Most I made it to was 80 meters. It was fun to flounder around for a while.

Fun game! In the second level, I found out you can ride a skeleton without it attacking you (and it still moves!) . I used this to ride from skeleton to skeleton to get to the exit. I liked the aesthetic and found it very enjoyable.
I had a lot of fun with this one. I do think that the gold should scale with the depth though, as the upgrade cost scales exponentially in powers of 2. I found that primarily focusing heavily on speed (while putting very little gold into fuel) gave the fastest results, with only 2 points in vision being required.
Took a bit of getting used to it, but I found it rather fun after a while of playing. The inclusion of Wingardium Leviosa got a chuckle out of me. I think I'll come back to play it some more later.
This one was a lot of fun. The artwork and music really added to the experience. I almost wish it had more random unstable elements added into it. The addition of extra weapons was also a nice touch. Great job with this one!
Was a fun game. I liked the animation a lot. I'd be interested to see this concept done with a larger cast of weapons.
Overall, good job!
Simple and fun. I think the particle effects were a highlight. I wish there was more difficulty scaling as you get higher. Perhaps some more obstacles. Still enjoyed it either way.
I think the mechanic is interesting, but I seem to have bugged out on the second hot dog. I shot two darts into him, died, and then pressed shoot while I was respawning. After that, I did not respawn, and the screen just stayed on the remaining hot dog.
Otherwise, I think the art and spritework were rather well done. Music effects were a nice touch too.
Earworm.png Rather fun game! I don't think I've gone as far as others here, but I had fun nonetheless. Certainly a 5 in audio! That tune will be burned into my brain for a while.
Was a fun and simple game. The movement was a bit on the floaty side for my taste, but I was very impressed with the artwork. My bears seemed to really like green shirts and moustaches :)
I delayed the inevitable, but perished 12 times.
I liked this one a lot. Fit the theme well, and I liked how freeform some of the levels were. Definitely seems like it could be extended post jam with more levels. Good job!
Somehow very nostalgic, despite having never played it before. Has a very Newgrounds feel to it, and that's a good thing. The animations and music were very good, and though it was short, I could see it being extended to great effect. Very polished, and high recommendation.
Game was very fun. Played through it with shortcuts, and I'll be working on finishing it without soon. Simple gameplay, but it still doesn't get stale after repeat attempts. Will certainly revisit after playing more games.
Nice and simple game. I think the visual aesthetics and soundtrack complemented the game very well. I do wish it had a bit more progress indicators (such as how long until the next upgrade, or how much health you have) but I did like that there were upgrades to change up the gameplay. Overall, I enjoyed this one.
Had fun with this game. I do wish the sword attack had a larger hitbox, if only to get more satisfaction from mowing mobs down, but that's more of a personal ask. The movement of the enemies is balanced almost perfectly to give you just enough space and time to survive for longer periods. Min maxing enemy placement to get the most in one slash was quite entertaining.
I actually really liked this one! Had some trouble at first, but on my third game the drain spawned 2 blocks away from my starting pipe, and I placed two corner pieces and instantly won. I replayed it a bunch after, and it's got some interesting depth. About the only thing I wish it had was hotkeys so I can quickly select the 4 pipes without having to scroll my mouse to the side. I otherwise wouldn't change a whole lot, it's pretty fun as is. Great job!
Used to play a flash game called Canabalt back in the day. This game reminds me a lot of that game, in a good way. I liked the use of theme, and it got suitably challenging when I made it pretty far. I died a little bit after the moon part. Had to go under a tunnel as the robot was targeting me. I might revisit this game later to improve my score. breach.png
I'll admit, I'm a sucker for platformers. Just finished beating the game, and only after did I remember that I had a dash ability that probably would have made the last two levels much easier. Had a lot of fun playing, and might revisit if more levels are added post-jam.
This game just has really great game feel to it. The sound effects are really well done, and you can feel the impact of the explosions very well. I do think the bus driver would have a lot more success if he wasn't driving face first into traffic though :)
Also, for people having trouble rating the game, simply click on the creator's profile (omaewander), click on his games, and then click the Ludum Dare 51 entry. It'll take you to the main jam page, where the ratings are now visible.
Man, water sure does some mean things to a pig! Wasn't able to make it very far, but I did spend a good chunk of time trying. I think jumping has some weird behavior where the pig will go diagonally down-left after you press the button. It actually seems to happen less intensely when the pig isn't moving, so perhaps that's related. Otherwise, I kinda liked the floatier air momentum. Had a nice feel to it.
Sheep.png
I think this picture sums up my experience pretty well.
I think the graphics on this game were particularly impressive, and the audio track was rather soothing. I found out that you can make the sheep float by running into them for a while, and decided to use that to do things like push them through the fence from the wrong side. Because the fence is slanted from the back, you can also easily run over it. It allowed me to get some sheep over the fence faster than to direct them around to the front.
You can also stack sheep on top of one another, as running forward seems to cause the object in front to float, and it does so in the order from front to back. I made a mini sheep tower, as well as a sheep for a hat. Had a lot of fun with this game.
