I really like all of the graphics

@fernando-sydenstricker-c Hey, thanks for the feedback! As a heads up for you and anyone else giving the game a try, you can toggle Fullscreen mode with the **F4** key! Also feel free to toggle Fullscreen from the Settings menu.
A really awesome entry to the jam! There's so much into it and I really love it. The only downside is the lack of some brighter areas because it got a little bit hard to see sometimes, but besides that it's pretty much one of the best entries I played on the jam so far. Really nice work, keep it up!
Looks great, and I'm excited for the story, but I'm stuck. What am I supposed to do after I free the old man? I cornered. And the other path off to the left is guarded.
@melancholia Thanks for the feedback, and I'm glad you enjoyed it!
@tykenn Hi and thanks for the feedback! The place you reached to the left is a canonical ending. Unfortunately, we had to cut an additional ending due to time. However, we've made sure to hide other bits of lore around the game for people to discover and piece together the story.
@not-tomo Ah, cool, thanks for the reply. Still impressive for a game jam, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything.
I enjoyed it up until the prison sequence. Crawling around in pitch blackness was punishing. I also see in the comments where waking up the old man and getting caught is the intended ending; I wish it was better signposted that this is the case (especially since the message is the same as when you get caught on first waking up).
@ryusui Thanks for the feedback! To offer a quick clarification, waking up the old man is not a canonical ending. The canonical ending is a cutscene that fades to white.
@not-tomo Oh dang, I misread that. Welp, I'm gonna finish this game properly then. Thanks!
Wonderful art!
Gave you my feedback on the stream earlier, but I just wanted to congratulate you on the work you did.
I don't know exactly what she have done, but maybe I missed a lore hint. Nice arts, even if I would have wish a way to see better in the darkest corners (maybe to find any missed area, because I found only the one with the book, the one with the old man, and the end corridor). Good job !
I like the art style and the story concept a lot. I don't know if its just me but walking around glitch worlds with repeating / improper tiling really vibes with me.
Great game! I want more please!
@rein Thanks! Really appreciate your taking the time to play our game on stream and give feedback. Always insightful watching people's perspectives start to finish. And of course, we'll be making sure to test our games on ultrawide from now on!
@lereveur @epicureanistik @strictpeak Thanks for the feedback, glad you enjoyed it! Also wanted to let anyone interested know, we plan to release a post-Jam version of the game early next week with an additional ending that was cut for time as well as other extra content.
Love the character art and world building! I really like the contrast between the two parts of the game. I think a credits screen or "thanks for playing!" to signify that you reached the end would have been really helpful - I thought those were just game overs until I came here and read some of the comments. Overall it was a nice little adventure with some fun twists.
Game looks great but after escaping the cell, i don't know which way should i go and stuck endlessly to roam the dark prison unbeknownst to the guards '-' perhaps there could be a visual clue where the player should head to and make the guard radius smaller, in narrow passages it's impossible to avoid detection or escape from the guards because they're so fast and the radius is big enough to cover the entire width of the passage. Thanks for the game! the audio really gave the chills
Love the concept behind it. Though I wish there were more clues about whats actually going on, my guess is that we killed the girl we meet at the start? Maybe feed it to the cat? The prison sequence is too dark, it was just guessing if you could walk somewhere or not.
Great work!
The premise was pretty good, but there just isn't enough there to really get invested into the story. And it really needs some kind of an indication that you've reached the ending, since I restarted the prison section a number of times trying to find something besides the three rooms I've seen. Since everything ended up sending me to the end menu and the continue button was restarting the section, it seemed to me like there should be something more, and the fact that I couldn't find anything was frustrating.
Nice game :) The portraits are lovely~
The game is cool, the story is intriguing, but i have no clue what do after i wake up..
@sceef @pandore Thank you!
@mediflect @edevjogos @bgdc Thanks for the feedback, definitely agree! Improving visual cues (for the endings and otherwise) is one of the big areas we'll want to work on.
@poweranze @erukolindo Thanks for the feedback! I hope with the post-Jam version next week we'll be able to expand on the story content with the 2nd ending we had to cut for time.
Dandy game! I love it!
Loved the game, the art is very cute
idk why but it reminds me of earthbound and Undertale
