Very funny game! Overall felt very well polished in all areas. felt a bit short in Play-length but there is only so much you can do for a game jam.
Great job!

Very funny game! Overall felt very well polished in all areas. felt a bit short in Play-length but there is only so much you can do for a game jam.
Great job!
I liked the first part, funny text and kinda satisfying to type. That zoom in looked clean too! The second part could use some work
Holy moly! Did not expected to get back to work while reviewing the games!
Solid work there Jameson, Jameson and Jameson! Jameson is really impressed! Unfortunately Jameson had some issues to getting back to the portal after pointing a few Jira tickets for the associates, any idea what happened there?
You should publish the spicy hitmix somewhere! - Sami
The concept of switching between work and fighting goblins is nice. I wish there was more to this game though (you should totally use a game engine next time ). I hope you had fun making this game!
I love games where you can just slam your keyboard to progress, makes me feel like some elite coder, then we got goblins, overall a really funny and fun entry (especially without a game engine)
The concept is quite fun! It reminds me a little, in it's sense of humour style as Say No! More! Which is a fab game!
Very stylish!
I honestly wish I could be in your head for one minute to see what it's like hahaha Loved the mood, nice graphics, overall had a good time. Good job!
I love typing very fast, it's cathartic. The game offers that, it's cool. I also like the humorous writing. The music is very catchy and the beginning of the game looks like a movie. Well done!
I'll put on a itch.io page with the ending issue fixed after the end of this LD, meanwhile, it seems like Jameson, Jameson, Jameson (and others) have cut on the employees retrieval costs and left you stranded in the middle of isekai land... I'll also refactor my ugly code :D
the summoning and the picture of a lawyer drew me to the game immediately, i am so glad that you delivered!! the incessant typing and chaos throughout is a good theme, like 'ok i think i dont understand everything what's happening but here i am doing this!!' the part 2 felt nice i ran off the level xD. good music and humor, threw a chicken The lawyer _ ldjam.com _ Ludum Dare game jam_(19-09-26).png
Feels unfinished but thats gamejams  Really fun fake typing mechanic, ended up in a huge pile of junk before realising I coulduse arrow keys to walk, then went to the right and fell forever. Quite a funny twist on the theme, wish there was more of it.
I was not expecting a second phase to the game! Love the pixel art.
Lovely jam with a charming artstyle! Got a bit too immersed playing the first part, fake typing. Fun twist! Couldn't go back through the portal, I guess you didn't get to that as these weekends go, or maybe I am missing something.
Had a fun time, thanks
Well this was an experience. I always enjoy finding these weird experimental games in jams like this. I enjoyed playing (even if I couldn't seem to get back to the portal? - bug perhaps?) and the unexpected twist of fighting the goblins did get me to laugh. The text on the summons is pretty funny too, kinda similar to what I did with my game for the theme. Thanks for making this, and I hope you had as much fun making it as I did playing!
That intro zoom-in was sweet. Impressive to do all this without an engine. I got stuck after I met the summon quota and it wouldn't advance? There was a big blue ball at the top of the screen but nothing else was happening. Liked the music too!
Intro animation was great and really liked the summons writing. Goblin fight kind of came out of left field but I enjoyed that too :D nice job!
Damn a cutscene at the beginning! Couldn't get back into the portal after killing all the goblins, and I don't think you have to write anything in first part (I just smashed random keys) Great mood overall! GJ!
funny and interesting game. best (probably the only) creative interpretation of the theme i've seen too.
