The game is surely fun and well tought, about the artstyle, i like it, but in my honest opinion the character/enemies should have slightly more contrast than the background, at least for me it's hard to look at it for long, good job anyway :)

Very nice game here! A lot of fun playing it, simple but effective gameplay, fitting the theme too :D, on graphics, too much red "blinking" for my taste, but overall not bad, as audio,it's lacking some sound effects, nice job anyway!
Great game! The only problem i had with it was with browser scaling and ui, i had to rescale my browser zoom to 90% to play it, otherwise very great entry!

The Graphics and overall Mood are amazing! The gameplay, i see the control scheme kinda lacking, the fact that you can only direct the attack torwards the direction you are walking is disappointing, good work anyway ;)

Just finished this game in a breeze, and i loved it! i was wondering where does this game fits the theme, and bam, that twist happens, love the artstyle, and the animations feel fluid and responsive, top notch!, if i have to be nitpicky and criticize something of this amazing little game is the collision system: it happens often to "clip" on a side of a platform, however, very very solid entry, cute and creepy, kudos to all of you :D

Hello! i was the guy playing this game on stream yesterday, i played it with hardware acceleration on chrome and played flawlessly, i really liked it with the fast pace of it, maybe the thing that could be adjusted is the powerup shop, description of the objects in game too would have been better for just picking it up and playing, anyway very nice entry, good job!

The game looks nice, the controls are a bit unconfortable, you should consider having WASD option other than arrows :P
it's actually a fun game, and the AI is nice, the thing i didn't like is the lack of visual feedback when shooting (like a muzzle flash and some hit indicators on the enemies), nice work, and pepe.
Liked it, simple and fun game with intresting attack animations, the things i didn't like is the inconsistency in sound effects and visuals, like, no sound or visual indication for when you get hit, nice job anyway ;)

Art and Mood are outstanding, also the message of this game is meaningful and deep, however i find it for personal taste lacking in fun, because the gameplay has no real actual challenge, but really, good job for all of the technical department in this game, everything outstanding!
Very nice art direction here, only problem regarding graphics is that maybe the numbers on the packs are too small and hard to read, for the rest, the controls are a bit tricky to grasp at start but when you get accustomed to it plays smoothly, very nice entry here, complimenti :)
I enjoyed this game a lot, gameplay-wise is very curated, not very intuitive at the start, but once you get the grasp of it is very good, art style is nice and icons are all good

The main character is incredibly cute and well designed, gameplay-wise i think would have been better with some sorts of move that combine attack and move, like this feels a bit static with the possibility to hit only standing still, overall nice entry, sounds effects are really satisfying :D

Smooth gameplay, i had no problems at all picking up the controls instantly, about the graphics as i said on stream, maybe just changing the color of the floor in different levels could have been helpful in differentiating them, good job overall!

Simple and effective game, the bitcoin sprite was better recreating it in illustrator because now when it's very zoomed you can see that has some errors in the border, the mechanic is intresting altough certain times you just crash and even if you spam buy you cannot avoid it, congrats!

Amazing game, as i said on stream the only thing that i felt a bit missing is a way to make the coin jump, very nice job!
First of all, this game technically it's impressive: everything you do has a very nice visual feedback, pixel art is top notch also color palette and general design are very very good, about the gameplay: the core gameplay loop is nice, it has a couple little things that are rough and that can be refined such as: the first slow grind to reach 20 max cultists, it's just a boring part and doesn't add much to the gameplay experience, i don't get why i should build the building that cost 100, it takes more space than the 65 one, costing more and not providing enough value, personally i like a lot the moments when you are in risk of losing and so you have to act quickly to avoid it, maybe the game could be more focused on making that a more recurring occurrence, it's addicting anyway and i would love to play a more refined version of it! overall a fantastic entry, congratulations!
Fun game concept, it gets harder the more people are on screen, maybe with a bit more polish on the graphics this could have been even more fun, while retaining the challenge of it, appreciated the thanos joke :D
Graphics are amazing,really polished and lovely artstyle, about the gameplay, i would rather had liked to jump with some keys and not clicking on screen, this make the gameplay a bit frustrating at times, also the boosts are not explained, maybe a little pop-up tooltip when hovering a boost would have been a good idea, nice entry, i'm impressed you were able to make this lovely art in just 3 days, congratulations!
@rustycrow yeh, about the balancing i'm really aware, i underestimated a bit the challenge of balancing a game like this, so i ended up having to playtest and balance just in this last day, when i was already a lot tired, however yeh, i'm doing an update and i'll proably make the whole image clickable if i can manage to pull it off, thank you for your feedback!

Wow, simple and effective game, it plays incredibly smooth, the idea of making it a currency exchange graph is brilliant!
Very fun game! I played it on stream and it was really hilarious (expecially because english is not my first language hahaha), as i said on stream too, up would have been better than forward to say, also you should be able to say a direction only once and then say stop if you want to stop, in this way you have to spam less with your voice, either this or increasing the distance with each move (or the possibility of saying a number after the command so you can do more movements with a single command), however very fun entry!
Controls are a bit weird at first, i expected to double jump just by hitting jump while in air, don't get why i have to press the up button first, as @boltkey said yeh, the badges are confusing too, they are not explained :( for the rest, games plays nice, i like the gravity and the movement of the character, a little thing: if possible have a download link if you want people to stream your game, sadly obs not support hardware acceleration on chrome so i was able to stream your game but with very bad performance, good work overall :D
The game system is intresting, my big problem with it is the tutorial, too much walls of text and in the end doesn't even allow to try what you learned, my advice is to try and explain while you play, so the player assimilates instantly the rules of the game!
Nice concept, the sprites are very well done and in a very good art style, the environment in my opinion doesn't match well, the perspective on the walls is kinda weird, with doors having the right perspective and walls not, i suggest at least to change the sprites on the wall to make them a bit different from the floor, overall nice entry, i would have liked to play it more, it ended quickly :D
The game is nice, sprites are nicely done so it's the ui, the gripes i have are with the background: it mixes too much with the colors in the foreground and make it harder to look at what's happening, maybe with just a different background the game graphics would improve dramatically, also i don't like the fact that when you fall you can see the lower edge of the tilemap, it's better to hide it ;)
I played this game intensely for i think 20-30 minutes, i enjoyed it much, in its simplicity it's relaxing and tought inducing, bonus points for Ripcoin continuously crashing :D
Nice entry here! had fun playing it in stream, the gameplay is fresh and quite fun, artstyle has a lot of personality, maybe it needs a bit of tweaking on the deployables like traps and gun, also some color tweaks to make stuff stand out more, good job anyway!
I played this on stream, the idea is nice and original, the execution could have been done well even with just a couple of touches, first of all the camera angle that is very confusing as first, a thing that i want to point out is that the game gets more intresting in the last level, sadly is the only level where you actually can exploit well the game mechanics, so my advice is to look at the last level and try to make the other levels more like that, i'm sure that you will improve overtime :D

@iluvatar no premade assets whatsoever, did all those assets, and not even in 72 hours, rather in 48, my secret? i used a technique that speeds up the 3d model creation a lot: using a single texture with some gradients to map all the assets in simple uv projection, this allow me to model without having to think about seams and unwraps! also i worked for commercial titles in the past and had to do even more assets in a very short time, so this is actually not even that impressive as a task, low poly it's pretty good for jams like this! thank you!

Loved the music, a couple things: would be nice to have a volume slider, since it's a web game if one wants to lower the volume, it has to lover the volume for the whole browser, for the rest would be nice also having some visual feedback other than sounds when colliding, getting new buddys etc :D good job!

Played and ABSOLUTELY loved it! Very simple concept, reminds me a bit of Jump King and Getting over It, but with an excellent twist, this mechanics gives space for a lot of crazy tricks! If i have to nitpick, the movement of the swing can be a little smoother, but really, amazing entry!

Woah! Very nice game! I love the concept, very fresh! About the gameplay, i find that is very easy to just wait for the right animals and just drop them without caring, so i think the frequency of the boxes can be lowered a bit so the player has the need to actually engage in breeding and feeding his animals!

Oh right @jcmonkey i didn't explain it correctly on this page, you CAN actually go in freeplay, if you didn't deliver the first package, the timer doesn't start and you can go around freely, also for the baloons, you have to get higher then them to hit em, so either try to get to some rooftops or to the edge of the city where the roads are higher! we tried to encourage vertical gameplay :D
@wighz Hello! I did use a gradient map for texturing basically everything except the main character & hoverboard, its a nice technique for when you have very little time and still need to model a lot of stuff (an entire city in this case, even with repeated buildings i still had to model 7-8 manually), i just project unwrap in Blender to a gradient, this saves a lot of time usually spent on unwrapping and texturing!
@wighz i used just a single material shared for mostly everything in the scene, only exceptions were collectables, emissive materials and the character/overboard that had a texture map, my gradient map was mostly squares with different gradients!

Great game! Loved the retro-style graphics and the faces on the characters :D (not so much the skybox), the game is engaging and fun, the only thing i find unnecessary its the deadline mechanic! great job!

Insane polish on this game! a little bit on the harder side about gameplay,i feel like, the hardest jumps are those that you cannot do trial and error, so a little limited time rewind feature can help to improve and learn the jumps! but nonethless a great entry!

Great game! quite challenging to actually manage to control the snake, i got stuck often but had a lot of fun anyway! Graphics are very cute!

This is excellent! i could definitely see this being expanded and becoming a commercial game! Graphics are top notch, the gameplay loop is very satisfying (altough i see a little flaw with the markets, that gold mines render absolutely useless in comparison) got it till the end, congrats guys!
Nice gameplay loop you got there! i enjoyed the talent tree and two phases mechanic, the lighthouse beam has a nice effect, but imho it feels a bit slow to control, great job!
Not bad for a first LD, for the next time try to incorporate some feedbacks and sound effects, its a small thing that makes your mechanics instantly more satisfying!

And the bunnies are sooo cute :D, and about the soundtrack... as an Italian i recognize that's a remix/rearrangement of the immortal The Good, the Bad and the Ugly theme by the master himself Ennio Morricone, only love :D
Lovely cute game, the art is wonderful, it has this dreamy/whimsical vibe that reminds me a bit of Studio Ghibli and Adventure time, amazing! The game mechanics are intresting, the thing that i love the most is when a game doesn't outright tell you what to do and you can figure it out yourself, very well done!
The amount of polish in this game is INSANE, the little animations when the ducks get hit by something, the chirping, animations, everything about this game is really polished, i said on stream if you told me this was a legit classic NES/SNES game i would have believed you! Congrats!

Very well crafted compo game, the graphics and attention to detail are top notch! As i said on stream the only thing that needs a little bit more of smoothness is the sudden turning, but i understand doing it on a grid is not that simple, congrats for the game!

Got hooked on the gameplay, at first it's a bit confusing, but when you get it feels amazing! one thing i would say about the gameplay, the screenshake effect gets too much intense when you are over like 1k pebbles, at the point i would avoid looking at the screen for some seconds, for the rest, nice presentation and the audio is great!

@ruthiepee well... the battery pack percentage is underexplained sadly (intended to do a full onboarding experience, but couldn't in time :/ ) it's not the actual battery level, it's that, the more you play a single run, the faster the battery drains, thank you for playing and for the good words tho :D (surprised on the sound design LOL, i'm professionally a 3d artist, coding i dabble, sounds i'm like, total rookie LOL )

The art is amazing! Gameplay wise is a simple idea but neatly executed, one small thing is that the camera may need just a little bit more of distance, because certain obstacles (talking about you, dinosaur in the third level) are very difficult to avoid, overall great game!

The idea is neat! Needs some balancing about the powerup (more hits op, i can just spam :D ) but that's understandable during a jam! Another pet peeve of mine is that: when you complete a level the money seems clickable, but as soon as you try click em, the powerup panel shows and you click on something random, so... just make the money doesn't seem clickable will do! For the rest, amazing art and the execution overall is truly great, good job!
The game design is amazing! Art is so clean, very good! About gameplay, i think that needs feedbacks, both audio and visual on like, every action you take so it makes more impactful, would like to see this developed further!
The idea is nice, and i like the core gameplay loop! About combat, it needs a little bit of feedback on hits recieved/done, a little sound+vfx can go a long way there, good job!

Gameplay has intresting ideas, i don't appreciate the fact that is split in levels with the shop in between, it kinda breaks a bit the idle game core gameplay loop, would have been better with a toggle shop you can call at every time and incremental values :P About the art, for me personally the problem isn't ai, it's that the color palette is all over the place! it's a nice start, i hope to see more in future game jams :P

@rionisse thank youuuu! The original idea was that, chilling around, running errands and doing mini games, but proved quickly too ambitious for 3 days (also, we are mainly 3 artists, and of those 3 only i code and just as a side hobby lol), we are thinking of doing more with this, definitely!

Love the unique idea, you could do a lot of intresting interactions with this! As i said on stream, the later puzzles suffer a little bit because you spend a lot of time trying to execute the solution after you found it, but for the rest it's a really really good game design! Great Job!

The style is amazing, love the care for details like the doggo bending when turning :D As for gameplay, it plays very smooth, but at the same time it's very unnerving having to get constanly back because the herd leaves the spot, so maybe some fences to help with that? great job!
I'm really bad at it, but it glued me to the screen for like 50 minutes without even realizing, great idea! Technically very polished (not a surprise :P), the game loop is nice, its imho a little bit confusing that the top bar is Grass but then in the shop the currency is money, maybe would have been better simplifying and merging the two? idk, great job as always, go Ta No!

Amazing game! The mechanic is really unique and when you get the chain doubling for the juicy 40 hp dmg one-shot, feels incredible, i would love to see a version with more content! The only nitpick i have is that sometimes the detection when you drop a badge onto another is too precise, for the rest, flawless!

As a factorio nerd, i obviously love this! I like the fact that the game loop mixes a bit of cliker/incremental with factory game, i found this a very nice blend of styles!

You already had me at "collect swords" to be honest, but once i played, overall amazing, art has a lot of intent in it, i can see the vision! Gameplay in the end has a lot of depth and strategy, would love to see a longer-form version of it, great job!

Once you get the hang of it is really fun to play, it hits the right spot on the gameplay loop! As i said on stream a little bit more of polish in the UX to guide better the new player would be nice, great job!
Intresting idea, i think the story mode is way too easy, would be nice to see it vs another player, maybe it just needs to have some "cooldowns" on a piece, because this way i was able with quick movements and the rook to basically tear down the entire enemy line :D

Very nice game, i enjoyed a lot playing it as i love idle games, about the top-down component: at certain times the plating position feels not so precise, i replaced by mistake some crops, also, its difficult keeping track which crop is, maybe just a little color change on the top part would have helped, congratulation however, very solid entry :)

Fun game! the card game aspect of it to be honest is not that much relevant, since the cards in the end are like the usual powerups in scrolling games, except this the game is really well done, i enjoyed a lot the boss battle at the end, hectic action that don't feel unfair or frustrating!
Lovely graphics, gameplay is fun overall, just a note: i think it's a bit difficult to understand when you are actually planting watermelons and build towers since there is no soundeffects and just a very small animation, at times can happen that i go to a terrain patch, hold shift and nothing happens, very good entry!

this game is very intresting and challenging, as an hardcore fan of tetris i can only like this :D just,i think this really need the feature to move the pieces for like 0.5 seconds after it landed, like in real tetris so you can fill gaps and the play area boundaries should be more evident, maybe a bigger border would do, overall very nice entry HISCORE.png p.s i think this is an highscore :D
About the motion Blur effect, isnt supposed to be that overwhelming, but trying the game on a lower spec computer It Just happens, i think this is because i made DeathBall in Unity 2018 beta with the new HD render pipeline, Wilpl do more tests, thanks for the feedback!
@Ben Pearson Just saw your video by the way, maybe i should have wrote more explanations on the buttons, you seem to never even try to freeze the ball in Place for a better shot or use the middle mouse button to position It in front of you, i Guess instructions where lacking :(
Very moody game, liked the graphics but i feel the colors needs just a bit more of contrast overall to make it easier to look at, it's a little too bright, nice entry :)

Intresting concept, i think it needs a bit more visual and sound feedback when you hit the right notes, also some sort of chain-boosting when you hit more notes in a row would have been nice!
This is the game so far that engaged me most, very fun playing it, just a quick couple of notes: controls and movement could use a bit more work, you can get stuck on the end of ledges, also, but this is just a matter of personal preference i would have swapped jump and scroll, as for the balancing i find that the hitscan towers feels overpowered, overall great idea and nice execution, congratulations! :D

The idea is nice, but the various choices seem a bit too much repetitive, you could have tried to make different encounters with different choices, overall i enjoyed this, got 3300 score, keep goin!
The game is actually fun to play, doing quick maths and stuff, i just don't understand one thing: the enemies shoot at you, but there is no healthbar whatsoever, just time, did i miss something? anyway funny game :)
