Really beautiful game!! I wish the story was longer / the tree more expansive - but impressive nonetheless for 48 hours.
I think the narrative does a really good job of not explaining itself too much, there's just the right amount of mystery to keep interest. and great simplicity and general aesthetic, music fits very well.
Fantastic art and animations - I wish the physics made a little more sense though, kind of easy to get stuck. fun game overall though!
I actually really liked the cutting game, though I think it would be helpful with a size guide or something as it was a little hard to find out what the sizes should be. I think with more polish that makes the game more easily readable/understandable you'll really have something!

Fun to play around with - feels a little QWOP-y, in a good way. it's easy to get stuck though. Good game!
keep getting stuck on the second level "GAME OVER!" before starting :( otherwise I really like the look and story. edit: seems to happen with multiple levels (2 and 4) but not all?
Great game! I really like how it couldn't be solved like a "traditional" puzzle game in that you can't just solve on part of the puzzle at a time - you have to do it all at once or not at all. wonderfully frustrating :D It took me ~20-30 minutes to beat with 10 (ish) spent on the last level. Nice visuals and fitting music too.

@daandruff early balancing tests showed that the MK. 1 turret block strategy was near unbeatable (until level 6). I tried to balance it out by lowering rewards, upping prices, and nerfing the turrets, but they're just too good and I ran out of time!
@rickylee glad you like it!! unfortunate about the crashes :( there is audio, it's just (silently) blocked by Chrome for some reason - works in firefox and safari.

@xfinktion thanks, glad you like it! and yeah, if I'd had more time I would have balanced the later levels, but unfortunately I wasn't able to playtest them at all until after the submission deadline. The MK 2. cannons did end up being underpriced and overpowered for sure!
@remco what are your computer specs? it's strange that performance would be so bad, especially on an earlier level. Glad you liked the polish, I was going for exactly some kind of "better PICO-8" vibe :) The buy prices are 45% of build costs IIRC, this was introduced kind of late in the process to counteract the massive influx of cash you get in levels 8 and up which just makes the game really imbalanced later on. The first few levels ended up being challenging due to being strapped for cash but eventually it's trivial to unlock everything.

Well executed simple concept! with more polish I feel like a speed boost bonus (maybe as as a small reward for dropping off packages?) or the ability to carry multiple packages would help tension in the game. not that it needs a lot more tension/stress though :)
Other things: * it could be a little clearer how the return mechanic works, I was a little confused in the start * music is perfectly stressful

garrote + spiral pattern is OP. great interpretation of the theme! I would love to see a more polished version of this!
Great aesthetic and mood, really relaxing - I think with just a little bit more this could be a really fantastic full game. very cozy and love the pixel art parallaxing!
Like others said, definitely had camera issues - the animations and graphics, while simple, are really nice and easy to read though. The package list up on the screen is a nice touch as well!
Gameplay was a little hard to figure out, maybe a little more guidance in that direction would be nice. Overall a nice concept :)
doesn't load in firefox or safari on mac, but will load in chrome - can't get past the second jump :(

awesome theme interpretation, art style, and feel to the game! Fun gameplay too, but a little tough to peel my sheep from the edges of the level and hard to remember dog commands. overall great job!!
platforming could be a little less janky, teleporting through the bottom of platforms is a little strange. Overall a fun little game though - I like the music!

@ejc yeah the difficulty got a bit out of hand - and thanks for the tip on the text! it's the first time I've tried a hand-drawn pixel font so it was a bit of a gamble.
@coatline yeah I wish in retrospect I had given a little pause with instructions before each stage vs. just throwing them up on the screen and throwing the player off into the deep end. glad you liked it though!
also got jump scared by the first demon I summoned :D I really like the demon art. nice job!

Pretty difficult to understand the puzzles, took me a while to get what was going on. I liked the vibe though!
Great art style!! lots of pollen as others said, plus it was a little hard to figure out what to do
I liked having things moving in a line drawing game, don't think I've seen that before. also very hard to play on a track pad. well done!
very fun to play! sounds are great. The difficulty curve is a little steep, I feel like it went from manageable to impossible pretty fast.
Intro animation was great and really liked the summons writing. Goblin fight kind of came out of left field but I enjoyed that too :D nice job!
