observe the 3 original bodies, then click on the triangle formed by 3 demon moons.
To make it easier to win, you can summon more than 3 demon moons, in theory it could go quite high.
It can be pretty challenging to get enough XP to summon any allies, I think being zooming out a tad more would help a lot.
I enjoyed the theming of the creatures, the music is nice for this kind of game. I wish there was a little box around the currently selected worker, so its easier to tell what "mouse mode" you are in.
Love the 2.5d feel!
Love the art
