Great game, really picks up pace by level three, would love the sound of grumbling people as you worked.

Great game, really picks up pace by level three, would love the sound of grumbling people as you worked.
Awesome idea, looks great. Got stumped on the trump round, don't know enough about the guy.
Solid work, really enjoyed the game.
Great game. Simple to learn and hard to master; at least that's what I'm telling myself as I got stuck on like the third level. Couldn't get that 4 happiness.
Love it, made me feel like a kid in an arcade. Visuals are amazing, sound is good, interactions were a little tricky but you get used to them.
There is a good game here, but the weird collisions are tricky.
SURPRISE BLACK HOLE. Really enjoyed your game, the only thing I would change is to not point at colonised planets.
Like the game. It would benefit from an upgrades system that maybe revolved around hitting certain targets of money.
Oh the rage, its a bit hard for me. Really good visuals, sound was good (could have been sadder to watch the atmosphere); just really really tricky.
Hi there, not sure if you know that you need to review other peoples games to float up the list to get reviewed. I found you in the zero review category and not many people venture there.
As for your game, it looks lovely, i get a real boardgame vibe; but i played 10 turns that nothing happened, perhaps I'm not supposed to pick piloting 10 times in a row.
Love the art style.
I couldn't get out of the first level. Maybe if i saw one level being played I'd be in a better place with it.
Strong idea, camera sort of lost the run of itself around level 7 or 8. I couldn't see the ground to place the towers and then on the next level I think the camera shot off into the sky. It would be great to know what base is coming next so you could plan your city to match it.
Great game, only thing I'd like to add is an easy mode with more time. It feels like it takes more than 4 seconds to walk from 1 side to the other.
Your npcs act just like people on the bus. I'm getting on this bus, I don't care if you're getting off or if I have to go through you. Really enjoyed my time with it, loved the voices.
Great job, fast paced warehouse management.
Nice idea. Well done.
Really interesting movement. Heartbreaking when you run out of food while trying to wiggle through a tiny gap. Love the characters flailing if you jump out of the top of the pile.
Great game, would love the sound of the wind blowing or something like that to up the atmosphere.
Fun game. Bats hiding in the walls slows it down a bit and your nose has a big collision box ha ha. Looked good, felt good.
@memel06 Thanks for your feedback. Glad you enjoyed it. My art will be better next time, only figured Inkscape this week.
@team-on Noted. Thanks for your feedback.
@crispypin they're similar, your gameplay is probably better.
@somuch thanks for your feedback. I'm thinking of reworking the progression so that you have to get x number of boxes done per day with it getting harder each day; but I'm now in a gamejam with some friends so I need to get cracking on that :)
@dries-vuylsteke thanks for the feedback. It is slow. I'm glad you liked the music (I had no idea what I was doing), sorry about the sfx I'll add buttons to turn them off in future games. I learned to 'draw' and node wiggle in inkscape during the week, does that count as hand drawn? The fireworks are great fun, there used to be more when you won, but it was crashing laptops running 1000s of particles at once ha ha
@sprovgames Thanks for your feedback, I'm really glad you enjoyed it.
@dsthedragon started with all brown boxes, the RNG gods were cruel. Thanks for playing.
@alexkarate Thanks for your lovely feedback. The secret is the boxes are filled with scary beasts that are all trying to eat you ;) I have ideas for more depth, starting with only two colours and slowly adding more, to including high priority packages that need to be delivered before anything else.
@andreadbx thanks for your feedback. I didn't give the game duration and experience the love it deserved. It's looking like I'll be making a post compo version in the near future, so watch this space. When I'm back at my desk I'll try out your game.
@andreadbx just tried your game, sent me into a panic but really good.
@connorthompson Play your game I love it, its like overcooked warehouse edition
@soyertek Thanks for your feedback, I'm drawing up a list of changes for a post jam version that includes using both shape and colour to make the boxes easier to tell apart.
@nehvis Thanks for your feedback, this was my first game using Inkscape for art and Bosca Ceoil for the music; so I have a lot to learn. Hopefully my art and music will be better in the future.
@remco Thanks for your feedback. The fireworks are a particle effect. I took the KISS approach and wanted to be able to deliver a complete 'game' by the end of the 48, so the game as a whole suffered. I was conscious that my previous jam with some friends ran for a month and I only managed to make a 1 level platformer.
I went for simple shapes and colours (I believe the term is programmer art) so I take your point about the young kid aspect. I've been trying to create a lighthearted style (like Butterscotch Shenanigans) but went too far.
The zip was from the engines compiler, sorry about that; I'll wrap it in another folder in future. But I must admit to liking the term zip-bomb; on my first reading it came across as crude and caused a small chuckle.
I'll take your suggestions on-board for the post jam version. Watch this space.
@furtive-pygmy Thanks for your feedback. Working on a game for a month long jam with some friends and my 'art' is getting a little better (I think). I have a long ways to go with the audio. Love your username by the way.
@dimesto52 You are correct. I hope to rework the game soon. Thanks for your feedback.
@danny-sun Thanks very much.
@runner-alien Thanks for your feedback. The first build I did during LD was impossible to win, so I tweaked the RNG and now it's far too easy. I have some plans to rework it.
@cristihkj Thanks for your feedback.
Cool game, really fast, think I'm too old.
Total madness and panic. Great game, tricky to strike a balance between shooting and dodging.
Great atmosphere. Love the cute effects on the rocket. I didn't make it very far, but I'm bad at platformers.
Entertaining game, as has been said the art could use some work. Is there a way to sort the list of letters you are carrying?
Very challenging, but then I'm not a LOL or Dota player. I really enjoyed my time with your game, good work. A particle effect for your abilities would have been the icing on the cake, sometimes I wasn't sure if my q had gone off.
I liked it. It could be a bit faster and less particle effects as the game crawled for me. Congratulations on finishing you first game (I think that's that case from the description).
Really good game, solid work.
@crispypin they're similar, your gameplay is probably better. Got caught out a few times by the brown and brownish boxes by placing one when I shouldn't have. The music speeding up really pushes you.
Congratulations on completing the jam. Cool game, great use of the theme, love the sound effects.
Interesting game. Easy to learn, hard to master.
Great idea, looks cool. Tends to have a cascade failure effect, does the debris disappear?
Got to 52 points. Gets really tricky at the end, but fun.
The game was good, made me laugh at times. And I had to let the dog in ha ha
No download links.
That's tricky. Love the idea, need to pray to the RNG gods before you play ha ha.
