Very fun little score attack game. Wasn't quite able to figure out what breaks the streak and would recommend some way to warn if a block is going to vanish from underneath you.
This would be a great little mobile game.

Love the minimalist art style and the simplicity of the game design. Well done!
Looks really great! Still waiting for at least WebGL version though :) (or macos ;) )
The atmosphere is charming and overall quite fun. I think that a tutorial may improve it a lot but it's a jam game.
Quick reminder to get more players: Use a thumbnail for your game. Otherwise your game is presented with this grey box. Some great Games are not played because of a missing thumbnail ... You can still change it by editing your submission page :)

quite entertaining, very nice clean graphics. Good job :)
@zesix Thanks so much, that's what I was trying for! @bilbycoder I'll try to these things more obvious in the post jam version! Thanks man.
@kamilko Thanks! I've been having some export issues with WebGL in Unity but hopefully I'll have it solved tomorrow-ish!
@pilarius THANKS so much for reminding me of that, man! I didn't realize it looked like that since I had neglected to upload one earlier. Looks way better now, thanks again!
your welcome :)
A bit hard to get with the timing but neat idea, just don't really get the theme, like the ux and the graphics overall. Thank you for that entry
Quite moody, I'm not sure I ever really "figured it out": it seems like once you "miss" you can never "hit" it again afterwards. I liked the music and the look of the game a lot!
simple rules and quick to learn. It was fun to play !
Nice and very relaxing game! I thought at first there would be some rythm in it, so I lost the first game very quickly. But then I figured it out and liked it!
The visuals are great and simple, the main game loop feels responsive and juicy. Unfortunately, it isn't clear for me why the cursor becomes white. I'd love to see some mark (dot, line, whatever) near the place where the circle will become white and clickable. Nonetheless it's a solid entry and I enjoyed my time in it!
Game is really well done and I love the overall style.
I don't know if it was me, but sometimes I had a miss when clicking with certainly white cursor and that was quite frustrating...
Hey, nice game ! I can totally see it as the new hypercasual trending game ! I don't have much to say about it as it felt like a finished game with a simple mechanic really well executed :) Always nice to see game with leaderboards (you can actually remove my entry, that's not my real highscore, just wanted to see how yours work haha (nevermind I got it, can do it myself haha :v: )) Good job !
Well Done nice idea. it was hard at the start but i got it. i think there is a bun in the leaderboard. because it dident register the fifth time(My highest score).
Wow! Love the art style and sound design, took a while to understand but when i get into it, it really satisfying, Really well polished. Great job!
Nice entry, good job! It's very visually appealing and though I'm not sure I'd call it relaxing haha. At the very least the music is though! It's definitely fun though!
My only gripe with the game is the cursor spin. Like other's have mentioned, I feel like I'm pressing exactly when it's fully white but it's registered as a miss. Now I get that my motion to click was probably not instantaneous, but I think such games tend to have a window of forgiveness during the "perfect rhythm" moment. Especially if you'd like it to be more relax than frustrating. It was sort of a double feel bad as I felt like I did press at the right time AND in addition I couldn't press again for the new cycle and initially didn't realize why.
Very nice minimal aesthetic. Took a bit to get the hang of the mechanics, but once I got it down, it worked pretty well. One issue I had though, is that the white cursor kinda gets lost in the green tile. Perhaps if you added a darker outline to the circle it would stand out more. The music was relaxing which fit the style of game and the simple graphics didn't add any visual clutter. Overall, a pretty nice submission!
Love the music and simple gameplay. I played for quite awhile and enjoyed it thoroughly.
The game looks very pretty, and seems like people have said exactly what I was going to say about the cursor spinning! I guess it would feel more natural to have the circle fully filled up when you can click, then just have a small window to click around that, since right now it just feels weird that the cursor isn't full but you're able to click.
I also didn't really feel a difference between the pink and green tiles. My first instinct was that maybe the pink ones would need to be double clicked, but until I read what they actually did, I didn't feel any sort of difference between them and green tiles.
Last thing, the music, although pretty fitting, doesn't really have a beat, so it's hard to get into a rhythm of clicking. I think it'd be much more enjoyable if the song had a clearer beat and was less ambient.
Overall, I had a good amount of fun playing this one, and I really love that minimalist style, well done!
Very polished! One of the most aesthetically pleasing games that I've seen in the jam. I'm glad to see that I wasn't the only person in the jam to include a leaderboard!
I assumed there would be a clear rhythm but it seemed to not sync up very well, the audio feedback/syncing seems like it matters a lot as well for this game so it is unfortunate that did not work out great. I did like the music though not sure it fit the game very well.
a pleasing game. It was a bit hard at the start, but once I got used to the tempo I managed to do good. I dont think the tempo was perfect, or at least it didn't feel like it. essentially once you got a streak the game played differently (tempo) but when you lose it its hard to get back.
Still, a rather nice experience. Good going!
Very nice game. Unfortunately it lagged really badly in the browser, so it was hard to move the mouse fast enough to hit the tiles :(
Nice and very addictive, quite like Tetris in these aspects. Right now music is just the background, but I think It would've been cool if the music helped the player, kinda like in rythm games: the beat tells you when to press.
@smbe19 Sorry to hear that it was lagging, I haven't experienced that before. What browser were you using?
Really nice aesthetic, and the game was easy to understand. The leaderboard is a nice touch too. I wish there was a way to clear multiple tiles, since that's the kind of thing I'd expect with the grid layout.
Really good game! Ran smoothly and I had fun! Addictive and I like the mechanic of having to wait an extra cycle if you miss a shot (although it can be annoying). Felt good to play and the highscore table is really good! Great job, great game!
Highly polished looking. Very simple gameplay, but enjoyable nonetheless. The leaderboards showing other users who played was a really nice touch and shows your skills well!
Correct me if i'm wrong but your source link isn't actually the source code. It's just the windows unity build? Ludum dare rules do say for Compo you MUST include source code
Interesting game. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Very chill game.
Nice graphics and audio, gameplay was really fluid and engaging. There seem to be 2 overlapping cubes in the floor (graphics).
I have no wifi on my PC so here's my high;) tyle.jpg
Love the interface, colours, sound...nice atmosphere! @bredian idea could be interesting to develop! I'm not really good at playing but the game works well and is very polished. Well done!
It took me a while to learn to guess the right moment, but after that I enjoyed the game and I couldn't tear myself away from it. Successful minimalist design. Even the music met my taste. I can also imagine the game in the mobile version
@svntax Destroying multiple tiles has actually been implemented for v2.0 which should be posted soon! I'm glad you said this.... I was coding it when I read your comment. :)
@kyle-bowman Good point about the source. I'll have to get that up on GitHub too. Its been awhile since I've used that!
Really nice to play ! Once you get in synch with the cursor it's very satisfying to crush the tiles The audio and sound design are nice (i really like the crushing tile sound) and overall everything in the game feels good
Great use of the theme, that was a good idea ! The graphics/visuals are amazing, minimalist, the perfect aesthetic for a game like this. Oh and good job with the V2.0 :) I am currently the 10th best player in the world :p

@gamedevkng Thanks so much for playing and for the kind words, man! And congrats, that is a solid score!!
I got a lot of playthroughs with very very low scores, I am terrible at this rhythm thing but I could well see that the mechanics in this are very clever and the game is neat. I was digging that tune as well.
Nice mood, music and graphics! I like the idea, it is simple but a bit different from what I've seen before.
The only thing I think is missing is some kind of audio feedback when you miss or hit. Some sound effect
Other than that, great job!!
Hi,
I liked the game, but I think some more gameplay mechanics would be good - the game is a bit too simple for my taste.
Also, as someone stated in the comments up there - some audio feedback for missing and hitting would be nice.
But overall really great job, I am amazed at how some LD games are so neatly polished and finished. Just wow.
Interesting gameplay for a fun casual game. I like the main aesthetic - something clever and pure. Well done ++
Thanks to each of you for playing, rating, and commenting! I really appreciate all the valuable feedback! If any of you are interested, please feel free to check out the new __Post-Compo Version__ [HERE!](https://jordantanner.itch.io/tyle2). Thanks again!

@jordantanner I can see that this version has improved a lot but it can still be difficult to see when I am able to click and honestly think there should be a sound effect for when you can, or just have the sound effect be in the middle of the timer + change the visual to match. (keep the timing window the same but adjust the display/add sound for it)
@zanthous Thanks for playing the new version and for the feedback. Conveying the timing window to the user has definitely been the biggest challenge with this project. A sound effect isn't a bad idea, but I wonder if the repetition of it would get annoying? Not sure. Something I may experiment with in the future. Thanks!
