Fun game :) Makes my forearm tired lol. Fun balancing economy vs damage. Had a little trouble clicking the upgrades though, like had to click slightly more to the right than I expected.

fun game. well executed. 4 big guys and a flying guy is what did me in. I'll get carpal tunnel syndrome if I play more. haha
Fun and catchy, but buttons' hitboxes are a little messed up

I got about this far before I realized that this game had no end, at least one I could not see coming any time soon. Which means I was playing this for a while, fun to balance the resource gathering with actively using them to fend off the attackers!
The difficulty gets pretty high, even the bombs barely did damage to the big guys. I did find an exploit that would have let me play the game forever if I wanted to! I would revise how pausing works!
Overall good job! I would set some sort of soft end goal to reach, and endless gauntlet does get aimless after a while.
It's a nice game, and I love the art style. It could be improved by adding a difficulty slider, but it's fun with experience. Nice game <3
Very addictive entry ! Nice mood, music and graphics too. I reached 276 aliens ! At this point I couldn't upgrade more, it would have been nice to have more upgrade. Good job 👍
Such a clean game in so many ways, I'm very impressed. You guys did an incredible job with the UX, making everything understandable with all kinds of context clues. Like highlighting where you can place things, changing the cursor icons, and locking the areas you can target (like with the ground attacks). Everything was super intuitive and I barely had to read anything to understand how it works. That is fantastic for a strategy game!
The pacing and progression felt good and left me wanting more. This is one of the more visual clicker games out there, so seeing my base unfold for a bit felt awesome.
I loved how the simple coloring on the enemies ended up working well together. It was enough shading to show off the structure of the enemies. The ground units in particular were animated very well.
Very cool game overall. I've played every clicker game out there and I think your mashup of idle + strategy is pretty unique. Great job!

Great game ! It's very well designed, everything makes sense and is easely understandle. Really clean on all aspects, congrats :)
It's a fun little clicker game, but I wish the controls were a bit clearer. There were times when I tried to buy the second gun, but it wouldn't let me. There was no feedback as to why and I had the money to do so. Also dragging the gun to the location also seemed a bit unresponsive, same with the upgrades.
The audio, visual style and animations were all thoroughly enjoyable.

**We made some bugfixes :**
- Adjustments to the pixel perfect display - Cursors now click in the middle, they clicked in the top left corner before making it hard to click on icons - The pause now works properly - Bomb and lightning cursors now match to what they actually do
We are aware that the balance and rythm of the game would be adjusted by a lot, but we feel it is not really in the spirit of the game jam to modify that during rating period.
@toppervideogames usually the wave with four ground walker bosses ends the session, congrats on reaching that far.
@peachtreeoath I tried your combo game, it was pretty fun :D
I liked the idea, really loved the graphics and music. Gameplay is fun but the difficulty scales too quick, but that's a minor issue.
Funny game, I didn't get problem with controls (as we cann read cases when the game is in pause) And the art is really cool ! But, maybe I missed something as I don't get the link with the theme
Nice little game! I wanted more upgrade and stuff, I had maximize my ressource pretty rapidly when I understood what to create first. But very great start and fun to play :)

Great job, loved the art and animation. It definitely has that clicker urgency, though I wish the big attacks were worth using on the boss enemies - maybe as a snare/stun? The time it took to activate them was better spent spam-clicking.
It is very cool. I've been playing for a while, after getting all the upgrades, a few more improvements are needed to improve the progression. Good job!
