I watched a bit of the livestream(while making my own game), but playing this game was more fun than I expected.
Good game for 10 hours Max. It reminds me of GridCruiser a bit, the grid you are on, the main character and those pillars. Graphics are great, especially if you think about that there is just cubes, sphere and some additive particles.
By the way, great videos! :)
Congrats on your first Ludum Dare Game!
Very Good. You only need to add more levels and sell it. :)
Great game, though the white spheres could use a better material. :)
Nice game. Controls are unusual, which could be a good thing.
Great concept. With some polish this could be a good game. :)
Very good game. If only I could see and hear the development of it.
liked the game, and music.
Amazing game. Nice audio. Great graphics.
Graphics, art and animations are amazing. Liked the idea of learning words but learning the same ones (which you already knew) wasn't fun. Would like to see it on mobile and/or steam.
Good graphics and animation. Would love to see it finished.
Really nice graphics. Liked that there is hidden levels. Enemy hitboxes could decide to not collide with player when enemy is dead. Player health would be beneficial. Cool music. Well done.
Congratulations on your first ludum dare entry. Amazing art and concept. Fun and challenging gameplay.
Great graphics, nice models, nice aesthetic, good animations, really liked the glow effect and that tiles are a bit offset. Cool and fun gameplay. Apparently wolves are delicious.
Nice concept.
Cool concept. nice graphic style.
Good graphics and music. I survived all waves. Liked the mechanic and the variety of enemies. Planes didn't explode. Like other people already said about the speed of the arm I also think that speed should be increased. Would like to see it further developed in the future.
It looks like a really fun game. If you haven't already consider adding AI, it would probably be enough for it to choose random direction. Liked the mechanics.
Nice and fun game. I enjoyed playing it.
Good game. I also got some memories restored.
Cool game, cool idea. Liked the procedural level generation, art, mechanics of the game and animations. Well done.
Really well done game.
Nice. Really liked the graphics and mechanics.
Cool game. Nice sound effects. If you haven't already thought about VR this game would probably work really good in it.
Really good idea and great mood.
Great idea. It's rare to see RTS game entries, which reminded me about my 31-st LD game. Cool graphics.
Great graphics. Tiles, particles, animations look very good. Interesting and fun gameplay. Nice work!
Game looks great. Liked these two islands and the hidden treasure.
ld38tvh.png I was about to clear all the island but then I understood that trees respawn.
Concept was great. Took a bit of time to get the hang of things.
Amazing art, great music, cool UI...
Really fun. Nice music.
Cool concept. Nice procedural generation.
Congratulations on your first Ludum Dare and your first game. The ‘music’ as you say is quite good.
Really nice graphics. Liked the idea of RTS puzzle game. Got confused between buttons as everything else uses left button for box select (even Blender). Other than that really good entry.
Congratulations on your first Ludum Dare entry. Nice design, great graphics.
Interesting idea. I think this could be great game in the future.
Congratulations on your first game. It was fun to play.
Great idea and interesting puzzles.
Nice game. The gameplay is very fun. Good job with the buoyancy.
Congratulations on your first jam game. Nice and fun.
THLoER_SS.png
Congratulations on your first Ludum Dare game.
Here's my little settlement (I think I require additional relays): MOPS_SS1.png MOPS_SS2.1.png Do I need to say that it's really good?
Fun game. Really nice concept. Well done.
(For some reason ldjam.com doesn't like my screenshot, so I'll improvise) > **Level 64** > Keep going, as far as possible
So I started playing, it was fun. After some time I figured that you can spam left click and then it was really fun. Since I'm too lazy to click the mouse myself I wrote a few lines of code and then it was too fun. Liked the variety of weapons and enemies. Nice music. Good work!
Cool concept. Liked the minimalist approach except the choice of one color. Good level design.
Congratulations on your first Ludum dare game.
How would you suggest I balance difficulty in a game like this? Spawning more enemies and/or less items and/or less power as game goes on. What kind of specific feedback would you ask from playtesters? IRL. Giving them the game and telling them nothing. Usually they say what they don't like. How did you personally find the game difficulty/balance? Easy.

Congratulations on your first game! Really fun, nice sound effects, good use of lights.

Congratulations on your first jam. https://youtu.be/smSq-fFdIXA
Great RTS game. WebGL supports right click and every other RTS game uses it.
Everything else works good and mood is great.
Good job!
https://youtu.be/zNgaliZLQyY
@neverautomatic It's probably how mouse input is handled in WebGL. FOV is at 90. @jkoftekian Yes. Though not as good as in editor or any other platform. @someone I like that door skip. | WebGL doesn't like polygons even when most of them are occluded. @avon Yes, they are really stupid but they try. They even give up after they lose line of site and even TRY to avoid obstacles such as walls or pits. | You should be able to hear **sounds**. They could be low compared to other LD games or it could be another nice quirk of WebGL. Try moving volume slider a bit in case `PlayerPrefs.GetFloat("Volume", 1)` returns 0 instead of 1.
ss1.png
ss0.png Nice to see an FPS. When I figured out that only headshots are viable, didn't had any troubles. I too hated motion blur. Found an easter egg.
@sharks More or less (mostly less) like [here](https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/webgl-templates.html), then some css, js and html.
Change: When the fuel canister is taken and the E key is held down, the status of the fuel source will no longer be displayed.
@hungrycatgames Ammo for second weapon.
Change: Added support for `1`, `2` and `Q` when switching weapons.
Awesome game. I was surprised by the twist. The feel of the game was great too. Setting everything on fire was really fun.
Cool game! Nice job with the graphics and sound. You did a good job making your game fit the theme. Enjoyed playing this game.
Great work, Puzzles were well designed with matching difficulty. The win room was a nice addition (Also the boarded door is a lie)
Well done. I like the charm of the game. The animations/transitions are great. The tutorial is well made and does it's job.
Really cool concept. The mechanics are quite simple and intuitive. Liked playing through it.
@mdotedot @lordmiji @dhim GameObject was forgotten to be enabled in the inspector.
@hutchings90 I had the same error once or twice but the game still worked (on firefox). Disabled gzip compresion.
@exewin Thanks!
Nice game, Growing out the roots was surprisingly fun.
Here's my third attempt to write something.
Loved it. I really enjoyed the mechanics of this game. Reminded me of The Witcher's combat, but if it was good.
Awesome game! I loved the gameplay and the visuals.
Unbeelievably fabeeulous idea and beeautiful bees.
Congrats on your first entry. I enjoyed it.
Step 0: Lower mouse DPI.
Step 1: Shoot. See there is a bullet hole. Decal or Quad? Spoiler: It's quad.
Step 2: *Right click to interact.* Wonder why not E or F.
Step 3: mm1.png Revert mouse DPI.
Step 4: mm2.png
Step 5: Jump back to game area. No fall damage. Nice.
Step 6: See a street lamp. Try to jump on it. No collider.
Step 7: mm3.png Wish for an easter egg in step 4. Wonder if there are any more.
Step 8: mm4.png Inspect the power plant from real up close.
Step 9: ???
Step 10: Win the game.
Cool game with a nice IT security theme.
Great game. Nice music and visuals with well implemented mechanics. Well done.
Nice music, love the shaders. Levels got a bit annoying after the flame count got in to double digits. The trail player leaves behind was a nice touch.
Loved throwing the clock out the window.
Fun game. Mechanic felt natural which I did not expect. Nice variety of items. Got 30 seconds on the flower stage.
Really well made. "What’s next" was a bit confusing. This game in VR would be so dizzy even writing this comment I still feel a tad dizzy . Also this game would fit "One Room" theme so well.
Simple well executed game. Good work.
Nice, well polished game. Enter as an interact key was a little intuitive.
op.png
Ohh wow. This game has potential. Tutorial is amazing as well as the circle at the end. Well done!
Really good looking, well polished game! Unless I missed a way to reset three pipes at the top of the screen I've managed to brake them by removing the potion while pipe was shaking.
Nice work!
Lovely game with nice mood and relaxing music.
Nice and polished. Jamming a paddle in to the ball when its at a corner was real fun.
I realy enjoyed this game. Well done.
Art is realy nice and infinate hallways are well made.
I liked this game. Fits theme really well. Well done.
Graphics are well made. Love the volume slider. Can't use mouse on menu :( Jumping around the picnic area was fun. Nice well made game.
Great concept. Audio works realy well. Well done!
What could be better than beating enemies with lasers using lasers while riding on laser bikes while being on the moon?
Graphics are nice. At the start of the game enemies could spawn one tile right of the visible area and take a turn or two immediately. This would cut down on turns needed for actual gameplay to begin and be a good way to show that player needs to defend. Animations are really well done. Tab and End are really far away. There's no keybind for switching back like Shift+Tab. I'm curious of why there is no ability to select units with mouse? Music is Awesome! Overall game gives me Flash game vibes (the good ones).
Good job on the game.
Nice game. Now I wanna see ML model playing it.
Great cool game. Love the graphics and animations. I think that allowing attack animation to transition right after attack to shield animation would improve combat feal, also making health bars look at player would be nice eventhow Quaternions are scary. Nice particle effects. Realy well made.
Nice game. I got 13 escapes. Controls worked quite well which I did not expected at first and where intuitive while being different from most games. Good job.
A nice litle platforming game, good job!
Congratulations on your first Ludum Dare entry. Good job on your first puzzle game. There are a few bugs in some levels which do not hinder enjoyment to much. Well done.
Nice game. Fits the theme realy well and main menu has some nice detail.
Fantastic game. The only nit picky thing I can see is font readability. Well done.
@gotanod Player gets a random weapon, enemies spawn and player gets healed a tiny bit.
@markymark Been adding fullscreen buttons since LD29.
@serxiolas There, as well as an FOV slider.
@retrisma For more than one enemy type you gonna have to play the [prequel](https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/47/eternal-run-1). Or the [one](https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/40/mineral-hunt) with way too big of a map.
@ben-barsdell Well the player character is a bit dazed form controlling the recoil of a minigun. It takes time to recover. :p
@skleembof Something about the mouse movement. That's just WebGL being... WebGL. Not having a gun is fully intentional.
@shadowcast Weapons are designed to be fun, distinct and provide different styles of engagement. Having worst to best weapon would make more sense if they are being unlocked as progress in a usual game. Though minigun probably needs a minute buff. If the recoil is not barely manageable then it's not a minigun. :p All weapons have different recoil rages in both axis.
Nice game. Last LD I've made similar one, it was interesting to see a different approach to... well most things. Visual indicator for weapon warmups and ships being offscreen would have been an awesome addition. Spamming left click on a second weapon makes it more fun. I like that enemies are also affected by phenomena events. Phenomena effects were really nice. Very solid game.
s10.png
Well polished little game, I like.
Great game. At first did not I expect it to actually be a metroidvania, but I was pleasantly surprised with how well genre defining features were designed and implemented. Well done.
Cool little platformer. Aside from player movement, bullets feel way to slow. Props for not using Greg or Artstation in the prompts. Well done.
Great game. Turret controls, animations and sounds are top notch. Love the `OnTurretRotate` sound (reminds me of my second LD game). Drones could have a bit more obstacle avoidance. Tutorial is really well done. Well done.
Nice puzzle game with an original concept. Well done.
Nice game. Works as it should. Having an indicator of where you can and can not jump is really good. Well done.
Cool game. `[ "OR", "OPEN", "UP", "DEV", "TOOLS", "TO", "FIND", "THE", "WORD", "ARRAY", "AND", "STUMBLE", "UPON", "THE", "CHARACTER", "IN", "THE", "INPUT", "AREA", "ACCIDENTALLY"]`. Had a lot of fun this this one.
PS. SVG's are cool.
wmw.png
Excellent game. There's nothing else that needs to be said, other than "Well done" of course.
Nice game. I love the menu especialy the start button. The character is really well made. Nice vaporwave asthetics and cool audio. Well done.
Great game. Love the graphics, 8-bit effect is a nice addition. Awesome audio. Very well polished. Great work.
fotim.png
Congrats on your first jam game. Love the mood and atmosphere. Did not expect the little girl to be friendly. Nice game.
Fun game. Reminded me of Hotline Miami. Very ambitious and expansive, but less quantity and more quality would have benefited a lot. The enemies seem to be able to shoot from farther than player can see. Accuracy felt a bit to random. A few small nitpicks: walls in holes, allies in 3rd level could have been a different color (especially on the minimap). The unit swiching mechanic is well done, unit portriats are a nice addition. Light/Visibility mechanic worked really well. Game has a lot potencial.
Overall excellent work.
Nice game. Love the atmosphere. Well done.
Nice entry. Cool art and music. Good job.
Nice top down shooter. Game is very polished. Random game effects felt way too random, 6 minutes of nothing noticeable or almost immediately fire rate in the negatives that fires every frame (which reminded me of GTA 2 flamethrower). The fourth enemy type `(shouldDie? "did not seem to want to die":"had a health bar which indicated that they are killable")`. Love the weapon select area/mechanic, all the graphics and atmosphere. All in all well done.
Nice little platformer. Very well made levels. Well done!
Dis game iz purrfect. I repeat purrfect. You should make it in to a full game.
Beeutiful game. Love the humor. Boss is unbeelievably hard.
Good job
Ooh a stacking game. Now what idiot would think that staking stuff is fun? Anyway being such idiot, the game clearly sensed it and stopped time for me so i could stack stuff in pease... And I did. I staked so well that boxes where high up without touching anything, even the gravity give way. Thow when the time for time to resume has come the time did not, perhaps it missed a memo or something.
Overall, Well done.
What a nice and relaxing experience. Mouse sensitivity option was a nice little addition. One small nitpick: Why (Space and C) and not (Space and Shift/Control) or (Q and E)
"fly the ship away at the end, but had to cut that feature on the last day" Noooooo!!!! :frowning2:
Anyway, Nice work.
Really cool game, enjoyed it quite a bit!
Hi again. It ain't much, but it's honest delivery.
abd.png
Nice game, Love the dialogue and atmosphere.
Well done.
I love the UI especially how it looks. Stork also looks realy nice. If that is the last level then the game is at a correct length at lest for my liking. "I might somehow deleted the last drop site" i'm pretty sure that falls under you can fix it coz it's like a typo rule. Did not like whole pause the game to issue a command mechanic. Overall nicely done!
@thunderchief you need to pause the game
Really nice game. Perfect execution. While I see and appreciate the reasoning behind controls. I was wondering, since modern keyboards are still made like it's 1874, why not something like WEADZX (this is a very small nitpick btw)
Great work overall!
Really cool game, enjoyed it quite a bit! The "want to heal" gif was a realy good addition, nevermind everything else. Good job.
Cool and fun game. I like that islands and what they produce look similar. I'm a bit jealous of your paper texture.
Minor nitpicks: - Since my patience is `null`, ships felt slow. - Triggers are way bigger than the sprites
Overall very good game. Well done!
Dock triggers are quite big in my game too, for the same reason. (if you can call distance check a trigger) I was referring to enemy/player triggers. Seeing that distance between the sprites, did not feel correct.
tsm.png
Oh Wow. Thats a proper game, I want it on Steam. Really gives GTA 1 and 2 vibes, but controls way better. And you have a "procedural generation" system. One small nitpick: Game nudges player to play as a close up meleer with the way party members acquire agro.
Excellent work.
Why do you have pepe on the roof dancing like that? Do you know how childish and irresponsible is that? Have you no sence of liability? Give him a hard hat ffs!
Do you know how impressively big the city is and what might happen if some tree branch hit him in the head or an eye for that mater. Where are your safety glasses?
And why are you showing speed in retarded units? How am I supposed to know what speed I am going.
A map would have been nice.
Good Job.
Interesting game. UI is confusing. Art looks good. Well done!
...oh and the game is really cool.
Fun little game, Well executed and controls feel very good.
Good job.
There is a bark button! 11/10 would bark again.
Congratulations on your first Ludum Dare game.
Well done!
aMAZEing game I love it. I was wondering why not have Orbo ignoring walls
Well done.
Well done. I love that throwing away instructions counts as a success. Though I did not have any sound, I guess it has something to do with WebGL build and Wwise, assuming Wwise fully replaces normal Unity audio. You should have mouse sensitivity slider, it got someone killed. WebGL builds have higher sensitivity, it's not just you.
Anyway good job.
@quasilyte If you can't place anything anymore or can't place stuff without it immediately dying too many times in a row, then you get to see the game over screen. It's actually best part of the game. Also, I'm literally that lion from the meme "Do not cite the deep magic to me. I was there when is was written"
@airwaffle That's the idea. The different colors are just to keep the game from looking grey (clearly not the best idea for this type of game), also some people can't see them. Shapes you wanna look at. (+X) is something I also was thinking during development but didn't get around to it.
**Update:** Added the (+`lastScore`) next to the score.
Really well done. Very polished and nice looking game. The enemy designs are very unique. Fairly intuitive, though move command and camera drag having the same mouse button got in a way a lot. I'd suggest edge scroll and having camera drag on mouse wheel and arrow keys (W is clearly occupied so no WASD). UI looks really nice. Being able to move loading slider was funny. Movement took forever, especially for the druid. I'd suggest making distances between the objectives smaller and/or ability to use attack for movement like in XCOM that way turns wouldn't take too long just to walk somewhere and you'd need less of them. Absolutely love this.
hlc.png
Cool game, great atmosphere. Good job!
I love this game. The gameplay is very unique and graphics are beautiful. Really well done.
Age: Kinda funny Fun Fact: Doesn't know the difference between a touch screen and a mouse Bio: Overall a great job on this one
What a lovely little game, enjoyed quite a bit.
Congratulations on your first compo submission.
I love everything about this game. With the exception of step count. Overall well done.
Now I'm sad my game has no tutorial. What a nice and unique game, I loved it. Well Done.
Cool game. Post-processing effects are very nicely done. There's nothing bad I can say. Well done.
What a lovely puzzle game enjoyed it quite a bit. Even got to ep.png Well done!
Absolutely love the "volume slider" no doubt the best part of the game and item storage is the second best. Now if only I could move bit or at least jump. Well done.
Congratulations on your first LD entry. I hate reading, I'm not a fan of horror, I don't get visual novels but this was quite enjoyable. Well done. File “game/level3.rpy”, line 653 TypeError: %o format: an integer is required, not TagQuotingDict However this seem to happen after the game fails to end and level soft restarts with a different character.
What a neat nice looking game with a unique movement mechanic. Game is very intuitive as well. Well done.
bb.png
What a nice intuitive game. Other than the player height/width in regards to the doors angled like the first one being to big, there's nothing bad to say and even that's a small nitpick. Well done.
I absolutely love this. It's hard to control both of the characters at the same time but when they both just go through a narrow space without hitting anything at full speed ooh does it feel good. You should make this in to a full game.
cc.png
Congratulations on your first LD entry. Love the idea. Game reminds me of Luck be a Landlord.
What a nice and unique game, I loved it. Well Done.
What a cool roguelike deck-building game you've built here. Nice visuals too and like Zak4tt4ck1 said music is indeed an absolute banger. Well done.
Cool game. Nice art style. Well done.
As someone who's made a few RTS games in previous LDs and this one(if you stretch what an RTS is a bit) I gotta say this is a fairly good one and one of the better ones I rated over the years. Made me nostalgic for Red Alert as well, even though I haven't played it. That particle effect at the end was a nice touch. Well done.
Now I'm gonna list everything I didn't like:
Weird popout window, which used itch embed link ...on itch. Instead of loading up normally. Map was to big. Don't ask how I know. Wasteing Shift on camera speed (which is a solution to a problem above). Lack of adding to selection, which is easy to implement. Unit voice lines played foreach selected unit. UI being placed in such place where video overlaps it. One resource not having a purpose or so it seemed.
Ah, an authentic smart home experience.
Neat game! A bit too guessy, but nice nonetheless.

** Love the game. **
I really like: The way hand sways when you move the camera and that it shows how much mana you have The model complexity The effect of castle blowing up Summon spawn animations Voice acting
Few nitpicks: Hand should not cast a shadow on the world Mouse wheel to change selected minion would have been nice A big ask, but if summons would have had better run and attack animations, that would have been just perfect. Really well done.
Step 0 Look at "Ways to Play", miss Webplayer a bit.
Mouse input is jank on WebGL builds fullscreened or not.
Step 1 See that First Person Controller works as expected, spend a few minutes jumping on lamps, monitor and "The Witness" board.
Finally someone who's played a first person game before.
Step 2 Look through a window, see a lack of trees or anything. Enjoy a fairly nice grass texture.
Step 3 Jump around some more and grab on to walls, just by the sheer force of WASD (and friction).
Step 4 Start playing the game ...and thinking with portals.
Step 5 Take a picture of wizard's tower from outside. sbw1.png
Step 6 Find an easter egg. sbw2.png
Step 7 Go to the ship, enjoy the water shader.
Step 8 Start playing the game for real this time.
Step 9 ???
The environments are gorgeous and well made. Lack of collision between player and items don't feel great. Game works well. Item despawn animations are a nice touch.
Step 10 Wonder, why would you sell a weapon of mass destruction for as little as $19.
Step 11 See a fairly realistic illuzion UI experience. sbw3.png
Step 12 Profit.
Step 13 Observe an authentic illuzion review experience.
Step 14 Repeat Step 9-13 a few times.
I'm gonna leave a note here: Huge success.
Cool little game. Had fun playing it. Well done.
Outstanding style! Enjoyed this quite a bit. Well done.
tdc.gif
Amazing game. Love all the animations. The only nitpick I can think of is that it be nice to cycle through summons by clicking on UI. Really well done!
Congratulations on your first game jam game. Great birb! ...and the game's ok I guess. Well done.
What a horrifying experience! Being asked to "Tap to continue" while using PC instead of "Click to continue" has me shaking till now. That moving quad with a texture was a really funny addition. You can clip your camera into the wall and see that iconic sky color, blue as any sky should be. Also you can crouch, but you can't jump, how am I supposed to jump around like an idiot the entire time I play the game, especially during the serious horror sequences? Jokes aside: It's not too dark (just right) despite what others say. The atmosphere, sound effects, environment art and everything else that matters for a horror game are really well made. Good job.
Nice little game, enjoyed it quite a bit. Input got stuck a few times, regardless of that, good work.
Surprisingly neat toy. Wish I had a robotic vacuum cleaner in my game, had fun playing it! Well done.
@super-hadoken Meow is for two reasons: First, it's awesome; Second, same as Jump, it's illegal not to have it. Since kill is more like a finisher (like the Glory Kill from Doom (2016)) than an actual attack, it's on E, but an inverted option would've been nice indeed.
I loved playing this game. It's amazing how you took clever concept and turned it into something engaging. The idea is genius and the execution is spot on - intuitive and easy to understand, yet still challenging and fun (unlike mine from LD54). Well done.
I really hate when unit selectition and move command are on the same mouse button, it's like having an FPS with: Up Arrow *move forward*, Down Arrow *move backward*, Left Arrow *turn left*, Right Arrow *turn right*, Comma *strafe left*, Period *strafe right* and Control *to shoot*. One thing that caught my attention was the R key being used to restart - it's a bit too easy to hit by accident when you're trying to use camera hotkeys. Also, due to lack of reference on the map (other than the girls), the triflings didn't feel as small and insignificant as they should be. But that said and I can't stress this enough these are just small nitpicks.
What really stood out was how well-fleshed-out this game is. The artwork, animations, music and UI are absolutely incredible. The voice acting adds a whole new layer of depth and personality to the characters. I'd love to see it developed further, with resource collection and base building, it could be a charming little RTS. **Great job on an amazing game.**
Also, playing this reminded me of an [RTS game](https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/55/real-time-demoning) by @adamg and @anson-rutherford from LD55
Really enjoyed the game! The graphics were great. You did a good job on this one! I also loved the music player and the minigame - they added a nice touch of personality to the whole experience. Well done.
Love the simplicity and charm of this game! The art style is really charming too! Not shabby at all for a 5-hour creation!
A wonderful little game! I enjoyed it. Wonder what could be causing stuttering issues with the WebGL build
**LASER SNEK!** Dreams of laser dreams or is that just the font, snek can't read anyway, who needs to read when you have a bunch of freaking LASERS! This has to be one of the most innovative snek games sice... well, Snek itself. **Well Done.**
ks.png I think I won, could be wrong though. Well, at least the score is Nice.
This game is a great example of how 'simple' gameplay can be surprisingly deep. I experienced the same issue as @firuti on my 2160p screen; switching to 1080p resolved the problem. Anyway, Good job.
Enjoyed this meowtastic cat-collecting game! Had blast collecting all those adorable furballs.
By far the best credit screen in any Ludum Dare ever, those 6+ hours were not totally wasted. Oh, and the game is an un**bee**lievable addition, too.
Love the idea behind this game, really ambitious and unique! A bit easy to get lost at times, but still had fun. Good job.
I just can't stop imagining a swarm of these LED bois just swarming the ever-living everything out of whatever they are swarming. Oh, and the game is cool, i guess.
What a cool little game, but on my screen the text got a bit squished and UI had some scaling issues. Still, it didn't take away from the joy of playing. Well done.
I did indeed play it in full screen.
2160p resolution fc2160.png
1080p resolution fc1080.png
(Both images are taken full screen) This is how it looks for me and if I had to guess @royur's was 1080p non fullscreen
Cool and fun game! I enjoyed the concept and gameplay, overall it's a great entry and I'd love to see further development! Also my game is kinda what happens if the exterminator was 100% efficient.
This game is wonderful! I love the immersive atmosphere. The visuals are top-notch, everything looks great. And good job with the critters, they really add to the experience. Well done!
Loved the hand-drawn style and simplicity. Well done.
Love the art style! Got stuck on walls way more often than I'd like. Player would benefit from a less urgent introduction to the game before diving in.
Congratulation(s) on completing your first Ludum Dare game. I'm loving the atmosphere of your game - it's really immersive. You've done a great job.
Well done, "rule discovery" puzzle game is easy to mess up, you didn't. As others say the last level indeed is a difficulty jump, but a satisfying one once you beat it. Good job.
Great art style, loved the vibes! The drawings were good, loved the art style! Good job on the vibe and atmosphere. Well done!
What an exhilarating concept! I loved using sonar to search for underwater treasure and the boat was fun to drive too. Great job bringing this innovative idea to life.
@gamescodedogs The first room should definitely be a safe zone where players can get familiar with the movement without any pressure. The second room should then introduce some breakable objects for practice and fun, while the third room should feature just a handful of enemies.
@nbumgardner Yeah, this one definitely goes to the list of things that should be in the options menu.
@noagard, @jona-scheidig, @andruid Yeah, this game is definitely screaming out for an awesome soundtrack.
@justuspan If you choose not to engage with the enemies, you still need to dodge them. Also, not the case in the boss rooms (if you haven't reached one). This might be because of the generous iframes, but the hit feedback is actually very clear: you get hit, you die. Though, the explosion could probably be a little bit bigger. :p
@mibi88 The moment the game starts, you descend into the dungeon where you explore the depths of one floor only to descend into the other. You do this floor by floor and reach the deepest part of the dungeon. After completing the dungeon, you finally descend into the victory screen. So, you explore the figurative depths of each floor and the dungeon as a whole, as well as the literal depths of descending deeper floor by floor.
@wind1e I wish that other joystick would do stuff too, this game kinda wants to have controller support.
@heviosso If only there was enough time in the jam to go full Celeste. But there's barely enough time to go Dark Souls. :( (And even then, Souls games have more ways to adjust difficulty than it appears at first glance)
Enjoyed playing this game. The level design is top-notch, with a great balance between challenge and fun. The art is also excellent. Overall, though, this game is a real pearl. Great job!
Honestly, this game is so good that it's hard for me to even think of something not nitpiky to say about it. Suffice it to say that it was a blast to play - I loved destroying everything on sight! One thing that did bug me too much, though, was the fact that I couldn't destroy the "no mole allowed" sign. :( Also, I'm a bit sad that the grass respawns after being destroyed, would have loved to post a screenshot with everything leveled.
On a more serious note, I think one thing that would make this game even better is if enemies had a bit of a tell before they attacked. (Though my game has the same problem)
Good job.
I like the concept and there's a lot to the game. However, there's also a lot to take in, and most of the UI could be a lot more streamlined and consolidated. Also, would have loved to see at least one more frame in the "animations". Nonetheless, nice work. cat.gif (Here's a quick mock up)
Forget the double jump, forget the triple jump, forget the quadruple jump... we're going for the septuple jump!
Really enjoyed this! Captivating storytelling, combined with stunning artwork and cool music. Great job on creating such an awesome experience.
It's been quite a while since I had to spam my poor spacebar this much, however the sound that that made kept me from falling asleep quite well :p Nonetheless, well done on the game.
Da f#^k did I just play? Anyway, the color choice was excellent. Well done.
Love this game! The fishing mechanic was intuitive and fun to play. Those red fishes were a great addition to the game. Well done!
Great little game! The pixel art, music, and overall vibe really came together to create a cohesive and enjoyable experience. Nice job!
Aside from one little bug that caused one card to be in front of the text for one "monologue", I found this game to be quite intriguing and well-made overall. Well done.
And I thought only dwarfs diggy diggy holed in search of candy only to toss themselves into the circus, where they find fun and clowns. ...Oh and the game is really cool I guess.
Nice game. It felt like a good mix between Dave the Diver and Subnautica, with a hint of Motherload. Well done.
Nice game, enjoyed the atmosphere, smooth movement and music was nice too, especially onece it kicked in. Good job.
I was a bit hesitant at first because I like to control my units, but once I got into it, It wasin't bad. Great job with this one!
A perfect racoon simulator.
Quite thought provoking experience. On a diffrent note I'm almost sad I didn't get to break the walk around the circle bit.
A very unique and cool concept. Was fun zooming around like one of those bugs, which move some distance, pause for a second, and then do it again.
Not bad fighting game you got here
I liked the atmosphere in this game. The puzzle mechanics were nice. Nicely done.
Music slaps so hard it slapped the slop right out of the MacroFrame, leaving just the frame.
Company names are also top-notch.
This is the best Real-Time Strategy game I've seen in Ludum Dare! Fantastic work!
And I thougt my game was hard, but this one way harder. The color mechanic enabling quick color swaps is quite engaging. Overall, great job.
Enjoyed it quite a bit. Graphics were also well done. Great job.
Great game! I love the creative twist on learning morse code. The graphics and levels were also cool. Why is collision so weird?
The art style is amazing, I like the retro-futuristic vibes. The volume dial is amazing, as well as the spinning not-tape next to the monitor. The winning strategy seems to be: place a few satellites and leave. Sound effects are also nice. Well done on the game.
I had fun playing this game. I like concept of building up your network and mining resources. UI is also well made. Good job.
The attention to detail in this game is impressive. The art and sound effects all work together effectively and the music absolutely slaps. Well done.
I realy hate to say it but the UX brings down the entire rest of the game down. UX aside I like the game.

The game is quite unique and engaging, with a great visual style to match. Great job.
The atmospehre looks real nice.
