LD38 — A Small World

Conquery - Conquer The World! by Tanay 2017-05-02T04:55:28Z

I like the idea. If the AI was more balanced it could be more fun. Sometimes you can just hide in a corner and the AI would stay still while getting hit. Also there are some places where the shots from the planets or the enemies hit an invisible wall or disappear instantly, which seems like a bug.

Island Guard by AnayK 2017-05-02T05:09:50Z

I really liked the idea of a destructible island. Like others have already said, you can get stuck along the shore quite easily. The power-ups are nice and add variety to the gameplay.

LD39 — Running out of Power

Low Battery by MaggardJosh 2017-08-07T00:46:24Z

Pretty fun puzzle game. The way the levels were designed to introduce each new mechanic was well made. I also had the bug where the controls stopped working after some restarts, though.

Spacy adventure by egordorichev 2017-08-04T20:10:13Z

I really like the particle effects, although the screen can get cluttered a bit sometimes, making it hard to keep track of where everything is.

X-Moon 2: Dark Moon by leafo 2017-08-02T04:39:38Z

I like the idea of having to restore the energy in a level to make it visible. I found it a bit too easy to run into the enemies though, which made me have to restart frequently.

BatteryMan by Rami 2017-08-02T05:05:36Z

Pretty fun game. I was so focused on looking at the levels themselves that I didn't notice some of the tricks you could do like wall jumping or standing on the battery tiles to recharge.

Float by MickeyG 2017-08-07T00:33:17Z

Really interesting mechanics with the gravity! It took a bit of time to get used to the controls, but the game definitely has potential with more polish.

LD40 — The more you have, the worse it is

Lovely Kana by FireSlash 2017-12-05T09:33:14Z

I really like the art for this game! It would've been interesting to see more variety, but with the amount that already exists it's pretty good anyways. I was surprised when Kana started not doing work without giving me any choice.

One Button Hero by Taldius 2017-12-09T06:13:14Z

Really interesting idea with combining multiple powers together. I couldn't move on after getting the grappling hook though. It was too difficult to time the jumps right.

BaconMan by josefnpat 2017-12-06T08:12:23Z

I liked the voice acting! It fits well with the game's humor. Also liked how you can stretch the arms around anywhere.

Samurai Shaver by DDRKirbyISQ 2017-12-06T09:02:36Z

Loved the humor in this one when making mistakes. The music is great too!

Jazzy Beats by Moski 2017-12-12T10:30:13Z

Really well polished art! I love the style. I kind of wish there was more juice in the moves the player made, like having jazz licks play with combos.

EA's spaceBattle by dodormeur 2017-12-27T08:19:22Z

Haha, this is a pretty clever way of using the theme.

The lost strawberry by egordorichev 2017-12-05T08:49:49Z

Really fun game. The ropes were really hard for me to get onto since I usually end up moving right past them after jumping towards one.

Cats are assholes by deepnight 2017-12-06T08:44:10Z

Really great game! The multitasking was difficult but fun to do, and the game feels very complete.

Slightly annoying traffic by JOrbits 2017-12-12T09:59:42Z

It can get pretty funny seeing what mess you can make after losing. The score was hard to see, so I didn't know at first if there was anything being tracked.

Reaper Boy LD40 Edition by jessefreeman 2017-12-06T07:46:59Z

The falling to gain speed mechanic was pretty interesting. I really liked the sprite for the big blob monster near the end.

Mushroom Délicieux by TRASEVOL_DOG 2017-12-09T06:35:47Z

It was a bit hard for me to tell what I was picking up since a lot of stuff was on the screen, but interesting game anyways!

SUPER COP HERO by Finlal 2017-12-14T09:04:38Z

Really great game! The game feels really well polished with the art, music, and feel of the movement working together nicely.

CrudeCarnageCars40 by elZach 2017-12-13T08:40:41Z

Really like the chaos from driving around and crashing into things! Without having played the postjam version, the game already has a lot of potential.

Cardhoard by HacksawUnit 2017-12-09T06:31:32Z

Very nice game! It's nice how fast it is to restart when you lose.

BulletCoin by randomphantom 2017-12-06T07:56:04Z

Super interesting concept here! I really like how well this game fits the theme and the mix between two very different kinds of games.

Robo Tomb by Xacur 2017-12-09T06:59:15Z

Pretty neat game! Managing the gnomes fits pretty well with the theme too.

Goodnight Sheep by littlecloudflower 2017-12-06T08:52:22Z

Very nice mood. I got stuck on the part where the music changed and wasn't sure if that was the end or not.

Klepto-maniac by Enalye 2017-12-06T08:22:21Z

I like the idea on how carrying more coins is an inconvenience, yet it's the goal of the game. Good job on the theme there!

LD42 — Running out of space

Outrunning Space! by drludos 2018-08-14T06:28:15Z

This is such a clever idea.

TrackBlasters by paulloz 2018-08-14T01:51:28Z

Really fun game! The driving felt nice, and the graphics and music were great. I got a blank gray screen after finishing the first four tracks, though. Not sure if that's a bug since I couldn't do anything after that.

BALL BUSTERS by tedbolt 2018-08-20T02:04:25Z

I just couldn't beat the bat. I haven't tried the 2-player mode, but I really like the twist on arkanoid in this game, and it's pretty well polished.

Overclocked by LuckyFeathers 2018-08-22T00:53:36Z

Pretty interesting game! It reminds me of Piece Out from Mario Party 5.

Crystalmancer by Crowno 2018-08-15T01:22:36Z

I really like the classic feel in this game. It felt unfair that the jumping spiders could still damage you when in midair.

Demotrash by shimage2 2018-08-20T02:58:44Z

I love the chain mechanic! The game really fits the theme nicely.

Overflow by Mors 2018-08-15T01:14:33Z

Really fun game with excellent polish!

Cryptographer by Firebelley 2018-08-14T01:22:34Z

Really interesting mechanic with the walls! I liked having to stop and think before moving in some levels.

Hell's Highway by magicera 2018-08-19T01:26:02Z

These drivers are so reckless.

Zombie Invasion by YamiOG 2018-08-20T01:56:54Z

This game was pretty fun! I could see this expanded on as an arcade-style game.

CubiCo by Dominic 2018-08-20T02:55:35Z

Really fun puzzle game with interesting mechanics! The level designs were pretty well balanced, too.

Bus Mayhem by artbohr 2018-08-14T01:38:57Z

Simple but well executed mechanic here. Sometimes it felt like I got unlucky if the red bar kept spawning to the far right several times, so I was pushed off.

Trial by Fire by CorgiRam 2018-08-15T00:52:22Z

Pretty fun game, although it was a bit frustrating getting stuck on all four sides sometimes.

Claustrophobe by Gabsep 2018-08-22T01:01:54Z

This game does a great job at setting the atmosphere! I definitely felt very immersed while playing.

Claustrophobia by deformhead 2018-08-19T01:15:29Z

Pretty nice and straightforward game with great pixel art!

Claustrophobia by DangoGameDev 2018-08-15T00:46:58Z

Pretty short but nice mood and graphics. I went to the controls screen first and couldn't go back, so I had to restart the game.

Slay The Slimes by rk3Omega 2018-08-14T01:31:42Z

At first I thought I had to navigate through some level and reach an exit, so I jumped to the right and died to spikes. I really like the art style, though.

Hammer Dongers by Crave 2018-08-20T02:37:51Z

I'm not sure why but I was able to just walk over the holes in the terrain without falling, which spammed a sound effect, and other times it would work normally. Other than that, I really like the concept in this game.

LD43 — Sacrifices must be made

Demon Queen's Possessions by joh 2018-12-05T06:50:53Z

This game is surprisingly addicting! I really liked discovering what unique abilities some of the units had after I possessed them. It made me keep retrying to see if I could survive longer and encounter more units. I eventually managed to win by using the attack down and ritual abilities to create a lot of spirit value for later.

Cute Army Conquest by MestreRothLD 2018-12-06T03:24:00Z

Really fun game! Really well polished, and the art and music really work well together. Once you figure out a certain strategy, it's pretty easy to win quickly, but the game definitely has potential to be more.

Escape Pod by aevek 2018-12-05T05:39:28Z

Really cool game! I liked how well each new puzzle element was introduced. I did get stuck on level 11 because the blue and red crew at the bottom would get stuck moving up the stairs.

Decree by ErikU 2018-12-05T05:29:22Z

Really interesting game! I was also surprised at how early the other gods started sending thieves at me. I couldn't keep up, but it was fun.

Farewell Dear Cargo by ignaciogamedev 2018-12-09T01:41:36Z

Game was pretty difficult at first, but I eventually got the hang of it. Nice visuals!

Catch the Llama by gustavo.christino 2018-12-06T03:44:45Z

It definitely took a while at first to understand what was going on since there wasn't much feedback. The audio was great though.

Trolley Troubles by randomphantom 2018-12-06T01:18:07Z

Pretty funny game! I liked the design of the puzzles too.

Lava Luva by mcovert 2018-12-05T06:02:09Z

The game felt a bit too easy, but it was fun in the end!

Bloodcaster by YongminPark 2018-12-05T02:59:28Z

Really well polished game! I like the multi-purpose use of the core mechanic.

Downfall by Dorukh 2018-12-07T08:14:39Z

Really great puzzle game! The way each new mechanic was introduced was well done, and the difficulty was pretty well balanced.

Village of Sacrifice - LD43 by backurio 2018-12-05T05:54:25Z

Pretty nice game! The balancing for the resources felt right. I managed to reach 41 days.

Rain Away by hechi 2018-12-07T07:55:05Z

Pretty difficult but fun game! After playing a few times, I ended up deciding to sacrifice time last since that was the thing that made the game the hardest.

For The Greater Good by Eddie Li 2018-12-04T05:58:39Z

I like the mechanic here! I managed to get stuck at an earlier level, where the blue wall first appears. Both of my characters died to the flame, and I wasn't respawning.

Grauby Grauby by Danilo Freire 2018-12-06T02:20:45Z

I really liked the flinging mechanic! It was fun stopping in mid-air to fling the slime again and pass through the obstacles. The flinging controls sometimes didn't respond, though.

Total Party Kill by adventureislands 2018-12-05T06:21:44Z

This was a really fun game, and well polished too! I really liked how the unique mechanics of each character interacted with each other. The puzzles were just the right difficulty.

Hail To The King by Almighty Games 2018-12-05T03:09:06Z

I can't seem to get past the title screen. I tried different resolutions, fullscreen on and off, but nothing works. I'm running Windows 8.1 if that helps.

LD44 — Your life is currency

A Life Well Spent by mcccclean 2019-04-30T04:20:52Z

Really well made game! It took a few tries for me to figure out how the mechanics worked, but once I learned them, I realized that they work really well together!

safecrack by torcado 2019-04-30T05:25:48Z

This is a really fun game! I love the whole concept and how the upgrades system works together with the goal of the game. Really solid entry.

Ancient Current See by paulhocker 2019-05-01T05:11:46Z

The main puzzle mechanic is pretty interesting. I'm not sure if I got to the ending because after the 6th room everything turned black.

Sinner by kazuo256 2019-05-01T05:24:41Z

Pretty nice combat system! The special attacks are cool too. The projectiles are a bit too small, so it's hard to notice them and dodge.

Ghosts by sunnray 2019-04-30T04:07:47Z

The mood is really nice. It was hard to tell what kind of memory I clicked on and what it did, and I wasn't sure how I managed to do the "important thing" to get to the end.

Shibbal the Pig by KP_CFTSZ 2019-04-30T08:30:49Z

Pretty good platformer! The controls work well, and the pixel art is nice. Like others already mentioned, it's a bit frustrating restarting completely after dying.

Curfe by Kajetan Andrzejak 2019-04-30T05:07:02Z

Simple but really well made game! Wasn't sure what some of the powerups did, though.

Penny Arcane by SamStallion 2019-05-01T05:01:44Z

Really nice aesthetic from the music and the art, and the combat controls pretty well too. At one point for some reason slime enemies stopped showing their HP bar, but it wasn't a big deal.

Catch all the coins by Matu 2019-05-01T04:46:37Z

I got to level 23 before losing. I like how in a way, the movement getting faster actually makes it harder to collect the coins.

The Right Coin by damantisshrimp 2019-05-02T04:57:06Z

Really clever use of the theme here! Collecting coins is such a simple mechanic, but the conversion rates really make it more interesting.

Demon Pact by shadow30 2019-04-30T04:44:14Z

Pretty good game! The combat controls are a bit difficult to handle, but the enemies give enough notice for you to move away, so it's not bad.

LD45 — Start with nothing

World Collector by Joe Williamson 2019-10-08T02:32:47Z

Really well polished, I loved the intro and how it ties to the theme. At the very end after finding the last piece, I liked how the last room forced me to land on the spikes, reseting everything and reminding me of the friend in the starting room. Really great job!

Cast Away by OrdiNeu 2019-10-08T03:20:26Z

I was so close to repairing the ship, just one more day, but the wolves got me in the end. Fun game!

Contraband by AdamCYounis 2019-10-08T02:08:01Z

I like the progression in the mechanics. Sometimes I got stuck when landing on lasers and couldn't get out, so I'd lose all my hp in the end.

LD46 — Keep it alive

Candy's Dream Egg by CosmicCrystalGames 2020-04-22T00:13:38Z

Great core mechanic with the egg, charming pixel art, and I really like how the later mechanics were introduced. The only issue I had was with the jumping, which sometimes felt weird when trying to get over gaps.

tyle by jordantanner 2020-04-25T05:18:04Z

Really nice aesthetic, and the game was easy to understand. The leaderboard is a nice touch too. I wish there was a way to clear multiple tiles, since that's the kind of thing I'd expect with the grid layout.

Don't Drop The Egg! by rk3Omega 2020-04-21T03:36:36Z

The controls feel great, and I like the fox character's design. The fourth level made me realize that you can lose from falling too high, which I guess I didn't realize in the earlier levels, so that was a good way of showing it.

King's Table by PetTurtle 2020-04-22T04:20:30Z

This was so fun to play, building up more and more pieces and planning out the layout. Really great job.

LYMPHOSITE by Saturnyoshi 2020-04-21T04:05:24Z

This game is seriously well polished! The art, sound effects, music, and game feel all work together really well. I like how your progress is shown after you lose, since it makes you want to try again to see if you can get farther.

Orbshot by Michael Horst 2020-04-21T19:06:26Z

This was pretty fun to play! Controlling the ball felt really natural. I could see this being speedrun if fleshed out into a full game.

Josh Dumb by Catalystl 2020-04-21T05:04:58Z

Pretty fun game. The juggling/multi-tasking was definitely hard given all the different keys you have to press, but I eventually got used to it.

LD47 — Stuck in a loop

Lethal Loop by klianc09 2020-10-08T04:40:38Z

The game gets pretty chaotic really fast. I like how solid it feels to hit back the ball. There is a bug I found where if you hit the ball from too low in the title screen, sometimes the game starts with the ball out of reach. It happened only two times for me though.

Hide and Seek by DDRKirbyISQ 2020-10-08T05:20:05Z

This is a great take on the theme. The mood is top-tier, and everything works together really well to make the experience polished. I really want to know more after finishing the game.

DEATH STRING by miziziziz 2020-10-05T23:18:43Z

This game has such a unique and fun mechanic, it definitely has a lot of potential to be expanded on.

I was also having issues with slowdown in the web version like @seth-tal was, but I also tried the desktop build (Windows here), and while I didn't do thorough testing, I did notice the desktop version also had lag and camera issues when too many enemies were destroyed at once. Specifically, the camera would be offset extremely far away, then lag, then go back to normal.

DEATH STRING by miziziziz 2020-10-06T01:06:05Z

@miziziziz Played again on low graphics and tried multiple runs. No more issues!

Pendulum Jumps by svntax 2020-10-14T04:49:32Z

@svyatozar The game was made with Godot. Sorry to hear about the segfault issue. I'm not really sure what could be causing it.

stuck spinning =[ by pinneh 2020-10-14T05:18:49Z

Nice bullet hell gameplay, works well with the theme! I experienced lag sometimes when too many particles/bullets were shot.

The Magic Steak by chispaLBC 2020-10-09T04:31:19Z

Fun idea, and the platforming controls were great. The striped moving background got a little too distracting over time, which didn't help when trying to focus.

YesBots by William Overton 2020-10-20T04:49:57Z

This is a really fun game and well put together. It feels like an old-school game with how the graphics, fonts, and music work together. I liked the high-score aspect of it too, which made me want to redo some of the levels for a better time.

Quivering by SandPile 2020-10-09T04:12:35Z

Solid game with a nice style. I wish the transitions between levels and after dying were a little bit faster.

Bloop by notpresident35 2020-10-09T04:45:07Z

Difficult controls, but really well polished game. I was still having trouble trying to figure out an optimal way to move, but everything overall worked really nicely together.

Inter-Dimensional Monster Jumper by EvilScotsman 2020-10-09T04:19:26Z

The looping mechanic is great! I haven't seen that sort of warping effect done in 3D before. I did end up finding a bug, though, where I think I fell too many times or fell too fast and ended up outside of the main area, so the looping broke.

Paper Planes by SamDemaine 2020-10-08T04:54:18Z

Simple idea, but really well made! It feels like a complete game for mobile especially. I actually couldn't tell if the planes continued following your path as the game got longer, but I think that's my eyes playing tricks on me with so many of them on the screen.

Runaway Railcar by Michael Horst 2020-10-05T22:44:54Z

This is a pretty fun take on a classic mechanic, and it's really well polished!

Curse of the Time Stone by SpaceDinosaur12 2020-10-21T04:43:19Z

Pretty interesting puzzle idea. With some more polish and a tutorial of some sort, the game definitely has potential.

The Dark Cold Forest by masonmasonoff 2020-10-14T05:13:34Z

The rain and pixel art worked really well together for a nice atmosphere. I did wish that you could do stuff with the resources and gold, and the movement was pretty slow.

The Bagel the better by Shimali 2020-10-20T04:07:55Z

The graphics are pretty charming, and the controls work well. I think you could actually take the idea of warping to different worlds further, like maybe a jogging world where you speed up for more difficulty, but it helps you lose any weight you gained from the fastfood world.

Master of Tiles by Protagonist-kun 2020-10-20T04:18:41Z

I'm not sure if I encountered a bug, but after completing a few rooms, the signs above the door started being inconsistent, where sometimes they lit up after a button press, and sometimes not. Eventually I reached a point where the music would reset, and I couldn't figure out why. The overall mood of the game is really nice, though.

Shoobeat - Control a spaceship using a programmable loop of actions by MTabasco 2020-10-20T03:55:44Z

This is a really interesting take on the theme. I think the idea has a lot of potential with more polish. The trial-and-error gameplay feels a bit too time consuming, but if there was a way to speed up a playthrough, I think that would help a lot.

Red Venom by extar 2020-10-09T04:04:35Z

I can actually see the potential in this game if the story was expanded on, and of course with the bugs fixed and more polish. Interesting idea overall!

Brick'd Out by Game Endeavor 2020-10-08T04:30:56Z

Really well polished game! I like the style. I played the web version and noticed that I could deflect back the ball even when it looked like it was a bit too late, which I think is fine since it makes the game more forgiving.

Sir Runalot by MadParrotStudios 2020-10-20T04:23:19Z

Pretty fun game! I managed to reach 1061m. The speed was definitely getting too fast to keep track of everything at that point. I think the game could use one or two more features of some kind to make it feel more complete, like collectibles or more movement options.

LD49 — Unstable

Chickie Catchers by DDRKirbyISQ 2021-10-12T04:19:36Z

I played the single player mode, and this game was a lot of fun! It reminds me a lot of the melon stack "minigame" from Yoshi's Story, but with a unique spin. The art is very charming, and the audio is great.

First Flight by defectivemelon 2021-10-12T03:11:12Z

Really nice puzzle design! The difficulty curve felt right to me, and the game is well polished overall.

Violently Unstable Rabbits by saucygames 2021-10-14T06:33:05Z

The game is pretty easy to beat, but the graphics are well polished and the music is great! I ended up not using the bomb rabbits much, so if there was a way to give them more potential, like for example, having enemies weak to bombs only, that could help with the balancing.

50 Crowns for 50 Kings by juxipolo 2021-10-12T05:25:50Z

This is such a solid, in-depth game! It took a few turns for me to really start understanding the strategy behind conquering states and using spies effectively, but I can see now how much flexibility there is on how you can play.

II-III-V by miziziziz 2021-10-12T03:58:03Z

I love the unique controls here. It really works well with the mood of the game, especially how sometimes you have to rush your movement if you messed up a bit and got close to an infected person. The computer section near the end was great too.

UNSTABLE [ Warning, PERMADEATH ] by benmcnelly 2021-10-05T04:48:52Z

This is a really interesting, unique idea! Unfortunately I didn't manage to make it far. I was careless in thinking that you could lower your paranoia more than once from the same spot.

NuclearCell by TsFreddie 2021-10-06T01:46:49Z

Pretty fun concept, but I found it really hard to get the wall plugs to fit, so I couldn't really see more past charging one or two phones.

Solar Disturbance by svntax 2021-10-06T01:33:26Z

@tsfreddie Yeah, I was actually planning on having upgrades or powerups you could pick before starting, and also adding enemies that guard the planets, but I didn't have enough time.

Dizzard Wizzard by ryjcio 2021-10-13T05:26:48Z

Fun spellcasting system, great graphics and audio, and overall nice polish. I think the game could use some balancing because after learning the chicken transformation spell, enemies were really easy to kill.

Roboturai by Be3n2 2021-10-13T04:10:08Z

The range of the enemy is really large, and it felt a bit unfair at times, but eventually I learned to just rush in at the start and spam attack, which manages to work for 4 hits before I get hit back. Pretty neat idea overall though!

Nukaloid by GuitarBro 2021-10-12T04:39:53Z

This was pretty fun to play! I didn't realize until much later that you could attack the enemies yourself, or at least, the earlier ones since I couldn't kill later ones. It definitely changed how I planned to move. I had just one bug where the camera stopped working after finishing the game and then starting a new one.

Trembling Tomb by EternalXP 2021-10-14T06:20:45Z

Pretty fun idea! I like how you have to think about which treasures to collect first to maximize your score since collecting them in a bad order locks you out of the rest. The wall jumping controls are a bit weird, so it was hard to get up ledges sometimes.

UnstableOS by ZwodahS 2021-10-05T04:30:10Z

Intresting concept! It took a few tries before I really understood what to do, and eventually I managed to win. I could actually see this being expanded on by having multiple phases with different minigames/tasks to manage, and tying them all together into a larger story.

Nuclear Puzzle Defense by macaroni.dev 2021-10-13T04:32:39Z

This was really interesting to play! I think if the tile generation was more forgiving somehow, it would really improve the game's potential. As it is, getting tiles together gets harder really fast after a few rows.

Un-Stabled by funemaker 2021-10-05T04:16:47Z

It was pretty fun being able to kick around all the different objects in the game. The narration also fits well. The only issue I noticed was that the front and back ocean waves didn't tile or connect smoothly, but that's a really minor thing.

Half Summoned by Game Endeavor 2021-10-12T03:00:19Z

Very nice pixel art and great controls. The hp draining form seemed like it was a bit too strong or easy to work with, since you could just click and hold, then circle around enemies until you change forms, so sometimes I just waited until that form showed up to keep attacking the enemies.

Diamonds in the Rough by animawish 2021-10-13T04:45:49Z

I had a lot of fun playing this game. The different cards work really well together to make each of the game modes fun on their own. I'd love to see this expanded on!

Deathline by ping78 2022-04-12T06:13:25Z

Really great use of the theme here! The gameplay is solid, and the visuals are very nice. The grabbing mechanic really adds to the game's uniqueness.

Flooded Caves by nusan 2022-04-06T06:07:24Z

This was really really fun to play! I love it! The water physics is really impressive, especially for a PICO-8 game. I did have a bug where sometimes the left half of where the water was falling wasn't flooding to the right, but other than that (and the occasional slowdowns), this is a great entry!

Bomb Fuse Madness by svntax 2022-04-05T22:39:11Z

@notinatal @teenythanos Thanks for pointing out the shredder issues. The shredder is supposed to turn on and off periodically, so if it's stopping completely and never turning back on, that's definitely a bug.

Slime Zone by TheMadPangolin 2022-04-12T06:22:21Z

Really well designed and well polished game! I had a lot of fun playing and restarting, trying to come up with a strategy for surviving longer in the next run. The black hole fits perfectly with the theme.

Xermatt Redux by kiririn51 2022-04-12T07:06:36Z

Very polished and immersive game. I played all the way through the end, and I actually wasn't sure if I got a bad ending, until I remembered what the theme was, so if that was intentional, that would've been a good enough reason to fit the theme.

Wipeout by TheMoonrise 2022-04-12T05:41:26Z

This was fun to play! I think there's a good balance here with the controls and how to get more points. My only complaint is the overlap between the multiplier and the score when you jump, but that's a minor thing since it goes up so fast.

Wicked flame! by Kaldrin 2022-04-05T05:26:49Z

Great use of the theme here! The game is really well polished with nice visuals. I especially liked the split fuse mechanic and how it's used in favor and against the player.

Seed Of Time by theStoff 2022-04-06T05:53:18Z

Very well polished game here! I loved the art and music, and the controls are great as well. By the third level I realized I could shoot enemies offscreen to make things easier, which I'm not sure if that's intentional or not. Overall, the only issue I had was with the halfway time message, which sometimes led to me being surrounded by enemies after it went away.

Bombfall by Mikado 2022-04-05T05:06:54Z

Nice take on the theme. I found a bug with the shoes where they don't immediately disappear when you collide with them, which ends up giving me a massive speed boost. Also you can walk off the left and right edges a little bit, but I realized there are still walls, so it's not a big deal.

Fated Fantasy by algodoogle 2022-04-12T06:07:26Z

I thought I was doing so well after finding the strategy of the ice shards special + stacking attack and movement, until I got killed by a giant, speedy vampire. Now I actually want to try again and experiment more with different upgrades. Really fun game!

Time DashKing by Tryston 2022-04-12T04:53:52Z

Really fun combat mechanic! I always ran out of time by the time I reached the first upgrade, but it is fun to dash around the rooms and try to go fast.

Column by Notinatal 2022-04-05T05:39:21Z

Very interesting way of combining Sokoban gameplay with each of the four mechanics. Really solid puzzles that didn't feel too hard or too easy.

Door Man by Mavvy 2022-04-12T05:51:13Z

Nice puzzles and polished art + audio. In one of the later rooms with cacti, the first one always seemed to miss, so I never needed to stop it. Good work overall though!

Department Of Demise by Crychair 2022-04-12T05:32:04Z

Fun and very well polished game! It took a bit for me to get into a good flow once I understood the controls, but after that, it was fun and hectic trying to manage the lives and read the messages.

Giraffe o'Clock by Kepsert 2022-04-06T05:17:22Z

Really great job here! The platforming felt just right, and I could see a bit of speedrunning potential because of it. The art and music were charming too.

Can't Tax Me by SasquatchBStudios 2022-04-06T05:28:54Z

Pretty fun game! I liked how you have several rounds to get powerups so you can do better each time. There wasn't really a reason for me to go away from the door, and sometimes the double jumping felt like it didn't work when it was supposed to, but other than that, it was still fun to play through.

Ceaseless Rain by CaptainCarrot 2022-04-06T04:04:06Z

Really well done game. Even as a "beat your high score" type of game, it still tells a story fitting for the theme. The visuals and audio work great together to set the mood. Overall a solid entry.

THE EXIT WILL CLOSE by Tyler Walton 2022-04-12T05:15:31Z

Fun but difficult game! I had the toughest time in the frogger level with the cars, where I had trouble finding any patterns for when to move.
