Fun game, easy to pick up and perfect to the theme. In the end I lost all hope, threw a bucket at the volcano and gave up :') Great submission!

John hasn't seen his wife and kids in 9 months. Loan sharks show up to his house every week for money. He drink 58 coffees before coming into work drunk, high af and always packs a gun. He can rob banks, he could be a high flying gambler, he could be a top 1% fat cat executive. Instead, John sweeps, like a mfing god, and waits for his lottery numbers to come in. Johns a good man.

Awesome! I love the concept too and the theme is perfect. I didn't realise I could make everyone happy and was just focusing on my partner. So Al doesn't care that I left, Al doesn't like all the things me and my partner enjoy, we see that as Als problem not ours :')
Love the art on everything, if this game had sound and was bigger/fleshed out id play that whole thing.
I did a whole run of the map trying to find the last fish, only to find id already scanned it, it just looks exactly like an un-scanned fish :') if that was an intended troll you got me good.
Found a bug to keep the scan on while you move, I'm claiming it as the first speed run strat.
Really Really good! I made it to wave 29, those void enemies are insane, feel like I shouldn't have made my smite too slow when I should have kept it wide and fast :') If you took the game further maybe having the option to rebuild/upgrade the buildings would be good? Anyway great submission!

Such a good concept! I love the idea of being so greedy you'll take a bribe to instantly die :') Took me a minute to work out how to use a few items but its pretty straight forward. don't know if i was lucky but I lasted a very very long time, So I'll take that as a win. Great submission!

This is such a good idea and bang on the theme! I love simple little game like this. Once I'd figured it out I couldn't get far past 60 seconds :') when they switch round it is a bit confusing, maybe coloured bombs would help?
Great concept! Was very hard to understand what to do, I made it to one level where there is a marker right in the top left I couldn't see what it was so didn't know what to do and lost all my ink scribbling on it :') The audio is exceptional and the whole thing is very innovative!

Super hard! great little game though, Blocko having a colour crisis :') One idea for you if you are going to expand on this game - maybe if there was a rainbow powerup that, if you can get to it, lets you absorb all lazers for a short time. Great submission!
Great Idea! a bit short. I'm guessing you didn't make this game with headphones :') wasn't a big issue just had to turn it right down or my brain would explode. I found a little glitch too where you can keep buying shop items even after they have been bought. Great submission and works great with the theme!

I made 609 days! looks great and easy to understand. only problem is the bottom of the list being cut off, but just keeping ALL the numbers high was a good enough strategy towards the end. Great Submission and goes well with the theme!

Took me a minute to notice the sparkling when you're ready to be eaten :') I think it saying eaten too soon even when I died at 140 degree it still says eaten too soon. I like the idea of trying to become the best god damn baked muffin to be eaten, If this had a bit more depth it would be awesome!

Cool idea! I love the art. I like that there was an event for collisions :') I just had to see, A rotation/ selection option for the tiles placed might be a good way to expand on this game if you feel like taking it further after ludum. Great submission!

One of the 2 buttons just makes the screen go blank is that intentional :') (the right one btw) Ok so my one comment is that this game seriously needs the ability to control your character while in the air, the way you're forced to commit to a jump caused me to miss a few jumps. I did move mid air I think sometimes if I have 0 x-axis speed?. I like the way a platforms upward movement ads to your jump, makes a very interesting mechanic.
Once you get it you get it :') I completed all 6 they were pretty good. For people trying to work it out, the instruction "try everything on screen" is important. Also @magicautomaton you should mention that your itch is a HTML, a lot of people only clicking on games that are HTML might miss this one.
Awesome! I always wanted to make a game like this. Takes a minute to get used to how to play, and i'm not sure how much of the initial tutorial stuck in my head cos it was a lot :') I think I broke the path finding with too many 4way loops, maybe my dungeon was just too fun they didn't want to leave. One point, not really a criticism. I closed the browser at some point, so had to reload the game and lost all my 30+ min progress :( don't know if you intend on a autosave that would fix this. That said, I'll def be coming back to this after the jam.
I'll rate! :) I love the music! my best time was 1:14 after a few tries, I had a whole stretch of street without any obstacles at one point \o/ great submission. Good luck getting more ratings you deserve them!

My best score was infinite :') I had a bug (no pun intended) where the level spawned me in a completely sealed and safe room lol. Also the voice acting is superb 👌

Cool! Once I'd figured out how the teleportation worked :') it was pretty easy. I stopped after 10k. This idea has legs imo this would be a great project to keep building on after ludum!
Love these retro text adventure with a graphical interface type games! They take a minute to register how strong an enemy can be but for me that has a certain nostalgia :') great submission!

yeah ok this is incredible haha ^^ I have no problems with the game. I love the Hades inspiration (if it was inspired by Hades). Its impossible to track everything after just 2 or 3 upgrades so you have to rely on the visual cues which do their job really well. Great game! :)

I got every star up to level 13, I only stopped because when I complete level 14 I get a black screen and nothing else :( did it 3 or 4 times and got black screen every time. If it's a bug I'll come back when you fix it and finish though, I like it a lot ^^ and the art work is ok I guess :wink:

I love it ^^ amazing compo game, 10 well made levels and everything works really well together as a full game.
This is super fun \o/ could have easily made this top down and 2D with the same mechanics and it would have still been quite a good game, so all the 3d art and setting is a satisfying bonus.

I did it \o/ that was tough ^^ but I think I found the best way to collect everything was to go anti clockwise.
The big creature made me jump the first time it came in so fast and suddenly haha ^^ great little game!
I like it! ^^ I got flight time 5:56 with the easy ship, is it possible to make it to the end? I'll have another go if so, otherwise that's my best time.
The only problem I really had was with my mouse clicks highlighting text all the time haha, especially when coating the plates. fun game! :)

This is pretty good! ^^ a start to something bigger maybe? I think I found an exploit where the shop items stay even after you die I think? Or is the shop random :sweat_smile:
I Drew a grid on MSpaint and used an online deck of cards haha ^^ I think I might have been doing it wrong though, the way I interpreted the rules was like this-
If I'm at 7, When I Flap(move up 3) I can move to 5 or 10 or 15? and, When Hover(down 1) I can move to 1 or 6 or 11?
And then similarly, If I'm at 2, When I Flap(move up 3) I can move to 5 or 10 but not 15?
That's how I was playing, and how I thought it looked like you was playing in the video, but I wasn't 100% sure because I nearly got through half the deck so I felt I might have been doing something wrong haha ^^ great concept!
@xpycm oooooh now I get it! I confused myself because in your video at 0:23 my brain made me think you flapped up 3 from 6 to 4 when in fact you fell down from 6 to 4 haha ^^

Very funny and unique ^^ I really liked it. I'm too dumb to figure out how to win though, I got the sword and destroyed the window, used the poison(?) on the annoying guy but he still kills me after 10 seconds, I tried killing the guy then leaving but I just couldn't work it out.. I need a hint :')

This is really fun! ^^ reminds me of old miniclip.com games I'd play in class instead of doing work haha. The mechanic is simple but extremely effective, really good work! :)
Fun game! ^^ I think it just keeps going forever? I stopped when my power was like 5K it didn't seem like it was going up anymore. Its a fun mechanic I had fun playing, and the dialogue is hilarious :smile:

Very cute ending ^^ that level, I forget which, either lvl11 or lvl12 where there's a bunch lined up against the top wall and a bunch of syringes along the bottom was sooo hard, and the solution was so simple haha ^^ great job!
I did it \o/ that was tough :sweat_smile: I had both the last 2 bosses at once and it was a nightmare haha ^^ I did suffer from some bad frame drops, but nothing I couldn't deal with ^^ great first LD!
@cafebeef mine aren't as beefy but they run current gen games ok, i5-11400 / GTX 1650 its could be due to the browser I used, OperaGX which is Chrome based.

My score is skewed though cos I skipped a level, I died in the town but instead of "restart lvl" it said "next level" and I went to a later level in a field, don't know if it actually was the next lvl.

Love it! ^^ very addictive, I played for quite a while I had an AMAZING run way over 100 turns, I died at around 90/150 crystals milestone, I went to take a screenshot to post here but when I clicked back on the game it auto restarted and I never saw what the final score was :sweat_smile: could have been 500 turns haha great game guys!

Definitely beat the game without cheating, 4k, realistic, genuine, 0 lies, puzzle was too easy, Im definitely not too dumb to solve a 3x3 sliding puzzle :thumbsup:
Love it! ^^ I beat each level with as many towers as I could get, I really like the idea of diverting power off land with more sunlight, I never utilised it though, I probably would have if the sunlight was stationary - but I think your idea of sunlight moving over the land is better.

I didnt realise the aim was to get as much gold and had 0 gold 8 turns before the end ^^ haha, I got 65 but I also had over a dozen settlements, really fun and addictive game

Caught all the fish \o/ and over the 500 fish speed milestone. I didn't realise I'd caught the last fish though, I was spam fishing for the upgrade and caught a cagey catfish without realising. I also spent a fair while with still 4 fish types remaining then suddenly caught 3 of them in less than a minute haha. Great game! ^^

First I tried a pure trade run and made the 5k in 10 days, then I did a kill everything and everyone run and made 5k in 10 days as well haha ^^ I died before I killed all red enemies, tho at least those green traders aren't blocking the planets anymore, those are the true enemies in this game

Yes it does get the concept across, By free play I guessed you meant there is no end? so I got to day 10 with 30 odd rats and stopped ^^ would love to see some sort of end goal, and some extra rat building mechanics, like you can dunk a rat in water/dirt to clean or dirty them but only one use a day or something.

Amazing! ^^ I played a few times, got different stories and I still wasn't very good at gauging what would be good for score, I also love to play a longer mode, did you keep it shorter because after a while every card would become a call back? haha. These are 2 scores that when playing one of them seemed to me way better but in the end they both came out basically the same score :skull:

amazing! ^^ I got very OP fully upgraded truck and just 100% boom boxes haha, delivering cargo in style. Is level humour a thing? very good level humour lol, I didn't finish yet because I got to sinusoidal and the game was freezing up from lots of mobs, and then on ambush it crashed completely :( had to start from lvl1, but dw I'll play again to beat it. Great game :)
I didn't get any audio? but you didn't opt out of ratings for audio, is there supposed to be sound?
My strategy is called carpet delivery, thousands of packages laid across the landscape as I go haha. I was thrown off at first I didn't realise you have to be over 50 meters or package won't drop. my score ^^

Very fun ^^ On one of my tries I had a bug where I couldn't fire all the balls I picked up, I think I fired them right against an edge and picked them back up instantly maybe? and I was locked to that colour so it ruined that run haha
