Delay the Flood by Rialgar 2022-04-05T00:35:23Z
Confusing at first, but once I got a hang of things, the game turned into a fun experience where the player has to think about depth, and water physics

Confusing at first, but once I got a hang of things, the game turned into a fun experience where the player has to think about depth, and water physics
Fun mechanics, with a quick, but smooth learning curve. Attacking did feel soft due to the lack of an auditory feedback, but overall, a fun game.
Best of all: You can pogo
The Art style was really good, my only problem being that it was hard to build in some spaces.
Pretty much everything about this game is amazing other than its functionality. As I have no idea what I'm supposed to do really, or if there is anything to do at all.
Love the art, Love the Music & Sounds, Love the gameplay. Loved how actions would overlap assuring the incoming storm and preventing the game from being too easy.
Great art! The mechanics made sense, and nothing was too far out of place. But the game was a bit too easy, and forgiving, for my run of the game at least.
Solidly Great Game!
This game hits best with its art, the fun mostly coming out of seeing you become almost unbeatable. The audio is lacking, but the lack of audio doesn't impact the game too badly.
My major concern is that the reset button is the easiest to hit, The spacebar.
Graphics were good, Gameplay was challenging, but confusing as of the tutorial not explaining what tiredness is, but overall, good game.
The controls are good, and the mood is great. The game was confusing thought, as I didn't know where to look for the dock
Although I couldn't get a single word, the game still had a cool art style, and a probably challenging mechanic.
The game was unintentionally funny when I messed up a word, and the music became more pronounced as the falling man started to fall faster.
Massively impressive for a game made in an even more strict due time.
Commit tax evasion while simultaneously pummeling the faces of debt collectors with vibrant produce.
Cool Concept, well executed, and somewhat fun.
My Only problems being the menus being long, and drawn-out, making progressing a bit annoying.
One of the more unique, and complex games of the jam! Fun mechanics, interesting interpretation of the theme, and smooth difficulty curve. Amazing Entry!
Love the music, gameplay felt smooth, and visuals where okay.
Overall good, but loosely connected to the theme
Although it wasn't my style of game, I still felt that there was a lot of effort put into the visuals, and audio.
One of the funniest games I've seen in this entire jam
Although the game's mechanics aren't the most original, the music, and art direction did keep me captivated.
Amazing visuals, amazing gameplay (if something annoying), creative theme, all around an amazing game.
I love the art style; it reminds me of a genre of Neo-Retro games.
Gameplay was fun, and comedic. Overall, pretty good
An alright game, only problem being that the game felt slow.
Chaotic, Hilarious, And Fun.
Cool Concept, Bit stretched for the theme, and the difficulty is annoying at first, but the game does work none the less.
Fun game
defiantly one of the most emotion evoking games I've played. The game succeeded on making the player feel uncomfortable. The only thing that broke the immersion was the player's buff legs, giving the player a 10-meter-high jump.
A game where sentient piece of cloth tries to escape its captor, only to realize that the ocean is also sentient, and wants nothing more than to hop in a boat, and sail away from the foreboding man.
Cool Art style, Fun mechanics (although confusing), and a smooth difficulty curve.
Cool Art style, good music, and a fantastic mood. The difficulty curve is slow, but it forgivable due to the game's infinite nature. Good Entry, and fun concept!
Good gameplay loop, but there is far too much dialogue for a smooth pacing.
Art, audio, and mood mix to create a good environment. At first, I didn't notice the limited ammo, and thought the theme connection was very vague, but then I ran out of ammo, and being this kind of game things got drastic quickly.
A game where instead of doing chores, I play Jenga with all of my shatter-able silverware stacked on a single pan, where promptly, it is now needed to get more silverware.
Chaotic Fun.
Cool Concept, flinging physic-based saws at enemies is something I've never heard of before.
