-Water should not collide with awaken friends -Score This game kinda looks like it was made for another theme, but good job for finishing it ~
So cute, loved it
This game is adorable. Its elegance and simplicity could definitely be iterated into something more polished. Pixel perfect and a combo system or a few additional moves and enemies and it could turn into a real game.
Thanks for the kind words everyone. We had a fun time making this game!
Thx @jordwest , I guess that we could come up with a mac build. Please try to imagine that my dirty code is wonderfully polished.
Cool atmosphere and graphics and sounds. There's something cool about that game's vibes. I wish it was not broken (I could never shoot or continue to the next level after the little text...)
Good job anyway!
Nice job with this one, I laughed. Thematics were well executed!
Cute little pacman like! Good atmosphere.
This is super interesting conceptually, and practically, it explores the limits of cognition. It becomes pretty hellish once you need to manage more entities. Felt a little like juggling or something. Nice job
@gideongriebenow Right, I think that lots of game solve this by some form of reset or a little help in favor of the player, just to help them bounce back in rythm. An example that comes to mind is in One finger death punch. When you mess up, time slows down for a while. Or in the old zeldas you're invincible for a while after getting hit. (your sprite blinks)
GJ with this one. Was hilarious. I got my car stuck on top of tree trunks and I laughed hard when I saw how the game over unfolds.
Very clean. And way too much for my brain to take
A few bugs showed up. I got out of power at night but when day came I stayed in red mode. Also the monsters and the coins were colliding, so the monster could not even finish me.
Good job anyway. The knight is really cute :)
The game won't launch here... just suck on a cmd screen.
I liked this game. I think I was quite eager to find the bad guy... even if I failed.
Hello! Good job. Whatever for the theme ;), I guess you might want to work on the punching mechanic and feedback here, like making it faster and more impactful ? Also I had a weird bug where a sort of sprite sheet kept appearing on the screen. The little dudes are cute btw :)
Pretty cute. Quite hard I have to say, but nice entry!
Suprised of how the punches feedback feels good here! The game is really hard though, you should probably lower the depleting rate, or make the enemy attacks cost battery rather than one shot. Good job! Also the BGM bass was cool.
Interesting. Pretty polished. I wonder why the power keeps lowering though :o. Cute design too.
I got the date with her! Very cute game. Controls are a bit weird but it was funny.
Nice! The controls feel pretty good. Maybe you could make it a bit easier, and make the battery deplete a bit faster when the character moves ? Dunno, it might give a bit of spice. Good job!
I had blinkings too but it stopped when I did alt+tab twice. Good game anyway, good job! I like the controls, and it is overall quite a cute design :)
This pretty cute. I like the music a lot! But the controls and the platform difficulty are rough.
Man, this game was extremely scary ahah. I love the cats voices you recorded. Especially the one sound that sounds like an angry cat.

Hi Seth ! I love your game. I think the controls are great, even if I couldnt pass the second level. The depleting rate is maybe a bit hardcore. It reminded me of worms for some reason. Very nice game, and also the music is cute, did you do it? Good job.
Wow, this game is deeper than it looks like. I think is quite rare to see this kind of concepts in LD, I like it very much. My only design advices would be : 1. Less robots and/or less batteries, because I think too much player time is spent into simply getting the batteries and it is repetitive 2. Some traps/stronger batteries to give tactical priorities :) 3. A robot count for each team
Very good job. I actually spent quite some time on this one.
Interesting, the level design looks challenging, I could not pass the second level :(. I probably did not understand something ? Good job anyway!
It is so cute... ahah I love the sound of passengers talking. Didn't really understand how to properly balance the train's speed, but it was funny. Good job.
:O thank you so much guys
@mrchippy. Thank you for your quality feedback. I should make it harder then. @antti-haavikko) Thanks for such detail in explanation :) I will consider all of it for further games.
icxon : thank you for this playthrough, I appreciate a lot. FiloGC : thanks ;) sure, let me add my tumblr to the game description.
Hello! Good entry! I like the simple/efficient concept. The art and sounds are cute. I am curious to known why you decided to use the mouse to control the player. My score was 2000 and something. Nice job!
Pretty absurd for sure... I like this kind of work. If it becomes bigger, their certainly are new ways to link the powerpoint's subjects to be created!
Interesting. Is it normal that energy comes back even if you click something else than the mouse ? Good job!
Hello, sorry I get a 404 when I try to reach your link! You should fix it :)
Classic, but it works well. The music was really motivating :o
ohh that camera needs a soft rotation buddy good job finishing the game!
Interesting and innovative idea, good job!
Wow, one of my favorites so far. Very impressive idea you came up with. I would really like to hear about the process!
Hello! Cute, even though non easy to control. I like the atmosphere. Good job finishing the game.
Hello, This is a good and ambitious entry! Nice exploration feeling. I would probably add one more mechanic such as oxygen collection, hazard, or something. Good work.
Hello, nice job, but there is a problem : I noticed that if I spam jump, I can avoid blocks (even in corridors where I should not be able to?)
Very efficient game, polished, smart. One of the most solid I played so far!
I'm not sure of what you tried to accomplish here, but I'm sure it could be pushed further by first figuring out better controls. Good job !
Hi ! Interesting game, I feel like it would almost work text based as well. The system you have already allows further content and mechanics to be implemented. A tension exists ! I like the heart beat and bip. Just needs more feedback when object are found, etc. Good work !
Very solid concept. I would recommend a minimum speed requirement to die by colliding map's borders, but that's a matter of taste. Otherwise, the game over is too long, but that's all I could say. Big quality here !
Hi ! The human infected mechanic and the train crushing people is a good start, but it lacks overall polish and I wish I could move humans freely to do micro management. Good job finishing the game, keep pushing :):)
Hello! I think that in the current state of the game, the controls are not adapted, but it was interesting anyway. I liked that it felt weirdly realistic with the smartphone and stuff. Good job!
I wish you could have finished it in time to see where you were going! Good job submitting anyway.
Hello! Solid concept I think. If you want to polish it : -Make the controls better (attacking could slow down, not stop ?) (the sword attack up and down directions should be as cool as the sides one) -Go for a less eccentric music :) -Make a nicer sound design in general / stronger feedbacks -Running could be way faster, but cost energy.
Good job finishing the game !
For the up and down attack motion, don't worry about perspective and just make it flat like the sides one :)
Hello ! Even though not really related to the theme, it is definitely mechanically working. I wish you could have implemented an additional fun mechanic (theme related or not). I love the robot voice, very cute. Good job finishing it.
What is wrong with you. Good, weird game, good job finishing it :) Now to polish the controls and take care of that chunky FPS !
Thanks to everybody for all the feedback. I'm also curious to know if any of you had performance issue or found the game unbalanced.
@apples-mmmmmmmm , thank you for the feedback :pig:
I didn't understand how to win, I could not find the proper interactions. Nice and weird intro/atmosphere though. Good work for finishing the game.
Good work finishing the game ! It needs a nice sound design, and I would suggest a manual mouse based collecting mechanic or something. You like fire don't you :). ASSIMILATION!!!
The game does not start ! Its crashing with a windows message...
I could not beat it, but it was cool. Very very trippy.
A very good entry, definitely one of my favorites. I very much appreciated the tension by a music that seemed dynamic? Great work. I ran out of fuel and lost right before arriving. I wish there was some sort of last chance mechanic there. Good job.
A neat little concept, with more mechanics, art, balance and feedback this could totally be a thing. It made me think that its interesting how much we have the reflex to kill whatever's moving and I had to restart a few times to focus on not doing so. Also the thunder should definitely be constant on mouse button down and not just appearing on click, that's a bit toxic considering the amount of times you use it. Nice job!
Very neat little game. I enjoyed it. Good job for finishing the adventure and balancing!
You could do something with that game, but the experience was spoiled by the physics (being stuck on a ledge and not being able to reach it because of poor hitboxes/controls.).Very trippy anyway ! Good job.
I loved this game. I could not beat it, but it was fun. There's something very serious and old and scary that I like about the mood of it. Nice work
Very cool music
Nice work. Solid mechanics, fits the theme. Too bad there is no sounds in there :). I'd like to be able to kill flying demons with the exploding ones, but that's just for fun, it might no be mechanically valuable. Definitely a quality game overall
Hi @chao @stames @taco360 and others who had the end game bug : I just updated it and fixed ! If you have the courage to play through it again... would you give it another shot with the end revealed?? :) Thanks a lot for playing.
Not sure what that game was, but it was interesting to just see those threatening red dots hunting my blue ones.
Cute, good ideas there. With more work on feedback and controls it could become something. Good job!
Hey @imonk ! Thanks for the feedback. The propane meter is the item durability meter on the top left, but if you haven't seen it, then we should make it more obvious ;). Immersion matters a lot to me! We'll probably kill the boing SFX.
Thanks @nervous-composers and @eduardo-yukio (and others), that's precious feedback! I fixed some of these things in an updated version. I'll wait the results to update it!
Oh, man... there's something I really liked about that game. Is it the weird graphics ? The purity of the concept ? These salad fingers vibes ? Dunno, but nice job. It's better than most of games for sure.
That's a really good game. I played a lot of it. Very refined, well exploited idea.
Nice. Gave me vibes of an old school Moctezuma 3D game.
Nice atmosphere/tension! I guess I didn't understand I could hide at first. Good job.
Simplistic and solid design. Love the fire rate boost. Sea weeds are a smart addition too. Narwhals will take over the world.
Hey guys. Despite being not standing out on originality or artstyle imo, it was my most addictive experience so far, well thought and well executed. Very nice game loop. +1 for dynamic music with depth.
Thx for following my work @macdoom :)) Glad you enjoyed this one too.
@wheffle yeah, that's true. I've always struggled to make good keyboard controls.
@steve-dragon Thanks a lot for playing and all :) Yeah, you can put it down with E+Down. I was not sure what to do with throwing controls. To get rid of the problem quickly we figured it'd be ok to just go with the Spelunky style throwing and hope players would figure it out from there. Although TBH I also struggle with these controls myself. Maybe the force of the throwing is just not well balanced, especially for heavier stuff you wanna put on the aircraft. Small rocks are more like projectiles.
Thanks for playing and nice comments everyone! @simex yeah if there was more time on it I'd personally like to put something in between missions to upgrade the pilot and ship.
@animatrix1490 Let's do a little challenge If you beat my highscore, I'll give you an Olija steamkey :)
Ideally send me a video of your whole playthrough.
A tip : You can skip the tutorial if you restart the game with Shift+R, so that you don't lose time on it.
Highscore.png
@animatrix1490 ahah GG. See you on steam. DM when you get the invite! Yeah, I've seen that game over bug before ;).
@tom-robson Interesting. I agree, exploration could definitely use more variety in general. We had lots of ideas but the time to stop adding content and polish came faster than expected (as usual...)
I'm surprised to see how nicely it comes up together even though the art and gameplay are very simple. Nice work! PS : RIP, Simon.
Simple concept with good potential! I'm pretty sure it'd be quality of life improvement to just automatically dig whatever breakable block you walk into.
Unforgiving, but solid bomberman roguelite!
+1 for the John Carpenter ish track ;).
Good concept and nice polish. I guess the magic was gone a bit when I realized that the reward was the same for a distant, meh shot and an up close shot of a crab. Nice atmosphere, good job!
Good job !:mouse: :skull: I think that a really simple feature you could add is some kinda super attack with a big cooldown that clears the entire screen!
Hey there- Great job. This is really original. May I ask what inspired you for the card based format - or anything else?
Hey there ! There's no link :o
Hey! I love that game. Very pure and cute too. The driving could definitely be a bit more casual ;). With a few things here and there this could absolutely be a full commercial game!!
Wow that's a smart concept. I wish that the speed was capped / balanced because its quite unplayable towards the end. Super interesting though!
Hey @lex, I uploaded the HTML version - hopefully it'll work for you!
@lex Nice! Nothing changes, it's just an additional challenge for who is willing to.
Thanks everyone!!! :)
Hey thank you so much for the comments everyone!!
@ysendrin Yep that one is a bug. The rock thinks its on the UI layer hehe.
@profan Good catch. I also noticed but just figured it'd be fine. The game generally has consistency issues - it's quite delicate when it comes to games using physics :p
