lovely game. i like it a lot.
Cool entry. De game shines on audio (that intro!) and mood imo. I enjoyed this. The boss falling over made me laugh :)
Smart mechanics. The graphics are also well balanced out, too many games go overboard with bloom (i've done it myself in the past) - this one just got it right! Wish there was a soundtrack to go with it. Loving it!

I wasn't able to land a single shot before getting shot in the face though... i think my reflexes aren't what they suposed to be :)

I was impressed enough and then i saw this was a compo entry. Amazing how you fit this much game into a 2 day period. Everything comes together really well. I love the art style, the story telling. Amazing job and diserves to get end up high on the ranks.

This is a great, fun game to play. The fact that this is a gamejam game made over 3 days only makes it more impressing! I love this and hope for a full release with more content later so i can come back to this. I love the artwork and the music fits perfectly too.

I love the game, the looks, the sounds, etc. I managed to get stuck at one time in a 'pit' that looked it would go to a lower level. The character could still move but not jump anymore. Besides that, an excellent game that deserves further development.

I loved the mood and style of the game also, sounsd are great. Gameplay is a bit hard for me but thats the oldskool style, game were a lot harder back then.

I really like the art, the concept is great too,although i wish there was a bit more challenge in killing people and capture the souls.
It's cool that you can buy stuff with the souls you earn,i would think it would be nicer if some items would have a use for the gameplay, like upgrades.
I think it would be helpfull to have they controls on the screen when nothing is happening also.

Artwork is cute, sounds are effective, gameplay is fun, but a bit too easy perhaps, even to the end.

This game haves way more depth to it then you would expect in the first few moments you start playing. Music is great, graphics are cute and funny. Gameplay is fun. Top entry imo.

I enjoyed this a lot! i played many tower defence games and this one feels and plays smooth and rewarding.
I missed and upgrade system and a way to sell towers. But then again, this is just a Jam version, i hope you finish this game, i would love to play a full version of this!

I can't say much bad about this game, i like it a lot, - The only thing i like to stress about it to make controls that work for non qwerty people (there are many out there) - WASD doesn't work on foreign keyboards!

I didn't expected this when i started to play. This is a nice twist on the 'farming games' genre,flavoured with a lot of humour and great voices. The cartoon style i adore also.
Of course there are some small glitches (veggies getting stuck behind obstacles sometimes), but that's to be expected in a jam game.
Overall this game gets high praise from me because of the love that the developers clearly put in it. The game feels,looks and plays really smooth. Great job guys!

I did find the library really quick, and then it started over so i guess i was just lucky ? I also loved the text effects,it added to the mood a lot.

Funny game here. Cute graphics. screenshake is a bit too much but you already knew that fixed it in a post version.
I think it would be cool if the meteors could be destroyed some how. Perhaps shooting +-50 rockets in them or 'craft' em into new rockets or something

I'm not the targeted audience for these kinda game but i'm pleasantly surprised with this. Good/great graphics - i dig the style. Good story telling. simple but effective animations.
I miss sounds/audio/music to keep it more interesting but that might be how the genre usually works or perhaps it was the lack of time.

I had problems picking boxes up: x or Z didnt do anything for me. Also running through the boxes sometimes made the boxes glitch through walls. For the rest i really liked the graphics and the audio. Cool game !

i think this is the beginning of a great boardgame/rts crossover. It needs some work but i really dig the idea and i think you have a great prototype to further develop a full game from.
I would most likely stem away from the 3D view and go for topview but thats my personal feeling about it.

Most stuff has been said here, solid entry. Some of the physics/ hitboxes could be tweaked to play a bit smoother but overall this entry is more interesting then most other games i tested. Good job

I liked the powerups, the graphics, the music. Good job on the game, i enjoyed playing it.
Hard to control if you don't have a qwerty keyboard. WASD is not playable for people with non standard keyboards. Consider to have secondary controls as the arrows keys in future games please :) For the rest it looked interesting but i couldn't seriously playtest it.

Weird to see that people mention the graphics here a few times while this is a compo entry. I realize some compo artists are wizards and can make a great game and do A+ art in 48 hours (and make great sound fx and music) all at once but you can not expect this to be the standard.
I think simple 'programmer' art is great for compo entries.

Wow this was not what i expected. There are clearly some bugs in the game and the lack of sound and music is a bit of a show stopper but this game sure haves huge potential.
Feels a bit like Dungeon Defenders with tanks.

You can't take credit for art and sounds you haven't created. I'm sure this is just a oversight but i think it's best to opt out. Besides that, GREAT JOB !

Amazing job on graphics, best i've seen and i've seen some cool ones this jam. Gameplay wise i wasn't convinced, aiming is choppy and the story seems to unfold really slow. The game scores really high in graphics and mood but i think it lacks a little in the gameplay. Overall a excellent job and i'm sure i will find this game ranked high in some categeries !
First i agree that yr art is great. Second, i think this is a great well worked out idea. The only thing that i don't like is that i have to 'remember' the actions. It would be nice to have them on screen the whole time. Haha, i laughed when i saw cars in space. Its a decent to good shooter but that's also what it is, its not a race game in space, it just haves car sprites instead of spaceships. Overall I enjoyed it enough to have a laugh on my face for a while. Music was suiting, grahpics weren't bad at all. Gameplay felt solid.

I so much wanted to enjoy playing this. great concept, great art, great music, great idea. Just the controls lack a bit and made it really hard for me to play, also the camera makes me dizzy. Overall a great game and i would love to play this game again with improved controls.

It must be my fault but i got stuck after the 'intro'. i did like the surprise twist at the start and the mood is set great.
overall i enjoyed this but there seemed to be some collision problems with the ball. Also music/sound was lacking (in the web version). I think it was a cool funny game though.

This is more a statement and a piece of art then a real game. I truly enjoyed this a lot and i like the message it gives. i wouldn't want to be young again in this day of age.

Very deep and fun puzzle game. I had to go back to the main LD page to re-read the instructions how to cross bridges.

Wow, i got linked to this game and i didn't knew what to expect. Surely not this. One of the most original games i encountered for a long time. ofcourse there are some balancing issues now and then, this is a jam game. But overall about everything on this game is super impressive.

I played the version without serious bugs and i loved it! The gameplay clearly wins here from graphics. I managed to complete all puzzles and this game clearly haves potential to be a full (mobile/web)game.
It took me sometimes a few tries to understand the level hazards and such,but once i did it became really a lot of fun. Great job!
By the way: Thanks for making a version that i could play with the arrow keys instead of WASD. :)

I have trouble timing the strokes,therefore i keep running out of oxygen quick. Would have been nice to get some 'pointers' when to stroke on your first dive.

I played with A/D (after the fixes). Took me a bit to understand what to do, it's basicly a endless runner where you switch lanes to dodge traps and such. Every now and then an enemy pops up that you need to defeat. Even the game mechanism is super simple, the atmosphere of the game kept me on the edge of my chair dodging spikes, wondering what would be next. I managed to deliver the package to the Demon lord, so another happy customer!

It took me a while to understand the combat system, but then i noticed what Dan said: there are tooltips when you drag and don't release yet. Really cool. Amazing mood/graphics again, music is nice and suiting and fits the game.
