Great execution. The graphics are very clear.
My only real complain is the controls. Too often I drop a bomb when I only wanted to stay foot. I would enjoy it more if shooting was separated from movement. Apart from that, great job! Having in-game instructions on the first screen is a clever idea. The concept of "buying" new pieces of land (like in Forage) works great. The graphics and audio are spot. I personally love palettes with limited colours.
You nailed the NES theme perfectly!
The most realistic Treebeard simulator out there! ;)
Simple little game, but presentation and art are really good. Nice job!
Since I can attack with the mouse, I'd expect to also be able to change direction with the mouse. Apart from that, great effort! Level design is really good.
@estuvomuybien Thanks for the feedback. Yeah I sure struggled with fire range.
@kilian-baptendier Probably my mistake, I wanted to disable audio ratings. Thanks for the feedback. :)
@snowschu Aw thank you so much! I didn't have time to hang around on twitch this weekend, so thanks for sharing.
@goog Hand drawn with pencils, Photoshop for coloring. Thanks for the kind feedback.
A simple concept that works surprisingly well! Great job.
This is a special game. The stop-motion photo animations are awesome! The platform section is also really solid. The transition from spooky to a more uplifting atmosphere was kinda surprising. Great job mate!
Great esthetics and really entertaining take on typing games. Love the details and animations.
Enjoyable puzzle game with excellent level design. Well done!
I'm a sucker for these kind of games. Love the graphics and the gameplay centered around experimentation. Good job!
The most realistic muffin simulator I've seen so far. Cute graphics. Could use more levels to further explore the mechanics. Good job!
@fluffy-kaeloky "This is a big no-no for platformers", well it worked in Ghouls n Ghosts. It can be used as a mechanic.
I think the game is a bit too slow paced, but overall nice job. Great music!
I love the art style and the animations are great. Solid platformer, nice job!
@Anonymous I just uploaded a new version that fixes the tutorial issues. See the change log. Thanks for the feedback. :)
@bender-biber I drew inspiration from Pikmin and Little King's Story
@shabbyrtist I actually agree. For the "start with nothing" theme I made the party disband after each mission, but I'll probably remove that for the post jam version. Also there needs to be events that make it more fun to revisit areas. Thanks for your feedback.
@catiliangames Omg I totally forgot to add particle effects. That's the most fun part of game development! XD
@derek-volker Thanks for the bug report. So far I haven't been able to replicate the crash, so maybe it's already solved by a previous bug fix.
Amazing graphics, nice job! The gameplay is really relaxing.
I love the aesthetics and the concept. Nice job.
@kaelxd Nice. I wanted the name the game "crazy medic", but there already is a facebook game named like that.
I played Dirt Rally, Overcooked and A Short Hike recently. There a little bit of all these games in my jam entry.
@diinki There is more to discover, but you stopped before unlocking any new areas. Thanks for streaming anyway!
@linluk IKR! I choose to have the controls relative to the screen, not to the car, which works great for a controller but not so much for a keyboard. Thanks for the feedback.
@aurel300 Getting stuck is part of the open world experience. XD Thanks for playing, I really appreciate the streamers of LD games.
Funny concept. The graphics and especially the explosion FXs are nice.
Great atmosphere going on here, with nice particles and post processing. The way to apply upgrades is quite unique as well. The walk sound is a bit loud. I could use some aim assist though cause I suck. :D
A unique puzzlegame that's one of my favorite LD games so far. I'm impressed by 3D in Gamemaker.
Love the Nintendo DS setup, the graphics and the atmosphere. Relaxing to play, good job! The only thing missing is music.
Love the infinity engine aesthetics!
Well executed towe... I mean poo defense game. The concept of chasing away bunnies by throwing poo back at them is hilarious. The graphics are pleasing to the eye and the UI is easy to understand. The poo clicking gets a little tedious after a while and once all turrets are built there isn't much else to do except collecting more poo and waiting for the bunnypocalypse. Thanks for submitting!
Cool minimal visuals and simple concept. Would be nice if rotation would be a little bit faster.
Best ending in gaming history!
Cool graphics and atmosphere. I'm not always sure about sight detection though.
Graphics remind me of Griftlands, pretty cool!
Love the Wipeout feel of it, and racing against your ghost is always fun. Nice music as well.
So cute, thanks so much!
@kuro Thanks for the feedback. I just uploaded a new version: you can now hold down a transaction button to transfer a lot of items quickly. Right now there's no "you won!" message. The famous treasure is a last minute addition to give the player some kind of objective and end game. :D
I like the neon visuals en the controls are good as well. You could do more with the music beat, but it's already fun this way.
Got stuck at 33, those bastard keep pushing me into the wall! XD Fun little game!
Lovely concept around vector shapes and very soothing indeed. Love the sound design, reminiscent of Mini Metro. Simple and effective, great job.
Polished adventure, longer than I thought. My only complain is that the music is a bit dark for the cartoony style, but I'm nitpicking here tbh. Great job!
The minimal graphics are easy to the eye and super effective. And it's addictive. It only needs nice music and it's good to go. Good job!
The 2D sprites in a 3D environment are awesome! Nice concept. The different stages of the boss are nice, but too bad there isn't more content.
Best music so far! XD
Nice little game. Without the timer it would be more relaxing, maybe add an creative mode? Good job!
A well implemented rewind mechanic and nice subtle visual effects. The music is great but some audio effects are getting repetitive after a while. The enemy with the large beam could do with an animation to let the player know it's about to fire the beam. An old concept that never gets old. Thanks for submitting!
Good animations and a lot of humor. I like it!
Lovely low poly graphics and a fun gameplay loop. Great job!
An adventure executed really well! I like the shaded graphics and the animations of the characters. Great job, lekker man!
The game is fun and the art looks good. Nice color palette.
Easy to pick up. The pixel art is clear and easy to read. The dither effect in dark places is awesome. The heartbeat adds to the tension. It was fun swimming around and discover stuff, but it's also easy to get lost after a while and keep track of everything. Maybe add a minimap? Overall nice entry!
Wow, the PS1-area graphics are gorgeous! Simple yet so effective. The puzzles are quite a challenge. Totally nailed it, awesome!
The gameboy aesthetics are spot on, you three nailed it! Audio fits the game and the controls are tight. I enjoyed collecting stuff and trading. My only complain is that the player should be informed about not being able to kills the lizards.
Impressive random generation. Lovely graphics and nice bloom effects. A nice homage to Spelunky for sure. The controls can be a bit tighter. Good job.
The simple graphics and the music really come together in this very pleasant puzzle game. The sliding around is satisfying by itself, but the level design is also spot on. It's also easy to pick up. Had a great time plating this game, thanks!
Fun action platformer, well executed and polished. The controls are smooth and I love the wall running. The level design was great most of the time, sometimes a little unfair but that might just be me. The graphics are okay, a bit generic, and there should absolutely be an option to turn the motion blur off.
Nice Thomas Was Alone-inspired game with a twist. This would be amazing to play in co-op, as controlling two characters at once is hard by times. The graphics are lovely! Good job.
That was a lovely experience. There are some good mechanics here, like clouds that obscure the view of your mine cart, or the gates that prevent you from moving. The voice overs are brilliant. Congratulations and thanks for making me smile.
A proper Lost Vikings tribute that really lightens my heart. The puzzles are just the right difficulty level. The graphics are easy to read, and the animations do the job. The dialog is very enjoyable. Awesome solo effort.
Like you say in the instructions, this game is created in a short time for a reason. Good job on everything working fine. The hit boxes are a bit of a guess for me. It's not doing anything special rn, but it's a solid foundation to expend further upon. And you learned something new, that's the most important. Good job.
The concept of going in and out is briliant. I enjoyed the 2 bit graphics as well. The characters and the dialog are fun. The difficulty of the puzzles is well balanced and had me scratching my head a few times. Very solid, no bugs. Great game!
Better than Shaun's game, trololol. Kinda hard at times, but the ending was all worth it. XD
Dude that was frantic! For me it didn't work out with the mouse controls, as my wrist was getting painful very quickly. And I think it would be more intuitive to have the blocks destroy on mouse down instead of mouse up. Then I discovered how to turn keyboard or controller on, and it totally changed the game. In the end controller worked best for me. The screen shake and particles are subtle, but really enhanced the feeling of satisfaction as I hacked and slashed my way downwards. Now I have to lay down for a while, because my heartbeat must have been above 300. XD Congratulations on releasing the game on android. Cheers!
The voxel-pixel style is great and the random generation is impressive. Nice take on the dig game genre.
Fun little "physics" game. The graphics are so lovely! Moving the mouse up and down to determine the force was unintuitive, and the level design is a bit inconsistent. But great entry, well done!
@hugison Thanks for the feedback. Actually you can block the ogre, but it only reduces the damage taken from 5 to 2.
@snesgaard High five for the Linux squad! XD I just uploaded a native Linux version as well. Thanks for playing.
Great job concerning the short time you spend on it. Fun little diving game with a nice atmosphere. Ran into some clipping issues.
I like the idea of an auto runner with item management. Very hard and frustrating at times, but that seems to be your goal. XD The cartoony UI elements don't fit the dark 3D aesthetic to be honest. But great game!
The cartoony graphics are right up my alley. The slow gameplay and fitting music make it a rather relaxed experience. Good decision to not have the oxygen level go down faster. There's enough time for the player to explore and discover. Overall it lacked some additional mechanics to keep it interesting for a longer time; but then again, most jam games get played for only 10 minutes max. So, a very short but pleasant experience.
Really enjoyed this little adventure. The cartoony graphics are great and the puzzles were fun. The ending was surprising! Good job!
This game is bloody hard, I won't make it into the leaderboard with my vulgar name. The coordination between left and right hand is tricky. The hit boxes are a little unclear by times. The enemies look and behave different. It was really intense and I might have used some swearwords a few times. Nice job!
The graphics are have a nice dark mood. Stuggled with the controls a bit. Reminds me of Subnautica.
Simple game, the graphics are really polished.
Beautiful pixel art and particle effects, love it! I needed some time to figure out what to do, and I'm not sure if I totally understand it rn, so a tutorial would be nice. Very polished, good job!
Fun dig game with Lemmings mechanics. Took me a few tries to find things out. The pixel art with subtle lightning looks great. Audio does the job and never gets annoying. Nice mood also. Good job.
Nice top down action game. Great use of lighting and darkness, really enhances the mood. The gameplay is tight and the enemy design is cool. Audio is to the point and the dialog is great. Nice job.
Solid arcade shooter. The audio is good and I really like the explosion graphic.
As someone who likes to make pizza, this game was a lot of fun. Graphics are simple but do the job. It was funny to figure out how everyone reacts to the pizza. Definitely got that Flash game vibe going on.
Congratulations on your first game! I got kinda dizzy from the world rotating (I prefer it static). But great job and keep on learning!
The graphics are very clean and the colors are nice too. Beautiful dithered transitions. The music is repetitive after a while, too short a loop. Overall it's a bit too hard for me, but nice job.
I like the side-view and the feeling of being in a submarine while being deep underwater. It's nice how there is space to figure things out myself, although I was confused at times. I like these kind of mayhem games. Quite stressful at times. XD
The mood is amazing and the violin is incredibly cute! The controls and interactions work fine. Overall it feels like style over substance. The exploration was fun for a while, but than I lost interest due a lack of things to door accomplish. But without a doubt a lot of potential.
The pixel art looks great, with a pleasant color palette and subtle use of particles. The audio fxs are spot on. By times the game was a little too hard and frustrating for me. But overall a surprisingly solid platformer. I love you how stick to the basic concept and try to make the most out of it. Well done!
Soothing game with a very nice aesthetic. Good audio as well. The levers were a bit hard to see and in general the level design didn't do it for me. But it's very polished, and the tutorial is appreciated as well. Very solid entry!
Good attempt for your first solo game. Could just some more polish and audio. The main problem is the lack of player feedback. It's not always clears what's going on. But overall nice job.
Love the aesthetics and great concept. Reminds me of the yeti flash games from way back. Simple yet so effective. wonderful!
Fun game, awesome pixel art. Took me a while to get the swinging, but that's probably just me. I would like to have more light, to get a better sense of the environment. Also needs more audio. But great entry!
The lighting/shadows make the simple graphics look pretty nice and atmospheric. The animations and particles are subtle but very effective. I struggled with the controls at first, but thats probably my fault. Would love to have some music. As your first game its a very good start, well done!
A very relaxing and wholesome experience. I liked the tentacle "physics" and the concept of loosing them. Short game, but really enjoyed it. Good job.
There's just something that makes it very satisfying to dig deeper. The game loop is addictive. The particles are great too.
A surprisingly fun game. My main complain is that the difficulty doesn't ramp up quick enough for my taste.
Amazing puzzle game. The pixel art is gorgeous and the overall design is spot on. I had a lot of fun playing the game.
I enjoy puzzles like this a lot. In fact I made something [very similar](https://baukereg.itch.io/gr1d-0) a few years ago. The dictatorship theme is a nice touch and the graphics are minimal but readable. I think the cursors should stand out a bit more. It's nice how the stages expand and offer a different kind of challenge. Nice job. (You might want to add a web version link to your LD page)
This game scores really high on graphics and mood. The UI is very clear as well. I feel like some actions are a bit tedious, like selecting the front unit again after each move. But great entry!
A TD game spiced up with light management elements. I like to minimal graphics and color palette. Sometimes it's a lot of clicking in the menu, but overall I really enjoyed it.
Fun little game. The pixel art is awesome! Music is pleasant too. The gameplay loop didn't hold my attention for a long time, but the concept itself is original.
Potion Craft is a bit too much for me, so this was great! Loved the graphics and it was fun to discover the potions. Improvement could be better player feedback, like when hovering with an item over the cauldron. Good job!
That's a fun little game Java. The 1 bit art is really nice. I panicked a few times, trying to type the words in time. XD
This game reminds me of Islands but the balancing mechanic makes it unique. The presentation is minimal but clear. The font is a bit hard to read though. Nice job!
Fun physic-ish based game. The use of particles and other little details make these graphics better than they might appear at first sight. For playing the game I couldn't find a real strategy. I was just moving both portals around until they accidentally hit the right spot.
I have only a few of those tiny dice, so I can't play! But I really appreciate that you made a physical game, that's a personal goal for me. Only using dice makes it very accessible... that is if you have enough dice. :) The PDF looks professional as well.
I love the concept of football (pong?) with exploding robots. Lot of action and fun. Some text of the UI is hard to read. The static camera makes it difficult the judge distances, or the exact location of the ball. Good job!
A Jenga MMO, that's brilliant. It's not much of a game, but as a sandbox it's great.
@lexian Thanks for the feedback. I just added better instructions to the LD page, as well as updated the ingame instructions. I hope it helps!
@reronin Thanks. The idea was Yahtzee where you need to hit specific combinations to trigger special abilities (or cards), but 5 cards also means a hell more possible combo's. So I brought is down to 3. It makes it easier to learn, although still many seems to struggle with the learning curve.
@littlew00d Thanks for the feedback. Well, it's a rogue-like after all, but I understand your feelings about it and might patch a permadeath toggle in.
Lovely pixel art and nice particles. The texts are funny but sometimes hard to read when I concentrate on the ship. The universe is also really dark.
Well done on the graphics and presentation! It's a weird game and it took me some time before I kinda understand-ish what was going on. XD
I like the voxel graphics; the overall tone of the game is really nice. The mechanics itself took me a while to learn, and once I understood the game was a lot easier. Music and audio good too.
My first reaction was: no, not another one of those balance games. But what you did with the concept is brilliant. The visuals and music are great too. I felt maybe the controls are too sensitive, but I guess it's needed to get the momentum going. Nice one, loved it!
I was happy to click on Setup first and read the instructions, else I would probably be at a complete loss. There are only a few mechanics but they work well. It's more challenging than I though. The falling down sound made me chuckle each time. Nice game!
This is a surprisingly fun little game. It's easy to learn but sometimes pretty hard to master. A good challenge by times. Great job!
Great atmosphere, reminds me of the Sunless Sea/Skies games. Nice UI design as well.
First time I rated 5/5 for audio. I loved the 303-ish baseline. The graphics are very smooth and I love the shaders. Polished and the action is fun too. Great job.
Runs smoothly in the browser. Fun old skool style platforming. A tried concept but very well executed with minimal and pleasant graphics. Nice one!
As someone who loves Tricky Towers, I appreciate this little game. Tetris with physics, good implementation of the theme. The graphics are both colorful and _easy to read_. Enjoyed it!
A short game but I really enjoyed the combination of figuring about what I was actually doing and the little narrative sections in between. Congratulations!
Very cool concept, like the sims with stealth. XD The art work and animations are amazing!
Got stuck at 90% when loading.
A tiny game, but the graphics are very pleasant to look at. Everything works, but I think there's still some development text displayed on the screen. Congratulations on your first LD game!
Congratulations on your first LD game! It indeed runs really sluggish in the browser, it almost crashed. XD A simple game but the graphics are adorable and add a personal touch.
Love the pixel art and animations. The characters are cute but the tone of the game is rather morbid. The intro was nice too. I would include the controls in the game; maybe like painted on the wall of the starting area. Rip racoon.
Easy to learn, abstract graphics, good font. A lot of things I like. A small game but executed very well. Good job!
So cool you made something for the NES. What at first looked like a basic platformer transformed into something more once I found the twist, which was a nice surprise. Graphics are simple yet effective. Game ran fine in firefox. Good job.
A unique concept that requires consistent good design. Some parts were a bit slow and I needed to passively wait for the water to progress. Maybe a button to temporarily speed it up? But I appreciate to good parts, some of them pretty clever designed. Great pixelart. Good job!
Nice graphics, love the contrast between black/white and red. It comes together well with the audio. The music is soothing. The font is a bit hard to read. It's nice to have a stage selection and a leader board. I totally suck at this game. :D Nice job!
I like how you stick to a simple concept and then try to get the 100% fun factor out of it. The animations are hilarious. :D Too bad there wasn't time left to implement a leader board. Very addictive, good job!
That is a nice concept for a game! Very unique and well executed. Love the cartoony style. I couldn't get my controller working in the browser, but that could have been my bad. Some (particle) effect when picking up coin would be nice. I feel the pace of the platforms should also speed up more, because when I finished I didn't really feel like being pushed to the max. But really nice game, good job!
Love the aesthetics, simple but readable. Took me a while to find out about the upgrades. The basic game loop is a bit repetitive. Would love to see more interesting mechanics.
Very polished game, fun and hectic. I especially like the character models, both Joh... Lars and the researchers. The UI is pleasant as well. Compliments for including an option to turn off the motion blur. Not encountered any bugs. One point of critique: the character movement isn't relative to the slightly rotated camera, which doesn't work for me personally.
Good job on the cute characters. A simple game that never tries to do anything more, but what's there is very well executed. Love it!
Quite a hectic and frantic game. The graphics are very clear and the player feedback is good. At higher speed the objects are more spread out, which shows you put thought in balancing. There's enough variation to keep it interesting for just a bit longer, and some of the references are great. Good sound design as well. Good job!
Thanks for the little lecture about the AI decision making yesterday on stream. Although the game didn't entirely work out the way you wanted, what you accomplished code-wise is already impressive. I wasn't immediately aware that I needed to cut down grass in search for zombies when I started. Also the difficulty level doesn't seem to increase. The voice overs are a lovely touch and add much character. The pixel art is great as well. I'm sure if you continue working out the AI system you'll have a good basis for future jams.
Great graphics, reminds me of old unreal games. The in game instructions are nice. Shooting works fine but the audio effect gets a little bit repetitive.
I'd love to see more physical tabletop games in LD, so thanks you. The game in its current state leaves a lot of room for more deep mechanics to be added, but I appreciate how you stuck to the core base game. There's a risk/reward choice every turn that keep things interesting and invites you to play multiple times to see what works best. The manual has a pleasant layout and typography that matches those of commercially released tabletop games. You inspire me to make a tabletop games as well next time.
@syafire Thanks for the feedback. I just wrote instructions in the description of this page. I can understand it's rather confusing without any. :D
@forgin-bits Good suggestion for controlling the camera with the mouse, I'll implement that post jam. Thanks for the feedback.
@hekateras Thanks for the feedback. Actually there is group specific flavor text when you die. I agree with your other suggestions.
Also two elephant avatars in a row. Achievement unlocked!
Fun concept that matches the theme well. The presentation and controls are a bit rough around the edges. Thanks for streaming!
This is a fun little game, simple concept but executed really well. It was only until I saw the ship that I noticed that it's 3D. :D The style reminds me of pixeljunk monsters. The little effects make the game come alive. Good job!
Very cool pixel art. Looks like an arcade-ish game but was surprised when the RPG elements popped up. Sometimes I was a little bit overwhelmed by all the upgrades. Nice job on having a leader board.
Nice card game, I think you made the best of it with the number of cards atm. Good mechanics and animations (cards flying around). The artwork could be a little more consistent and the music loops gets annoying after a while. Good job!
Tetris games never grow old, and this is a very nice one. The exploding skulls add dynamic to the base game. The graphics and colors are easy on the eye. Nice job!
You nailed the low poly aesthetics. Having done a driving game myself before I know it's not easy to making the driving feel right, but you did a good job. Racing with a lot of cars was definitely a good choice. A lot of action and mayhem. Great job!
Probably my favorite game of this LD. I have a soft spot for minimal abstract graphics and you nailed it with the color palette and effective particles. The hectic bullet-dodging gameplay takes me back to the days I was completely addicted to games like Super Stardust HD and Geometry Wars. The reflecting mechanic is a nice touch that makes it stand out from regular bullet hell games. The music is ace as well. The only critique I can think of is that the enemies with the wizard hats don't match the general aesthetics of the games. Loved it!
Fun management game that slowly picks up the pace. I think the character info would work better with a hover popup instead of having to click the close button all the time. Good job!
Then aging mechanic is pretty cool, but I feel you can do more with it. The platforming was a bit clunky and slow, and I got stuck once. Overall not a bad game, but too much elements that just lack that last bit of polish and attention.
This game is 100% accurate about having a cat. :D Short game but executed very well.
Congratulations with your first LD game! Rough around the edges but a very solid attempt. Nice job.
The aesthetics of this game are amazing, I'll definitely save the color palette for later. I don't even mind the lack of animations. The feeling of freedom is really good. The timer is a bit floating about, not sure if that's a choice or a bug. Nice job!
This is a bit of a strange one, rough around the edges, yet still captivating, both fun and challenging.
Great effort in such a short amount of time. I was a bit confused at first, but it was fine once I got used to how the game plays out. At times challenging too. Great job!
404, can't play the web version
I love games like this, some geometry wars and super stardust vibes going on. The visuals are the main attraction for me. But I agree with the comments about the pacing. It just doesn't ramp up quick enough. At some moments it felt like I had to sit through it, waiting for a bit more challenge.
This game is a lot of fun with a unique concept with time travel. The mechanics work well, allowing you to grow their efforts into a massive army. The music is great, and the ending is satisfying. Overall addictive and enjoyable. Good job.
This game is so absurd, I absolutely love it. The narrative had me laughing out loud many times ("you faked a coma for the years?" :D) and the visuals are so weird to the point of being uncomfortable. The mouth animations are absolutely brilliant. The gameplay itself is more forgiving than I initially anticipated, but that's good. The final replay took a bit too long for me to sit out, so I hope I haven't missed anything. I always fail sticking to one mechanic and make the most out of it, but you guys nailed it.
Fun arcade style paperboy-like. Love the graphics and the parallax effect. The mouse controls work surprisingly well - slowing down if you make too much an angle is a nice touch.
Absolutely accurate package delivery sim. :P Graphics look good, very vibrant and easy to read. I'm not a fan of UE smoothness/blurriness and the audio panning was quite annoying too. I feel like after a while the gameplay needs some sort of shake up, like a new mechanic, to keep it interesting.
This is one hell of an addictive game. The controls just feel right and it was really satisfying to deliver the dishes.
Loved the cool visuals, the gameplay is very pleasing! Voice overs are nice too. The final boss finishes it off. Great entry, thanks.
Little fun arcade game. I really like the idea of flying around as a pigeon in a busy city. The 3D environment looks nice and vibrant and the controls are satisfying. It was hard though to orientate on my position in the 3D space, and many times I just misted balloons or hit an obstacle unintentionally. The score system is unnecessarily confusing too. But I had a good time with the game nonetheless.
Nothing original, but the pace is good. And a nice atmosphere too.
Love the color palette and the minimal pixel art. Puzzles are clever too, with a good learning curve. Would love to have more puzzles, but it's a compo game after all. Very polished!
@amarokczukay Thanks for the feedback. Some minigames indeed had some issues with generating its content, because I declared some integers where floats where required. =D
@listlessonion It's quite hard to balance these minigames during development. For something like that a good group of test players is required. So yeah, it's rough around the edges for sure. Thanks for the feedback.
@remco Thanks for the response. You are correct, I'm very bad at make jam games, in the sense of trying to get the most out of a single mechanic.
Is there anything not to like here? It's hilarious, the music is great, the action which touches of pinball, the art and animation. I can't think of anything I didn't like. Maybe the theme is a bit weak? I don't care, just loved it.
I went for hard mode by playing this game on a laptop's mouse pad. :D The usual slow paced physics gameplay, but it never grows old. That dragonfly creature must have knocked the letter out of my snail-hands a million times. Lovely and addictive!
Love the graphics but somehow couldn't get it to fullscreen. The controls are harder than I expected, I kept riding into buildings. It's a simple game but executed really well.
I've played a few of these space-delivery games by now, but somehow this one strikes different. The graphics are really cute and getting things done without violence is something I really appreciate. Pretty hard at times. Great effort!
You forgot the mention SPACE BAR to accelerate in the controls. :D To be fair, I've played a few flight games by now and your flight controller is definitely among the better ones. I would have liked to see more usage of the barrel role though. Nice job.
The combination of on-rails dodging and the pong mini-game works pretty nicely. When hitting the "ball" sometimes it felt a bit random to which direction it moves. And some balls where just too slow, resulted in a sluggish game of pong. The UI buttons didn't allow keyboard controls, which meant I had to switch from using the keyboard to the mouse and visa versa again. But overall, I like the direction of this game and had a fun time with it.
Game looks rough but the mindf*** with colors and shape combined works great. The UI is a bit of a mess though. But yeah, game was more fun and challenging than I expected.
I love it when a game without a clear objective can be so time consuming. Great addictive concept, that really gives that feeling of getting better and getting a bit further. The building blocks, the way to control the physics, is absolutely spot on. Bit of a learning curve but that's okay. Awesome job!
Needed to get used to the controls, and the bouncing effect is a bit weird. But besides that, fun little game. The graphics are pleasing and the seal blob is super cute.
It's a simple concept but something I've been thinking of myself to do once. The minimal graphics are effective and the overall pace was good. Both flying and shooting felt satisfying. Being able to only play with mouse is something I appreciate too. The audio effect are a bit loud by default though.
Absolutely my type of game. Great little narrative worked really well and I felt like my choices mattered. At the start there's some sense of figuring it out. The face mappings on the model are brilliant. XD
Love the minimal pixel art and the steering felt fluid. The length of the game is just right, and the story was nice too. Very solid game, good job.
Good effort that scores high on mood. Then controls are a bit floaty and too bad I need the mouse to attack, while all other inputs are keyboard.
I love this. It's so simple, yet everything is spot on. The graphics are great and easy to read. The shadow of the seagull is a nice addition that adds the right amount of tension. Sometimes it was hard to pick up the right color of shell if it was close to another one. Great job!
Great action packed game with a lot of CHAOOSS! The uncontrollable feeling of the control really contribute to that. The graphics are very bright and vibrant. Put a smile to my face, thanks for submitting.
Fun arcade game. The music and subtle audio effects are quite effective. Some UI elements where a bit useless, like all the names of the people getting stressed. The upgrades change the gameplay loop slightly, but the game could use some shakeup after a while to keep it interesting.
More a big experiment than an actual game, but I mean that in a positive way. The quality of play is dependent on AI though, which means results may vary. I didn't really enjoy it, the AI is just too whimsical at this time, but it's interesting nonetheless. Hard to rate this game really. :D
I love father-and-son-project, so cool. Lovely sokoban-like puzzle. The cut scenes are adorable, although the fade in/out is a bit slow. Awesome!
That's a very impressive first game. The little economy is working nicely and getting everything setup kept me occupied for quite a while. The auto-tiling is also a nice touch. Well done!
Game didn't load on the LD page, so had to play on itch. Love the concept! Sometimes I accidentally hit a wrong character, or a character that just looked like an order for some minor details. Good job!
Enjoyed the tight platforming and clean pixel art with nice animations It's not an easy game for sure, the game throws you right in. Please disable asking for a price at itch.io, that's pretty lame.
Little game but quite fun, figuring out how to manage all the orbiting moons. The feedback by audio is really good.
Loved the intro, great way of telling a "story". Had a big smile going around as a "jelly bear". The arrows helped me out to know which direction to go in. I felt crouching didn't do a lot compared to finding a good slope. But overall I had a great time playing this. Nice concept.
The music is way too loud and this game could use an audio slider to adjust that. The concept is great though, and it would be nice to see it fleshed out just a little bit more. Ran out of money a few times, but I'm used to that. :D Visuals are basic, but they communicate everything well to the player. Good job!
That's quite an enjoyable gameplay loop you've got there. It could give better feedback to the player, as sometimes I wasn't aware whether an item was in my cargo or still floating around. Atmosphere is nice, with pleasant graphics and chill music. Great effort.
It's really awesome you took two completely different genres and combined them to something completely new. I needed some time to get used to managing two tings at the same time. Love the NES aesthetics. Very original, great job.
That was cute as heck, loved the clean pixel art. Some pixel art seems to be a bit blurry. Could be a nice minimal builder with some more balancing and polishing.
Omg I love this game, my favorite so far. It's very chill to play with pleasant graphics and accompanying music. It's a nice balance between puzzling and just zoning out. Great job, 5/5
The art style is awesome as always, loved the bright colors and the cartoon shader. Good player feedback as well. It all feels fleshed out.
Concerning the actual game, my biggest critique is that it tries to blend two genres without excelling in any of those. Both the puzzle and TD aspect are okay, but it lacks something (that one mechanic) to blend them together and make it feel coherent and really innovative. It's always interesting to see how blending two genre's together work out though, even if it doesn't quite hit the spot for me, and I'm always curious to see what experiments you lovely peeps will come up with.
Nice looking game with polished graphics. The puzzles where interesting, with many new mechanics being introduced early on. Some levels where a bit too complicated and I ended up solving them by trial and error rather than actual puzzling. I would've liked if I could change the perspective without holding SPACE all the time, because I prefer the top down view. Playing with the keyboard, it was a bit annoying switching to mouse all the time to click the "next level" button. Besides that, it was good fun and I was engaged all the time.
That's a lovely concept for a game. I like how traits determine how the passengers feel on the ride. It's the classic stack stuff in tiny spaces concept, but a fresh take on it. You might want to check the fullscreen settings as it seems to stretch things out.
Good effort! I like the little story at the start. Good work on level and enemy design. My main complain is that the sword attacks lack punch: the swing animation should be way more expressive and over the top. Visuals are okay. The change in music tone was a nice little touch.
2nd on the leaderboard! @spacey3d is just on another level.
Lovely little game, easy to understand but frantic at times. I feel like the difficult could increase faster, because at one point I was beginning to question whether I could loose at all. Nice take on the theme. I hope to catch your stream tomorrow.
I'm in this game and I don't like it. ;)
Seriously, scary at times, but awesome how the characters react. Nice drawings and bright color make it look vivid. Very original games, well done.
Nice mouse maze game. I absolutely suck at this :D but it was fun to play nonetheless. I love how you compressed the entire world, which is quite big, into a single screen. The usage of color makes the different parts feel distinctive from each other. There are a lot of details in the design. Nice to be able to place checkpoints manually. Amazing game.
That was a lot of fun to play. The jumping over spikes was rather hard to, could be more forgiving. Although most levels had a clear path, I felt like I could experiment with changing gravity multiple times in one jump or going against the intended direction, which was quite satisfying. The icons could use some text for accessibility. Great entry, enjoyed it a lot.
Golf in space. A simple concept but it works. Controls feel good and it was nice to have a hint on how the spaceship will fly. Nice job.
You don't need to choose another name each time @kepsert, I fixed that problem. Just letting you know :D
@ategon Sure, no problem. I'm also on the discord.
@wendel-scardua No that wasn't intentional XD
This game was hard. I failed to find the best tactic to keep the stuff I needed in my shell and not falling out. It also wasn't clear what exactly the win and loose conditions are. Yet, it was good fun and I was trippin balls on the hypnotizing shell.
That was a very chill experience, complimented by the relaxing music and pleasant visuals. It's pretty basic "balance things out" stuff that isn't really challenging, but that's okay because it was satisfying to build all the stuff on the planet and see how thing evolve. The UI text was rather small and lacking contrast, that could be improved for better accessibility. Really enjoyed this one, good job.
Very cute little game. I made it to wave 9. The cat ghosts are too overpowered late game. But overall, loved the action and the art style. Awesome!
Very cute little graphics, full of clear animations and little details. Reminds me of the game Lueur (in development by an ex-ubisoft dev) but with some TD-ish gameplay thrown into the mix. All mechanics make sense and are easy to learn. The UI is clean and the icons make sense. Just a very nice and polished entry, good job.
The level of polish is just insane. The art looks amazing and is complemented by the particle effects and audio. The concept makes for a new experience, quite innovative. Awesome job.
Okay, one more time. :D

Really loved it. The UI is sexy as flip, and so are all the effects and particles. The game plays quick and has a nice rhythm to it. It took me a while to fully understand what was going on and to learn all the enemy patterns. For the sake of being a jam game I would have liked to see the difficulty wrap up quicker, as my latest score took me over an hour. One of my favorite games this LD, thanks guys!
You've got a fun game loop going on here. Going out to scavage and then return to do upgrades just felt really good. I did notice a bug when, after having everything fully upgraded, I could still hit the upgrade button, giving myself an infinite number of durability. Also the mouse cursor seems to be behind the UI sometimes. Love the small detail of being able to right click to navigate back through the upgrades. Very well done!
If Kirby had a gun... Very solid game. The graphics are clean and the subtle animations finish the job. Controls are nice too. The level of polish is high. I have nothing to complain. Great job.
Hey man, enjoyed the game. It took me some experimentation to find out how big the beans had to be and how many some containers needed.
It was fun trying to figure out how to get to the boot in time. A bit trial and error, but it didn't bother me. Would have liked to have WASD support, and maybe the level can restart itself after fail. Great design, loved it.
I love the cozy vibes! It's not a very original concept, but executed really well. The screen effect is a bit unnecessary and I wish I could turn it off. Music is not distracting. Puzzle design is good and I think there are enough levels for a jam game. Love the little facts about turtles too. Enjoyed it!
That was more stressful than I imagine most BBQ's to be. :D Overall very well executed. It would be nice to have some kind of preview of the tiles layout of the food before I pick it up. I aso agree with the comments on @jrevel. Sometimes it felt unnecessarily hard for that reason. But I had fun playing this one nonetheless.
Edit: I also noticed the itch.io web build isn't loading. Worked fine on the LD page.
Love the nice little details in the graphics, well done. The font was hard to read, could have been a better choice for accessibility. There are a lot of inventory management games this LD, but the idea of supplying heroes to fit their needs is an original take on it. I'm not sure about the time limit though, would have been a more relaxing experience otherwise. But overall, great entry.
The background story of hiding/destroying illegal stuff in the lab is quite funny. The graphics are clean and readable. The puzzles where quite challenging by times, but maybe that's just me. Awesome job.
It's quite a raw prototype, but I like the concept of having to rearrange items on display in a museum. It could do with a fullscreen option because the texts and graphics are so tiny. It's bare bones but what's here is very solid.
Nice take on a (by now) well known formula. My biggest complain is that the hitbox radius's felt a bit off. I don't know how to explain, but many times I felt like dodging out of the way in time but still got hit. Also the audio voices are quite dull and take more from the experience than it adds.
Edit: you might want to connect your itch.io submission to the LD page.
