It's a tricky game. Love the concept though. I'll never hate a game with a square pig.

Fun game, got to level 10 but I am not sure if it fits the theme
I couldn't get past level 10, I think this is the first game ive played were lava does the opposite of kill you :') great interpretation of the theme, sfx 10/10
Thanks for the reviews! Getting to Level 10 is great.
The highest level my kids have reached is 15, so I guess that might be the "High Score". :)
Fun entry! Was really satisfying once I worked out how jumping/the lava worked. Couldn't get past 10 though. Nice work :)
Managed to beat level 20 but I'm gonna quit now lol pig.png It's a simple and fun game for a bit, good job
25.png Level 25 ! Good and fun game, I hope a post-mortem version with more.
Great gaming @frib and @chrisantem ! I have updated the highest level reached to 25. :)
Neat - loved the sound of the pig -
Neat idea and the pig is so cute! The game was however a bit too hard for me. I hardly made it anywhere. Then again I've never been good at games that require timing  :pig: Time to try a bit harder I tihnk
This was fun! I've never seen anything like it! I really dig the sound effects :)
I like the feel of the panicky platforming and combination of luck and skill required. Made it past level 10, but I figured I'd stop there since most gaps were getting too tight to navigate. Really fun game though up to that point.
_Oof!_
Simple but really fun! I like how quickly it is to just keep trying again and again and again. I got to level 15, after that I found it a bit too difficult to find a path. It seemed like I had to get lucky for a path to clear up before my slowdown timer ran out. Maybe there's a way to guarantee paths in the future so as to not just "get lucky?"
In any case, well done, had a blast!
Thanks to everyone for the great feedback! I think I will cap the density of falling objects to around level 15. Then the difficulty increase will only be from falling speed.
While I'm chatting, I wanted to let you know that I have a new version in progress that has two pigs that race to cross the chasm. It will support local multiplayer using controllers, but I might put it on Steam for Remote Play Together (but I don't know if I will be able to make back the $100 publishing fee).
Interesting game! Fun but a bit hard. At times the falling blocks had absolutely no room for the pig to jump through from below, but other than that, solid game!
Love the concept, love the gameplay, love the little "yipee", and thought it was an interesting idea. Only critique is that I don't think it explored the theme a ton, but everything else was great!
Nice little game! Creative concept (albeit keep in mind I haven't played that many arcade games) and nice execution. I see how it can relate to the theme!
Didn't encounter any bugs and the graphics were very cute. My only point of feedback would be sound design: the squeal with the added echo/verb gets a bit annoying since it's a "die and retry" game. But I also read that you did the sound design with your kids which is super cute and very educative! Nice of you to have taken the time! (I chose not to rate audio so it won't affect your score negatively)
It took me a while to understand the controls, maybe a tutorial would have been welcome but honestly in the end all the necessary information is present to figure things out and it's not that complicated so I didn't feel frustrated or anything. (Also maybe that info was present on the bottom of the screen but the usual WebGL resolution bugs hid it away from me.
Thanks for making this, and keep on making games :)
Felt like there were a couple of minor bugs such as the squeel time starting when you just put your nose out of the starting area but not enough so that when you head back it doesn't restart again, plus there was one when I ran out of (cooking?) time but it still allowed me to do some more jumping and try to complete the level (even after hitting another bit of lava). It also would have benefitted from an end of game scenario which didn't happen, you just retried the level again.
I found the game pretty intuitive to figure out in the first few seconds, it played well, and the audio certainly matched the gameplay adding a bit of humour to the game which not every game can pull off. Nice job.
Fun little experience! The sounds made me chuckle, especially the little "yippee!" at the end of each level!
The random generation of the lava sometimes turned the game into an exercise in patience as you had to wait for quite a while in the later levels to get anything traversable, but I'll admit that I'm not sure how else you would go about it. Possibly constructing pre-made sections of lava about a quarter to a third of the screen wide, and then randomly generating groups of those...?
Could have done with some music, but it was fun to play and I enjoyed myself.
Good work!
A fun game. I stopped at level 15. The first time I triggered the slowdown, I thought it was something bad I had to avoid. The random generation sometimes meant having to wait ages for an opportunity to cross. I enjoyed playing. Great work.
