When the heavy metal music kicked in I understood that I really like all that chaos. Dynamic, with pretty graphics and simple, but not bad at all core gameplay.
Good mood and graphics, gameplay is great, it's like reading one life's story, but with an unusual book. The ambiance is all cool, but leveldesign is a bit messy, levels are too big and I accidentaly finished them without exploring all. And these walking sounds are not really good imo, after that continious "knock-knock-knock" I started to think about stability of my mental state haha
That's very, very cool! Dynamic and catchy gameplay, stylish look, old-school spirit, interesting idea, and all this made by the one-man army! It's not that hard and you understand fast enough what you should do, even without a minimap or something, it brings a touch of hardcore where you should operate fast to survive. It's not about exploration, it's about drive and adrenaline rush. I personally prefer it to be a bit more faster, hoho. Good job, develop it further and it will bring you success.
Buy a coffee for your artist, seriously. Artist desereved it. That small moth boi is EXTREMELY qute, such as his moving animation. Overall, idea is really great, some polishing, more animations (I was kinda sad when understood there's no form switching animation), ant I'll surely buy your game on Steam or somewhere else.
