Graphics and sound looks great, but gameplay could've been much better if the passengers can affect the plane tilt as much as the malfunctioned engine. What i've experienced so far is that the passengers can only stop the plane from tilting too much when there's a malfunctioning plane, but the plane will tilt to the direction of the (malfunctioning) engine regardless of the passengers i have (tried to tilt the plane with 25 passengers and the malfunctioning engine still won).

Adding the passengers weight or making the plane tilt easier also helps players to easily avoid the billions of obstacles in the way, there are some scenarios when i lost because i have difficulties to tilt the plane to avoid the obstacles.

Lastly, i think the goal is too far from the starting point. The furthest i can go (in level 1) is the farmlands just before the tower (goal) and i've never came close to that ever since.. higher starting altitude or closer goal would be more exciting.

Regardless of the improvements needed, i had a lot of fun playing. Thank you for the submission :thumbsup: !

Rebels could've played a bigger role if only they spawned with the current tech of the nation and armed with more units compared to the current amount. Overall gameplay experienced is good but there are couple of things to improve. First off the boba pearl tower is virtually unusable since slimes will eventually go diagonal and just with that they have effectively avoid boba pearl tower and the boba bullet can't go through obstacles so there's no point to deploy boba pearl tower because long range attacks will get blocked by obstacles thus laser towers are far superior defending against the slimes.

The wall block is also impractical since the tower can't shoot the blocked slimes as they instantly die after colliding with the wall block and also the wall breaks down too fast. Personally i would prefer more durable towers compared to wall blocks.

Sugar cubes are very easy to miss because they somewhat blend with the background. adding a glow effect or something bright will help players spot sugar cubes.

I guess that's all, had a lot of fun playing it though. Thanks for the submission!

ATTACK! OF THE UNSTABLE LIFEFORM by Dan Davis 2021-10-14T09:43:24Z

Gameplay could use a lot of improvements, right now playing as human only involves spraying things until it's over. Not to mention the enemies on the beginning of each level aren't particularly challenging and can be easily dealt with and the map is a tad huge for a fairly basic gameplay. Playing as spores are a bit hard too considering the rigid movement and there's a lot of humans around.

Perhaps adding much more enemies and more enemy varieties like one example there's a spawner enemy which spawns regular enemies until killed by chemical sprays and so on. Would love to see more gameplay and mechanics on the map phase too (the one where you're supposed to get rid or infect a tile) which allows strategic play.

BGM can be louder, right now it's too quiet compared to the SFX. Thanks for the submission :thumbsup: !

The gameplay is simple yet interactive and graphics are very neat! the one thing i would like to comment on is the repetitive clicking when collecting population XD i think a simple interface to mass-collect populations (for example insert the amount wanted to collect then the game collects it for you) would significantly improve the gameplay experience. Backflip is impractical because it takes a while to get used to it and perform it in a short amount of time before the flesh consumes the player. Personally i prefer double jump compared to backflip :thumbsup: aside from that and other minor drawbacks i won't mention, the game is pretty fun :D

The game flashes out the theme pretty well, art and core mechanic is very nice too but the huge amount of work needed to move the snowman and the big level size makes the game kind of tiring and a bit frustrating (when you're halfway through but failed and went back to starting point :cry:) after a while. The BGM choice could've been better as listening to upbeat music while playing slow-paced game makes me impatient :laughing:

TL:DR in my opinion, adding checkpoints or make the level shorter coupled with calm rather than upbeat BGM would've improve the gameplay experience significantly because of the reasons above. Thanks for the game :D !

Controls.. need a lot of improvement. It's hard to move around when you need to wait about 2 to 3 seconds for the in-game hitbox to follow your cursor to new position. Also the falling boulders warning zone (the grey area before the boulder fall) is innacurate, sometimes i still got hit by it even when i'm out of the zone. Tutorials should be shown before the player starts climbing, i had no idea there's a tutorial until i explored the settings. The weight mechanic gets annoying as the game goes on because the character is so heavy even the thick rope gave up on him. I would rather have more frequent landfills or falling boulders rather than falling off because of the character's weight when i'm 300 meters away from the goal.

Well aside from the many subpar elements of the game, i had to fervently worship the BGM and overall sound quality. It was sublime and took me off guard, i didn't expect that quality from a game developed in 72 hours. It was something worth a ton of respect or even, a standing ovation.

Was expecting more surprises after mixing the ingredients like for example what it tastes like, and more effects variety like bigger explosions, super cold effect like freezing cold glass, super hot effect like steam coming off from it, etc etc (or i haven't unlocked it yet). The game environment seemed a bit gloomy too, could do with brighter colors and more colorful bottles & glasses.

Regardless of the areas lacking, it's impressive to make this game in 2 days (what happened with the other 1 day?) and still gets it done without any bugs (at least i didn't find one). Great job :thumbsup:

Game looks great but after escaping the cell, i don't know which way should i go and stuck endlessly to roam the dark prison unbeknownst to the guards '-' perhaps there could be a visual clue where the player should head to and make the guard radius smaller, in narrow passages it's impossible to avoid detection or escape from the guards because they're so fast and the radius is big enough to cover the entire width of the passage. The monsters and artstyle are so cute XD the gameplay can be further improved though, i thought feeding the monsters would do the favor but apparently they don't care and start blasting '-' there's no clear method to stop them from burning the house so it's a bummer really .-. and the smokes are too thick it hinders the visibility to see the cute monsters >_< and lastly, the cost to repair the house is too expensive since the income is so little..

A button to check our settlement's statistics (example: how many resources do we have, what is our army's composition, etc) will also help a lot. The game could benefit from additional backstory such as why the character got stuck in her unstable mind and why she should go back to the reality. Aside from story, i didn't get any gameplay from the left door (although the description said i'll play in an unstable platform) and instantly presented an option to kill or huge (huge?) and on the unstable room minigame, the shard inside the drawer is a bit hard to click.

Aside from all the deficiencies, great work on the art and game concept! the art is really beautiful :D

Add a playing rule: move item to baby to feed/clean/play with baby and wait until the related stat reaches 100.

I thought the game is bugged when i clicked on the baby while holding items and it did nothing. After a bit of patience and couple of realizations finally figured out how it works :sweat_smile:

There's couple of tiny improvements which would help a lot in gameplay experience: - Baby stats should be placed near the baby, i didn't realize the baby has stats until my idk-th tries and you have to wait it out instead of spamming clicks on the baby. - Spawning items and moving them to baby seemed redundant, would prefer the items simply hanging or scattered in the house and then up to the player to arrange it. - Guiding arrows are hard to keep track of, it kinda blends with the background and it's a bit small. The enemies also kind of blends with the buildings and sometimes i didn't realize they're on my screen. If the enemy part is intentional it's alright i guess.

Aside from things mentioned and the severe lack of tutorials, the graphic and art is good. Thanks for the game :thumbsup: !
